Cold and rainy day and the garden is getting a soaking. Mail came and there was two EOB's from  Blues where the wrong party paid first on Doyle which means the new law is being ignored by Fed Blues and Medicare is still being made the primary payer for any one with a medicare card even though the posting comes in otherwise and is not to be changed by anyone. These claims were for 10/12, before Novatis took over at Medicare, so it well may be its Trailblazers that processed this incorrectly and Fed Blues went along recently as due to the illegal altering of th elegal line up;THE CLAIMS DON'T GO TO ONE THEN AUTOMATICALLY GO ON OVER TO HE OTHER INSURER. i pray the govt cracks down on this agianst the real culprits which are not the medical providers billing services., but the govt's own contractors and highest officials as our cases show.
 Then I had a bill forom a medical provides and there appears to be dates of service when I was not there. I had paid on the co pays as I was able and only had $20+ left on that and now its increased so what in the world is going on? These kinds of issues have caused  me to lose medical providers so the best thing to do is pay what I can, appeals are already filed, and the claims are unpaid at OWCP and they want this info and so I will inform them of what I paid and the issues and let them do their job for once, of course they say I have this million dollars that I don't and with someone in the govt would help find misising money , but a million dollars must be chicken feed to them, but to me it could be more than  a lifetime of medical care even though I have on going problems and care, it may never be that much.
One of my liquid oxygen tanks needs a small repair that has nothing to do with the main funtioning of it. And Lincare used to take their tanks to a person in Denton TX north of Dallas and I tried to find him on line and couldn't then made some calls yesterday and finally found a company in Mo. I'm still able to use the tank, but should get it fixed. I called Lincare to eee if they would tell me where they send their tanks and found they just throw them away  . I said even its repairable smaller part, etc.? and they said yes. These tanks, new, can cost upwards of a thousand dollars and no wonder Medicare and health care costs are sky rocketing. So will have to decide what we are going to do next week. I even called the company that makes them and said what was going on?. These tanks have a warranty for awhile and they are throwing them out, and then getting new ones from the company so everyone makes money?. Lincare is refusing service even though I have coverage and paid, and would be paid almost fully if I had a preferred provider supplier and lIncare is the only one in my area. But their corporate level officers have the order to let me die and are going along with it. Next regulations is if Medicare allows one supplier in the areas, then they should not be refusing service to any one that is approved and I am for life by three, including medicare.
  I can't get Part B medicare as SSA will not process my request for almost a year now, and the hearing file is missing and that's of no concern to any one either? Comm Astrue is still on duty until a new appt is confirmed and some say the Deputy may be nominated. Whoever told the OWCP coodinator that I'd retired and gotten an owcp settlelment and to ignore our singed agreement with them, myvemplyer, needs to repentvand do what is right and legal or be 'retired..' As of this point I just know its at the top or near it and was on going on before 2010 when Ms Colvern entered on duty.
Altogether one of those days to do nothing: But Doyle and I have been married 49 years today  and where did 49 years go? Its as if it was yesterday!  In the fullness of eternity, 49 years isn't much time, in the measure of things. But our family has walked through and been a part of so much history, yet most have no idea what part we have played in all this.  The main thing ss that we keep our hearts pure and love one another and pray that justice and mercy is coming for each and all of us.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS:  To be perfectly clear, I was not aware of any fraudulent documents filed in Hawaii unitl recently. As I commented on Western Journalism in a group that has started a discussion over the president's documents, this may be why his grandmother was so scared, in 1/71 when I  was introduced and it was said that I worked for Social security. If she did have something to do with the filing off a long form, then she could still have been prosecuted for possible crimes. I have NO direct knowelege that she did this, but it  has been widely reported that at the time any one could call in and report a birth and the initial announcement would go out.
Part  of the discussion was someone trying to  discuss the SSN they all claim the president is still using one belongs to someone else, and to me working for SSA since 1968, its ludicrous.The only conceivable anwser was some intelligence community had been using deceased person;s SSN's and that is a govt intelligence agency being very dumb.
Some people are out there whom 'eveyon'e thinks  are experts and they are neither eye witnesses nor have any direct knowledge of things. The process in those years was one either went to or mailed a form to a social security office and the first three numbers reflected that the number was processed in that office.
