Yesterday, the person at IRS really running things to implement Hillary care was in front of the committee he is on. Thanks to the The Blaze for rerunning the portion. Politically I;m very polka dotted and try to acesss all sides, so please do not try to label me as it depends on the issue where I stand. If anything I stand behind the Constitution which is founded on the principles found in the Bible and the teachings of Christ as our founders understood better than many do in this era. Its founded in the Ten commanmnets which today we consider some kind of personal moral coe , but to those in ancient times was well undertood that Israel was not following the moral of the time, where ones King or Pharoah was a god to be worshipped and all were to bow down and do as told and suffer as told. Moses came down off the Mountain and delared PHAROAH IS NOT GOD. the Tenth commandment of not coveting recaps all the other nine;, had a much deeper menaing in ancient times and it had a definition, well understood, of corrupted power and the unjust use of it against those under the authority of a leader who was worshipped as God and all were expected to do that to live.The concept of servant leadershp was very unique, then, and is getting so again. It proposes and commands. Christ also said, if one is to be greatest of all, then one is the servant of all as He took the towel and washed the feet of His disciples who had been arguing as to whom of them would be the highest in His Kingdom. Ultimate Love needs to be the motivator of leadership, not greed and love of power. Its why the ancient Israelites were the major /whistleblowers' in ancient times as there leaders were not a god, but subject to be acocuntable to Yahuah the one Creator and ultimate power over all Creation. Even an atheist is covered under this moral code as being subject to humanity and to history even if one does not believe there is a god. This inof can be found a in any Hebrew Dictionary by checking all the menaings of the word covet. The concept gets lost in English of being much more that I WANT. When one takes down the Ten Commandments in our public places, one is allowing the philospohy of a leader being made into a god, again; and our indviduual rights are in jeoppardy. That one leader could be a King or President, or the 'puppet master' of the CEO of the international Cabal who currently has gained more power and wealth than most mations and almost has taken a full ocntrol of our govt. I've wrtten about this extensively in my Daily recaps and elsewhere. Pray for the CEO's as human they can do the good and not turn to the desire of covetness. And one may think this person or that person is 'THE BAD GUY,' but who holds the ultimate power? To a person of faith its our Creator, but to those without that philosophy, its the person who holds the greatest wealth and grabbed the most power over the people. I , Personally, belive we were given the brains and ability to stop the few among us that would do such harm to all of us. And Our Creator expects us to do much of this ourselves as an expression of free will we were blessed with and innate love for one another which I believe does exist in each of us and allows us to form governments and cooperate in a society to accomplish many of the wonderful things humanity has acheived so far. We are called to care for one another and do not seem to be complete unless that is allowed to be shared in some way. Knowledge is power. One may think they have nothing to hide as they have done nothing wrong, But once the database of knowledge is in the control lf the cabel, its can be altered and changed around so you may not recognize what your profile even looks like. If a thief knows you have money somewhere , then its there to be accessed and stolen? Its why IRS officials must be held to the highest level of itegrity as they review our finanical info to be used only to make sure the correct amount of taxes are paid and not to use the info for abuses of power. Under our constitution, we should have a right to correct any misinformation the govt holds and and have access to what they even have. Currently this is not happening with regard to our medical records and since the database is more often used for medcial treatment, especially in emergency situations. If its wrong your life is in possible grave danger and so far the international cabal as has been able to convince everyone to go sue the doctor and hospital for medical malpractice, rather than correcting the overall problem of criminal activity by the cabal that holds the data which is not any govt official nor the govt, but a govt contractor with no overisght and not subject to the laws of this land already as I have well proven. This AM I watched The Big Picture with Thom Hartmann, whom I watch, also. And wish to address some not quite correct info. Yes, the govt does have the legal authority to go after those stealing the public monies in the the medicare trust fund and that includes the PARTNERS of Medicsre ( govt contrators) who carry out the program. and