This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 which documents the latest and reported most massive theft of Medicare since the COUP OF 2002 when Congress got tricked by unnamed party as altering a 6000 page E Governing bill that REMOVED THE RESTRAINER of law from the USA as the whole philosophy of governing was to contract out administration and delivery of all government programs TO 'PARTNERS' =( rulers of the land now) from local to federal and this bill forbid the federal agencies from doing any internal audits of a government contractor let lone criminal investigations and /or prosecutions..
IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO HAVE PARTNERS OF OUR GOVERNMENT THAT ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO NO ONE AS WE ARE TO RULE NOT THEM and we rule by our votes and we have no vote as to who gets to be the cabal in control .
THEFTS AND BROKEN LAWS AND REMOVAL OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL BEGAN AND ONLY GOT WORSE OVER TIME TO THIS DAY
And nearly ever moment of our lives is now under an international cabal since THERE IS NO FREE MARKET COMPETITION FOR CONTRACTS when there is NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE TO MAKE SURE SOME BASIC RULES OF FAIRNESS ARE FOLLOWED.
Companies , all connected can make illegal deals to steal and underbid a more ethical company which has no ideal to steal in place... THIS IS A BEAST SYSTEM AND IF ITS NOT THE ONE MENTIONED IN END TIMES IN REVELATION LAST BOOK OF THE BIBLE.. ITS HORRIFIC ENOUGH FOR NO ONE TO BE 'LEFT BEHIND' IF THE REAL ONE IS STILL COMING.
Most members of Congress did not know what they had voted for and even fewer know now, that their unconstitutional gag order rule, voted on soon after the REMOVAL OF THE RESTRAINER of law from the USA. WAS THE ULTIMATE COVER UP AS THEY COULD NOT MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY AND OVER THE YEARS members of Congress could not help their constituents as it was' DISCOURTEOUS' TO USURP THE OVERTHROW OF THE USA AND FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON as the issue is usually inside the contractors and even agencies cannot find out what is going on as its too often illegal and unethical and unconstitutional actions.
BAD LAWS GET PASSED BASED ON UNVERIFIABLE DATA AND FACTS AND OFTEN THEY ARE NOT THE WHOLE TRUTH OR ANY TRUTH AT ALL.
Many Republicans have turned on a few among them who voted no for the health care bill NOT KNOWING THAT IT WAS GOING TO FORCE STATES TO STOP TRYING TO REMOVE THIS CABAL UNDER THE NAMED HEAD OF LYNN BLODGETT FROM THEIR MEDICAID CONTRACTS AS BY 2014 THEY WERE FINALLY TOLD THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT COULD NOT HELP WITH AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND STATES THEN TOOK IT ON THEMSELVES TO TRY AND STOP THE CRIMES IN THE MEDICAID PROGRAMS WITH MINIMAL SUCCESS ON THEIR OWN .. without any federal help
Stealing from the poorest among us , has to be one of the more heinous of crimes.
AND THE CURRENT HEATH CARE FIXES WAS GOING TO FORCE THE STATES TO STOP TRYING TO STOP THE THIEVES/and schemers shuffling data around on old systems to gain more contracts. etc. AND THE FEDS WERE NOT GOING TO BE ALLOWED TO DO SO EITHER AS NOTHING WAS IN THE BILL PUTTING Back the right of the federal government to oversee and stop the theft and scamming of the taxpayers money by the ones not running the programs, THE CONTRACTORS
This does not man I agree with everything some of those who voted no on these bills .... but A LAW THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE OBEYED AND ALLOWS THEFT AND ILLEGAL HORRORS TO GO ON IS NOT A LAW, IS IT??? As laws we have now, as well as agency judges orders and contract terms to uphold the laws of the land are broken daily as THEY HAVE CONGRESSIONAL 'IMMUNITY ' TO DO AS THEY PLEASE.
