Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 8/1/17 HEALTHCARE MELTDOWN; MEDICARE HACKERS RULE AS ALL FORGOT GOVT 101? This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 which documents the massive looting of the Medicare trust fund by those entrusted to protect it and uphold the integrity of the process,, the international cabal of unaccountable government contractors.. Mae unaccountable but to itself by the US CONGRESS AND PRESIDENT GEORGE W BUSH IN THE COUP OF 2002  when a law got passed that was buried in it the overthrow of the USA and only a few in Congress and  a few in the government and agencies even knew that from then on there would no longer be in control of non DOD activities of the government in the USA from local to federal as NO AMOUNT OF EXISTING BUDGET COULD BE SPENT TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT  NOR A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OR PROSECUTION  of  government contractors.  

    Since most local and state programs are federally funded , the states WERE NOT TOLD THAT NO ONE  WAS OVERSEEING WHAT THE CONTRACTORS DID ANYMORE   and not until years later were they official told. YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THE CROOKS OPERATING IN YOUR LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.. 

  And many did begin to try but with minimal success without the full force and power of the federal government  to take what by then was a GOLIATH OF INTERNATIONAL  WEALTH AND POWER  getting control just the same way in other nations with the name head in the USA of Lynn Blodgett as I was told in writing and verbally by many in high levels of government as well as in his own hundreds of companies and illegal deal partnerships etc. Illegal as they break all kinds of laws on trust busting as well as 'DEALS TO STEAL; and gradually took over no oversight domestic programs control as they got into ownership control in the DEFENSE CONTRACTORS OF A BASIC WEAPON SYSTEMS THOUGH ONE COMPANY INTO ANOTHER AND INTO ANOTHER.  AND ONCE INSIDE,,, ONE IS IN.....??

        ITS CALLED PARTNERS OF THE GOVERNMENT AND IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL UNDER THE MANDATES OF OUR US CONSTITUTION WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE TO BE THE RULERS THROUGH THOSE WE ELECT TO TAKE CARE OF OUR BUSINESS FOR US..

     Since 12/08 when I began this web site to track this overthrow  articles and filing with the government etc. are linked and posted.                            WHY DOESN'T ANY ONE KNOW WE ARE AN OVERTHROWN NATION?

   Soon after the COUP OF 2002 was passed buried in the E-Governing 6000 page budget bill for 2002. A few in congress got all of them put under an unconstitutional gag order rules that no one seems to be able to find the number of it but ALL OBEY IT STRICTLY GIVING UP THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF FREE SPEECH ON THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS

   They or their staffs are not permitted to mention , contract or have a contractor testify  This makes most hearing a farce especially when they are oversight ones or even budget ones as THE AGENCY ONLY KNOW WHAT THE CONTRACTOR WISHES THEM TO KNOW 

  PARTNER  IN OUR SYSTEM MEANS RULER and the real government is the slave to the ruler. as they then become the law makers, amender, judge and policy makes and has done so in near total control  The only thing the govt can still do is not renew or cancel a contract  BUT THE LAWS OF THE LN AD MEAN THAT THE CONTRACTOR  HAS ALL THE RIGHTS AND ACCESS TO INFO AND THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EVEN HAVE SUBPOENA POWER WHEN A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY OR 30 TRILLION DOLLARS HAS TONE MISSING LAST SEEN WITH THEM 

       It took years to find out the named head... and now his name is pretty well 'bleached ' from the  world wide web... it could affect even me   but for the fact this is not a major world wide read site as a major for profit one would be...I make no money from mine and I am sharing my personal experience with Lynn Blodgett which became very personal and retaliatory slander machine when agency Judges orders  now 38, still  defied by him and mores are in the pipeline but his companies prepare files for agency first line judges and WE ARE BLOCKED FROM OUR RIGHTS TO GET ANY MORE JUDGES TO RULE DIRECTLY AGAINST HIM AND HIS  AND ORDER  actions for him to do  THAT no one cam make hi obey thee judges, laws. rules policies of the land .. and am in a "let her die" order that has obstructed   even medical care as too many think he is the government and obey his verbal orders or untrue info passed on  as if it were fact as even agencies CANNOT HAVE THEIR OWN JUDGES ORDERS UNLESS HE DIGITIZED IT FIRST  and HE  AND HIS CAN DECIDE WHOSE GETS POSTED  OR  DOES NOT.. an orders  agencies  what to hack and delete and its gone on for 15 years now and its not just us.. but million have been reported as harmed to the very death from illegal acts that cause life be shortened before their natural time as well as a controlled anarchy that is not a corrupt government as the DEEP STATE SEEMS TO BE ONLY A FEW. STRATEGICALLY PLACED  with mostly good people wanting to do their job and cannot figure out why they are not allowed to do it,, even inside  his own companies ..and cabal they manage...