currently includes most in the international cabal and 'the military industrial complex' as Pres. Eisenhower warned us about over 50 years ago were going to encroach on our whole society. BUT: As another whistle blower, Patrick McFarland exposed in 7/13 in a congressioal hearing on ACS-Xerox, etc., falsifying background checks for even thous spying on us, as NSA contractors ( partner) NO MONEY IS APPROPRIATED to do the investigations. So the federal law enforcement entities of the federal agencies and even the federally funded state agencies can accept and stack up lots of evdence and info from those of trying to report crimes by these Partners' and its monumental and in the trillions of dollars according to some insiders of the theft of the public monies that were to be used for US in some way. NO INVESTIGATIONS CAN OCCUR as a federal investigator can't legllay drive down the street nor make a phone call to check things out without the political head and Congress saying here's the money for the travel and phone. WE ARE ROBBED AND BEING ROBBED of our public monies which we send elected officials to Washington to figure out how to spend our tax dollars and we expect OUR NEEDS in OUR COUNTRY to be taken care of as its 'OUR MONEY.' And don't let any one say most don't pay taxes. We pay them everyitme we spend the few dollars each of us has either directly or indirectly even if we don't have to send a check to IRS each year. So Thom Hartmann, whom I respect for his great study and knowledge and willingness to debate- played a clip of Karl Rove saying what I've been saying, right her. and Thom Hartmann corrected him and mentioned the fraud against medicare by Gov Scott's compnay. Somehow, the money got approved for that one case, and may have been due to the public knowing about how bad it was. Or was it to push one company aside, so others in the cabal could and did take over? DID ANY ONE GO TO JAIL? Most thieves get prosecuted, but rarely does it occur in the current system of those in power in the Partner. Has it become a 'gang mentality' with one 'gang' getting rid of another and both of them being law breakers? When did the USA decide to start callig their govt contractors hired for specific jobs to be done, PARTNERS? As the implication says, our sovereign powers have been turned over to an international cabal that most are affilited or owned by and they have become TOO BIG TO PROSECUTE? Also, there is no real internal audits and I know this, as I have talked to auditors when asking questions about published reports and found out they missed the real thefts and corruptions I and 500 others had well documented and they were never given the reports as law and govt contract requries by General Dynamics who owns vangent now, i.e. 1-800 Medicare.. They are merely reviewing what they are sent and no way to investigate nor founnd out if that's the full financial report or the full truth of whether the laws and constitutional rights of those affected are upheld. A govt audit is not just about the money, but whether other laws are being broken . And too often, if medical care is involed, then wrong policies, or intentional wrong acts can cause bodliy harm and death if wrong treatment or no treatment is done through obstruction of it. Like no oxyggen suppliers available throughout this country by some one inside slipping though two regulations, simultaneously in 1/08 that gave exclusive sales terrotories to one company or soon to be one international company out of Germany. Many, like me had family to haul tanks and get them filled to stay alive and paid, and got some reimbursement back (60% )from my Federal Blue Cross Blue shield but the hearing at medicare has been pending for 5 years and the international cabal will not let the judge have it to ask for medicare to pay when there is no supplier available as the company with exclusivity still can refuse service if they don't like the insurance when one of the insurers is Medicare, itself. ( which gave them the exclusive territory)And one is already approved for life for the service . . And in my case Federal workers comp under the total control of Lynn Blodgett, now as CEO of ACS-Xerox will not process 14 years of oxygen claims because they would be paid and Horace M Cooper said not to process and expose . what? according to the ACS manager which pays claims in Tallahassee, Fl. for all Federal injured workers. DEATH PANELS look like this. Now as tanks wear out, no medical supplier is allowed to sell one a tank nor tubing nor the plastic water bottle that attaches even and send iet alone send the claim in to the insurances they accept as they are not the exclusive supplier for your zip code which some very shrewd enitiy got regulations passed to create this. and any attempt to address this results in hearing requests and civil rights complaints, etc and other apapels, etc. disappeared with no answers. In my case a call from the regional HHS civil rights office mananger Ralph Rouse who chastised me to tears for wanting to live. and filing in the first place. then