 Rain poured down most of the day , but its warmer and hopefully the sun will come out Tomorrow and can get some natural Vitamin D from the Sun again.  Mail came and 4 different claims got illegally paid by Medicare first on Doyle in violation of the new law HR 1063 and thus many should be getting fined $1000 a day until the claim is labeled a conditional payment and the recovery letter goes out from the same company that illegally altered the records on the Medicare computer which is owned by Emblem health's contractor Medicare coordination  of Benefits so the Medicare trust fund can continue to be stolen as they have been doing without any restrictions by the HHS  or congress for over a decade. So the law is being disobeyed and congress whines about no money when  the public monies are being dateline as the laws they passed to stop it is ignored. So the Medicare recovery contractor, another subsidiary of Emblem Health ( used to be Group Health until they went international) must expose its own illegal corruption in order to obey the law? Where's Congress?  Across the street fund raising because  95% of the people are not participating in the political process and being bamboozled by flashy ads and non  issues instead of whether our own elected officials are doing their job. Many are not! The few that are trying to do so, get little support from those wanting Truth and honesty  in govt and the Constitution upheld. and the public monies not be stolen form the intended use by unaccountable govt contractors diverting and blatantly stealing monies. To date, I've seen no formal notice from HHS go out to the partners of Medicare or even to the medical providers or suppliers  notifying them they can be fined a $1000 day a day for ignoring the law and illegally billing Medicare when its not the primary payer and then if he primary payer doesn't pay, send it to medicare coded a conditional payments which means 1. patients and medical providers are not liable for any refund  because 2. the govt will do its job to enforce the law as has been the law on this for 30 years, but  former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala decided to suspends enforcement because the health insurance industry would all obey the laws. and rules an not steal... She did this is 1994 and not one Sec of HHS since overturned that order until Congress did it job and passed the law with added penalties of fines. Medicare will soon be solvent with all the fines collected plus the monies refunded back from the insurance industry ad their illegal propriety deals between themselves have ended as the law, judges orders and govt contract terms will rule the process and not stealing the Medicare trust fund so bigger profits can be obtained by the insurance industry.  Plus, yes, the liability claims will be paid by them and the govt will see to it once they are approved. No more altering diagnosis codes inside the companies to circumvent the primary paying. Thus causing death and terrible injures to patients as  that national health insurance claims data base is being used more and more for medical history and a congressional study of 7 years ago already reflected the astounding numbers form its used that resulted in wrongful death malpractice suits for busy doctors relying on it. Tha';s another Group Health contract and not under HIPPAA and not even the doctor who has his or her diagnosis criminally altered can get it corrected.  This is more than hacking;g this is the ones who are given the job to uphold the integrity of the process doing this and stealing from the people.
Many fear what Obama care brings. This law, even though its for Medicare will greatly solve the inherent problems in the Affordable care act and all these illegal deals have to end for those claims, too. The original conditional payment law passed in 1981? was hated by the insurance industry as it meant they had to behave. and to suspend that sent a message that anything to rip off the taxpayer was a go. In order to get any kind of payment medical providers were coerced into going a long with the corruption with the AMA doing little to stop it. Even sabotaging their own lawsuit by leaving the patients out of it when it was our claims being discussed.
We have the law, to solve a major part of these Death panels caused by the internal corurption and nothing is happening but lawlessness? Have those in charge forgotten that Medicare has set the standard of behavior through out the health care industry for decades and to enforce those laws, has a ripple effect throughout the health care system?
                                          PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Today the Bible opened to John  Chapter 3. The scripture that spoke to me was:
verse 11..." We speak what we know and testify what we have seen  and you do not receive our witness."
verse 16 on are the most beloved of many scriptures for believing Christians and many of us have song these words in choral numbers or listened to them being sung. .."For God ( Yahuah , Yahusha, Ruah) whom Christians call Christ Jesus) so loved the world. ...." whether one is Christian or not, love for one another is the power that birngs peace and harmony to this world.
verse 19 seems so pertinent for the time, also :" ...men loved darkness  rather than light, for their deeds were evil."
 verse 20-21. " For everyone practicing evil  hates the light , lest his deeds be exposed , But he who does the truth comes to the light , that his deeds can be clearly seen, that they have been done in God."
