 Too cold to work outside today in the garden, especially how I do it sitting on the ground.
But is was Sunny and the windows  places where the seedlings have been started needed watering.
Mail Cane and a bill from a lab test where the entire cost got applied to the deductible. Problem is that our family as not been able to get a collective deductible for years and I don't see anything in the contract with Federal Blue Cross Blue shield that that is is accurate but when we mention it in appeals, they ignore us. and won't answer blocikng any higher appeal..
So much skimming and scamming has been allowed to occur and that's the rise of evil that keeps fermenting over into worse and worse scenarios. So will need to set up some payments but they never sent the claim to workers compensation even thought SMART law is in effect, with $1000 a day fines. I'll have to file it with OWCP to get an answer and maybe they will find the missing million at Affilaited Coumpter Services and pay the claim.( the embezzlmet ring that OIG at OPM says they have neer been allowed to investiigate and the missing , million dollars a head , could be as much as a billion dollars for seriously injrued federal workers for their medical care.)
Guess we sill need to send them a copy of HR 1063.. But they have no idea that Part B Medicare is an entitlement as its not on the system and the Hearing file is missing and Social Securtiy has refused to process a claim for part B Medicare and won't issue a decision with appeal rights so the Constitution has just about been killed with the evil of secret agreements in the new world order international interlocked companies that are now in charge of or money and our lives and its almost complete when they buy back all their publicly traded stock ca go private with money they got from the people's money in this nation and others. No one will know who hold the power as  the owners  are not known in a privately held company and they just hire the CEO.

Also in the email was the AARP magazine. Although I have disagreements with some of their politics in recent years, we still have membership and get the mag. It tells the story of a 56 year old man, whose mother tells him on her death bed that the man who raised him was not his father. And he journeys to Ireland to find relatives and ancestors.
Its not uncommon for one to not be told the truth. But we are in an era when one has to have their legal papers in order and need to be told the basics. As I've written in the Daily Recaps,  even babies have memories but my experience is: its not in a context of time or place as a baby has not learned to put those concepts into our knowledge of the worldu ntil they learn about such things.
 Most  such events of learning later are never publically known. One my share a story, as was done in the magazine, but few will ever have the while world looking for a birth certificate. I keep asking someone in Kansas to get the records and post them on line as death of real Dad articles were in the Topeka Journal before 6/62 when the bodes washed up on the sandbar and his name is there if one is interested.) No one seems to be. or if they ave checked all the name caling going on and news black out on this means they are not willing to share.) Marriage to Obama Sr was in Topeka, also and the birth announcements in the paper. I remember them being  there as I was unclear about the spelling of the name Obama and saw it in print for the first time. Many good people that had serious concerns about the president  was bamboozled by a movement backed by big money to incite and enrage , is my personal opinion. The question is why? I think the Truth  when in the context of the Whole TRUTH, might have ended in a landslide for the preident an more support in congress to work through some compromise legislation. But we will never know if there could have been such a result. Only question is does the presdinet know and when did he know it?

 Later amendments have clarified the process better. But if things are going wrong in the Executive branch of govt leadership, then the Congress has the duty to keep a smooth transition of govt going. This is a very special part of our Constitution. We are never to have no one at the helm of the 'ship of state.'  Our govt keeps on moving on, even though in current times with all the unaccoumtable govt contractors runinng things; to often amok, the power rests inside the elected officials to correct the problems and we must encourage them to do so" for the welfare of the people", "the security of the nation," and the preservation of our 'inaleinable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.' We must stop evil form rising and taking us over. I believe we have enough decent folks  elected to take some leadership and do something and it may mean jumping out from their polarized political parties and working together.