But at Medicare, card holders whose ID and claims info is stolen by the owner of the system as sub contractor of the government to turn into up to 17 pays per claim using an ancient system with no security on it and sold to the medical community to trick them into using it with a hacked, bogus duplicate screen of info to make sure that Medicare is the health plan billed and not done as a conditional payment to go to recovery as CONGRESS MIGHT FIND OUT AND STOP TH THEFT OF MEDICARE IF THOSE FIGURES GET OUT AND THE REAL US DEPT OF LABOR FINDS OUT THAT THE 50% OF CO PAY BY BLUES IS NOT THE TOTAL FECA BILLS FOR ME AS SEEMS TO BE THE LIES THEY ARE GETTING AS A TRUTHFUL? THE MEDICARE HACKERS have devised a way of using the ancient insecure systems merged into the 21st century cuber cloud AND HIDING THE CLOUD FROM FIRST SIGHT BY THOSE ACCESSING INFO ON SCREENS.AND NOT EVEN ALLOWING ACCESS TO THE CYBER COULD INFO AS OCCURRED BACK IN 10/16... Patients are not notified they and their hers are overpaid and at SSA and easy waiver will not get processed at all under the control of LYNN BLODGETT over there now they're are robbed. hacked ? and these ID THEFT COMPANIES DO NOT COVER WHAT THE FEDS CANNOT ACCESS EITHER CREDIT KARMA* LETS ME KNOW A LOT VERY TIMELY AND SEEM TO BE NO BAD ISSUES ON MY PLASTIC OTHER THAN BEING MAXED OUT TOO OFTEN AND THAT IS NOT AN ID ISSUE.. This time is not so isolated and it is believable that it is what insiders can tell from the spike in outflow of the MEDICARE TRUST FUND BANK accounts OF A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY THEFT and mine is only about $30. million now with Part D assumed to be also and he pays all of that.. as sub contractor of the insurers and CMS DID NO EVEN KNOW THIS UNTIL 2014.. with about $4 million from prior theft that finally got stopped 11/12 and all 17 numbers on me that the prior isolated hackers had stolen were cross referred in the system to stop more than one pay per claims..
IT DID NOT STOP THE Contractor corporate at BCRC OF THE FORMER GHI INC from still hacking the system bi weekly for primary payers who did not wish to pay and hack my employer post which is illegal to do since 1994... for obvious legal reasons that showed my FECA AND FEHB BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD AS PRIMARY FOR ME AND FOR THOSE ON MY FAMILY POLICY WHO ALSO HAD MEDICARE CARDS. lots of parties and due process rights on any one's employee benefits and one cannot just in an DELETE THEM !! unless you are an unaccountable government contractors and them one can do it for 15 years and no one stops you as the RESTRAINER OF LAW WAS REMOVED FROM THE USA . created to steal in your name and your heirs inherit the overpayment you do not even know exists or that the numbers were created on you either.. it was due to the hacking since 2002 and tracking that or I might have never found out... back on 2/1/08... when they began to us one pony number to by pass having to do a conditional payment and told all my medical providers that it was my real number..
The claim is stolen and you will not get summary notices or EOB's an each multiple payment as its the control for the ancient system.. to pay 17 times. and you will not get 17 Medicare cards as those are cross checked at SSA before being sent out
You can get proof of the hacking from the illegal off line insure system as a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ON THE PHONY NUMBERS.
But do not Count on much cooperation from the 1-800 Medicare customer service representatives as they are being intentionally mistrained and its horrific how bad its gotten for them to even see the fraud on your records crated by the owner of the system.. You do not have to have primary payers , but can just be regular Medicare and it you have a spousal claim number, the only reasons you do not have 100 numbers is only due to this ancient systems we used decades ago and has a limit to 17 actions per piece of info ... like a claim to access the Medicare trust fund..
ONE OF THE EASIEST THEFTS OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY IS MEDICARE AS ITS SMALLER AMOUNTS FOR EACH ITEM AND EVERY DAY ON CLAIMS FOR 17 IS MIXED IN WITH ALL THOSE COMING IN ON NEARLY 60 MILLION CARD HOLDERS

