This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare system hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress overthrew the USA into the virtual control of an international cabal of Government contractor that is a mixture of old world controls with a new one for the information aged where DATA AND CYBER CONTROLS THE WORLD with a transfer of power from gold and other precious metals of money of the past to the control of the records of a nation and people.
Unlike the gold owners of yore when one could physically count and weigh the amounts one had on hand.. THIS IS A NEW ERA WHERE HIGHLY PAID EXPERTS WERE NEEDED AS OF 1980''s to program systems to handle the flow of information world wide FROM OUR MONEY TRANSACTIONS , NOW NEARLY ALL CYBER TO THE PERSONAL RECORDS OF US HELD IN TRUST BY OUR GOVERNMENTS FOR ALL KINDS OF OFFICIAL BUSINESS WE HAVE WITH THEM . Governments would not pay a super salary for such experts and we , the people began losing control of our data and records of our governments also. But over sight was legally still there.. but a 'deep state' began to occur... as too many were too friendly with those in and out of the government and some unethical boundaries got breached at times also ..
The trust was broken as the government of civil servants and our elected workers who were TO WORK FOR US was no longer in control of the records to protect them from illegal and unofficial use,
The control of the USA from local to federal is basically under the control of one named head by high level officials to me in writing and verbally as Lynn Blodgett and how is his boss/ is still buried in the murky mire of the swamp
MOST IN CONGRESS AND IN THE FONT DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE NO BEEN IN CHARGE SINCE 2002 AND MANY THINK HE AND HIS ARE THE GOVERNMENT AS ILLEGALLY ALLOWED TO IMPERSONATE THEM
AND ACCEPTING HIS VERBAL WORDS FOR FACTS AND DATA as the real info is withheld from them and Congress as we get bad laws based on bad data AN AMERICAN HOLOCAUST HAS ENSURED.
CORRECTION OF INFORMATION
I began trying to know how to bring health car in to the 21st model and glad to hear today others are now thinking. Taking PART A MEDICARE AND EXPANDING IT TO COVER ALL KINDS OF INSTITUTIONAL CARE THAT OFTEN BECOMES MONTHS IN REHABS CENTERS and few policies or Medicare cover that kind of carve that is not nursing home custodial care.
Even Senator McCain is home from his surgery and will recuperate there when just a decade or so ago he well might have still been in the hospital as the cur to take out something was another injury .. and now its mostly laser
There is a legal model for this in Medicare done decades ago for those who had kidney dialysis and transplant. So expanding the converge for those needing that care, that is not tied to getting a monthly check.. at all COULD BE DONE TO TAKE THE BURDEN OFF OF MEDICAID AND FORCING BANKRUPTCY OF THE PATIENTS AND FAMILIES TO PAY FOR IT. AND GO BROKE SO BY THE TIME THEY COME HOME. there may no longer be one to come home to .and end up on Medicaid for life.
If you have worked or you are the dependent of a workers that could get social security if they were old enough etc. THEN YOU WOULD GET MEDICARE.. soon after you no longer needed inpatient hospital care. You may still have other insurance that would pay first. UNLESS THE MEDICARE HACKERS HACK THAT ALSO .and you could get part B and D also this goes into home health services etc. also
BUT IS ONE IF GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO SOME KIND OF WORK .. that could be getting started in between physical therapy etc.
CHRIST TAUGHT US TO GO THE EXTRA MILE.. AND MUCH OF HIS TEACHING IS COMMON WISDOM. and if we do not help all the full way,, THEN IN THE END SOCIETY HAS THOSE IN NEED PERMANENTLY AND NO INDEPENDENCE RESTORED This whole has never been dealt with as it should .. Many parts not cooperating for the whole person to help them up to independent and as good a health as possible and we do not need some managing the whole unsupervised and skimming from the funds. with makeup data or paper shuffling or worse. out and out thievery.
CORRECTION ? FROM PRIOR POSTS
Before my prior posts, I did not go look up the percentage for the FICA tax that is for Part A vs Part B Medicare and the whole Internet is 'BLEACHED ' BY THOSE IN CONTROL AND WASTED TIME TRYING TO FIND IT..
