Daily Recap 2/2/13: Answer In Kansas: President Obama Born In Topeka Ks;
 Absolutely wonderful Sunny and pleasant day and spent  time in the garden planting beets, radishes, and a patch of turnips. Usually turnips are planted in the Fall here, but, being sick last Fall, didn't get them in. Over did it as it was so nice, and then came in and rested for several hours. Not so muddy, so ddn't get so much mud on me sitting on the ground.
Mail came and two more messed up billing records from doctors. I hate to say: I told you so! But didn't any one know that these corrupted govt contractors were using offline illegal systems and manipulating claims around and all the other illegal activities that they were doing  was going to 'come home to roost' some day and our lives and health care dollars would suffer? Yes , they had to( I told them) and those in chargein the govt agencies just didn't care! That includes Congress! Who said govt contractors don;' have to have real internal audits nor be subject to criminal prosecutions. and even though HHS is still lying to the public and making them think they are. They aren't!!The name of this day is the Sabbath, day of rest. Even those many celebrate on Sunday, tomorrow; if Christian.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: The latest bit circulating the net is form Retired U Army Captain Pamela Barrett  who is writing a book about the President not being vetted during the election. I see nothing mentioned about Topeka Ks in the info.
 There is no question that he was born in USA and from those who want to debate his parents' origins , it is pretty standard law in most states that the husband being the father is rebuttabl eif other circumstances exist. Like the death certificates of the real dad, marriage to Obama Sr a couple of months before, birth, etc. all in Topeka. Ks. The only issues, I have no direct knowledgee of is a question that has been raised of whether US citizenship was revokedand  if adopted by his step father Soetoro.
Sec of State of Ks Kris Kobach holds the answer. Back on 9/14/12 when I filed the affidavit with him and spent over an hour on the phone with the staff as they checked for all the various documents and  under various names, including the real Dad's name, his grandfather's real name of Pope as  possible maiden name of his mother on the records, I asked for them to check the Forbes air force base Hospital record under Barry Soetoro. If there really was an adoption, then the real birth records would have been changed, Being a small child, he may not have ever been  told and as of 1/71, pretty sure he hadn't by then..
In all my years with Social security reviewing documents and being trained on them, I never saw a birth certificate where a child's US citizenship had been revoked, so I have a question of  IFafter the US state dept revoked it, ( if it happened)would that have been annotated on the Kansas birth record indicating the record did not prove citizenship, which a birth certificate is the only proof most  native born USA citizens ever have other than their passports, which the birth certificate is submitted oo get that.
Since its been widely reported that Pres Obama did have a passport, what was used to issue a US citizen one?
As you can see, some of the arguments saying the president is not eligible to be president, just fall apart under legal scrutiny.
The people voted. Like many elections, what they knew about the candidate wasn'; the whole truth. But the votes were cast and as far as I know, he is seated in the Oval office legally and we need to focus on making sure that the balance of powers afforded us by our constitution works so that Congress and the President balance each other from reducing our individual rights or squandering any more of our money by allowing blatant thefts and all the other things we elect 536 humans to go to Washington DC to represent us and serve us and listen to the experts and those with special knowledge if they are trying to tell you that the govt contractors are using illegal off line systems and the electronic records of our health care systems inside the govt health plans and the insurance industry are a fraudulent mess and throwing money at it for more IT is going to cause harmful chaos until the corruption and illegal and unethical behaviors are stopped. inside the govt contractors and the officials who are to over see them. A basic duty we expect form our elected leaders and has not happened for way too long  and increasingly worse over the last few decades as no one has tried to stop it that had the authority to do so.
If Orly Taitz had requested the court order back in 9/12 from the Shawnee County Kansas judge for the original records,( he's still waiting?) then this woudl not still be going on and the president may have well won by even more votes.
 It is odd that the former Sec of Statee of Kans Thornburgh resigned in 2010, and no mention of illness or family problems, etc. just took a job with an unheard of company apparently an online news site in Kansas. He'd been in  office since 1994. So why not stay in through his term and retire? Chris Biggs was appointed and then Kris Kobach ran and got elected. What do they know about all the original records of the President and any actions about them.
Retired Captain Barret is saying that the first executive order of President Obama was to seal all his records. If he sealed the Topeka KS records, then he knew of his birth there, if not, that itself is proof he did not know any more than what he'd been misinfnrmed about of being born in Hawaii.
