This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when the worse hacking ever began of the Medicare system by its owners to steal worse than ever. since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to allow an international cabal of companies to run the USA as unaccountable government contractors with unfettered access to the public Treasury and soon thefts began and the total control of the USA and all of our records, including our personal ones held in trust by our government which they are to protect from illegal acts began to be altered with too often deadly results in health care.
We now have at least 11 million in my disease category with no safe medicines/inhalers due to the intentional alteration of the data bases as to diagnoses making all of us COPD patients and inhalers and other medications were pulled as NO ONE IN OUR KIND OF ASTHMA ANYMORE THAT IS NON ALLERGIC REACTIONS AND now compounding often not covered or ignored by insurance cannot be figured out by members of Congress why this happened AS
THEIR UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE PREVENTS THEM FROM KNOWING AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MENTION , CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY AND NOT THAT THEY HOLD OWNERSHIP INTO THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY AND ARE MANAGEMENT FOR DOMESTIC PROGRAMS THESE NOW RUN..... the biggest security risk of the USA IS THIS CABAL NOW IN CONTROL OF OUR OWN WEAPONS WE HAVE TO PROTECT US FROM FOREIGN ENEMIES WHEN WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN OVERTHROWN BY THE CABAL THAT TOO OFTEN HAS CONTROL OF OUR ENEMIES ALSO
So if we are all under the same rulers why are their even wars??? for profit and chaos to keep all distracted to not figure out they rule and not we, the people through our elected leaders?

The US Constitution has no provision for PARTNERS AT ALL as its goes against every thing the US CONSTITUTION stands for.... WE THE PEOPLE RULE BY OUR CHOICE AS TO WHOM WE VOTE TO GO TAKE CARE OF OUR BUSINESS FOR US AND ARE TO ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF US AND THE NATION AND OUR DATA AND RECORDS OF THE USA ARE NOT EVEN OWNED BY US ANYMORE... and much of that is our personal data down out our phone calls and e mails.. real privacy issues that non government person is bound by no laws to protect form abuse of use or illegal use. and that is who is collecting and controlling them -NO ACCOUNTABILITY ..
Members of CONGRESS ARE USUALLY LYING TO US WHEN THEY SAY THEY CAN HELP US WITH FEDERAL AGENCIES AS WHAT GOOD DOES THAT DO ? AS THEY HAVE NO ACCESS TO OUR RECORDS AND CANNOT EVEN FIND OUT OR VERIFY WHAT IS GOING ON AND IN MY CASE 38 FEDERAL AGENCIES JUDGES DEFIED THAT THE AGENCIES DO NOT EVEN HAVE A COPY OF THE ORDERS AS THEY HAVE TO GET THEM DIGITIZED FIRST..
Many think that the ruler of the USA Lynn Blodgett is a government official and few even know this and or that this phone number or that office address is NOT A GOVERNMENT OFFICE THAT ILLEGALLY IMPERSONATES THAT THEY ARE.

That later has been going on since 2002 and when the health care law was passed in 2010... CONGRESS DID NOT KNOW THE TRUTH OF WHAT WAS GOING ON THAT THE INSURERS WERE NOW GOING TO BE ADDED TO THOSE UNACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS AND THEY THEIR ILLEGAL DEALS OT STEAL WITH THE BCRC OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY WOULD NO LONGER EVEN BE UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW FOR THOSE REGULATED BY THE STATES TO STOP THEM FROM MAKING ILLEGAL DEALS WITH THE BCRC CORPORATE TO GET OUT OF PAYING THEIR BILLS AS PRIMARY AS THEY WOULD HACK FOR THEM WHICH HAS BEEN ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO DO SO AS ALL KINDS OF LAWS AND RIGHTS AND PARTIES AFFECTED BY ONES EMPLOYEE BENEFITS JUST DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM AND AT THE HOSPITAL ITS WORSE THEN IF YOU DID NOT EVEN HAVE IT FOR IT TO NOT BE ON THE SYSTEM FOR YOU TO BE ALLOWED TO GET CARE..