That FICA TAX IS NEARLY 7% for SSA but 1.45% for Medicare and not a separate amount for each trust fund. A TRUST FUND HAS SEPARATE ACCOUNTS AND CARE NOT TO BE CO MINGLED and finally got to a referral to the 2015 BUDGET BILL AND WHAT IN THE WORLD DID CONGRESS VOTE ON TO DO ????THEY MESSED WITH MEDICARE AND WHAT WAS DONE?
Who did this and signed that years report BACK FOR THE YEAR OF 2014 AND THE 2015 BUDGET BILL WOULD HAVE BEEN PUT TOGETHER IN 2014 ALSO
NO LEGAL REPORT FOR OVER TWO YEARS: FOR MEDICARE
Still now sure. but when I reviewed the recent TRUSTEES REPORT OF 2017 FOR MEDICARE I had FOUND I had passed on out of date info. Some where in time, we are not on a calendar years. ending in 2016.... NO PUBLIC TRUSTEES IN PLACE TO SIGN OFF ON THAT REPORTS FOR 2017. NOT IN 2016 EITHER and in 2015, there was a resignation early in 2014 of Marilyn TAVENNER as DIRECTOR OF CMS AND I HAD SPOKE TO HER N THE PAST ... it was spring of 2014 we both found out in different ways that Lynn Blodgett was paying all of the PART D CLAIMS, and she did nor know that NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW as done as sub contractors' of insures so ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OF THE ONES ACCESSING THE PUBLIC TREASURY and she ground out that ZERO had ever been sent to recovery to get back for another primary payer or liability insurer since 1/06.
The recent TRUSTEES REPORTS AND NONE TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE AT ALL NOW HAVE PUT PART D IN WITH PART B. but no one in Congress over the year has ever know how its financed even staff in the Medicare oversight committees. .. AS ITS LOOKS AS IF PART D AND PART D SHARE OF FICA HAS BEEN CO MINGLED Illegally ?? This is supposed to be part of a MEDICAID EXPANSION FOR PART D AS IT PICKED UP THOSE WHO HAVE LOWER INCOMES BUT NOT AS LOW AS BEFORE IT.. THAT PAYS FOR IT.
I have that help.. and its not to be paying primary but appeals to this cabal are ignored and as shared yesterday HACKED AND A LETTER SENT ADMITTING THE ILLEGAL ACT AS IF IT WAS OK TO JUST MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY SO IT COULD PAY first for Doyle back in 11/15. The training to this cabal's employees is JUST OK TO TAKE FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY ANY TIME AND FOR ANYTHING AND HELP YOURSELF as IN TRUST is not part of the mentality any more.
How would they like someone to help themselves to their personal bank account when they wanted to buy something. And were not illegally to do so or have access. ITS CALLED STEALING AND WHY THERE ARE TO BE SOME GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND A COUPLE FROM THE PEOPLE TO SIGN OFF ON THE OFFICIAL REPORTS AND REVIEW IT TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO ILLEGAL ACTS GOING ON.
They missed the massive multiples for 2008-2012 and saw dramatic less paid out in 2013 when the 2014 report was filed. That is when some inside said a trillion dollars stolen using these phony 17 MEDICARE numbers on THOSE in DALLAS AND SOME SAID ATLANTA r3egions and did not get it stopped until the new contractor took over in 12/2012.
THE VICTIMS WERE NEVER NOTIFIED AND YOUR HEIRS HAVE THOSE OVERPAYMENT LIABILITY TO INHERIT AND HIS CABAL CAN COME COLLECT AS OF 12/16 WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AS THEY ARE NOT AUDITED AS TO HOW THEY ACT. THE PUBLIC TRUSTEES WERE SAYING MEDICARE COULD BE GONE IN 2018.. NOT KNOWING THEY WERE REVIEWING A TRILLION " DOLLAR THEFT OF MULTIPLE PAYMENTS ON ONE CLAIM. AND IT WENT DOWN A TRILLION THE FOLLOWING YEAR. BY GETTING RID OF ONE CONTRACTOR... THEN
And by 2016 for 2015 NO PUBLIC TRUSTEES SIGNED OFF ON THE REPORT.. AND ONLY A CHIEF OF STAFF FOR CMS AS THEIR WAS NO DIRECTOR AND WE HAD NO DIRECTOR UNTIL THIS YEAR... Many crucial things do not get done with an 'acting' head.
