Dily Recap 3/1/13: SCOTUS Ignorant of History? President Obama Born In Topeka KS

Daily Recap 3/1/13: SOCTUS Ignorant of History?: President Obama Born In Topeka Ks:
Beautiful Sunny but day too cool to go outside and sit in the garden and plant.
Did check things out and cover a few sprouting Snow pea seeds that had ashed out some during last soaking rain. Everything planted so far seemed to be sprouting and growing.  Weather forecast is by Sunday should be warm enough.
Uneventful day and so much paper work is piled up so high Was so hopeful that getting the Smart law  HR 1063 would mean everyone in the govt and contractors would move forward and implement it and with in a few months everything would be on the way to resolution. Lives would not be put at risk any more , and never have to hear about a Medicare going broke as it would not be the
'slush' fund for every health plan and insurance company to 'dump' the bills onto that they are legally obligated to pay.
Had a bad sinus headache and bleeding. Was able to take income this month and order the better probiotic that includes the Salivarious good bacteria for the oral and sinus and being with out it proves to me it really does help fight infection. in the upper respiratory. Had had to use one that Doyle got on sale that didn't have all of the various kinds in it. When ordering watch out you don't get one with alcohol in  the product. I really don't understand how a bacterium could be kept live and helpful if alcohol is used,? Wouldn't that kill it and one be paying for something that would do little good? Plus since injured 1/10/89, I've been chemically sensitive to ethanol alcohol as well  as formaldehyde and  so many things contain all these products or break down into them If they put aspartane in Milk then that would be a life threatening product for me as it breaks down into  it in the body and there would be more internal bleeding then some irritated sinuses. Yet FDA discriminates against the 10 million ( latest expert estimates) like me and say we don't deserve any warnings on labels as those with allergies do . Who's  in control of the FDA? The chemical companies that make the very produts we are sensitive too?. Started in earnest in 1992, with the chemicals used in cigarette flavoirrngs being allowed to be labeled as Natural flavoring in our food supply when they are anything BUT.
Monthly bill s came and went online and changed the amounts for the payments to go out. I remember when utilities used to  be minimal amounts . Now they are a major portion of ones income when they are living at poverty level. Got to pay for all those chemicals we then buy filters to filter  back out. and sign up for the smart meter and reduce usage during the very hours that so many in our household are getting home and want to use electricity. Growing food is becoming more than a hobby to off set costs.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: The e=mails I've been using to send these postings to the White House has been taken down. So will need ot find another venue. But if no one has shared these with POTUS since 7/26/12 and in Daily recaps since, then its probably not going to help to find another way.
                                      SCOTUS DOES'T KNOW HISTORY?
I was amazed that the US Supremer Court did not know the legal history behind the Voting Rights Act as hhey heard a case on voting rights. Justice Scalia equated it with Racism as the reason fro the laws. Yes that was major component, but it was not the genesis that supurred on getting the law passed that was sponsored by Senator Carlson of Kansas.
Its the history of POWER. Who will hold it is always the issue.. In the USA, whoever votes holds the power. In the Northern and Western States there had been     voting by all kinds of people for a long time, and women had gotten the right to vote almost a hundred years ago too.
But in the South, blacks were a substantial number and all kinds of laws and games were played plus terror tactics to scare  therm exercising their right to be part of the political process. Wh t the US Supreme Court ignored or forgot about was that the discrimination sometimes was against WHITES that could upset hold of POWER that had become entrenched.
With the expansion of industry into the south, especially after WWII, many educated whites were being hired in Southern states to be in charge and help run these new industries. And many were Republicans.
The Power had been pretty well consolidated into the DEMOCRATIC Party in the old segregated south.
Party affiliation has really changed over the last 50 years in many ways in an almost complete reversal.
Among those getting jobs in the south was a recent  white college graduate from Washburn University in Topeka Ks .  His wife, also a graduate of McPherson College and former teacher and science major and their children moved to Monroe Louiana where he had been hired as a chemical engineer in a local plant.
At that time one had to be a resident for 3 years before they could register to vote. That, long time in itself ,was a tactic to make sure that only 'older'entrenched families would retain the power in the old south.