      Private industry has now been convinced the only way to survive is to hire his management companies  to deal with his corrupted government contractors    and the good people in all of this are mislead and mistrained to not know they are doing anything unethical or illegal and are being enslaved to cover up the crimes of their cabal in control   HOW ELSE COULD SO MANY HAVE 17 ACTIVE MEDICARE NUMBERS AND NOT EVEN KNOW OF THE MASSIVE THEFTS GOING ON INSIDE  THE CONTRACTOR STEALING  FROM THE  PUBLIC TREASURY IN  THEIR NAMES AND NOT EVEN KNOW THEIR HEIRS WILL INHEIRIT THE OVERPAYMETS AND ALL OF THEIR GOOD DOCTORS, ETC FRAMED FOR SEIZURE OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS ,HE GETS TO SEIZE AS HE HAS ALL CONTROL OF CONTRACTS AND CONTRACTORS AND AS 12/16 THE SIZURE OF ASSETS ALSO   RIGHTS.      .  

                            HOW MUCH IS YOUR LIFE WORTH?

     ITS PRICE LESS AS OUR LIVES ARE PRECIOUS AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY SHOULD BE THE PRICE OF OUR EARTHLY LIVES Our eternal lives is our free will choice to make where we end up if at all.  according  to most faith books of the world..   

   Many politicians have said THAT HEALTH CARE CANNOT BE A FOR PROFIT ENTERPRISE AT ALL yet , except for some non profit organizations, who own hospitals and clinics,,

        Years ago this nation figured out that other matters were the whole public is affected and monies must be used by all giving to a fund,, such as the government doing something through our taxes, or insurance companies  selling policies we then pay premiums to etc   WE COLLECTIVELY SHARE OUR MONIES IN SOME WAY AND THEN WE COLLECT OR USE AS NEEDED ' 

   All those who say that socialism is always bad never used a public road, bridge sent their child to a public school , tuned on the tap for  city water in their homes, decided to retire and apply for social security and Medicare   or had some reason to think that next months utility bill would  not have rates  doubled per kilowatt usage   NEED TO UNDERSTAND THERE ARE SOME THINGS WE HAVE TO DO IN COMMON AND SOMEONE HAS TO MAKE SURE THAT THOSE WE CHOOSE TO  REPRESENTS US MAKE SURE  THAT BAD AND CRIMINAL THINGS ARE NOT DONE . WITH THE MONEY WE POOL TOGETHER OR  ANY ONE IS TREATED UNFAIRLY ,OR CRIMINALLY IN GETTING USE OF THE PRODUCT OR BENEFIT .

      This is worse than anarchy , we are in as WE HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD THERE IS NO ONE LOOKING OUR FOR OUR OWN MONIES POOLED OR RIGHTS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 and we all know something is badly wrong and getting worse and we look to those we elected to help and THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYMORE THEN WE DO AND SEEMS TO NOT WISH TO KNOW OR CANNOT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE BEING DECEIVED BY A FEW AMONG THEM THAT ARE NOT LETTING THEM DO THE JOBS WE WENT THEM TO DO    and made sure they got 'gagged; to even talk about it.

      Our founders who wrote that US Constitution well knew that the ONES PLACE OUR ELECTED LEADERS HAD TO BE UNGAGGED WAS THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS. They knew history and they knew full well what abuses of power can be when the  rights of each and very one were not present.  They knew our society was not perfect, but they gave us the ideals of a future when they would be and we have backslidden horribly since THE COUP OF 2002  just a at pint on time where everyone was finally getting their full human and civil rights to not be treated unfairly or unjustly.

      We go a little overboard  at times. but soon find the best medium path so that no one is harmed but  the rights of the few, do not also infringe on the rights of all of us... But we still have evil in this world, and we have to have a legal system where no one is tempted to commit crimes that our society says just cannot be tolerated to happen and some have to be isolated in some way from society so that the harms do not continue  and done in a fair and just manner   as the most innocent can get trounced and wrongly convicted AS CHRIST WAS 2000 years ago.  .        

