This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare billing system hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when CONGRESS GOT TRICKED INTO VOTING FOR THE OVERTHROW OF THE USA into the virtual control of an international cabal of government contractors as the whole nation from local to federal began to be massively contracted our for government duties to be taken care of. A misguided philosophy of letting big business run the government ... WITH NO OVERSIGHT TO ENSURE THE RIGHTS AND PUBLIC MONIES ARE PROTECTED . The FREE MARKET COMPETITION soon ended as there was no tone to stop unfair and illegal practices and some inside the government began to be 'loyal ; to the contractor and letting them dictate what the facts and actions should be vs the law and oath of office to be loyal to the people and nation and uphold the US Constitutional rights of other.
LETTING THEM RUN IT IS NOT A PARTNERSHIP AND UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL FOR THIS PHILOSOPHY TO EVEN EXIST.
We do not have to have a lot of regulations and laws of oversight... BUT WE HAVE TO HAVE THE BASICS OF OBEYING THE LAWS OF THE LAND AND NOT STEALING OR VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ANYONE EITHER to be able to appeal; and have a reasoned answer with all due process rights of appeal when one believes they have not been treated fairly by the ones in authority . WE HAVE ENDED WITH NO RIGHTS ALLOWED IF THIS CABAL UNDER THE NAMED HEAD FINALLY REVEALED BY A FEW AT THE HIGH LEVELS OF LYNN BLODGETT. many in Congress have no idea who he is nor why THEY VOTED TO HAVE AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE ON THEMSELVES to not mention, contact or have a contractor testify as that would mean exposure of the truth as We have had to do when judges and laws were not obeyed and systems hacked illegally to steal and finally he was 'unmasked; by those few who knew why we were being denied all rights and even 38 federal agency judges defied ..
Congress is unpopular as since 2002 they usually cannot help the people as the issues are inside the contractors and no one has access to the truth or data or files. UNLESS THEY WISH THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO HAVE. and if they are breaking laws or rights. they are not gong to.
Soon one vast interlocked cabal controlling all (ALL OF HEALTH CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS UNDER THEM with hundreds of companies and shell companies and illegal deal partnerships and one company buying into some major defense contractors and then running the domestic programs as contractors also. breaking all kinds of anti trust and fairness in competition laws and massive amounts of our public funds began disappearing.
A DECADE AGO IT WAS 23 TRILLION UNACCOUNTED FOR AND MUCH MORE HAS OCCURRED SINCE THEN . THE LATEST IS SAID TO BE A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY THAT WAS DISCOVERED EARLIER THIS YEAR ... AND EH SYSTEM SET UP TO HACK AND STEAL AS OF 10/6/16.
The whole medical community and those needing access to the system IS GETTING AN OFF LINES ILLEGAL HACKED INSECURE SYSTEM TO US and pay big monies to this cabal to use which hides the real info in the cyber cloud for those who have primary payers and or workers comp posted by weekly by their employers . Its been illegal since 1994 to alter that as a lot of due process rights affected on employee benefits. WHEN MEDICARE PAYS FIRST AND IS NOT LEGALLY THE FIRST. Then patients and heirs inherit over payments that never end. and the medical community can have their bank accounts taken for the monies as they signed with the cabal allowing them to do this and though they were with the real government.
WITH THIS SYSTEM THAT WAS USED FOR THEFTS IN ONE OR TWO REGIONS AND ONE CLAIMS PAYING COMPANY AS FEW YEARS AGO ... multiple payment can be made using one claims info .... and creating up to 17 phony Medicare numbers by added suffixes to your ssn or a spouses. This is like the old time crooks SECOND SET OF BOOKS and the phony one is given out and tricks all in to being framed as the payments to out and received at the banks but were sis he 16 extra pays.... This cabal has taken over most virtual contracts of the banking systems now also as written of her also since I began this blog 12/08, when first learned that the massive thefts before could no be stopped as the FBI CYBER CRIMES, US JUSTICE DEPT OFFICIALS, AND THREE AGENCIES OIG'S (agency police) and I all found out THAT CONGRESS WOULD NOT LET ANY MONEY TO BE SPENT.. but could not find out what bill until 2014 when Michael Horowitz called me bout illegal acts in the private industry and told me it was the E GOVERNING BUDGET BILL OF 2002.. a 6000 PAGE BILL ALTERED BEFORE CONGRESS VOTED ON IT
AN 'EARMARK; THAT TOOK AWAY THE RIGHT OF THE GOVERNMENT TO BE SUCH INSTEAD OF ADDING SOMETHING FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR.
MOST DO NOT KNOW THIS as this cabal has been allowed to illegal impersonate they are the government and legally are to give corporate names and the agency they are a contractor of. THY JUST SAY THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT NOW AND MOST STILL THINK THE GOVERNMENT IS RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT AN HAS NOT DONE SO SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
A victim should be able to get an easy waiver of overpayment from SSA on form SSA -632 without even giving ones personal financial info as 'ITS AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE' to hold the Medicare card holder liable but LYNN BLODGETT OVER THERE WILL NOT LET ONE FORM BE POSTED FOR PROCESSING We have filed ours periodically and have proof of filing with our wills ITS ALL THE PUBLIC CAN DO WHEN THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO ENFORCE THE BASIC LAWS OF THE LAND AGAINST BLATANT THEFTS .
One can call GENERAL DYNAMICS (1-800 Medicare) to find out if you are a victim... Most of their call centers have a phone menu where it will verify if there is a phony number active on you and if a recent claim was also paid on that number. A customer service person can order the only written proof you can get from this system of a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ON THE PHONY NUMBER AND EVEN ONE IN THERE ON ANYONE WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH TO HAVE THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT IN THERE EVEN BEFORE TO SHUT THIS ORGANIZED CRIME RING DOWN. One that has engulfed nations now
On my own SSN if have the possible 4 suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M, T, TA but there are dozens possible as a spouse.. THIS IS AN ANCIENT SYSTEM THAT HAS A LIMIT OF 17 PAYS PER ONE thing to be paid. IN THIS CASE ILLEGALLY USING ONE CLAIM And as I recall had a limit of 17 entities tied to one piece of legally used info . from 30 years ago before there was systems security and we were trained to watch for anomalies that did not seem right. and report it to our government programs We have a generation that has never known having to be the security and be responsible when they are the ones using the system ..
So on my husband's number I have the following suffixes of B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6.
I have sets of these now and have sent them to fraud unit.. which CANNOT DO ANYTHING AS CONGRESS WILL NOT LET THEM and with members of Congress who have to act to get this stopped (these do not exist at SSA. as active claim numbers ).
Similar is going on over at the Health exchange and those getting Social Security on their own work records might call and find out if there are any fictitious dependents getting checks on their number.

FLINT MICHIGAN WATER POISONED BY A LYNN BLODGETT COMPANY AND NONE CAN BE INVESTIGATED OR ARESSTED AND HAVE NOT BEEN.

There are more ethical companies out there to have these contracts if its to be done that way. But as lone as the crooks have illegal deals to steal they can come in and under bid the ones hacking and stealing.

only sits on the agricultural committee as ranking member. But he is in Congress since 1991 and pray he may be one who is able to have some positive input to help solve this so we can see good discussion and debate to find the best solutions.. its our constitutional process to give constructive criticism or share insights they may not be aware of.