For the 1960 presidential election, this couple went to the local courthose in Ouachita Parish Louisiana to register to vote in the Republican primary. They were turned away and denied the right to regiester to vote. Very emphatically and decidedly  because they didn't register Republicans. They would have been allowed to register as Democrats, but didn't  want to do so..
Many of the newly arrived colelee educated whites from the North seemed to want to register as Republicans and this in itself was going to have a major impact  of changing who was or might hold the new power base. And if they took over the courthouse, they would open the doors for any one to register and vote even those of a darker skin color. who had many numbers and the  newly arrived educated whites were going to upset the entire power hierarchy that had been in place for almost a hundred years despite the civil war being fought so that all would have equal rights of citizenship
HAROLD AND THEORA (HARDY) FIKE VACATION IN KANSAS
Soon after they were denied the right to register to vote, the couple with their children visited in Topeka Ks for summer vacation. This is my oldest sister and bother in law and by this time they had part of their eventual nine children And several years before Theora achieved some national recognition as integrating the Girl Scouts of America as well as other civil rights work  and becoming the President of Science Teachers of Louisiana and aiding in getting the law passed iin Louisina that would allow all ttheories of Creation to be taught in the public school atnd hen the US Supreme Court Decision of 1976 that allowed the Bible to be taught in the social science and literature curriculum's of the public school, even tough The Biblical version of creation would not be allowed to be taught in the Science Classroom. As she explained it to me , from a scientifiic perspective. Carbon 14 testing is not always a reliable indicator of time, as it does not break down in a consistent manner. I am not a scientist and my studies are limited to just introductory college courses but her explanation made sense to me that we really don't know much about a lot of things that seem to be taught as known for sure to our children. ;I always ask the question when reading the Bilble: How can it be literally true not if it is. Scientific study is fining it s more true than any ever thought from that perspective.}
. Before her death she had become active in the Pro Life movement which, as I was told, caused some parting of the way with Hillary Clinton when she had assisted  Gov  Bill Clinton of Arkansas  with reforming ther education program that he had given to Hillary to oversee and Theora had given some input and seminars, etc..( another of those who have either run for or elected to one of the two top positions in this nation over the last thirty years.) We lost her to cancer in 1990. and at her funeral I met former roommate of hers at University of Hattiesburg in  Mississippi when she had spent a semester teaching there  while working on her doctorate in science education. She's  Dr. Jocelyn Elders, former Surgeon General of USA under President Bill Clinton who had thought she would be an integral part of creating  health care for all in the USA and according to her book, got excluded from  the process. Then castigated in the media over advocating providing birth control to teenagers. What many did not know was that so many teenage girls who got pregnant were being sent automatically for home study and part of why my sister had gotten into the pro life movement. Teenagers are humans able to reproduce  but our society says to  wait and many do not do so and often it ends the education of the girl and often the young man also.  And society frowns on early marriage and our whole society is upside Deon in dealing with the issue in many ways. Of course its better to wait until odder , but it doesn't always happen. And its only in the last  hundred years, that waiting for marriage until later has become  a norm that wasn't present in he thousands of earlier years of history of humanity. We have not dealt well with the issue going from one extreme to another and unfortunatly abortion has become a terrible option too easy to get without weighying the conscience  and now with out even parents being allowed to know. Could we get things more mixed up then we now have them?
                    VOTING RIGHTS ACTS-FORGOTTEN HISTORY
Theora and Herold came home for a visit in Summer of 1960 and were sitting in the living room in our home  in Topeka Ks explaining how they got denied the right to  regisetr to vote. I got really angry and said THEY CAN:T DO THAT THAT'S WRONG!  I still remember how angry  I'd gotten. It was as if my part in the  Brown VS Board of education and  the cross burned in our yard  in McPherson Ks in 1946 becasue my Dad hired a Balck woman in his restaruant and was wanting her to take over as manager and then let students of color from Africa eat there ( I wrote of this in the Daily Recaps)   caused me at 18 months of age to see terror and evil first hand.I  I went into the Kitchen and stood there trying to compose my self. At that point, Dad said: You need to call Senator Carlson. Theora went to the phone and called his office in Topeka ks. I saw her face and saw a change come over her as she was talking to a different person then when she first called explaining what had occurred. She hung up the phone and a determination and almost fear came over her. She was going to walk into history and knew she was being called to do just that. she also looked at me and we exchanged looks and I  became calm that it was going to be all right whatever came next. The right thing was going to happen. I could feel it as a person of fsith, the Holy Spirit of YAHUSHA, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus was in the room and inc ontrol of the process..