                                   TAX REFORM IS THE FIRST STEP TO 21ST CENTURY HEALTH

            There has to be a change in our tax structure for some kind of in between tax structure for those who provide health care and those related industries  that make things associated with the ultimate goal of providing health care to every one in some way.   WHEN LIFE IS OBSTRUCTED FOR CUTTING COST. WE ARE IN THE AREA OF REAL EVIL AND TEMPTATION TO TAKE LIFE FOR PROFITS IS AND HAS BEEN TOO REAL TOO MANY TIMES 

  And those who wish to do good and provide good care have their own souls harmed in such and evil system as it is evil when we put a price on any ones life   So while we finally have 20 from each party in a meeting now trying to figure out what health care for the 21st century even is  and how to have fair payment made to those who provide it     THE HOUSE WAYS AND MEANS BUDGET COMMITTEE IS NOW LOOKING AT TAX REFORMS.

             Its not just about tax rated and who much each income level pays etc.   WE NEED A 21ST CENTURY TAX CODE  THAT ADDRESSES AREAS THAT SHOULD NEVER BE A FOR PROFIT ENTERPRISE AS THE  PRODUCT PRODUCED IS YOURS AND MY LIFE  LIVED AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AND  BEST HEALTH  DURING IT      

          Here is another example of how managed care with no oversight by those who represent us   gets to be evil under this international cabal and I thank my good doctors who have had to stand up this canal who has total control and management of all health care now .

     I have been there with the angina horrible and good doctors prescribing medications when they did dot have the test results that were spelled out clearly     AND ALSO WHEN I HAD REAL HEART FAILURE AND NOT DIAGNOSED EITHER AND ITS BEEN BAD AND STILL IS... but for when you finally get the right test run.. you have the scientific proof   and that should be with you at all times just in case  for emergencies  and no one can tell your medical conditions etc.  and then have a management company  of his cabal counter your word as HOW WOULD A PATIENT KNOW??

        I have written of this before.   Toxic and chemicals  injuries do not get good care now in the USA Officially the FDA does not include us..  and neither does the cabal running health care..  10 million plus do not exist ...  and those who have to pay for the injuries do not wish to pay and obstruct the care as death is cheaper even if a death benefits has to be paid  no medical care has to be for years maybe.

   Its our system  as we do not have NO FAULT HEALTH CARE . 

   2 million left to die by this cabal running health care After 9/11/01 in  the area of New York City and logic was forgotten as it was not just those at ground zero as those fumes went out all over the area and that is a heavily populated area where few have cars..   NO ONE WAS ARRESTED OR EVEN INVESTIGATED FOR THE CRIMINALLY ALTERED AIR STUDIES FROM EPA THAT SAID HE AIR WAS SAFE AND WE ALL KNOW IT WAS NOT ,,It was not only toxic  fumes as ours was in our office back in 1/89, but that World Trade Center had asbestos in it and it was going to be a major catastrophic cost to get it our of the building.. A Couple OF PLANES GOT IT OUT OF THE BUILDING AND INTO THE LUNGS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE AREAS  FOR MONTHS

      We were in a newer building and asbestos was not used in it    But there are  certain types of  body organs that get affected and the LEFT VENTRICLE OF THE HEART BEGINS TO OVERWORK AS SOON AS THE LUNGS NO LONGER FUNCTION AS THEY CAN. Its why now I would have been on oxygen from day one and never off it    SOME SAY NOW THEY KNOW IT THEN BUT THE LIABILITY INDUSTRY WAS FIGHTING IT BE TREATED  AS TRYING TO GET OUT OF PAYING    

          DO YOU USE THE CHEAPER EKG, OR DO YOU BUY AND USE THE ONE THAT IS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAT WILL GET THE INFO FOR THAT OR NOT?? Your management company is in charge??

        I and others have been diagnosed or not  with EKG THAT SEEMS OK, BUT MAY SHOW A LITTLE ANOMALY  IN THE ST WAVE AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HAD AN EMPLOYER AS WE HAD AT HHS FOR YEARS  WHO GAVE PERIODIC FULL PHYSICALS  F EVERY FEW YEARS, THEN YOU MAY HAVE A BASE LINE EKG WHEN YOU WERE FINE TO COMPARE THE NEW ONE POST INJURY WITH AS I DID COMING FORM THE Kansas city region as more of the others in the New York region were not getting those  MONEY MISSING INSIDE THE DEEP STATE THEN??

