This is an article on the CEO and is a pretty good summary of how behind the scenes ACS is running most of our lines and we are often not aware of it. In my case, I am very much aware as they have my life endangered currently as CEO of ACS Lynn Blodgett and before they became part of Xerox decided to dis obey 15 judges and two hearing officers and not post my file and all the horrific things which have occurred since they took over control of Federal Workers compensation but this time when the appellate Judges remanded the case after another felony destruction of records they did not obey and my full benefits did not get reinstated as in the past as the reconstructed file done for the judges disappeared out of the ACS facility in London Ky. along with their detailed remand orders to post process and pay, etc. unlike in the past when the federal officials obeyed and began processing and paying items again. But this repeated obstructions of an established non controverted case which many say is some kind of national precedent case on chemical and ataxic injuries has led to a chaos in the file with some items processed and others pending as new items never processed back to 1989 in some instances. Its why I wrote a certified letter in 2009, suggesting that after current needs are met, to systematically finish up 1989 and move forward as discoveries and new things were added. What is in there is things like some items paid for some points in time and later the same medication, etc. never got processed due to more disappearances and another round of appeals to get back and continue. which did occur until the whole program got contracted out to ACS.
And rulings have been on others cases, that is precedent to all; that anything is new, no matter how old it is or how many time destroyed and resubmitted is a NEW ITEM. For someone else to have had to get that ruling indicates, and as I've been told by others. this is and has been a repeated felony pattern of behavior pervasive even before ACS took over and the reason the security of files was turned over to them which now means NO SECURITY OF OUR FILES NOR OF OUR LIVES OR LIVELIHOODS WHICH IS WHAT OCCURRED WITH ME. . what has been added is that judges are defied, now along with our constitutional and civil rights including the right to say 'I CHOOSE TO LIVE' WHICH IS BLOCKED AS EVEN MEDCIARE APPELLATE JUDGE HAS Ruled although Medicare has me approved for life for it, liquid OXYGEN IS FEDERAL WORKERS COMP BILL AND THEY NEED TO PROCESS THE CLAIMS AND REFUND BACK WHAT OTHER PLANS HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR ME TO STAY ALIVE.
NOW, THEIR ACTIONS at ACS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANY SUPPLIER TO GET PAID FOR ALMOST A YEAR OR MORE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS AND NEVER GET AN ANSWER FROM ACS . THE NEW LAW HR 1063 IS TO CORRECT THAT BUT ITS NOT BEEN IMPLEMENTED YET TO HELP ME.
So even getting orders to post , process and pay in 2/09 from the Judges does no good even when their orders they stated were I am to be asked the facts of the case and to reconstruct the file from my records. NO ONE AT THE US DEPT OF LABOR IS EVEN ALLOWED TO HAVE THE JUDGES ORDERS. and if one shows them to them, they can not OFFICIALLY SEE THEM. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED WITH PAPER AND MUST SEND IT TO ACS IN LONDON KY TO DIGITIZE. What has become a pattern of misbehavior is a systematic selection of whose files get posted and what is posted in multiple govt agencies under their control and that is how a company can control the govt if those who are to be in charge are selectively given what the one in control wants them to see to act on.
One can not say after almost 26 years this is any kind of 'clerical' mistake of losing ones files. And its made worse by the nation wide policy for no federal law enforcement to investigate felony disappearances of files nor even hacking into computer systems which has occurred on my files, too in agencies. and that's on any ones files. Even systems have 'misprogrammed' to block implementation of laws that apply. So if their is no 'cop' to stop crimes, the 'criminals' can take over. The good and honest folk inside are unable to take much action to overcome the evil going on without the support of the govt itself taking due diligence to uphold the constitutional rights of each and everyone of us doing business with the govt and that is basically everyone of us in some way today and everyday.
Especially since its now occurring in multiple agencies ACS has virtual control of including my employing agency Social Security. There are various corporate names, etc. But when one checks various official records and articles, it is always the same persons or stock holders and deals and agreements made interlocking all of what I call a cabal. Which is ever increasingly becoming private held companies where finding out true ownership is very difficult as they are not regulated by the SEC which is for stock market companies we can buy stock in and for that reason we as a consumer have the right to know what we are buying.
Doyle and I spent several hours writing and filing papers again as a result of the unethical things going on at ACS with my file and this oxygen tank had to have more glue and gorilla tape and when it goes so does my life and its directly linked to actions by ACS and CEO as has been well documented and shared here on line.
Recently CEO Lynn Blodgett announced he was retiring as Vice resident of Xerox, but his brother Tom is still one. A veteran executive from IBM is sharing the position until the end of the year at Xerox, but there is no indication that CEO Lynn Blodgett is still not in total control at ACS. when one looks at pay to the executives for prior year, Lynn Blodgett was paid more than the CEO of Xerox.
Xerox has announced a new general counsel at the end of this month and other changes in the highest levels of this company as IBM executives seem to be finding their way into Xerox for what ever reason.
PRAY FOR POSITIVE CHANGE
What this company does affects all our lives in ways, one may be surprised to know. And if these changes are a good and positive change then I will know as my oxygen claims get processed/paid and they contact either Lincare or Rhema and see to it I get liquid oxygen delivered and my files reconstructed and processed as the last three appellate Judges ordered at US Dept of Labor. who stated I DID RETURN TO WORK IN 1990 AND THE CA2-DISEASE CLAIM WAS ACCEPTED. These TWO ITEMS WERE DISAPPEARED FROM MY FILE AND HAS CAUSED A LIFE AND DEATH STRUGGLE TO THIS DAY. The judges ruled on the obvious, because they had the files and their previous rulings and the official records, which ACS and the local Dallas regional office of federal worker comp seems never to ever had in paper or digital at all ( at least not now or in recent years?)and this is a puzzlement as to how any one can do their job with out the records an facts, let alone make a decision on a file if they do not ee have a file. RUMORS, GOSSIP AND MISINFORMATION USED TO MAKE DECISIONS THAT AFFECT LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD MUST CEASE PLEASE.
We pray for the best outcome and are vigilant should the result be worse. How could it be worse then it is now for such as I? I pray I or others like us will never find out. So far I and others are still alive, but many are not over what has been gong on for far too long.
Am faxing info to ACS for US Dept of labor right now and trying to write this and go through a back up of emails. I have posted several articles about and from Xerox here and on face book and this company is control of much of our lives and their financial interlocking with other major international corporations is an entity in control of much of the world's governments as they control the flow of information. They also control health care we do or do not receive and that is a serious and too often deadly matter. Ones doctor is no longer in control of ones health care in such a deadly mess.
So I am praying earnestly that the new leadership in the high positions at Xerox of which ACS is part of and or always was part of, which is not verified at this point. But seems plausible knowing all and documenting all that we have over the last several years.
We pray for a positive outcome and that the spirit of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus will fill their hearts for just outcomes and allow my and our lives to continue as they were to have.
