 Too cold to sit on the ground and work in the garden. Today But the the Sun shone brightly. Its supposed to freeze tonight so we brought in the seedlings I'd sat outside to get better sun. In a couple of days its supposed to be warming again. The last couple of years its like we get extremes of weather from one day to the next. Went out and watered the garden as the high winds of the last few days has dried things some. The freezing temps shouldn't hurt cool weather crops. But the water will help some , too Everything seems to be growing and sprouting.

                                  DEATH PANEL WARNING
I've written a lot online and here about Medicare not following the guidelines on home oxygen and that patients are dying sooner than they should be over it. So if you OR a loved one are caught in this please fight for your life as its a life and death struggle.
 The easiest way and many patients can be qualified in a few minutes is just to put an oximeter on the patient's finger and get and 02 saturation rate. and if its 88% or lower than one qualifies. If you read on line in professional medical sites; medically health plans should be using 94% but that number has been going down as rationing took place.
 BUT ITS NEVER BEEN ONLY THE SATURATION RATE    
Its always been O2 rate OR! since 1966 when Medicare began.
 Prior to 2005 for Medicare it had  been OR medical records and became a very cumbersome and wieldy process. And  in prior decades where one could have an appeal and get an answer, then it could be resolved with ones medical records as to why one needs home oxygen and compressed air vs the concentrator.       
It had gotten so that the regulations were being ignored and one Man in North TX was sent home from the hospital and died without  home oxygen and a 13 million dollar aware against Cigna for ignoring the law.
 If a corporation really was a person then someone would have gone to jail on a murder charge. Its why calling a corportaton a person is ludicrous. They can't be put in jail as a person is who commits the same crime. And the people inside hide behind the corporate name.
 For awhile things got better and many were able to get life sustaining care.
In 2005 Sec of HHS Tommy Tompkins and the Director of Medicare McClellan , a physician  came up with very medically specific guidelines. It was the 02 sat rate or one of  a medically specific list of conditions.. If one had certain medial conditions then they got home oxygen and those like me who are also (life threatening) chemically sensitive to the low level ozone emissions from concentrators would get compressed air,or liquid oxygen. which is what I use.
 My oxygen was approved for life by Federal workers comp  almost 20 years ago. But  I went through  Lin care pulling my liquid oxygen out of my House, when everyone didn't know I still had   permanent medical from OWCP after  4 years of records disappeared inside Federal workers comp making it look as if I did not return to work in 1990 and they thought I should never have been allowed monthly income, etc. A felony among the routine felonies on files and data for 24+ years. since injured 1/10/89. ( as one can see one can live for many years with home oxygen, instead of the current practice of  three years before death because ones death has been sped up without it)
What happens is oxygen is pulled and ones organs fail, heart, kidney, blood, etc. As one is dying the 02 sat rate gradually goes down and eventually gets to 88% , then one gets the oxygen. if one survives.  The angina is excruciating pain as it inducing an ischemic heart attack. And I've been put through this as the supplier does it, as the doctor can't be involved. But in the meantime the process of proving it that way means ones life has been shortened as permanent damage is highly probable. I had this done to me. NO DOCTOR WILL DO THIS as my pulmonologist says, its MALPRACTICE. Yet Medicare contractors have been doing it and making the suppliers go along it with it.If your loved one has this happen, get an oximeter, monitor them and get to the hospital when the sat rate gets near 88 and make sure you get the sat rate documented. Good tome for a cellphone pic, You may be saving your loved ones life as the medical community has their hands tied. with loss of medical certifications, etc.
 This got changed in 2005, and then soon got ignored after both resigned.. . The medical profession and modern science knows that if you have these medical conditions, then  its known that oxygen is needed. Something the medical profession had known, but had never put into a concise regulation before. And there is still the option of making a medical case if one is in another category not listed.
 I actually meet these guidelines, three differernt ways. and have home oxygen approved for life by all three plans. But now Lincare has become the only supplier in my area and they are refusing service.
