 Another beautiful Sunny Day with just a little coolness, but went out to the Garden for awhile and  sat down and planted some turnips, beets and carrots and a sprinkle of Tom Thumb lettuce. Then came in and rested.
I did not watch the Super Bowl.
Spent some of my time reading in the Gospels  and so often what I read has special meaning for the day.
Sr Cat came and supervised the out door activities. And spent his time sunning himself.
Doyle had to go to ER with his blood pressure and this is getting terrible as no one seems to know what to do when they can;t fund out who pays first in insurance.
 I was so angry last week when I called the govt offices who have done nothing and seem ignorant of the corruption that is going on inside the govt conractors running the programs as if  they are oblivious of what is occurring. I do think they have been kept that way and its why Congress has just turned the govt over to theses for profit corporations to do as they please and that usually means the people with out  their rights and their monies are not going for intended purpose either.
With blood pressure  way too high, they access the Medicare computer through their clearing house and find Blues on their primary? ( NO! its not on ther an dDoyle has givein them his Blues card-and Bleus say Medicare must be stolen as that is what they have been permitted to do for a decade to Medicare and them Blues refuses to OK treatment since as the primary payer they have to, and  obviously no one is sharing the info to go with Medicare's rules and file as a conditional payment .So; HR 1063 SMART law has not made any one in the govt SMART' yet. Thiis the law, Pres Obama signed on 1/11/13 that puts the govt back enforcing the law and fines of a $1000 a day against the offenders. Most of the govt contractors, including Medicare  coordination of benefits know that they are the offender and are never to alter the official posting. or they don't care as they think they are too big to be stopped form helping steal the Medicare trust fund.
 So ones blood pressure is too high, and they come in to the er and start running the patient through the whole thing of what's going on. Finally Doyle said, ask me. And of course for 12 years, they think I'm supposed to straighten out the whole govt. Well, got the Medicare Judges' rulings, along with Doyle's help that the postings are accurate and that ended with MCOB saying they don't care what a judge from Medicare says.
Then the president said to  file contract compliance compliant and Thomas Dowd, the directo at Us dept of albor;sofficer said last week that MCOB doesn'tt have to abide by the terms of the US dept of labor Contract and neither does Affiliated computer services that with hold sthe files from the claim examiner so none of my files and bills can get processed  and paid according to the appellate Judges  who said that so many abuses and wrongs had occurred against my file at OWCP , in 2/09; that they are to ask me for the facts of the case and reconstruct the records from mine, and those are not allowed to be seen by any one according to CEO Lynn Blodgett as th0se judges orders  would have stopped or held up renewal of their lucrative contract  with US Dept of labor, So that agency doesn't care about the law or constitutional rights. Medicare is to be stolen!.
 Then before that the Us Justice dept had said civil rights can get us inside as congress won't allow a criminal investigaition oaf any govt contractor, and we filed that only to have the regional manager of the HHS civil rights office in Dallas call and threaten me and even boxed up some of the earlier complaints and sent them back saying no one has the right to complain and the govt contractors, and officials involved must be allowed to steal the trillion dollars.? Washington DC office of HHS OHR said I do have the right to file, and he had to accept them, but he has refused foe several years to allow any one of his staff to read or answer them,( Debbie Campos gets these Daily Recaps of new events which this is one) let alone investigate which the case  is too solidly documented, they would have to. And behaviors have to change  and damages would be assessed. .
And then there is OPM OIg which wants to investigate the embezzlement ring in side them or with  their contractors/ and Us Dept of Labor and theirs;  of a million dollars a head on seriously injured federal workers;  for medical care set aside and now that may have been used and currently being used for bribes and no one has been allowed to investigiate this so federal workers and famalies don't have the right of life and stturggle for care. OPM is g4titng these Daily Recps , too and doing nothing.
PLEASE PRAY FOR DOYLE TO GET THE MEDICAL CARE NEEDED. MAY HE BE CURED. And he has full coverage with two health plans, its just who pays first and which must authorize treatment first And no one seems to understand, after the traiiang last week by Novatis, the new claims processor for Medicare how to do a conditional payment and how to get OK for treatment, etc. Don;t they reealize that this scenario is why the law got past or we had the orignial conditonal payment law passedback in the ealry 1980's in the first place to stop abuses and deaths and other worng doings of stealing the public monies by those in charge..
 Now do you understand why these Daily recaps are being wrtiten? Its a life and death sturggle against the highest elite in the world stealing our very tax dollars for our health care and for our rights and right to live. Who do you think our tracking of ownership shows owns these govt contractors?
This is everyone's health care in 2014, the Federal plan, you all were scammed into thinking you wanted. Its a scam by those running it which is not the govt agencies, but too often scam govt contractors and a few high level  govt offiicials twho must be getting some kind of pay back; to do such terrible things. to obstruct life itself.

 The latset scam is someone has a film out again that Frank Marshall  Davis the Dad of the President and I commented back on Amercan Blogger, that's  NOT TRUE ACCORDING TO THE PRESIDENT'S MOTHER.
Sheriff Joe is saying he needs  help. Well: the film is a scam as its  apparently not telling the truth and  as for Sheriff Joe, what's he want help with? , money to go to Topeka ks and talk to witnesses and get records?  Which Ive sent and left messages and no one returns any calls nor has he or his cold posse done this?
