 Spent another hour today going through memories in tubs and will explain more below.
Rainy, dreary and cold today so did not get anything done outside and only mail was some wanting us to buy something. Rain is good for the garden, but need to get out and put in more green and yellow beans,
Still have some cough and some sinus infection and good hot sun is good medicine. Re posted another violations of civil rights and will just rename it Novatis and resend that one. Medicare still being robbed.
The date of passage of HR 1063, the bill that will save Medicare more than any other law was held up in the US Senate for over a year by someone. Why?  Then at the end of the last year they got it passed. Did many already leave town to do it?  President then signed it. While everyone is running around bemoaning Obama care and dong nothing about those unaccountable govt contractors that will run it whiteout oversight, etc. the law that will help  straighten things out got passed and HHS has done nothing to get it implemented yet?. Congress you are blowing it! Those with special interests stealing the public monies, don't want you to get this  law implemented as they won't be able to steal enough to buy back their publicly traded stock and go private so no one will know who is running the world? WITH THE PEOPLE'S MONIES THAT WE WANT USED FOR US, FOR OUR INFRASTRUCTURE AND TO HELP EACH OTHER STAY ALIVE.

       Today the Bible opened to Isaiah  Chapter 19.

 This is one of those chapters which scholars for hundreds of years say is about the past and the future.
its all about sinning against  Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah whom Christians call Christ Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit.
Those who get embroiled n idol worship and sins usually turn on each other and no one wins. 
Verse 4.." mentions the fierce King... a cruel master..;
 So many are pointing fingers saying this or that person is the anti Christ. The fierce king is one of the many prophetic names of that person. and has Egypt being ruled by him.
Salvation is available to everyone up to the last moment of the final take over and  we the people always have a choice to not allow it to happen and are asked by our spiritual entity  we worship to work to prevent it.
The chapter ends with a promise of redemption of some kind for Egypt after all is over.
One of the things I personally do not like is the fatalistic view so many have. As if its all over and they just sit down and give up. I don;' know of any faith that is asking any one to do that. The Deity of the Bible   is one that created us with free will and we are to exercise it for good and not for evil. Granted the more evil here is in the world , the harder it becomes to over take it. But isn't that what we are called to do, to work as one human family of individuals with human rights for the good of all. How could we allow ourselves to be robbed and not hold our leaders f over the last hundred years, etc accountable.  One can;t point fingers at just the current officials , it started long before they got elected. We, the people are most of the world, and they few that have have stolen form us need  to be asked to pay back what's not theirs. They will still have plenty to live a nice lifestyle. But there is such a thing as fairness and justice.If one pays only a minimum m wage, there are other things to help out like products sold provided at cost for employees and providing some form of health care in the most efficient manner.Not paying layers and layers of this international cabal to form more red tape and bureaucratic layers of contractors than a govt could ever stack up on top of each other.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA  KS.  Before its News has quoted me and repeated some comments from other sites I had commented on articles. But no one  has bothered to get to Topeka ks and get the available records to share with the world. I have not idea what all I might have to find, yet..