 Since 1/08,Medicare wrote more regulations that pushed most home health agencies out oft he liquid oxygen business. A respiratory technician has to be hired in order to deliver it.( but not for a concentrator)  Most cannot afford to do this at an initial cost of $21000 when most only had a few patients. The home health agency I had gotten  after Lincare denied service in 5/06 was able to turn all their patients over to Rhema in TX, but I was the only OK patient and Linceare had the monopoly again. This is coming from corporate headquarters and they also have my owcp contract but are not delivering it.  (common interlocked ownership of the cabal)Through 2008 up to 12/11, our son hauled tanks from the manufacturer and had to pay out of pocket. I submitted claims and no one would process them, so no appeal could be filed.
 Ralph Rouse , civil right office manager for HHS in Dallas through or disappeared the complaints and got mad at me in a threatening phone call when I filed the first one in 1/08. Not one has been answered since as we filed them periodically and Debbie Campos get this posting daily of new incidents.
 Finally in 12/11 ,Fed Blues paid back for the months I did not have Part B Medicare and the months I did have that, the claims are still pending waiting for Cigna to process and they won't as there is no supplier but they will not answer the appeal I filed saying its an  unconstitutional death panel when ther is no supplier available to have.
I get about 60% paid for, but nothing for mileage and I had to go online EBay and buy a couple of tanks to replace some that wore out. There were many online then, as home health agencies were unloading equipment they no longer could use due to the govt forcing them out of business There is a trend to force all smaller home health agencies out of business and only the mega international companies will be available as regulations  keep getting piled on that only the larger companies can afford to meet since they buy in bulk, etc.

To day, I posted online on my sites ahead of other Daily recaps and also am starting to re post Violations of civil rights .. which are actual filings that were submitte to various entities. 
The Medicare Monthly Newsletter says that in order to get supplies paid for under Medicare then one must have a prescription from a doctor that accepts Medicare assignment.
 This has never been true before. One could see any certified doctor and get the prescription and have Medicare pay for the suppliers, even though one might not have the doctor bill fully paid for. Usually one can see any doctor, but one as to pay the doctor and they are not bound by the Medicare payment rates. One can then get a portion of the charges paid direct to them.
Doctors are being made to go along with the death panel regulations and I have run into some of this going on recently and its a death panel gauntlet that I have witnessed. Thankfully already being approved for life, I'm not currently affected. Its imperative that if you are approved for life to get your records and hang on to them. Often the medical necessity forms the doctor completes are not with your regular medical records and its a mystery why? I got a copy because Lincare wouldn't give my pulmonologist at the University of TX the form and I had to get one and give it to him and he kept a copy and gave me one also.
 I don't have Medicare as a primary payer, its the third payers and Federal workers comp controlled by the international , financially interlocked X Affiliated computer services, CEO Lynn Blodgett, now, they will not process a claims for oxygen as "IT WOULD BE PAID" and then they'd he to pay for all my bills. Isn't ;that what; is  to happen when   one has permanent medical coverage.? Several have said ,they had instructions from Past Director of Office of Personnel Management that "Let her die" order. and have not rescinded it. ACS has over a decade of unprocessed claims and We've had to do all kinds of things to prove they were received by them. As they won't even acknowledge receipt. That in itself could end their lucrative death panel govt  contract.
So if ones doctor is made to take assignment on Medicare, then its forcing all doctors to do so and then they will be under the control of the international cabal and forced to go along with unconstitutional death panel regulaitons which no one can appeal outside the govt contractors carrying out the death panel orders. I don't know how any good doctor can practice medicine in such an environment. And this is what is coming to be world wide as the military industrial complex, owners run health care world wide in similar plans.
What 's coming is not Obama Care its the world wide Beast system. And several presidents have let this gradually be put into place from both political parties and few have stood up to it in Congress on either side. We have to share costs for health care collectively as few of us can afford what its costs for a serious illness or injury. So when those call doing things in common bad, premature death is bad , too. We can do things in common, if we, the people through our Representatives have control of it and have our civil rights to file appeals if the system is broken or the rules not applied correctly.  In my case even appellate Judges orders disappear ad are defied. All  rights  have almost been done away with.
If a loved one gets sic;, read and research and don't assume everything is being done to sustain long life for the loved one, It may not be. This is genocide of the worse kind and its not socialism, its facism where if one is old or sick one has no value. Its the 'religon;of the evil one. The anti of everything most people of this world believes in. Its dishonoring our elders. So one has to remove those Ten commandments to bring it in as it says to Honor your parents, which is our elders.