I HAVE BEEN THERE AND ITS HORRENDOUS... AND THIS CABAL DOES NOT CARE AS THEIR ONLY MOTIVE IS NOT FOR THE PEOPLE OR NATION OR EACH ONES CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AT ALL
How can any one vote for one who will overthrown the USA and continue to let it go on year after year.. This is no asking for more money , but the right to use the existing budget of an agency for internal audits and criminal investigation and/or prosecution and AGENCY HAVE GONE TO CONGRESS OFFICIALLY BEGGING FOR THE RIGHT TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND BEING DENIED ACCESS TO DO THEIR JOB AS THY ARE TO DO AS ROUTINE WITH FULL ACCESS TO RECORDS ETC AND TO STOP CRIMES/
TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION
IS WHAT WE HAVE AND WHAT CAUSED A REVOLUTION BACK I N 1776 AND WE HAVE NOW BEEN SOLD OUT BY THE ONES WE ELECTED AND HOW DID WE LET THIS HAPPEN?? WE VOTERS DID NOT ALWAYS VOTE AND WE DID NOT ASK ABOUT WHY THE CORRUPTION INSIDE WAS NOT BEING STOPPED...??
No matter what side of the political spectrum one is,, THE LAWS PASSED DO NOT HAVE TO BE OBEYED BY THIS CABAL and too often they seem to be writing the laws to shuffle more data around and get more contracts.
And what is going on breaks every kind of anti trust laws.. THE CURRENT IMPASSE ON FIXING HEALTH CARE AND THE TOWN MEETING BY SPEAKER PAUL RYAN IS NOT GETTING TO THE TRUTH AT ALL.... WHICH IS ON NOW.
YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHAT THE ISSUE IS... A BILL ALMOST GOT PASSED THAT WAS GOING TO LEAVE THIS CABAL IN FULL UNFETTERED CONTROL AGAIN AND THE STATES WHICH HAVE TRIED ON THEIR OWN TO GET THEM OUT OF THE STATE MEDICAID AND OTHER CONTRACTS ON THEIR OWN AS THE FEDS ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP were GOING TO HAVE TO STOP TRYING TO STOP THE SCAMS AND THEFTS BY THIS BUNCH AT THE STATE LEVEL AND MORE OF THEM KNOW LYNN BLODGETT BETTER THEN THE FEDS AS THEY ARE MORE DIRECTLY AFFECTED. and have had little success without federal help..
Nearly every time some horror or scandal has erupts in recent times of what the government is said to have done or not done about something IS THIS CABAL DOING IT WITH CONGRESS NOT ALLOWING ANY RIGHT OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON NOR ANY WAY TO STOP IT OR ARREST ANYONE EVEN WHEN THEIR ILLEGAL ACTS CAUSE ONES TO DIE...
and that is called murder isn't it when one dies due to a crime being committed by the perp??NO ! NOT ACCORDING TO CONGRESS AS LYNN BLODGETT'S MANAGEMENT COMPANY CAN SELL POISONED WATER TO A WHOLE CITY TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS AND THE PEOPLE ALL HAVE HEALTH ISSUES THAT MOST WILL DIE BEFORE THEIR NATURAL TIMES DUE TO IT and this is why NONE WHO HAVE DONE THE ILLEGAL DEED IN FLINT, MICHIGAN HAS OR CAN BE ARRESTED UNTIL CONGRESS ACTS TO ALLOW IF AS ITS ILLEGAL STILL BUT NO AGENCY CAN ARREST THEM/NOT EVEN FOR FILING FRAUDULENT WATER REPORTS... AS NO ONE TO AUDIT BY RETESTING THEM
The only arrest so far is the health commission for not warning that there was legionaries diseases in the bad water.. and why didn't he know ?? a federally funded state program??
TODAY I GOT A COUPLE MORE TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTERS GENERATED FROM THE ILLEGAL MEDICARE SYSTEM ON CLAIM NUMBERS THAT ON HAS ME AS A WIDOW AND THE OTHER ON KIDNEY DIALYSIS AND I AM NEITHER CATEGORY AT SSA..
This is massive numbers as the considers say its a billion dollars a day being stolen. so its a good chance you are a victim or a 'statutory heir' of one. an easy waiver can be gotten from SSA since you are not the thief and have no way to stop it.. but LYNN BLODGETT IN CONTROL THERE WILL NOT LET ONE FROM SSA 632 BE PROCESSED WHERE YOU GIVE NO PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO AND STATE THAT ITS 'AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE TO BE HELD LIABLE' THE GOVERNMENT CAN NOT STOP THE THEFTS AND SO EVEN A CITIZENS ARREST IS NOT POSSIBLE AS NO ONE CAN ARREST THE CONTRACTOR THIEVES SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 BY ACT OF CONGRESS. .