Today I posted the real eye witness of the President's birth at Forbes air force base hospital in Topeka ks. My mother, Florence Hardy. Great great aunt of Pres Obama and wife of Rev Tracy Hardy the brother of Helen ( Hardy) Pope the great grandmother of the president. and mother of Daniel Wayne Pope who assumed the name of Stanley Dunham to go to war.
In going though records I found my mother's notebook where she kept shopping lists and that in itself is a treasure as it apparently was written in Colorado before they moved to Kansas in 1944. My Name is written in later at the top as I was born in 1945. You will see all the Hardy grandchildren listed  of the original 5 siblings that arrived in Haxtun Colorado almost a hundred years ago. These are all ancestors of President Obama and I'm assuming he never met most of them. Its part of the human tragedy in all of this. As so many things are inherited and one has no idea where they come from. Sayings, reactions to things, etc.  One grows up with these things and often has no idea they are part of ones personal  inheritance.
I grew up in Kansas and had limited contact with relatives in Colorado. Most of those 22 listed, I never met, and most have passed on and maybe someday in Heaven will get to know them. The five siblings wrote letters to each other and passed on info, but since they are all gone now,  the flow of info has not continued as it did in the past.
This is not unique to my Dad's family at all, its part of the culture of the times to go where the work is and for education, and so many other things that cause most to not be living in the area where they grew up. With the Internet and flat rate phone service,etc. maybe  families and friends can keep more in contact than my generation let ourselves get so separated from each other as we got busy with our immediate lives, while a young man, needed someone , somewhere to tell him of his birth and situation surrounding his birth in Topeka ks, if he has not known. I don;t think he did.?
The main media had leads to Topeka Ks when Pres Obama got into the national political spot light and did not follow them He had and has attorneys to help and surely they must have checked these out, too.
What happened? Back on 9/14/12 when I filed the affidavit with the  state of Kansas Sec of state Kris Kobach, ( posted in the daily recap for that day) I sent over an hour on the phone with  his staff as they located records. I, of course can't have them, and Orly Taitz still has not asked or the Court order for them, either.
What I surmised, and I've spent years conducting telephone interviews and doing research and investigations, etc by phone for the govt since 1968, One has to listen carefully at everything Sid and notate reactions to things. At first, even with the name of the real dad, which I provided plus  I gave the name of Pope and Dunham,etc. after they had checked for the Death certificate of the Dad, which I think I found a partial info on line, but can't see all as I don't have the money for that website. Then they went for the marriage certificate of the Obamas in the arranged marriage about 6/1/61 ( after school was out) at Wash burn University for convenience of both.
 Then on to the birth records and I surmised they weren't having too much luck on the regular website they were checking.  I mentioned it was Forbes air force base Hospital and that it had been closed since the 1960's. I was told that military records were handled differently and understood she had to log off and get on another site and then the gasp and the phrase " ( staff) We don't think he knows.!"
 I'm wondering if the whole birther movement didn't start and problems really created for Pres Obama as someone didn't know it was a  military hospital, not in the city limits at the time so it would be Shawnee  County and then what's the name on the record?
T One of the staff had said she was gong to go to the library nd get the newspaper announcements and get back to me. She never has, and she has my e mail, address, phone number and websites, etc. Or just publish them
 Something happened from the 14th to the 9/22/12 when Sec of State Kris Kobach and Orly Taitz went into court. and no request was made for the court order for the birth records, nor any public mention.
Did the former Republican Sec of State who resigned in 2010 in middle of his term not reveal the birth records and send it to the attorneys. If one is paid 3 million dollars,, they surely asked formally for   the records to be checked in Kansas? Pure stupidity not to? Was it a clerical error by someone that didn't know?
Or did  something else happen to obstruct the presidential race of the opposing party? Someone some where along the line has 'blown this' big time and was a it a mistake? or intentional? Sec of state Kris Kobach then ran for the office and won. Did he tell his staff to not mention anything about this? Including no trips to newspaper archives?What I ran into via phone  from hundreds of miles from  Kansas is real fear, and some remembrance of the incident of the murders, etc. and a complete news black out in the area. And it seems  very bi partisan.
 Of course the Democrats do';t want to embarrass the president who might have to say , he didn't know the Truth because he was never told. And the Republicans had too much invested in a diatribe of he's a Muslim from Kenya and should not  be president as he's not eligible.
He's very much an American, and he's one of us, even if not everyone likes him or his politics. 
 I always pray for our president's to  be guided by the  Almighty to succeed as if they don't we are all in trouble from decisions made. What goes on in DC, affects us directly in this modern  era. After all we pay taxes directly or indirectly when purchasing good and services and if that money is still being allowed to be stolen daily by an international cabal of a few that have ceased control, we suffer horribly.  We need our money to stay and help US and get the things done our country needs for the welfare of all of us and security of this nation. Public records being hacked into as mine has been at SSA, and monies missing put in trust for us, as has happened to me, means one is put in a life and death struggle and all are affected directly or indirectly in some way. 
The last thing that's need is Congress to go on a tangent about impeachment  over eligibility when he's eligible and as for something done in the past, its beyond the statue of limitations d for any criminal prosecutions. Unlike Pres Clinton, who did have a charge of a current perjury  against him. that The US Senate did not deem a high enough crime to evict him from office. All the time and effort spent on the Clinton Impeachment meant laws  and investigative hearings did not get held that has put this nation 15 years behind in getting laws passed to deal with the modern world and for the good of all.  We got into a decade + of war over it is my opinion by   Congress being sidetracked into matters that had no result.
Don't be distracted or deceived into  not going about the peoples business unless there is a real and current high crime. So far, there are things that have happened.  I don't like, but what's in the media  may be a moral crime, but not a legal one. Its one reason I've started a phrase by phrase analysis of the US Constitution daily. Its time to read it, all of it again. The president does have a lot of power, that can only be checked by Congress acting together by cutting off funding and overturning executive orders., etc. Not much has happened in that area, except a lot of talk and no voting?
 THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE II SECTION 3 ( phrase by phrase analysis)
" he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States,"
I have served under many presidents in the executive branch of government as a govt official i the civil service. I;ve seen every one of them not follow this. Laws got passed and someone decided to not obey them, or even implement them. I've witnessed regional political appointees decide they didn't want to and not follow the laws and implement them while other regions did and rarely is any one asked to to do so or resign by the heads of the govt and the President in charge of all this.  So all the current griping, means you all should have been griping all along and asking those in Congress to make sure the laws were obeyed, If they are bad laws, they need to be changed.
 E- verifies predecessor has been law for over 20 years and in the 90's it was decided to ignore it and now everyone is whining about all those in this country that are not supposed to be here. We elect officials to pass laws and see they are carried out. If they are';t we get robbed and over run and we all suffer for it and since what the USA does affect the world so much the world suffers for our negligence. There's a lot of blame to go around and its goes back a long number of years.