                                    PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES

Today the Bible opened to Zachariah Chapter 10
Verse 1 "Ask the Lord ( Yahuah , Yahusha) for rain In the time of the latte rain..."
 I ask if this is referring to the late Spirng rain of the area, or if it is referring to the end times? It could have a dual meaning?
History does repeat itself as we don;t fa the evils of the past to overcome them so they never occur again among humans. From that point of view, its very pertinent for to day and I will quote a few verses, teat need little more comment on.
Verse 2.." idols speak delusion; diviners envision lies, and tell false dream; the comfort in vain... the people wend their way like sheep...no shepherd."
Turn on any cable news show and watch the sriptures in action. Every one's an expert on the future  and few are ever completely correct.  The world is in chaos and other scriptures say, its ripe for one to take charge of the world and it will be a deceiver making  everyone think he has all the answers. When , as a person of faith ,only one Divine entity does.
Verse3-5 "My anger is kindled toward the shepherds.... I will visit ..Judah..His royal horse in the battle......be like mighty men...who ride down ther enemies...the Lord is with them.."
 This is written as the Lord speaking and is a warning that Judah is on the side of the the Lord. THE battle may mean the end time Armageddon or another later end time pre battle.
Verse 6." I will strengthen the House of Judah/// save the house of Joseph....will bring them back..I will hear them"
I see this as a warning that the armies of the world can amass great wealth and power, but in the end the Almighty has the ultimate power to win over all.
verse 7 "..their heart shall rejoice in the Lord.."
Other prophecies say that there will be a rebirth of belief in Israel in the latter day or end times, whenever that might be but the signs do indicate it is imminent.
verse 8 " I will whistle for them and gather them, for I will redeem them"
 This verse and the next few seem to have different times referred to in this chapter. Past, recent past and future. The people of Israel hae been dispersed for  almost two thousand years throughout he world and yet, they have returned.
verse 11.."Then the pride of Assyria shall be brought down and the scepter of Egypt  shall depart."
Age old enenmies and its the current ones, too.
Verse 21..".And they shall walk  up and down in the NAME of the Lord. Something that has never occurred in the Hebrew tradition where only the consonants were used in the writings of scriptures. We have several versions being used, today.by different Jewish and Christian groups and persons.Will it be said as He is coming soon? The Messiah, Yahusha  as Christina call Christ Jesus ,etc. This mere human does not know, but am trying to get prepared for whatever comes. and pray that the lies of the deceivers will be shown for what they are  are and the TRUTH shine through

one of the great things about the Internet is I can publish a newsletter like this and link others articles to mine and they can do the same to  theirs.and write opinions or discuss them. 'Before the News' has been doing this.
Its been a good thing for me, as it points out that often in a Daily Recap that is part of an on going discussion, its not always clear what the full context is for the meaning of things I say or report on. And sometimes its misunderstood and not exactly what I intended to express. Its what those in the public eye go thorough all the time and they get better at being clear about things.
I HAVE NEVER SAID PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS THE ANTI CHRIST! Many certainly have said so, but its said he will be revealed when the restrainer is removed. and that 's open to a lot of interpretation.
MORE LIKELY, its one holding the real power  behind this international cabal and that is unlikely to be a political leader or even a CEO as they are mostly 'hired hands'. in this current era.  If at some point a political leader is handed the reins of power for that entire cabal then one would see who it is, if one is still here and eyes opened for TRUTH. Salvation is open to all until the very end, so one can be considered a very bad person and be saved, is my personal belief. We may see opposing cabals an done usurp he other before this is all over and then that one will have someone gain high power. And the new pope may be  good or bad. My Bible says we will know them by their 'fruits.' ( their actions). And what they say is important , too. The Republicans lost an election for sounding as if they were 'heartless."  They haven't improved the rhetoric much either. Do they all believe what they are proposing?