This last went back to 12/12// and we know the duplicate screen for billing got created about 10/7/16// but none of us caught the illegal payment until after 1/17....
All have assumed it began in 10/17, and I should not assume... so either as this has been a massive set up ... for a billion dollar as day and it still not detected until next years. IT WHY INTERNAL AUDITS OF CONTRACTORS ARE SO CRUCIAL AS I AM GETTING INFO ON A PHONE CALL WITH A SUPERVISOR SHARING AND DID NOT GET ALL I ASKED FOR SENT TO ME EITHER
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE MASSIVE STEALING THIS TIME DID NOT START UNTIL AFTER 1/1/17. and it went back to 12/12 on me. and do not know how much on others or The new ones with the new active phonies.
CORRECTION; at Medicare they are not ending the fiscal year in first pay period after 10/1/16.. when was this done and by what act etc. I have been around these agency since 6/68 since graduating from college. and still in limbo unable to be retired as they cabal will not obey the judges and get my FECA file posted finish up the pending request for permanent disability that even judges referred to when ordering the file posted and all matters processed and reaffirmed my benefits awarded .etc. a ignored as none have to be obeyed anymore as no one to 'make them', . as already have had permanent medical for nearly 24 years now. AND YES MANY OF YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS ACTIVE AND STEALING IN YOUR NAME BY THE OWNERS , CABAL MEDICARE HACKERS.. AND OUR HEIRS INHERIT THE OVERPAYMENT AND NO GOVERNMENT TO STOP IT. WHEN THE EVIDENCE ALREADY IS GOOD ENOUGH I HAVE EVEN GOT TO STOP IT BUT NO ONE IN CHARGE OF THE GONT FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND ITS WORSE. we have no members of the public to oversee trust funds as important as MEDICARE SINCE 2014. and soon things went down hill real fast .. and here we are.. NO ONE KNOWS AT ALL AND THRE IS SOME FUNNY BOOKKEEPING GOING ON . THAT I HAVE ALREADY DETECTED and in am not an accountant at all
NO wonder some do not wish President Trump in office ..as he is one who would know how to look at a report and catch some of this better than I . just knowing that some are to be in place to over see and for good reason as this is a lot of money to steal form if one is given unfettered access ..AS HAS OCCURRED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.. SO WE HAVE NO ONE FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO DO ANY REAL INTERNAL AUDITS.. but we have no public trustee to oversee for us either as a more independent parties of high integrity.. Not unlike a special counsel to look into thing but for US ARE TO ALWAYS HAVE A COUPLE and suppose to be those with less political bias than those elected . I think they usually have been. but soon after the cabal began to do some major stealing and hacking..
EVEN UNDER PRES GEORGE W BUSH.. AND THROUGH OBAMA UNTIL 2014.WE HAVE NONE.. as I am sure they would have seen figures that did not add up as I saw me having 17 active Medicare numbers and claims paid in multiples of 17 AS NOT ADDING UP EITHER. UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE FROM THOSE OF DIFFERING EXPERTISE it does take all of us to put together a good plan for society to follow to better help each other when we have needs we ourselves cannot take care of ourselves. AND HAVING SHARED EXPENSE FOR HEALTH CARE, ROADS, SCHOOLS IS NOT BAD.. if , in a free society its what we want .. and we elect those to represent our wishes AND MAKE SURE THE WORK IS DONE LEGALLY AND LAWFULLY AND OUR RECORDS PROTECTED AND OUR TAX MONIES NOT STOLEN.
We have lost that since the COUP of 2002.... and our US Constitution that gives us a wonderful balance of power to prevent any abuses of authority by those in charge. HAS BEEN TRASHED AND NEARLY SHREDDED TO PIECES We have something far worse than socialism,, even worse than communism or a horrendous fascism of the Nazis, WE HAVE AN UNKNOWN TO MOST CABAL OF REAL ORGANIZED CRIMES SYNDICATE RULING AND STEALING AND NO REGARD FOR OUR RIGHTS OR LIVES OR LIVELIHOODS . EVEN 'HONOR AMONG THIEVES' DOES NOT SEEM TO EXIST?