She waked into the living room and announced. Senator Carlson wants us to come down and talk to him now. They got  dressed  up and left. The rest is part of HISTORY.
The FBI went in undercover into Ouachita Country Courthouse and followed the steps my sister and brother- in- law had gone through and got denied the right to register, too. There was a 'conviction' Yes some laws were already on the books in this country about voting rights.  In 1964, the votes of Ouachita Country Parish Louisiana  did not count in the Presidential election as punishment.   And White Republicans began registering to vote and soon became a strong voting block in the south, upsetting the entrenched  power of the past. WHITES HAD TO GET THE RIGHT TO VOTE FIRST! Next came getting the right  to vote for everyone. Sometimes there are many other parties and events that lead to the main one. for human rights. Some become well known and some get forgotten b the US supreme court but still have beaning on their decisions. Race was an underlying oomponet and the mix of northern Republicans was eventually going to spread the power base to all citizens. Money and power seem to always be the reason for so much denial of basic human rights to all.  Most never knew how it all came about and its lost to history until someone like me writes or tells about it.The system worked becasue one Senator from Kansas where before the year was over the parents of the current President of the USA would be attacked on the banks of the Kansas river and he died saving his girlfriend and unborn son, in an attack that upset the current power s and fear that of mixing of races as this interracial couple became a couple. So  when its a mystery who the Daddy is? No one has bothered to go check back in Topeka Ks as ;everyone knew'  as they were breaking the mores of the past when two young  people who cared about each other would have the right to be a couple and the whole  community would not think they had a right to interfere in the personal lives of a couple  which I considered the personal business of their families. when I head of it more than once. Not knowing that  they were my family.as Ann was using the name Dunham and not Pope ,the birth name of her Dad, my second cousin.
So when the Republican party now seems to be the one wanting to restrict the right to vote to those legally eligible to do so, this last year, many did  stand up to it.  To see those people standing in  lines for hours because some wanting to control the power play in the wrong way brought tears of happiness to my eyes that the precious right to vote would not be denied to any one.
This was the election for the Republicans to lose and they did everything wrong. They picked a candidate that no matter what they political handlers did could never make him likable to the masses, they created a fake issue of the President being ineligible to be on the ballot when being Born in Topeka ks and the fake bio and the covered up murders were known to al those in power even if withheld from the president himself; then the last nail in the coffin of a republican victory were laws to restrict voters from voting. by closing polls and making people stand for hours. And they still don't get what happened. What happened they lost their humanity. starting with the horrific disrespect for Ron Paul who was repectedted by  many people, even if they didn't always agree with his politics. But few ever really learned what they were that they were not the extreme as he taunting made them out to be. . The bankstes didn't want him auditing the Fed and finding out where our money went.  There is such a thing as charisma and it takes an amount of that to get elected. But the conflict in who was going to keep the power  was not going to let anyone upset it.  I have not said who I voted for in the Nov Election and will not, My ballot is secret. But if ever a party could do things wrong the Republicans did as they forgot their basic rights of what it means to be an American. And some of the hateful rhetoiri has not stopped. and the big money has polarized congress so tha the coup d'etat of the Nation and the world is almost complete by the few that have pitted one group against another while they sat back and let the power be retained in their control and they have never cared bout party or race or anything else but the power and the wealth that goes with it.My 'prophecy' based on 67 years of living and some education and intererst in the matter is that the election of 2012 will go down in history as the worse display ofhow to elect a president in the history of the USA at least in modern times. The people got ignored that do still hold the constitutional power. in this nation.
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE II SECTION 2 (phrase by phrase by analysis)
"upon  any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices,"
When one holds office in the Executive branch which includes Cabinet members and all the civil servants under them, the President only has the right to delve into and audit the work that is bieng done in the workers work. He or she does not have the right to become involved in ones personal life unless it affects the work of the position held.    That is an abuse of the power of the office to do that.
