Been a rough week medically and the phone call that came to today form the General cousin at HHS in the western region, was dismaying. She had thought that HR 1063 died in Congress. Someone tried to 'kill its' but it got passed in 12/13 and she was not aware the president had singed in 1!1/13. Sec of HHS need to get a memeo out now and start enforcing the law, Its only the depletion of the medicare trust fund at stake as well a all those lives being lost form the claim processors altering diagnosis codes to circumvent liability cases in an illegal operation that should never have been allowed to go on for so long. GODD NEWS> Medicare is due a trillion + to collect back and some liability insurance companies needs to pay up. You might have to give a building or two to the govt for using those stolen profits to build, etc. This Has not bee a harmless crime, but no means. Its a life and death matter.