I would not advise giving any money or spending any money on any of this unless they are going to go check things in Topeka ks where it all started and where the records are.
There is a real cover up going on here and its beginning to look like its not about the birth certificate nor who the Daddy is.
Too many sources indicate that all these pushing the birther agenda have known of the birth in Topeka ks and other details, and why wouldn't they as it was 'common knowledge' back 50+ year sago and there are still three unsolved deaths back there including the real Dad of the President I will  not publishr the name online, until I know the president knows and the extended family of the Dad knows. I only know through his mother telling my mother and  knew him and trid to stop the gossip frenzy which only made the mob get angrier. I would't go along with that kind of racial hatred. Not knowing Ann was my second cousin as she was using the name Dunham, the id her Dad stole back in WWII to go to war when too young' and not her real family name of Pope I considered it none of my business if she had a Black boy Friend , it was their business and that of their families. But it was my family adn makes me undnerstand the teaching of Christ, Yahusha, whom  most Christians call Christ Jesus when he asked who is my brother, sister, my family? All of us belong to this human family and we are to look out for each other, even if there's a mob of angry teenagers trying to stop you. I should have made the extra effort on that fateful day, when  he looked towards me with a look of plea for help and and didn't stay around after his groupp sang at the music festival.Its why I can't walk away now for justice. to be done.
                            TOPEKA's SECRET PROJECT?
Last night I linked some articles on Dr Bill Menninger and psy ops and some intimations of a project of taking highly gifted youth and creating a group of leaders for the 'new world order.' This would have to be a group that would be amoral? I still don't understand who all those youth were that Fred Phelps at westboro Baptist church had care of including Ann the presdent's mother and she got away from there after graduating form Capper Jr HS and couldn't locate family to help and had to get a job to support herself and could  not get enrolled at Topeka HS in Fall of 1960 as  no guardianship in the city. My parents did not know she was in town nor she was using the name Dunham, not Pope, or why even after Mom and I went to westboro Baptist to get the guardianship paper signed over after the Ks authorities after the murder and wanting her to stop searching for the body and asking for an investigation, searched for paternal relatives and the real Stanley Dunham knew who had taken hi wallet, etc and directed them to Daniel Wayne Pope's parents in Holyoke Co and they contacted my Dad, Rev Tracy Hardy,. as Helen Pope ( Mrs Millard Dell Pope) was Dad's sister and my aunt. And they did intervene. The miracle was the bodies washed up on a sand bar after the birth at Forbes air force Base hospital and the marriage of conveniecne earlier and Obama Sr went East to Harvard and she west to Mercer Island, Wa to finish HS with another cousin's wife baby sitting.Many of the rumored disappeared of  went into the strong undercurrents of  the Kansas River and never came up again.Its time to face the horrible deeds of the past and stop continuing to do these things to each other over and over just in more subtle ways as is occurring now.
Was allt he research on crow control and how to enrage the masses studied and perfected in Topeka 50+ years ago? Was this part of what some call Mlk-9 which years ago; Conngress only got into the invesitigation of CIA using LSD, etc and not what else was going on. in tOpeka Ks which was known then as the PSYCHIATRIC CAPITOL OF THE WORLD. Does Congress ever really get the whole job done when there are some things in the works, not to be revealed or it would change the agenda of some very porful entities that have no use for human rights and dignity of the individual? I ask the questions?
The more I reflect on what I saw and knew at the time and have learned since and others have intimated to it that apparently know some things as eye witnesses too, are raising a rel question that the birther movement was  and is a cover up of something much bigger and more sinister than jsut another battle for integration and some that that went beserk because their racist nightmare was coming true  before their eyes of a Black young man would have a white girl friend and they have a relationship that created a pregnancy.

There has been all kinds of disputes over a Linda Brown Ceneter in Topeka ks and what is relaly needed is a full musuem of all that occurred in the struggle for civil rights in the area. We can't forget and think we have over come. it. We need to accept that humans can do terrible things to each other and learn to never do them again. After all, a section of that museum should be reserved fro the First President of color in the white house born in one of the major birthplaces of the civil rights movement. And some of that history , including my part and my family's; part  ( and many others)has been forgotten too., but was a crucial and interlocked part in Brown vs the Board of  Education of Topeka KS getting through the Us supreme court in the first place. Topeka Ks is a city that doesn;' know tts own history and somehting is badly wrong when a major newspaper won't even allow their reporters to go check their archives for the articles of three bodies, one with a rope around his neck, 50+ years ago and the name and other detail is in there, for those that want to know the name of the real Dad of the President of the USA. Go find the articles. I'm hundreds of miles from Nsas and no money to go searching. I don't recall the date of publication but it was after Ann left town in 9/61 and before Summer of 62, when my roommate at K Satte music camp asked me if I knew any of the deceased? She's now in the cabinet of this President and what does she remember?
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES  ARTICLE I SECTION 10 ( phrase by phrase analysis)
" No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing inspection Laws: "
States cannot ask for moneys to transport goods across state line or out of the cuuntry and into their state a unless Congress okays it.  Its the federal govt that does this. There is one exception and that is inspection fees, but hat has become federal collections in current times. The Feds have to OK what the states do and collect this. After all before there was a constitution states had almost been acting like 13 separate countries and its was chaotic. We do need to keep our union together..