On my own social security number I have the four possible suffixes added (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA but as a spouse one can have dozens of suffixes possible and since there is no cross checking with any real data file. Your phony numbers can have your spouse alive or dead or any age or children in care or divorce , remarried divorcee or the 50th wife of a polygamist who gets a claim number to take a protective filings for all 50 until SSA figures out who is the legal wife or widow that can get the benefit check.. or even be ones for kidney dialysis Medicare and you may not be on that ever ....

has no new claims paid to day and my real primary payers are not even on this.. that is some kind of manual posting and the info never came from me. t shows an active FECA case, but all the claims info letters sent out to recover in the past were deleted and US DEPT OF LABOR NEVER GOT THEM TO KNOW THAT THE MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD HAD GONE MISSING ON ABOUT 200 OF US. BACK WHEN HE SUDDENLY HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY OUT AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND TAKE OVER THE WORLD? NOW OWNING HUNDREDS OF COMPANIES AND NONE SEEM TO HAVE A TOTAL LIST. I started this blog to try and keep track .. and its a small effort from what the SEC could do if allowed to . . It does allow me to know about a claim illegally paid on the real number even before 1-800 Medicare has gotten it..(weekends post) and not have to wait 90 days to find out .but it does not get the bi weekly post from my employer to this system at all .

JUDGES ORDERS TO GET MY FILE POSTED FROM THE JUDGES WENT TO Lynn BLODGETT WILL NOT POST MY FILE EVEN WITH JUDGES ORDERS AT FECA AS WELL AS MULTIPLE AGENCIES HE IS IN DEFIANCE OF 38 TOTAL ONES DEFIED NOW I have the permanent medical under an obscure 1988 labor law already that pays 100% of bills.. due to it being based on FECA putting me on home liquid oxygen for life 24 years ago . not usually the case for WORKERS COMP TO BE ALL BILLS but oxygen is the control on that and does it but all illegal dumped onto Medicare
BUT FOR THE CONTROL OF THE SYSTEM OF WHO PAYS FIRST FOR ME AND ANY ON MY POLICY WITH A MEDICARE CARD ITS THAT WORKING AGED FIELD POST AND THAT IS WHY THEY DISTRACT THE SYSTEM TO KEEP TRYING TO FIND IT ALL THE TIME AMONG THE 27 IDENTIFIED ONES THAT ARE FAKE AS THEY ARE MIXES OF FEDERAL CONTRACT TERMS WITH STATE REGULATED POLICY TERMS
So, I may be getting a back lash of false training to them on this line as they are being mistrained to fool the medical billing people (they do not know how to do the legal way to file a claim as a conditional payment at all when the system is hacked) and its getting more tense in side there as the representatives are smart people and know they are seeing major fraud etc. going on and they know they are to get hard copies ands send direct to CMS DIRECTOR as its a fraud complaint on a contractor not a doctor,etc which goes to the HEAD OF THE CABAL
They are being told all kinds of ridiculous things to not see it as fraud and the frustration grows many of you may be documenting on your own records also HANG IN THERE AND GET ANY INFO YOU CAN.. and I do share it with CMS and members of CONGRESS AS THEY HAVE TO ACT. OR WE MAY NOT HAVE ANY MONEY LEFT. WHEN ONE LOGICAL FIX IS TO EXPAND PART A MEDICARE AS WAS DONE DECADES AGO FOR KIDNEY DIALYSIS PATIENTS TO PAY FOR ALL INSTITUTIONAL CARE BEYOND WHAT LITTLE IS PAID FOR NOW BY ALL INSURES that could be the DRUG REHAB AS WELL .AND THIS IS NOT TIED TO AN AGE OR GETTING SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY AT ALL AS KIDNEY MEDICARE IS NOT EITHER.
It is not unusually one to be in a long term rehab center after a horrible accident/disease for months and no health care policy covers it and yet be back to work in a year if one survives. Regular Medicare for those SSA does not even start for 25 months from date one become disabled .. and may never get that and not every one is poor at the beginning and why should they be bankrupted to have nothing or family have nothing after long term care to get Medicaid.???