when I named him as offending party in the next complaint filed. the offenses got much owrlse and nothing ever reviewed or allowed to be seen by any one at HHS to answer in any way. for 5 1/2 years on all civil rights complaints. One party said they were sent out to ACS first to be digitized and disppeared in that entity under Lynn Blodgett, again; so 'whoever controls the flow of the information of the govt has control of the govt' (parapharase of Cicero, I recall, in Roman times said this) and the govt consists of files of all kinds on all of us from us and from others and now our financial info will be thrown in the mix to them?and Forget Office of Professional Conduct in the Justice Dept, been a joke for decades as federal workers die and injured and abuses of power go on by a few rotten apples.and even the 9/11 Commisison identified casues of 9/11/01 where their intercession very likely would have helped prevent the horrific day and wars that have followed. The office was set up to stop the behavior. oxygen So as the tanks are now wearing out , the patients are to just die in a mass genocide and now does any one understand what's wrong with the HILLARY CARE as all of this is bits and pieces of what is coming for all, very soon? I call it that becasue its the plan proposed in back rooms back in 1993 and rejected by the people and Congress, but slipped in unawares rather than a plan that would be cost effective and deliver health care to all of us so all have the right of life. I beleve all should have an equal right to health care, every one has the right to life.. But it needs to be done so that the international cabal will not be able to get their /mitts/ on billions of dollars of premium subsidies, have it disappear as other monies have and then obstruct the patients' medical care as there is nothing left to pay the doctor and hospital. And Medicaid is unconstituinal as its substandard medical care and violates the 14th amendment of equal protection under the constitution. Many are going to find themselves eligible under that plan, now and be enticed into it. over a regular kind of health policy. Does one get unequal and lesser care becausee they are poor? Even Medciare has often turned into that substandard level as the monies disppeared from it have gone where? and not available to pay doctors, etc a fair amount for sevices rendered and too often the regulations have been 'rationed death panels' that do not reflect modern treatment standards which should be available for all. and often is cheaper in the long run if provided early on and as modern science knows what is needed to be done. Home oxygen is a lot cheaper than the $15,000 to $20,000 dollars in an ER when a heart and lung and patient enters the room. multiple times as they are unable to breathe to sustain life. which what was happeninging before Federal workers comp got me on home oxygen 18 years ago and realized the best medical care was the cheapest? Medicare for the aged and disabled and Medicaid for the poor is in archaic tmes as they think one gets oxyygen for three yeaars and is supposed to then die and that's not modern medicine at all. One can prevent a lot of transplants, and premature deaths, slow down progressive disease etc by allowing the body to get oxygen those with good lungs are able to get. And some may even be able to do some kinds of non exertional work on oxygen and thats an 'earth shattering' concept for many living in the past of what modern medicine can do. When I was injured 1/10/89, life expecntancy was 5 years for me, yet here I am.and the last round of tests that proved I still qualified for home oxygen as the life approval fro proopr of these tests was very real and just showed I'm a lttle worse but still should live a good number of years yet, to lay here propped up on pillows trying to see the key board on a stand on a side table and sharing what I do know from experence, trianing and research and open to opinions for the furtherance of rights for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Congress has yet to address, why those now under the Federal plans can't get even a simple mammeogram paid at 100% as promised in our policies under the preventative care package and the other services. Even a bill collector trying to collect a co pay for it was shocked she was being asked to collect money for what she understood was 100% paid for since there was no cancer found. which was the good news. and the bill collector was siced on even though I had and do have appeals pending on this very issee. Why didn;t the meidical privders appeal this? Seceret deals and coercion over something not directly pertaining to me. Issues that if Congress had addressed would stop the abuses many of us know can happen with the new health care for all next year run by the same entities.. THERE IS NO APPEALS with these partners., they either never answer, nor address the issues as the secret illegal deals among all thes interlocking entities overrides the law, even judges remand orders which I have gotten several of and the