This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered the Medicare system hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002 when Congress voted to forbid one penny to be spent to find our what a contractor is doing nor do a criminal investigation or prosecute law breakers.
Few in the USA understand that much of what government does from local to federal is now done by these unaccountable government contractors and this lawlessness has led to one cabal in control of virtually all .. and the nation and its now just health care.. Nearly every horrible reports of what is going on with something that involved government is rarely in the control of any one in the government now...
BUT AGENCIES REMAIN QUIET? or is IT LIKE THE OFFICIALS AT SSA who tried to get attention for their denial to check out the hacked system hacked there and the only news media that published their letter to congress WAS ON THEIR OWN SSA WEB SITE OVER THREE YEARS AGO.. same one in charge their as at Medicare and has been named by high level officials as well as even those under him in his own companies as Lynn Blodgett now the real one in control of the USA. and allowed to continue by INACTION OF CONGRESS. which has a gag order rule not to talk about it, or contract one to help a constituent or the nation . or to have one testify who are the only ones who really know what is going on and WHERE IS THE MISSING MONEY ???
Felt a little better today .. and then got a call from the billing person for a medical facility and this is a common occurrence for us now.. to explain how they can legally file. and get much resistance as they ARE BEING TOLD THE OPPOSITE OF THE LAW AND REGULATIONS AND OPENING THEMSELVES UP TO HAVE FINE AND PENALTIES AND DRAINING OF THEM PRACTICE BANK ACCOUNT AS LYNN BLODGETT IS HE ONE THEY SIGN WITH TO ALLOWS HIM TO TAKE THEIR MONEY FOR AN OVERPAYMENT HE DECIDES IF THEY OWE
ON MY CASE ALONG WITH THE 17 PAYS PER CLAIMS GOING ON .. EVEN MIGHT WALMART COULD FIND ITSELF WITH A DRAINED BANK ACCOUNT AS THEY SELL A LOT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIER COVERED BY INSURANCE AS WELL AS THOSE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS THAT Lynn BLODGETT DUMPS ON TO MEDICARE AS THE CLAMS PAYER FOR ALL THE INSURERS.. AS HEIR CONTRACTORS NO T AS THE government: CMS DID NOT KNOW HE WAS PAYING THE CLAMS.. UNTIL I FOUND OUT THREE YEARS AGO FILING APPEALS.. and one from there admitted they hacked the system to make Medicare primary on my husbands illegally paid claims as the reviewer hacked and made Medicare primary so as if HACKING MADE IT LEGAL FOR MEDICARE TO PAY FIRST. AS PRIMARY..
He's is on my Federal primary employer group health plan Fed Blues. .
IO spoke with some nice people he has hired as management and they had no idea that there even was a recovery process and that claims are to be treated as conditional and sent there if Medicare has to pay first because the primaries either will not pay or its not been determined who will be paying as in an auto accident. etc. .
THAT HAS BEEN A MEDICARE FREE FOR ALL FOR A DECADE NOW.. AND IN THE FIRST COUPLE OF YEARS CONGRESS FORGOT TO EVEN PUT IN A PROVISION TO GET MONEY BACK ON PRESCRIPTION DRUGS IF SOMEONE ELSE SHOULD BE PAYING THE BILLS NOW OR IN THE FUTURE..
The ignorance of the law is so blatant that I could not believe he would get a letter back .. ADMITTING TO ILLEGAL HACKING TO MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY AND THAT MEANT THEY HAD PAID CORRECTLY AS MEDICARE PRIMARY ..
There was a brief time in 11/15 when the new system was started up and there was no bi weekly hacking and all kinds of complaints then as no one knew what a conditional payments was or how to get paid as its had been since 2002 since many of the primaries payers had had to pay their bills as they are mostly managed by Lynn Blodgett et al ;companies now and have done as they please for way too long. to alter the employer posts which have been illegal to alter since 1994 for good reason.
