Podcast: Medicare Insights Weekly see the Medicare newsletter for the week  Please note: One can;t go to any doctor and get what they order paid for under Medicare as it used to be. is that so The govt contractors can ow control a death panel? The doctor will be forced to ignore even what the standards are under Medicare to deny equipment, including home oxygen when many different categories of patients qualify by Medicare standards which re now being ignored. i.e.  are expected to die in 3 years i order to get it and already be near death first. No maintaining life for years as the law and regulations state and have always been the law. Its always been 02 saturation rate OR other medical factors. which were put in more specific medical categories in 2005. Now being ignored in the very real death panels.  Many patients in many categories , when 02 is pulled gradually go into organ failure as their saturation rate drops,  and that's 'dying' If the patient survives they get oxygen paid for, other wise they get a funeral. But the results of the survival will weaken the organs and they will be getting their funeral sooner than if the law and regulations and medical treatment standards are followed.  Linda Joy Adams