terms of their govt contracts which has to say to be legal; that they agree to uphold the laws of the land and the civil rights of all, etc. Cvil rights compliants go unanswered, too; as no one even seems to know what the process is when its dealing with a govt contractor in health care. The EEOC does have rules and procedures when its a work matter issue. But HHS doesn't and other federal agencies don't have them either so the people who feel they have been harmed have a way to voice that complaint and have it reviewed and answered and corrections made to afford each of us our constitutional and civil rights. HIPAA complaints do no good as govt partners are not covered under that law. Also, on Thom Harmtmann today was Horace M. Cooper who gave the order to ACS now Xerox not to post my federal workers comp file and to let me die and to not input my oxygen claims as they would be paid. and to this day Lynn Blodgett current CEO is carryig out that order and so are others even though ther federal judges said not to do that and those were withheld from the Us Dept of Labor and my claims examiner by ACS Xerox as its part of the file not set up.. So next year, the international cabal will have access, as a partner, of the govt to the financial info of every one of us through IRS. So thanks to Cong Jordan for getting this out to the public in the formal Hearing. I wish Congess would sit down and negotiate a solution as my Congremman Mullin asked for and a clip was on Al Sharpton's program last night. The negotiation has to be criminal oversight and the other oversight and audit controls of all of our govt contractors. I personally don't think this is the best plan to deliver health care, but its what got passed and the US Supreme Court has said, we can have it or such a plan. BUT the intent should be that every one gets the health care needed to stay alive. We don't need an international cabal to be tempted to use the lack of controls to skim and scam and steal the rest of our public monies and leave us with out the health care needed and then on top of that get control of all of our financial records as well as the medical records they already have and have caused so much harm to so many well as documented deaths according to past congressional studies and still nothing done to correct the problems as it means the cabal will have to afford us our rights to correct mistakes and prosecute those who intentionally alter what ones doctor said you were being treated for, let alone ocrreccting clerical errors that can occur when one is dealing with a numeric coding system.They won't even let that get corrected by ones own doctor. Personally I think ones doctor should have access to go in and correct mistakes diretly on their system.and if its been intentional crime done, that would expose the illegal activity by the Partners" of the govt. The medical reoords should still be the property of the doctor and the patient. That concept that the govt holds the property of the person or party in 'partnership' whith the individual or entity seems to have disappeared in the nearly complete coup d'etat. Access to financial records could lead to even more hardship and havoc for indivudals. who have done nothing illegal. As I said to Sen Tom Coburn's aide yesterday, of these few simple and common sense laws are passed of criminal and civil oversight being imposed as HR 1063 does which has yet to be implemented' then this internatinal cabal won't want the Hlllary care or Afordable Care act , as the incentive to access monies to be 'taken', will not exist and the purpose would be getting health care to those badly in need of it. Those who support it because of their caring to have everyones health care needs met, have missed the issue that its a lot of money going into the hands of those who have already been proven to not accountable to use it as intended. When our public monies are not protected from thieves, and abuses of power; then there is lawlessness and anarchy and a small oligarchy of a few wealthy and powerful taken control. The "bullies on the playgorund' of life have been allowed to take control of each of us, our nation, and the world and many of these are public companies which are trying to go private using the monies they have gotten from the public coffers in their 'hands' then they will be able to buy back their stock, fromm our 401Ks and and Thrift plans etc, and the SEC won't even be able to take a look at the books of these entities any more, even though the Securities and Exchange has not always done the greatest job, they still have the legal right to do so., IF THERE IS MONEY APPROPRIATED for them to act. This can all happen rather qcuickly if their efforts collapse the stock market. Until all evil is bound up, there is going to be some tempted to steal and do other terrble crimes against us and monies for basic law enforcment is needed to stop these and arrest the criminals who do such harm to society and to each of us. And it must be done constittuinally so the innocent don't get caught in the scramble for