and only a few in congress knew it was in the 6000 page bill back then and only a few at highest levels of the government know why there is no internal audits allowed or criminal investigations of the largest organized crime syndicate cabal in the history of he USA.. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE EXISTING BUDGET TO PROTECT THE USA PUBLIC MONIES OR PEOPLE FROM ONGOING CRIMES BEING COMMITTED AGAINST THEM
Congress is not allowed to find out what is going on as agencies do not know as they only know what is voluntarily shared and its often not the truth or the whole truth. Since congress has a self imposed gag order rule on itself they cannot mention, contact a contractors.. and OFTEN THE REAL ISSUE THE PEOPLE HAVE WITH THESE CONTRACTORS CANNOT Be SOLVED, nor can CONGRESS FIND OUT THE REAL FACTS AND DATA TO PASS GOOD LAWS THAT WORK . IF CONGRESS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT OF THE AGENCIES TO SPEND EXISTING BUDGET FOR THE OVERSIGHT IN EVERY BILL , THEN THE COUP OF 2002 PREVENTS IT
And since 2010 the health insurers are now part of the unaccountable government contractors and can do as they please, and were mostly doing so already before that in collusion with the contractors and illegal secret deals to steal to make Medicare primary by the more unethical ones. and when four of the larger, ones wanted to merge,, the evidence could not be presented to show they were only trying to compete in a system where the crooks are stealing and they did not wish to do so but no government to have fair competition HAVING a government run health care is better than having one health insurer, survive due to illegal activities allowed to go on .. and 'rubbing' out the more ethical competition and then rubbing out us as they have an unfettered monopoly.. .
THERE HAS BEEN NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE IN THE USA SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.. BY ACT OF CONGRESS.
IS IT THE PLAN THAT IS BAD, OR THAT BASIC RULES AND LAWS DO NOT HAVE TO BE OBEYED AND BLATANT THEFTS AND CRIMES CAN GO ON UNFETTERED BY THOSE IN CONTROL OF THE PLAN??? CALL 1 - got in on the phone menu for CLAIMS and it verified that a phony claim number was active that had the suffix for a divorced remarried widow (D4) on my much alive husband since 1964 and getting benefits on this own same social security number now. It also verified that three recent claims were paid on that number. also and added the verification to the check list chart for each claim I have created....I then asked to speak to a customer service representation and got transferred and she ordered the PROOF of a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ON THAT PHONY CLAIM NUMBER BE SENT and I get them all the time. as requested proving that they are active in the system to be used to pay a claim under. YOU CANNOT GET A SUMMARY NOTICE OF THE CLAIMS INFO .. BUT THEY HAVE THE INFO as THIS SYSTEM TAKES THAT ONE CLAIM AND USES THE INFO TO ACCESS THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND UP TO 17 TIMES
More sophisticated than a few years ago when $4 million was stolen on me a few years ago by one claims paying company and in one area of the nation where many in OK and TX etc. have overpayment against their heirs are inheriting and no one even knows they exist as NO ONE WAS NOTIFIED THEIR ID AND CLAIMS INFO WERE STOLEN AND USED TO STEAL WITH and neither was the medical community who is being framed as the monies are going out to their banks and diverted to ??? the system says they all got these multiplies !!
This time the cabal management compare have their propaganda machine in full operation to mislead and lie to the good people who answer the phones all over with access to see all but PART D AND THAT IS A FREE FOR ALL AS LYNN BLODGETT ACTUALLY PAYS ALL OF THOSE SINCE 1/06 AS SUB CONTRACTORS WITH THE INSURERS and not even the semblance of oversight not even by the insurers that the claims are being paid in their names. CMS DID NOT EVEN KNOW HE WAS paying the claims a real conflict of interest as he also managing the insurers and he is all of heath care and its much the same all over the USA in other non health care areas with his control. Where is the two primary payers posted by my employer last week.. she was 'innerved' by now. and I had not said anything wrong to her ... SHE SAID ' been deleted ' AS SHE DID NOT WISH TO SAY ANY THING MORE I said what date. and never got it.. last WEEK OR 10/6/16 etc. ?? an then said what is the terminating date for FECA AND FEHB BLUES POSTED AS PRIMARY IN TO WORKING AGED?? I did call Dallas CMS regional office and left a message and not very pleased with their obeying LYNN BLODGETT , NEIGHBOR DOWN THE STREET AT HIS INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ILLEGAL BUT DID PLEAD FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOB AND GET THIS INFO IN TO GET GENERAL DYNAMICS TO COOPERATE AND OBEY THEIR CONTRACT AND GET THE FRAUD REPORTS FILED ALONG WITH HARD COPIES. THIS WOULD ALREADY BE UNDERWAY TO HAVE GOTTEN STOPPED AS BEFORE. IF the company that owned them, VANGENT HAD NOT FILED ALL THE FRAUD REPORTS and very few if any are getting filed on this at all.. few years ago and is how the contract got given to another and not renewed but his is the main system now.. and not just one area or one company as my own records show this

Just the amount of laws and rules needed to help stop the evils that can overcome some and be the authority by those appointed to make sure that the crimes of one do not harm the rights of all Why we have a legal system that is to be fair, just and merciful. but separate out those who would continue to harm BUT SINCE 2002 THAT LEGAL SYSTEM HAS NOT BEEN THERE AND THE INIQUITIES OF SOME HAVE USURPED THE RIGHTS OF ALL.