   THIS CABAL HAS  LEFT BROKEN DOWN UNREPAIRED CARDIO PULMONARY STRESS TESTS IN BACK ROOMS OF HOSPITALS UNUSED AS MORE AND MORE GET INJURED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..THAT TEST IS A KEY DIAGNOSTIC TOOL FOR THOSE LIKE ME  ALSO  

               I  HAD MY NEWER CARDIOLOGIST DO AN EKG AT THE LAST VISIT AND USED THE 12 LEAD? EKG, NOT THE ONE THAT ONLY GETS WHAT MOST HAVE DONE  ..  The machine spit out anterior wall  infarction . damage on it  

      And the tech kind of grinned at me as she pasted on the leads  and I got the most accurate  read out  that reflected what I had.  no human ,, the machine said so ..     Thank you doctor  !  I linked an article just a few before this  and if our have a lung condition. then  the 12 lead? EKG ,may be the right one to do . 

   This cabal head  has been running around too many years trying to diagnoses me from a distant and is not a doctor at all  due to all I have had to do to expose the tactics being done that is the opposite of good care. Trying to justify not   inputting oxygen invoices since 2002 when ordered to process and pay etc all the pending matters that go back for years as the regional office for FECA done not even know of all the Judges remand orders to get the file reconstructed and all matter pending proves that go back for years.. and I GET ILLEGALLY DUMPED ON TO MEDICARE AS MOST ALL WORKERS COMP  IN THE NATION IS NOW AND not being treated for their work related conditions but treated fir symptoms if there management team can get that done  and too often is able to succeed.    that might overlap a similar diagnose and medications  be the same or similar  but not really the best ones for the actual diagnosis   AND I ALREADY HAVE HAD PERMANENT MEDICAL FOR 23 YEARS ALREADY AND THE PERMANENT DISABILITY PENDING TO BE DONE WHEN THE COUP OF 2002 OCCURRED AND ENDED ALL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS  OF ALL  in all areas  AS ONLY THE CABAL DECIDES IS YOU CAN HAVE THEM.  ND THAT IS NOT EVERY ONE HAS THEM AS WE ALL ARE TO HAVE  

     BE AWARE ALL THAT IN ABOUT 2008 LYNN BLODGETT ET ALL TURNED LUNG PATIENTS INTO COPD PATIENTS  IF AT ANYTIME  ANY  DOCTOR EVER SAID YOU WERE CHRONICALLY OBSTRUCTED   and you actually have other more overriding diagnosis that never showed up in the records again for payment or the data base that has never been under any HIPPA law as government  contractors were not  put under that. And  in 1999, GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY GOT CONTROL OF THE MEDICAL RECORDS OF THE USA  AND THEN MEDICARES  AND NOW EVERY ONES WHETHER THEY HAVE A HEALTH CARE PLAN OR INSURANCE OR NOT   AND ALL UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S ET AL  AND WHO IS HIS BOSS??  still hidden from all.??? OVER ALL CONTROL ALSO AT THE TIME AND THEY' RE THE MEDICARE HACKERS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002  AND WORSE THEN HACKING ONES EMPLOYER POST TO DUMP ONE PAY PER CLAIM ON MEDICARE.. 

       as the billing people have no government to turn to when  being coerced in the subtle but real  ways this is  to use that entice  for the quicker  and easiest  payment. Heaven help if their regional office have 'DEEP STATE' ISSUES AS THE DALLAS ONE DOES FROM DOWN THE STREET OF THE INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE CABAL IN CHARGE NOW 

   THIS CAN BE LIFE THREATENING WHEN MEDICATIONS FOR COPD PATIENTS IS THE WRONG ONES FOR THE OTHER LUNG CONDITIONS THAT USED TO BE LISTED FIRST OR SECOND FOR YOU..

                            DEADLY TAX STRUCTURE THAT DOES AFFECT THE BOTTOM LINE    

    Patients get put on a conveyor belt and out the door and the best treatment or cure is not done  and on the way out.. and your own doctors find out a real squeeze play  of them and patients  in the grips of a corrupted deadly  mess And  NO GOVERNMENT  TO STOP REAL CRIMES GOING ON BY   THIS CABAL MAKES SURE THE DOCTOR HAS YOU LEAVE  FEELING BETTER WITH AN OPIOID PRESCRIPTION    and are they mad  at your and the doctor when you do not take the prescription  out the door  so that can put down  your ANGINA WAS CURED BY AN OPIOID or infection that could cause you go do blind or even die as occurred back in 2/07..   I know that my own experience  has  revealed a major cause and  impact as isn't  most of this current epidemic started by a legit scrip  and the pain cause is never diagnosed by this cabal running health care as the tax structure is profit not treatment and they do not care about addictions as its not their bottom line to deal with 

 and if it is THEY CAN THEN MANAGE THE ADDICTION CENTERS THEY HELPED CREATE THE ADDICTS TO BE HOUSED IN? IR WORSE THE PRISONS?? of theirs  as

        After all the first corporation this cabal  set up after SUNGAARD TO DIGITIZE ALL MONEY INTO CYBER SPACE IN 1984 WAS A PRIVATE PRISON SYSTEM IN 1987? before Affiliated Computer Services in 1988  but overseen still by the representation of the people and our government.