Its why its always good to go back and read the original for ones self.Its why I've been doing a phrase by phrase analysis of the Constitution each day. And also, have been re posting the originals of the  info about the president's birth as well as the violations of civil Rights which are actual filings with various govt and entities and their contractors that expose the awful situation we all are in for our lives and livelihoods. And I have never said who I voted for in !1/12. Trying to not make this a political statement aobut the president for he is only one of a long line that has one somethings right, and to often not done things well. And Congress has done little better. Even ther own parties turning on the ones that have stood up with courage, form each side of thee aisle, against evil that is overtaking us.  An evil based on power and control and increasing it over the entire world.  How we have allowed ourselves to be deceived by all and without an independent news media its difficult to get TRUTH out.I wrote about the Death Panel that's been in place for some time and back again in full force now.  And what is going on in other fields of medicine that I, as a non doctor, have little insight into. There's so much fear about some bad germs  into some medicine or food, that so many bad chemicals and toxins are added that medicine and food have often become the life endangering product. and the FDA is nothing but a joke as a 'fully owned subsidiary of the toxic and chemical industry.' in many ways.  We the people who hold the power of numbers have let ourselves be  overtaken. In a nation where we are to hold the power.
'Before the News' published a photo of an ancestor of the president's mother. I have never seen this person as one from  my Dad's family. If it is I've never seen it. No name was listed under it. and have no idea where they got it. Remember the family name is not Dunham but Pope of the president's grandfather. I still do not know if my Dad's sister Helen Hardy Pope born Olga Romanov who married Millard Dell Pope might have been related to the Dunhams in some way.  These would be the great grandparents of the president, through his mother and her Dad.Then there is big mystery , to me, of who Marilyn or Madelyn's family is on back. and why my parents understood that Fred Phelps or his wife were related to her at Westboro Baptist church. I AM NOT RELATED TO  THE PHELPS  that  I am ever aware of.   All of us are descendants of Noah, so we are just one big family on planet Earth.
 Thanks to them for giving me the credit for Sheriff Joe not giving up. I was a little blunt when I called them. I have never threatened any one and wouldn't do so. as it isn't the answer. I do plead for action when lives are at stake, though. I was disgusted for him not getting to Topeka Ks and ending this with the full truth coming out. There is more to come that I only have its and pieces of  and its getting to the bottom of a lot of very scientifically studied mind manipulation of the masses. These scriptures to day are so real to me, for after there had been such a crackdown on any kind of  bullying or racial names said  in the Topeka School, after Brown Vs the Board of Education and the schools fully integrated; all of a sudden it was like the gossip frenzy over the interracial couple, the parents of the president, was allowed to continue. Was it being directed to let it happen? If so , it was the ultimate evil as it led to three dead in the Kansas River.
And Ann was to be a human sacrifice also with the president unborn in her. All those that want to call her names, please put yourself in the situation of being 15, pregnant, the 'whole community' has seemed to be against you as a couple and them when attacked the authorities only wanted to shut you up and you did';t know if your boyfriend and father of your baby might have made it to the riverbank and be laying there in the middle of winter, injured ,but alive. How could three disappear and no one care? Think of what was behind the fear of all when those that could do this have gone free for 50+ years and the others that might have known something not talked out of the same fear?! Its the spiritual cloud over Rosa Parks that she is honored but a relative of hers and her husband has had no justice and written out of history, almost for 50+ years and the reason he said he was related to her fueled the frenzy even more. by those that did not want integration to occur. This interracial pregnant couple, manifested their worsel fears of interracial mixing. and would not leave the matter for the two families to deal with as a very personal family matter.
[also, I have traditional views of marriage and am personally Choose life as a view> I BELIEVE THAT IN THE USA, we have a right at age 18 to create our own families. and are doing so. I do not judge these people. although its not my personal choice.. I have known very good people who live various life styles. and at the end of time when all are judged, we may all be surprised at who come out on the good side. Christ said to  consider our own self before judging others too severely.  Its a heart thing.!)
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE II SECTION 2 (phrase by phrase analysis)
"and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate"
The executive branch of the govt has the President as the head and he has te power to nominate certain parties in the govt to high position. But its to be done with not only the consent of the Senate but with their advice, also. Advice is a word, that does not make it mandatory, but if there is not some discussion and input, then we see what has occurred over the last several presidents when the constitution has been forgotten in many ways. There is to be some input and sharing and advice given by the Senate as to who would be a good person for a position. Out of 300 + million people, there are often excellent and gifted people to do these jobs and even the president doesn't know who all of them are. Congress can be of help. Of course political patronage is not good, but it does happen, too. Sometimes its OK , but too often they are not the best. for the nation or the world if one is dealing with ambassadorships.
