Daily Recap 3/18/13: Dueling Cousins:
Still not feeling too well. And tried to scan in documents I had ready to scan wouldn't scan in color. But they scanned , then tried to figure out how to get them to a web site and I had found the disc doe Microsoft 2002, but had a later one sent and it wouldn't use it. I tried an hour to figure out how to do this and started coughing too much form the insertion of getting up and down trying to adjust things. As printer cant be near me. Then found out I need Hot mail to do this and I don't have hot mail and all the various numbers to get it set up I have no idea where they are. I gave up for the day.
I have a vivitar scanner I'd got a couple of years ago and never took it out of the package. supposedly one can scan the picture or document and then what? This is all new to me and yet most have d been doing this for years.
I;m going to cut this short for the day, as made some phone calls today,after a medical bill came and the result is one of the major clinics finally figured out the claims need to to go to Federal workers comp and left a message. I'd called CMS and none knows how to implement HR 1063. They have no concern about stopping trillions of dollars being stolen form Medicare by the insurance industry that's getting by with theft ad causing deaths physical harm for years. I finally said, you are not going to implement the law, then I need a letter and will go public that CMS has decided to let Medicare go completely broke by not enforcing the Law. If want Medicare for all, then Congress needs to pass it. I said to one employee, If you get injured today and not get back to work you are retired and Medicare coordination of Benefits will say Medicare pays your bills when its a workers comp claims because that's the illegal deals through out the insurance industry they've been allowed to get by with this since 1994 when Sec of HHS Donna Shalala stopped enforcement of the law, we already have but over millions of dollars due in fines form these MCOB at the new $1000 day for messing with the official secured postings from US dept of LABOR on family and I. Trillions are owed back to Medicare for thesei illegal 'deals'override the laws, judges, and govt contract terms.
For almost 20 years theins has been going on with Medicare pay everyone Else's already approved bills.
I also said to one billing service today, I don't wan to hear another doctor complain about Medicare payments when you have contributed to the problems by just allowing this to happen when legally you are required to send the claims as a conditional payment to Medicare so they can know it needs to be collected and they need to do it and assess fines for illegal behavior. as now we have the fines to back up the govt enforcement. . No one in all of HHS seems to know after called month ago how or to implement the law. OIG is aware but Govt contractors are not subject to criminal laws. An they agreed the partners of medicare will now have to obey the law again after almost 20 years os bleeding Medicare program. Trillions may be owed back, other laws may prevent how far back they can go, but our claims are all open , under pending appeals and that includes those 17 pays per claimTrailblazers et al of S Carolin Blues for medicare paid on my claims and pocketed all but one pay? Blues et al are never to ask for the legal line up altered again and MCOB is to stop and desist. CEO"s need to go to jail!! Info sent to Congressman Thomas did create new law. Its simple,primary payers must pay the bills they are legally obligated to pay and if you don't you will have the money taken from you or your assets plus the fines. Doesn't matter if you are a partner of Medicare, you are violating your contracts and laws. Theft is a crime.
So after all that, I try to figure out how to scan a picture and can't figure this all out today.
Our son works hard and I'm not going to bother hm during the week.
I wish there was an online site for Newbies to the process to learn how to do this. I'll keep searching. I will not give up. But I apologize as have some interesting pics to share.
Maybe the president, sister and children will learn some family history that was never shared with them if any one would send it on.

The picture I though might be intersting is one of Helen ( Hardy Pope, Pearl (Hardy) Vallier with my folks Tracy and Florence Hardy taken in around 1980 at home in Kansas after finally retired and Dad had built a house and set of buildings. Not his first home for his family.
At CPAC Sarah Palin chewed out Pres Obama for not getting his papers in order before he ran for office.
She said he couldn't pass a background check. I know nothing of all that matter, but if one ha no idea what state ones birth certificate is in, its a difficult to get ones papers in order.
Yet in the picture stood those that had the answers to solve his problems. I don't think any one knew the problems that got created and there was an estrangement that was ususally fostered onto his maternal Grandmother Marilyn, who was known as Madelyn or "Tut" as she had socialistic views is all I was ever told.
Standing in the picture are the great grandmother of Pres Obama,Great grandmother of Sarah Palin and Rev Tracy Hardy brother of both of the great grandmothers. Two other sisters are not present.
I called this Dueling Cousins and that's what they were in 2008 and still at it?
Tomorrow hope to get back on schedule and learn more of what to do. Any one know of a website for someone like me to learn how to do this.? With an XP system. and not having to pay for some kind of special extra service?