the 'bad guys' trying to stay out of jail. They are almost TOO BIG to stop. As one Texas state official said to me recently, by implication; if its CNA and all it multiple entities that is causing the trouble, then its going to be nearly too big to for the state of TX to go up against which has ther Deot of Transportation an health care system under ACS-Xerox management now and unkown how much more as is happening in state and local govts all over this nation as states have ocntracted out their soverign rights to them. When the govt is up against something too big to stop the crimes, then this is the REAL WAR this nation is in. And one does not win with guns and bombs, as its 'white collar type crime' and needs investigators and routine police type work and those who understand oomputer systems to search for hidden accounts that hold our public monies taken from us. and identifying who comitted the criminal acts, hiding behind a big corporate name. Its sometimes tedious work and its what law enforcement detectives are trained to do in this country. Its a war of knowledge not of guns. So please settle this mess in Washignton and get back to upholding the constitutiinal and stop these horrible crimes that have been allowed to continue. Senator Tom Coburn's aide, didn't even know that HR 1063 had been passed and signed into law on 1/11/13. He knew of it and thought it had not yet passed. Surely Dr. and Sen Tom Coburn was not one holding up the vote for a year in the US Senate? As its a law that helps all the medical profession from the horrendous treatment they have suffered trying to get paid the highest legal amount due and from the legally right party or health plan. I don't think he really understood what the law was about. Its about going after those stealing the Medicare monies and causing patients to be harmed and dying without medical care and their doctors and hospials, etc. being able to be paid fairly. As the monies stolen from the trust fund the real cause of the reduced paymets to the medcial professions-theft by the partners of the govt and their obvious collusion allowing it to be done by a few 'bad apples' in the health care field. He didn't seem to understand that it resurrects the orignal Conditional payment law of 1981 and often the enforcement includes the Office of Inspector General as some overt crimes has been committed as to why medicare had to pay as the legal safety net and then can't collect back the moniey owed to it from ones primary payers that already have legally approved liability.. This is not going after the medical providers at all. It stops them from being coerced into doing unethical billing in order to get paid anything because the partners of medicare in collusions with the other health plans have them coerced ito it. If one has an approved workers comp case and the medical care is considered usual treatment for the injury or disease one has contracted, then they will be forced to give the money back and no longer allowed to dump it onto medicare by thesecret illegal deals with the insurance companies. etc; and partners to obstruct, not pay , make medciare and in some cases mediacid to pay and most the potentially deadly to alter the diagnosis code to something else to circumvent them having to code as a conditional payment to send i to collections to pay the bill. But the wrong and illegally altered info gets into the national health insurance database and treatment is directly affected if followed. and has been with worngful deaths according to a Congresisonal study of 7 years ago. . And like for 4 months, I can't get diabetic strips fully paid for at Walmart becasue Ill Blues has been having a Parnter of Medicare, which receives the official secured posting from the US Dept of Labor on me bi weekly and medicare appellate judge said was accurate and up held the lower judges's rulings that medicare is secondary payer to Fed Bluess and OWCP as postied per contract is not to be altered, And is within mintues of the posting becasue of the illegal propriatary deals. If the primaries do not want to pay , then the medicare partner is to code it a conditional payemnt and the federal govt will go get the money and the patient and medical provider have no liablity in the matter as we are not law enforcment and the govt will shut down the overt criminal acts of manipulations of claims and official reocrds to get out of paying. If anything the medcical providers will be due more money, they should have been paid in the first place. This enforcement of the law has not occurred for almost 20 years when the Clinton Adm suspended it saying the insruance industry could 'police ' itself And went right out and started the criminal enterprise that has collapsed the health care system by full cooperation of the partners of the govt in doing so which were allowed to do so with out any monies to be used to stop the crimminal enterprise. Pnce his crackdown stsarts, the ripple effect will be honesty and integrity restored and all the hassle and delays on getting paid, will soon end from