One of the smartest things Congress ever passed was the $255 death benefit which went to living with spouse or to the funeral home, then. And very often our check arrived before any insurance or estate paid the rest of the bill. Funeral Homes had a form we provided SSA-721 Notice of death and that was sent out immediately and we knew who had died, very quickly. Even before fully automated computer systems, we had teletypes and a lot of info was sent to and for very quickly and people were on every end processing and double checking things.
Social Security numbers were actually typed up in the office where the SSN appilcation was filed.After a teletype was sent to Baltimore and people checked rooms of card files to double check one was not getting someone else's number nor already had one. There was a lost of security checks by a lot of people. In some ways , when things got more computerized,  we had individuals inside SSA who were convicted of selling numbers, Not many , but it did happen. It happened less in those earlier years with no many double checking things. The system most of SSA has now, is one I helped test in one of the 11 test site offices in 1992. And As I leaned a few months ago, has been hacked into and my records altered on pending appeals that just disappeared off the system and its not suppose to happen and no one has the capacity to do this. So in many ways, SSA is less secure than when we had lots of people involved who were dedicated public servants and took their duties seriously as part of what made this country work. No one would ever have treated me with such disdain as some have done in recent years and for a Hearing file to have gone missing would have caused a nationwide alert trough that old teletype system or eveyone to check for a missing file. Very few files ever went missing, either.
I keep being asked to talk with Sheriff Joe, I have called an e mailed his cold posse and no one seems to have ever let him know and he has never spoke with me. They seem to be more interested in raising money , and for what? to prove that a concerned grandmother, who had real fear for her daughter and grandson, may  have committed some illegal acts to protect them AND IS NOW PASSED ON AND THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS LONG PAST FOR ANY PROSECUTIONS IF DONE IN THE EARLY 1960's/ He should have been told to get his legal affairs in order. at age 18?
 The peole should have known the truth and so should have the president and then decisions would have been made on that and not the millions raised ans spent on false bios and speculations, etc that have enraged many and some to real hatred. And its not going to end as long as the truth is not gotten to, and that's in Topeka KS.
In the meantime, there was a local reportt that our New Congressman Mullen has received some kind of death threat. Congress hasn't even begun yet, so why is any one upset already? I have not filed anything formal with him, but if SSA doesn't process a request for Part B Medicare, that's been pending for over a year, and allow a hearingo n the back issues, then may need to contact him for that. But the same people seem to be in charge at SSA, and thought that might have changed and hasn't. There wss no press release when hComm Astrue's term expired, and found some attorney's commenting on line as to what had occurred and linked those to my web site. He stays until another confirmed.
 We need someone that will uphold the law and constitution and afford people their rights and the last thing we need is for people's  files and data to be disappearing and no concern when it occurs.Turning all our records over to ACS doesn't help and CEO Lynn Blodgett is causing me personal trouble in multiple agencies and he's number one that should be getting g notified of a $1000  a day fines? I see nothing in the law that excludes govt conactors or govt officails from the penalties. So the quest for truth and justice marches on and please folks, do not threaten Congress persons, it just makes things worse! Let them know if you disagree with how they vote, and if you don't like them ;work to find someone else to elect. One reason I keep bogging on allt his, is that there are those that are making big money off of enraging the masses and don't let them fool you into losing your cool.

Only Congress can say to spend the people;s money. Blocks of money are given for things,to other officials, but thre is to be an accounting of thiee and the public has a right to know and have published acocuntings to read for themselves. In our era, its not unusual for those 'blocks  of money to be billions and then little acconting takes place and they are then just endorsed over to some unaccountable govt contractor and then no one knows what is going on and  files and data go missing and people are complaing and the whole  is in chaos.Agencies and there govt contractors have set up offline computer sytems to manipulate and do things that are unethical and too often down right illegal and does any one know where our Money is? or how much we have or what is owed back. In the Health programs like Medicare NO. and yet they whine and budget slash payments to doctors and what is needed is the constitutional accounting over site done and the penalties assessd when the monies are not accounted for and illegal acts are committed.