CALLS TO DAY AND WHAT LEARNED (there are multiple call centers for them and on does not always get the same one)
CALL 1. got in on the CLAIMS PHONE MENU AND USING ON OF THE PHONY NUMBERS OF D verified it is active in the system and hem verified that 4 recent claims were paid on that number.. as have already verified on other phonies of the 16..
then I got to persona and asked for temporary entitlement letter be sent on D6 and we were hearing each other fine .
THEN I ASKED FOR THE INSURANCE INFO ON THERE TODAY AND ALL I GOT WAS MEDICARE IS PRIMARY FROM THE BOGUS ILLEGAL OFF LINE UNSECURED SYSTEM AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO SCROLL? to get the real info AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE REAL PRIMARY PAYERS AND WHAT fake supplement was on there today ALL OF A SUDDEN I COULD STILL HEAR HER fine ,, BUT SHE COULD NOT HEAR ME she said AT ALL AND HUNG UP . this is not the first time there has been interference with their phone lines at their call center.. and my phone worked fine for another call made later on.
CALL 2 I came in on phone menu for claims and verified that a phony claim number for TB EXISTS but when I got to a person and I asked for the temporary letter on that number and then was only told that Medicare was primary and phones did not work on their end again and I could hear fine and got hung up on .
CALL 3 I came in on phone menu using the phony number ending with D6 and verified that claims paid on that number and that it exists in the illegal system and got to a person and ordered the temporary entitlement letter and got only that Medicare was primary and their phone did not work on their end and got hung u on again without the insurance info. ..
CALL 4 I called and as soon as got connected to them , the phone line disconnected
CALL 5 I called in and got in on claims menu using the phony ending in E and as soon as I got to a persona they gave me no info after they got my name and hung up on me ...I did not get anything done so WE KNOW FROM LAST WEEK THE BI WEEKLY POST FROM EMPLOYER IS HACKED AND WILL NOT GIVE UP AS LIFE IS PRECIOUS AND THIS IS MINE AS MEDICAL CARE IS CRUCIAL AND MANY ARE NOT EVEN GETTING THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST I USED TO GET

The ones for me , used to put the exercise stress test for the pulmonary part in a seated breathing test and it gave readings for the effort/ constriction THAT IS NOT ON THE ONES EVERY ONE GETS NOW.. AND ONLY GETS ONE EVERY OTHER YEAR AT MOST.. FOR MANY and its crucial as every breath is a strain on the heart etc. and this detects it without the EKG PART THAT A DOCTOR KNOWS HOW BAD IT IS FOR OTHER BODY ORGANS BY A COUPLE OF PIECE of info that most do not detect . THEY WENT TO MEDICAL SCHOOL AND THIS CABAL DOES NOT SEEM TO Have ANY Doctors IN CHARGE IF THEY WOULD Listen TO THEM IF THEY DID THESE SAME BREATHING TEST IS A SMALL MACHINE NOT EVEN A LUNG VOLUME ONE AND WAS MADE IN FRANCE YEARS AGO.. AND DOES A (BRUCE PROTOCOL?) AND MUCH CHEAPER IN THE LONG RUN THEN A MORE EXPENSIVE STRESS TEST THAT CAN TAKE DAYS FOR ME TO RECOVER FROM STRESS ON HEART AS THIS SEATED BREATHING TEST GIVES THE DOCTOR WHAT IS REALLY NEEDED? FOR THE 11 MILLION OF US WRITTEN OUT OF MEDICINE NOW BY OUR OWN CABAL CONTROLLED FDA....

As a Christian I know that there is a hop and one can see it all around us of those who care and try to ward off evil.
Today we saw from all over the world, perfect strangers of one human family kneel down in Spain to help the injured before the medics even could get to them. I HAD SORROW FOR THE INJURED AND PRAYED FOR HEALING AND COMFORT FOR THE ONES WHO LOST LOVED ONES.
BUT THE REAL TEARS OF REAL JOY AND HOPE CAME FROM THE LOVE POURED OUT AS A REFLECTION OF THE ONE OF LOVE AND LIFE I WORSHIP.
FOR AS LONG AS LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER IS ALIVE IN THIS WORLD; THE EVIL ONE IS DEFEATED NO MATTER HOW MUCH HE STEALS FROM OUR PUBLIC TREASURIES HE CANNOT STEAL OUR SOULS AND THE LOVE WE SHARE FOR ONE ANOTHER IN THIS WORLD OVERCOMES THE ONE OR FEW WHO WERE POSSESSED BY EVIL TO HARM OTHERS AS WAS DONE.

Pray for all the sick injured and those who have lost loved ones to evil in all he world as even in the USA too man have dies blocked form good medical care and its not just about have a health plan card either. Pray for congress who has to fix this and put back the restrainer of law to stop those who still would harm others in some way our society does not allow to occur.
And Pray for President Trump as he needs the budget authority to stop the evils that have overcome this nation and affected the whole world due to it put in place for years by the evil doers while the good people got distracted even in the sears of power and the ballot box of the voters.. Amen!