what is going on now in every medical billing office in the country. I've seen the law work well when there were no penalties or fines. Its been so long without the hassles and horrors maybe many have forgotten better times and some new in the field don't realize what is going on now was not always the way it was when the rules were obeyed. and rights to appeal disagreements actually got a hearing and fair, reasoned decisions. The patients had respect and so did the doctor. Now the law has penalites of $1000 a day. and hundreds of millions of dollars in fines should have already been assessed against Medicare Coordination fo Benefits (owner of the medicare computer system) as a subsidiary of Emblem Health International, formerly Group Health who owns them, as well as medicare seonndary payer recovery who is to go after their own parent company which is them and Lynn Blodget over at ACS Xerox who is carrying Horace M Cooper's orders as Chief of Employment standards at US Dept of Labor to this day even though he has not been on the job after it was obsoleted after investigation which led to conviction in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal and that ended in a misdeamenor for being wined and dined and sprots tickets and no further investigiaitons of millions of dollars missing for set side money for injured federal workers that Patrick McFarland OIG Director at OPM has wanted it investigiate as suspected embelzzlement ring for nearly a decade now as injured federal workers fight for life while medical care is obstructed and money was sent through to be used for their care. These are the kinds of info that an internal audit of contractor or partners of the govt should find. It was so clearly labled that when ACS took over, their call center employees were telling medical providers the injred workers each had a million dollars of the missing money, yet no such money was ever sent nor an ATM card either which raises the question, if ATM cards were issued to each of us, and never sent out,to seriously injured workers with established cases and ACS was to monitor the use that it waas for medical care? Then where are the cards? issued on ACS's own bank? in Dallas? and who cashed them it and was that the money used by Jack Abramoff and his cohorts to bribe officials at several federal agenices and others. Its public knowledge that the investigations inside Social Security, HHS Medciare, et al, US Dept of Labor, etc and who knows how many other agencies not yet publically stated were/are under investigaiton. All is not completed and felonies ones commtted causing deaths would mean no statute of limitations expires on murder? unless its by a Partner of the Govt now allowed to not only steal but murder, also? LATEST PHISHING CRIME Hack in and steal your phone number and call 911 and have them come to your door in the middle of the night. Happened to us a couple of nights ago and as a result our local police chief did invetigate as the call came through on our land line which we only use for the internet mostly and unknown to us. several of us n area had no land line either as a pole up the street and been smashed a couple of months ago and even though we still had the internet. the phone line was not even in operation. So absolutely no one could have called from a phone in our home. Not even the cat. Even the 911 oeprator tried to call back on the hang up call and got only atatic. So thanks to our local law enforcemnt who saw the seriousousness of a federal crime that could be used to tie up first responders alll over the country with fake calls, and the federal govt had no concept of how horrible that would be. and would do nothing about it. We now have the land line use restored if we choose to use it and the internet is working better and no longer getting a wizard alert to reconnect ssyng no FTP. I guess that meant federal telephone line not connected and didn't know the meaning of the letters was land line phone is not connected.. The IP company said that the internet , even through the phone company is a separate sytem. and I wonder if we have been using the neighbor's wi fi off their big antenna they have up and so have other neigbors and did not know it. As cell phones and wifi have taken over.so much none neven knew it was out in a smashed pole that stood up a few feet from the ground up at the corner. So a federal crime committed, got no attn by the feds, but it did result in phone sservice being restored in my neighborhood. Support your local law enforcement as they are our first responders and if one of us had been in trouble, they tried to verify and couldn't got a ring but static and came. Whoever did this needs to be stopped as its more than what happened last year and I wrote about here where hackers stole unassigned numbers from a major pnone company and was making hang up calls around OK. And the feds cared l[ttle that I checked all this out and found out what and where, etc. but not who, etc and never did anything. Now they know they can tie up the whole nation if they pull this?
