DAILY RECAP 7/14/14; VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHT PAGE 45: PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS

I SET THIS UP THIS WAY SO ANY INTERESTED AS SO MANY ARE GOING THROUGH SIMILAR SITUATIONS NOW. CAN MORE EASILY FIND THEM ON LINE.

ONE CAN SCROLL DOWN THE SIDE AND FIND ALL POSTED EXCEPT THIS ONE BACK ON 6/15/14. THERE IS NO 37 AND TWO 39'S AS WELL AS NO 43.  I MESSED  UP WHEN THESE WERE DONE AS THEY WERE NOT ALL DONE INITIALLY AT THE SAME TIME..

       I got very ill yesterday and  could not keep food down. But felt better and got up so Doyle and I can work on more of that mountain of paper tomorrow.  It got to 105 here yesterday and A/C  stopped working, but our son worked on it and its OK now. Those who have family realize that we are blessed and so many have no one to help them. Think of them. Its not always money that is needed but time and know how.

So m over the next few days, expect to see more of these Violations added.

This is not to infer that every entity written about is a violator, as if one reads, often they may be a victim, too.

The Part D MEDICARE HAS BEEN A FINANCIAL DISASTER FOR THE TAXPAYERS AND THE DISCOVERY OF ALL THE BILLS OTHER HEALTH PLANS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING  FOR 8 YEARS AND DIDN'T IS UNCONSCIENABLE. WE HAVE TO HAVE SOME INTERNAL AUDITS TO MAKE SURE ALL THE RULES AND LAWS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT.

All, I had to do was ask the ACS management a few simple questions, any one who conducted and audit would have on a check list. And the answer was SHOCKING. I do believe the two gentlemen, I spoke with that they did not know.  Now are they asking HHS for more money to reprogram software and ./ or someone to fax info to emblem health International.

 Having govt contractors do what used to be more clerical type work by govt employees means more money for us to change what they do in a contract and no one want the public to see them as FOIA requests for the one with ACS and Federal workers comp was never received.

A federal employee is told and trained to change how they do something or add some other duty to their work and they have to do it. Its in our employment contracts added to our regular job duties, " other duties as assigned" It gives flexibility at no extra cost to the taxpayer to help out when something else is needed that is given more priority than our own work.

Continued prayers for all the families with some one ill and for better health.