The fact that I have a set of theses 17 active numbers before, 2002 would have caused a raid by all the feds on this contractor and shut down the whole crooked mess.....
and the whole medical community is framed for seizure also as the records shows all were received but diverted at the back as this cabal now manages them also.. etc.
I am getting flack for even investigating the overpayment against me that my heirs will inherit even though I committed no crimes and there is a legal way for Medicare to pay if the primary payers do not as a conditional payment and go recover the money from the primary ... but that is rigged so that the letters cannot get out since 10/16 due to the hacked system and to be done electronically since 1/06 as that was also rigged to block it by the owners stealing when they are to be recovering and when they were able to get them out THEY SENT THEM TO AN ADDRESS THAT WAS NOT THE PRIMARY PAYER BUT THEIR CONTRACTOR OFFICE OF THE MEDICARE HACKERS.
THERE IS NO US DEPT OF LABOR OFFICIALS AT FECA IN LONDON KY . BILLING PEOPLE ARE BEING JERKED AROUND BY THE CABAL SO THAT MEDICAL BILLING PEOPLE ARE MISSING OR ALMOST MISSING FILING DATES TO BILL THE MEDICARE AS CONDITIONAL PAYER OR ONES EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLANS/WHICH 50%? OF THE CO PAY IS BEING SAID TO BE THE TOTAL FECA BILL AS ALL ARE MANAGED BY THE SAME CABAL WITH DIFFERENT CORPORATE NAMES..
ALL HEALTH PLANS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THIS CABAL NOW AND MOST APPROVED MEDICAL OR INJURED WORKERS ARE BEING PAID ILLEGALLY BY MEDICARE NOW AS EVEN A MORE ETHICAL COMPANY HAS NO GOVERNMENT TO TURN TO AND ARE HAVING TO USE THE ILLEGAL SYSTEM WHICH HAS BEEN HACKED TO NOT SHOW THE WORKER COMP OR PRIMARY EMPLOYER PLANS AT ALL. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THEM AND THE REST ARE HAVING PAYMENT FOR ONE CLAIM TUNED IN TO UP TO 17.. AND NO MORE ONLY DUE TO THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS ANCIENT SYSTEM.. ONLY TERTIARY? CONNECTED TO THE CYBER CLOUD TO STEAL ONE CLAIM AND USE IT 17 TIMES TO ACCESS THE PUBLIC TREASURY ..its why you cannot get 17 SUMMARY CLAIM NOTICES..
THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE IN THE USA SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND NO FREE MARKET SYSTEM EITHER AS THAT DEPENDS ON A GOVERNMENT ENFORCING SOME BASIC RULES TO ENSURE FAIRNESS AND THAT IS NOT IN EXISTENCE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.. EITHER.
And this did not just start in 2002 with someone altering the 6000 PAGE E GOVERNING BILL SOON BEFORE IT WAS VOTED ON THE WHOLE HAD BEEN SET UP STEP BY STEP OVER THE YEARS BEFORE SINCE THE MID 80'S AND SOME INDICATION IS THAT PART OF THIS IN THE EARLY 70'S AS THE DEEP STATE AND THOSE WHO KNEW. THAT THE FREE LABOR OF Machines (systems) could be stolen from us and we would have to work and shuffle data more and more when we should be doing less and the machines do the work for us and all benefits with a basic amount be free for all as the machines owners/creators would still be paid a good amount.
But the free labor would benefits all of society and THAT GOT STOLEN FROM US BY THOSE WHO TOOK CONTROL OF OUR DATA AND FILES AND THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD NO LONGER HIRED PROGRAMMERS INSIDE THE GOVERNMENTS REFUSING TO PAY THE SUPER SALARIES FOR THE MOST TECHNICAL OF JOBS. AND IN THE MID 80'S BEGAN CONTRACTING OUT AND BEGAN TO LOSE TOTAL CONTROL OF THEIR OWN RECORDS AND DATA.. AS AUDITS DEPEND ON EXPERTS TO AUDIT. AND THOSE OFTEN WERE NOT AS TRAINED.. Michael Horowitz of the US Justice Dept told me in 2014 of the law as it took me until 2008 to know that one exists and the no one knew what one it was. AND EVERY BILL IN CONGRESS HAS TO HAVE THE OVERSIGHT IN IT OR IT REVERTS BACK TO NONE.. ALL MEMBERS OF CONGRESS MAY WISH TO ASK HIM WHAT THE EXACT WORDING IS NEEDED..