Some might  say the ending with the words for the glory of God, for the good for love "
I surely know what its like being an eye witness when those with misplaced and even evil agendas don't want the truth known as it upsets and exposes their motives or the monies they have invested in the wrong agendas. If they had been motivated by love for one another, maybe they would have sought the Truth first before investing money in  gossip, rumor and lies. Some may just have seen a chance to make a lot of money and if it hurts the people and the nation and world, bu it they didn't care.  The Deity of the Creator is one of Creation and goodness and love, the other guy  is one of jealousy and destruction and hatred and doesn't care about even those who have given  him their soul
 to the evil one.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS  I began posting the eyewitness testimony on 7/26/12 and in the Daily recaps since of the birth of the president in Topeka Ks. I really thought someone would get the records out of Topeka ks and get some recognition for locating them and all would be ended. But no one  wants the truth to be known and its a mystery why? Is it the millions invested because when they learned about Topeka ks the president didn't confirm it because he didn't know? and so they shirked their media duty to us and  didn't go get all the info and break the story and maybe the president would have been able to go back and amend his application's for ballots with I didn't know?
 The birthers don't want the truth as they are out to prove the president is not eligible to be president and upset good people who have some disagreements over some of his political views on marriage and abortion.
Then there are some murderers that may still be alive and might even get prosecuted for the attack on his parents that left his real Dad dead in the Kansas River and two others?
And was MK Ultra working with teenagers in Topeka Ks? ( something I had heard some rumors about but don't know for sure.
Do some not want the secret govt business? of his grandparents known for some reason at this late date when anything they might have been involved in surely was long ago and over by now? Or is it?
Is all the other family secrets on both sides of my family as to whom is related to whom?
Whatever its time for lies and deceptions to end and start living in the truth and light.
Then there are those that have stolen the public monies and don't like the law that just got signed that will stop the stealing of our health care dollars once its implemented, a law that's been the law for 30+ years, but not enforced for  the last two decades as  govt contractors bled us of our health care dollars and payments to providers got cut more and more due to it.A corrupt night mare that simply has to end before the new law for everyone takes  full effect next year. Death panels are the corrupted mess. This law would set the standard for honesty and integrity and life  and no more skimming and scamming by the partners of the govt in schemes to steal our monies. Which includes making the health care providers pay for bureaucratic red tape not needed in the modern IT era.  Its the final scam.
 What changed  this last week that all of a sudden , I'm getting slams and snide remarks, and some of them are from actually reading what I've been writing in sections not just about the birth certificate. some don't want it to be true as there are those in high levels of this govt or were that should be in jail for what happened to a 90 employees of a social security office in Jersey City NJ in the Hartz mountain building called the ADP building at 2 Journal square. 9Th floor where we couldn't have legally be in in the place as it couldn't have legally passed city, state or Federal inspections for us to inhabit it.  Then to have the gas detectors turned off so the fire dept would evacuate us if they had to come one more time?  as the building would be considered unsafe. And its was and public enemy number #1 ( name he went by) who did stand a few feet from my desk and stare at the World Trade center later putting it in the ground.and how did he get hired, when not even a citizen? Delores Bryant hired him, and some of my co workers are dead and most of us will die of injuries at some point in time,  That's the truth and no conspiracy theory out there at all. Truth has been well hidden and we are all suffering over it.
The corruption in our govt that has ruined our nation for decdes because of personal agendas overruling the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation as our constitution requires for all who serve our country in any capacity.
