Daily recap 9/23/12-9/24/12" Severe asthma attack: Pres Obama Born in Topeka Ks

Daily recap 9/23/12-9/24/12: Hopefully will get my computer set back up tomorrow. Went to doctor today and had a stress test and went into an acute asthma attack. worse then usually would occur. Got my prescription for oxygen for another year. But the bad news is the appeals Council judge at Social Security made decision without the flie and dismissed the case. This is after almost losing my long distance service as it took 13,000 minutes to reconstruct the file and now its missing again.. There are items back to 9/2000 that have never had a decision on them and SSA has taken that to mean I can never file ffor Part B medicare and all the  reconsiderations  pending for years with no decision. no right to file or have a decision, etc  as same legal issues will come up again. I've been around this agency  since 1968 and  are these employees that ignorant? what is the world i going on. I expected a remand . problem is the judge only looked at what was posted to the system,m ad my file has never been posted and the appeals and other pending matters had been deleted without an decision and I REPORTED EVERY FELONY, WHICH THIS IS, TO OIG FOR SSA AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE SECURITY BREACHED IN THE AGENCY ON ANYBODY. I THOUGHT SOMEONE HIGHER UP HAD THE SYSTEM CAPABILITY TO DELETE AN APPEAL. THEY DO NOT IS WHAT I FOUND OUT WITHIN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THE FACT THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING W=ON WITH SOCIAL SECURITY FILES OF EVERYONE WITH A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER BEING HACKED INTO by unknown party . found a phone number for Head of the systems office and talked with him. finally someone who understood this is a major problem. He was going to call Patrick O"Carroll at OIG immediately and then more retaliations occurred to me for getting through and just who else is being bribed and committing other crimes inside this govt? So never can get Part B Medicare as the same issues will always come up that have been for 25 years on injured federal employees and temporary CSR payments, etc. and it about time to have a judge rule on this. Not going to happen and this is what is going to happen in 2014 with the new health care law. You think you are going to be able to file and appeal and get an answer. NO. in the trash can as that is the policy now. How many will die before someone can get a case back up to the US supreme Court and rule that even though mandatory health ins of some kind is legal, the law passed is unconstitutional as lives are being lost due to what should be crimes occurred by unaccountable govt contractors who have been put in charge. Just as is happening now in the federal govt. This did not start with the current Administration its been gradual coup d'etat over the last 30 years since 1983 when a group met in Dallas and began systematically obtaining all power, data  control of monies of the entire nation of our and other nations. Congress has gone along. Much of the opposition of the current administration started when actions began to be taken to stop the corruption.

Three dead, and one party e-mailed me and said he had checked some newspaper search and found no three murders listed in Topeka KS at the time of his Birth. I responded. The KKK never murdered any one. Now you get it! We have turned history back to that era when crimes are committed and the authorities are involved in covering up any crimes as too often they are involved or their family or friends are involved in some way. When we hide our past and not overcome by facing it we are doomed to repeat it. Now, we have become a world wide community. didn;t say world govt. A community being controlled by a few wealthy bullies that have amassed great wealth and power and seem to have no moral conscience to right  and dignity of the individual. When a federal employee has no concern over a breach of security that can cause some one to die if it obstructs getting  medical care or money for food that is legally available to them, etc. then something has happened to our basic decency. Even an atheist belives in accountability to the whole of humanity as judge. Get old, or disabled than no one ihas any worth. Very opposite of the teaching of virtually every world religion.  Three dead washed up on a sand bar in the Kansas river. One is the real Dad of the president accoording to Ann who told my mother and I overheard  conversations. And that may be why he can't find his birth records as he is  Jr under that name. This  is a name that haves never been in the media and 'everyone ' in Topeka and Topeka HS knew about it as the gossip frenzy led to an attack that could have ended with a miscarriage of the President. Whether one approves of Pres Obama or not; he is our President and has tried to do some things right with a vicious response and lack of moderation or compromise in Congress. that have acted like naughty two year olds saying NO to anything that upholds the constitution or saying yes to those things that destroy the constittuion. Our president is there to serve us and Congress has reneged on their oath to provide balance of powers to restrict what should not be done or approve what should. We have a terrible situation where some one much worse than some think this President is could become a vicious dictator in the future. My advice is get your real brith records and all the other records out of Topeka Ks that I have given details of where they are and make a statement of circumstances, and ask for an investigation be done , even at this late date, for some semblence of justice for three uninvestigated deaths. Then maybe there will be an investigation of all those federal employees that have died due so felonies that caused them and corurption, bribery and criminal abuse of power will stop in this govt.