    So AN EARLY DIAGNOSIS IN AN ER  -- AS ONCE DIAGNOSED THEN ONE HAS TO GET THE TREATMENT AND IF ITS A LIABILITY CASE THE BENEFITS THAT GO ALONG WITH THE DIAGNOSIS THAT HAS REAL SCIENTIFIC TEST RESULTS BEHIND IT THAT ARE CLEAR AND NOT JUST INTERPRETED BY GOOD DOCTORS WHO KNOW,  BUT THE OTHER SIDW ALWAYS FINDS SOME TO DISAGREE THAT ARE AN MD, DON'T THEY.? Money talks when health care and lives are a for profit product

               BUT THE NON MEDICAL FOR PROFIT PARTNERS DO NOT WISH TO HAVE GOOD INTERPRETATIONS OR ACCEPT IT..NOW THEY HAVE TO ARGUE WITH A MACHINE AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE??  

      AS  DNA IS NEEDED TO PROVE YOU ARE WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE  ...

     I   HAD THIS PERSONALLY HAPPEN TO ME AND GOT WRITTEN UP IN RECORDS THAT ARE STILL THERE FOR BEING A BAD PATIENT FOR LISTENING  TO ALL THE GOOD AND HIGHLY RESPECTED DOCTORS  WHO HAD KNOWN ME WELL MEDICALLY  AND SAID no pain killer not even a Tylenol until the diagnosis of the pain is done  as it can mask chest pain and make it harder to detect the cause.. 

                 CONGRESS EVERYTHING YOU DO IN ALL AREAS IS ALL ABOUT GETTING HEALTH CARE INTO A 21ST MODEL FOR LIFE FOR EACH AND ALL OF US  and our lives no longer be a financial or political football ever  again

                      U S Senator John Boozman is an optometrist  who has been in congress since 2001as congressmen and as a Senator since 2011 and he must be well aware of the issues of getting  best sight to patients gets in to all kinds of for profit areas and if there was a semi profit area of taxing . then  costs could be lowered..  but still have some way for the new and  better contact lens, etc.  created still give some fair profit to the inventor and the  manufacturer... but its stockholders that help get some patents to market.  SO ITS A CONVOLUTED PROCESS AND WHAT CAN BE FOR PROFIT MORE AND OTHER PARTS NOT  ??.  Something like, but not the same as; a public utility where one can sell bonds etc??   I think I heard  that President Trump mentioned something like this for housing?     This is not an area I have much expertise in  and  EXPERTS WHAT DO YOU THINK??

     If your intent ,your heart is for the good of all, and others deride you out of their own ignorance of the harms that are going on    It is a prayer to the Almighty for peace in the soul when all wake up  and help with the effort to bind up the evils and stop the harms as all those who have a good heart  have let it fall asleep with in them to notice the human misery that is around us .....    Arrogance of the self righteous  who should know better.   CHRIST WENT AFTER THOSE "SNAKES AND VIPERS' OF THE PHARISEES ALL THROUGH HIS  EARTHLY  MINISTRY. but on the day of PENTECOST , AFTER THE RESURRECTION... who was among the 3000 saved that day when HE POURED OUT HIS HOLY SPIRIT ON ALL PRESENT ?.  

    The  historical record says that THE PHARISEES WERE IN JERUSALEM FOR THE HOLY DAYS FROM ALL OVER THE ROMAN EMPIRE. And they   went back home and let the disciples enter into the synagogues and teach and share... and the word spread from within Judaism  as much as from without ...as the scriptures had been fulfilled for them  and they now understood in their very souls they understood...    Life is precious and all of us are to be loved by each other.. and respected to have it . We are "one out of many"  individuals who still are unique individuals and did not lose our souls in some basic sharing to help one another. in times of need.

Pray for our elected leaders who we entrust to take care of all those  things we cannot do completely  by ourselves  from education, transportation, food and water safety , clean air and energy and health care for all to have as long a life as possible and cures and treatments to have that more and more. Pray for President Trump who has a corrupted mess to unravel and then may  your DIVINE guidance help him help  us into the 21st century models for the greatness of America that may finally be fully realized for each and all and in every area.  Amen!