 ITS THE PICTURES?!! I began posting pictures from our records and my parents, and  its a lot of memories going through them.Some in this country, still don't realize that our Pres  is 1/2 white.until I began posting his ancestors, the Popes and Hardy's  Personally, I think all of us are more mixed race  over the last several thousand years since Noah stepped off the Ark with his wife and three sons and daughter in laws. So race should be immaterial, we all probably have DNA of all them in i nus somewhere in our ancestry. I don't know of any more recent in  the president's mother's line though. And his Real Dad as told to my mother by his mother, and 'everyone' knew who the couple was in Topeka ks ;was really Black. Ones outside  doesn't make the person, its the soul of the person that should be important and that does come from  heritage even if one doesn't know about it directly. Its in the mannerisms and ways of doing things.

Today I posted one of my Dad, Rev Tracy Hardy that married the Obamas He's the President's great great Uncle and brother of his  great grandmother Helen ( Hardy) Pope. Their second youngest son, stole the wallet of Stanley Dunham and instead of coming home in the fall from working in Liberal Ks they learn their  young teenage son was in the military   as Stanley Dunham and used that name and got married to Marilyn whom went by Madelyn or "Tut".
The second picture  is annotated by my mother as the Popes. Its missing the youngest child. and appears to have been taken in the 1930's  considering the ages. So the youngest  boy in the pic on his Dad's lap is Dan. Yesterday I posted a page from my mother's notebook listing all the Hardy grandchildren from the five siblings that arrived in Haxtun Colorado almost a hundred  years ago. and that's another family mystery that I have explained in detail  here of what I know and how we all learned about it. It explains the abject fear on the Hardy side.  that the incident.   and murders in Topeka ks made all that more imperative  to do something to preserve life.  Much more than racism.  compounded by Westboro Baptist Church whom my parents understood were relatives of Marilyn's ( Madelyn's)
Maybe some are nervous as many don't relaize how interrelated many of our elected leaders and those who have run for highest office are in this country? And their connections to some of the real power structures and institutions of this world that have excited for thousands of years in some cases.At least in the USA, under our Constitution they can  run for public office against each other, rather than getting nations in wars over some family disagreements. Its the masterful piece of paper that Constitution and we need to follow it, amending if need be.
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNTIED STATES ARTICLE II SECTION 4 ( phrase by phrase analysis)
" The President, Vice President  and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high  Crimes and Misdemeanors."
 Maybe some don;t like me because some are calling for impeachment over  non issues of eligibility and maybe using others ssn's etc some time so far in the past that its past the time for prosecutions, etc. We sent through this in the 1990; with Clinton and we are suffering because 15 years later we don't have the laws we need to prevent the wars we got into and the thefts of our monies which congress was working on and stopped to get rid of the Pres Clinton over a current perjury charge and the US senate did not deem it a High enough crime t for removal.  I don't agree with everything going on in Washington right now and pray daily for our leaders to be guided by the Holy Spirit to do what is right and good. But for some to call for impeachment when they haven't even bothered to get the records out of Topeka ks is ludicrous. The only issue is did he know and when did he know he was lied to by him immediate family about this birth in The USA, just in the wrong state. Something I fully understand better than he may realize and so do others with pasts that have been kept from them. Most are not in the public eye and having a birther movement looking everywhere the world for records except where they are. So get your facts and documents in order before embroiling this nation in something that may never be proven. We can;'t afford it. Congress has a very onerous duty here to make sure good laws and budgets get passed and see to it that HR 1063 is rigorously enforced before this bunch of govt partners gets hold of the money of 300 million's health care dollars. See that the standard for good health and care and justice and fairness is upheld. Right now, its not headed that way unless the laws are upheld. and over sight done.

So far, I've nor received any phone calls, etc. Sheriff Joe's people has my info and I get the PPSimmons newsletter so he has my e- mail.I';m way behind on answereing them, and apologize to any one I've not answered I'm not doing this for money as others are with paid staffs, etc. I'm just trying to stay alive and its well documented that an order of Let Me die has been in effect for over a decade from the highest levels of this federal govt and so far, the local medical community has not listened and I thank them for that.