NO ones life seems to have value and in all of those had isms, at least some or most are. Just not the deals of freedoms we are to have and we were closer than ever in our own history of each one having these... when the COUP OF 2002 HIT IN THE AFTERMATH OF THE TWIN TOWERS HIT THE GROUND. AND OUR FEAR DISTRACTED US TO WATCHING OUT FOR OUR BASIC RIGHTS AND WHO GOT TO BE IN POWER.
. Our founders knew their history and gave us a government document to try and prevent all the bad things government net of all kinds had done over human history WE do not worship or leaders as a god,, NEITHER DO WE 'WORSHP OUR GOVERNMENT' EITHER.(President Trump said to not do that, recently- Media missed that deeper , thoughtful message as they're only listening for some 'RUSSIAN GOSSIP' )
FOR WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT AND SHOULD NEVER FORGET THAT. those in power are there AT OUR PLEASURE AND VOTE AND WHEN 95 % do not vote. then we have no government at all running things as the rest of us ,sometime far lass then 50% in some local elections.. ARE OUTNUMBERED BY THE CABAL NOW IN CONTROL .
Why 95% --statistical 100% and allows for those who do not vote due to emergencies or conscience. (I sign up and mail in mine from the county elector sends me yearly for all elections and vole by mail.)

WHAT HAPPENED IN 2014 AT MEDICARE?
The last time we had two public trustees to over see the Medicare trust fund 'books; was then..
NO DIRECTOR SINCE SPRING OF 2014... SUB CLIENT OF GOLDMAN SACHS TAKES OVER THE FRAUD UNIT AND WE DO A 'STING' OPERATION ON THEM AND 'CATCH' THEM COLLUDING TO HACK with the owners of the system at the former Group Health of NY who have hacked since 2002 illegally and in defiance of three Medicare judges rulings we have as they verified it was accurate , the law and their contract terms to not alter an employer bi weekly post. She and I both find out Lynn Blodgett been paying all of Part D (prescription drugs ) since 1/06 and nothing ever gone to recovery as they have no process other. than check if the number is good one and pay it primary for all.
The last trustees report that MAY BE LEGAL WAS FOR 2015 THAT COVERED 2014... AS THAT WAS THE LAST TIME THERE WAS TWO PUBLIC TRUSTEES TO SIGN OFF ON IT.
None appointed to this day.. just because some blew it back then... for us, the people, does not mean all would not do a good job for us. NOT EVERY ONE IN THIS WORLD IS A CROOK OR A COVER UPPER
A lot must have done on when Marilyn Tavenner resigned and a former Goldman- Sachs executive came in and was acting director until Pres. Trump took office. Andy Slavitt seemed to come up with a lot of convoluted shuffling of data regulations. A LOT OF THESE REGULATIONS FOR THIS CABAL TO GET CONTRACTS AND SHUFFLE DATA AROUND NEEDLESSLY is typical of the mess we are in..
WE need laws and rules to make sure some do not act to harm other or cheat the process or steal. but when the rules become the rules to allow the thefts to go on hidden form even those who are to over see and protect the rights and public treasury then we are WORSE THAN A MESS. WE , innocent and crooks alike HAVE FALLEN INTO A CORRUPT SWAMP AND CONGRESS STILL HAS THE GATE LOCKED FOR ANY ONE TO GET IN AND CLEAN IT OUT.

Number crunching needed. If the Medicare tax got increased form 1.45 to 1.50 would that be enough? to allow the Medicaid expansion to remain and be for all as this is 'unconstitutional for some to have it and others not. I BUT GOT TO GET THE THEFTS STOPPED FIRST BY THE MEDICARE HACKERS FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CABAL CONTRACTORS. and surely some accountant types are about there to be the TWO PUBLIC TRUSTEES AT MEDICARE. so that the reports are legally signed by some who represent the people ? go back and review the last two prior ears and get a real shock of 'contractor thefts gone wild' in the USA treasury.

We have to get out of this now.. and stop those doing illegal things.. that harm us all.. The work is hard. for one to know all and none do. .. but not so bad when it shared. and all those with their own unique insights and knowledge all part of the process to make things better than ever for each and all. .. The least of us , knows a lot of what is going on at the street level, too.