Kris Kobach let the American people down and so did Orly Taitz by not clearing this all up in fornt  of the judge a few days after 9/14/12 in  Ks.  Sec Kobach said he was eligible, so without proof of perjury, I would have to accept that he knew from his own records he was eligible even though the rest of the world thought he was accepting the Hawaii record. Legally , I don;t think the President had to sign anything more than a statement of I was born in USA, but so much focus has been put on the Hawaii record  his maternal grandmother is the prime suspect for having filed it soon after birth and before Fall of 1963 when I leaned of a fake bio story,;everyone was expected to go along with BUT not aware of falsification of govt documents had occurred along with that. that the path to the TRUTH is being missed over pecualitons that have no bearing on the crucial issues.
This is not going away as there are those that do not like this president for reasons they don't always make clear beyond just the politics which many don't care for, any way; as this nation is divided over that pretty much in many areas. But we aren't vetting other elected officials like this who do not vote as we want them to do so like this..
Remember, that a lot of people have 50+ year old memories who were in Toepka ks at the time and others know bit s and pieces. Its going to take eye witnesses to put this mystery together, as in 2004, the president admitted in a book review on c Span he had taken what he was told and wove a story and  I know he got too much of  it wrong.  I had no idea  he was running for president, nor didn;'t know the truth" He had no idea I knew as his immediate family had been separated by distance and ideology for 50 years and too many of those of older generations that knew more of the facts had passed on to Heaven.
Children just have to be told the basics of who they are and where they came from as we are in an era where ones legal records need to be in order and that child may dicide to become President of the USA someday.
So far, all I can fathom from this, is someone else is going to make a lot of money and still not follow the path to TRUTH. I am making no money for his and want justice for the three dead in the vicious racist attack on his parents that left our President with out his father to ever know and his mother needing safety when the law enforcement were only interested in covering up the whole thing and would have gotten by with that except the miracle of the bodes surfacing on a sand bar much later, when usually the 'disappeared' were swept away forever by the strong undercurrents  of the Kansas river and rumors were many went to Heaven that way.
Kansas has never come to terms with there more recent past as has the Deep South. Which has done a better job of facing and overcoming a past that should never have occurred in human history.

Obviously there was to be no nobility inheriting positions of power, for a Revolutionary war had been fought to end that. But a few ha suggested it when forming the govt but didn't get very far. Congress can;t [ass a 'gotcha law' and go back and say what someone did was now illegal and they could be punished for a law that did not exist when the act was committed. A lot of visionary foresight is needed in the USA, as we have to anticipate what laws need ot be passed before someone is harmed because there was no law. Too often someone dies before we realize that a law might have prevented that. Like no glass storm doors for a child to run into and cause a tragic death which caused that law to be passed many years ago. to use a les lethal plastic.
And Congress can't renege on  the govts contracts nor any legal contracts between parties. That includes employment contracts of federal employees that say, if you get injured on the job, the laws nd Judges and other decisions will be obeyed which are being trampled now in the case of myself and family being harmed over it. with an established case and permanent medical benefits and then the govt officials say I should just die and tell their unconstitutional govt contractors to carry out the illegal orders or allow them to do as they please with our rights on ther own.That's the over all problems with the Affordable Care Act ( Obamacare)  is that no accountability to the law or consititution of the ones who will be in charge. with life liberty an pursuit of happiness at stake. Life being the prime reason the law was past, or was it so more public monies could be skimmed and stolen from the people which is happening way too often now in the govt health programs run by too many of these unaccounatable govt contractors that make it impossible for honest and ethical ones to compete for the contracts as the laws don't give or require the necessary  authority to vet the appllcants. nor stop bribery inside the upper entrenched bureaucracy, which is not always direct money but other kinds of favors too often hard to investigiate and detect with current laws and no real entity to investigiate it in the US Justice dept. Corruption  is not to exist but has gotten increasingly worse since 1979 when The Office of Personnel Management was set up and they can be unnamed parties ordering illegal acts and aren't even supposed to legallly be involved.. The over all impact of the constitutional powers is fainess and equity before the law and justice for all, which  took a terrible civil war to finally get those and then another hundred years to begin to fully implement it and now we have an entrenched corruption at the highest levels of too much of our govt that is enslaving people in a more subtle way, but is doing it without many younger generations understanding that intrusions into our private lives  did not occur so much, only a couple of decades ago.