The system was still rigged not to work as they still would not use the real date of injury for workers compensation etc.. and claims could not be filed electronically as a conditional payment .. as well as the field be there for primary payer issue in general and the system is paid for by the people to blocked any hacking of the bi weekly post. and has not been since the COUP of 2002. so that when the Obamacare was passed CONGRESS DID NOT KNOW THAT INSURES HAD BEEN MAKING ILLEGAL DEALS WITH THE CONTRACTORS.. AS I FOUND OUT WHEN I GOT THE FIRST MEDICARE JUDGES RULING THAT MEDICARE HAS NEVER BEEN PRIMARY AND TO GO GET THE MONEY BACK AND THEY TOSSED IS SAYING "we don't care what a judges says and I replied what about the terms of your contracts with CMS to not alter the bi weekly post. and they responded the same and then I said about the laws themselves and they said the same... and answered they have DEALS WITH INSURERS THAT OVER RIDE ALL LAWS, GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS TERMS OR MEDICARE FEDERAL JUDGES. like most I still thought we had the rule of law in the USA. just some officials who would not follow. etc.
Part of the current impasse as all those who answered these government phone lines from this cabal are still being told that there is a fraud unity to call and find it hard to understand that it does not apply to a contractor of the government .. and why its imperative the patient get the info and share it with CMS. and they get the info in also .. as the patients and heirs have over payments from the non primary payer paying and it not labeled as a conditionally payment which relieves us of that... its then up to the government to get the peoples. money back -- trillions owed back just to Medicare over this last 15 years and inside reports say its billion dollars a day not being stolen. in our names and its not one payment per bill, but 17 per.
*DOD has a different budget bill and they do have oversight. and some isolated appropriation bills have had it.. but only for a short time. and a small part of the government. AND SOON WE ALL FOUND OUT ABOUT THE LAW THAT REMOVED THE RULE OF LAW TO ENFORCE OUR LAWS AGAINST UNSCRUPULOUS CONTRACTORS. SINCE THE COUP OF 2002... voted in by CONGRESS AND REMAINS UNTIL TODAY..
Benefits coordination and recovery unit's corporate of the former Group health Inc of NY owns the system and all of our data and medical records. now. and they are the ones responsible for the hacking and another of Lynn Blodgett controlled company is the systems owner that is splitting the screens, hiding the real one with accurate info .. from our employers and other registered reporting entities and selling a bogus one to the medial community and having it the ones seen by the call centers first... since 10/6/16 and paying clams 17 TIMES ACTIVATING THE PHONY CLAIMS NUMBERS USED BEFORE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THIS MAY BE MORE THAN A COUPLE OF REGIONS NOW.. AT BILLION DOLLARS A DAY??? I had $4 million stolen in my name was the estimate at the time. THIS IS AN ANTIQUES SYSTEM AND HS SOME LIMITS OF 17 AS I RECALL AND THEN ITS LIKE SETTING UP A NEW WEB PAGE.. for each 17....
Since the COUP OF 2002 and alter bi weekly if they 'made a deal" as their contractor units tied to do the real job the taxpayer was paying them to do .. . ALL KINDS OF PARTIES ARE AFFECTED WHEN THIS IS ALTERED.. and why there is a conditional payment to label it for further review and letters go out to get the monies back .. I ALREADY GOT THREE MEDICARE JUDGES RULINGS AND ALL OF OUR CLAIMS ARE TO BE GOING TO RECOVERY AS MEDICARE HAS NEVER BEEN PRIMARY FOR ME OR ANY ONE ELSE ON MY EMPLOYER PLAN. WITH MEDICARE CARDS
. As or me FECA is permanent and total for 23 years. and all of the above is under the total control or Lynn Blodgett. and in virtual control of all of health care in the USA. and congress will not even find our what he is doing. as patients and medical community suffer under this lack of concern trying to get medical care provided and our good doctors etc. legally and fairly paid with out hassles..
After the call from the medical provider billing person.. I called Novatis and if you go to the DAILY RECAP ADDED FOR 10/28/16 there is the recap of what the management told me needed to be done for a conditional payment.. AND THEY HAVE IGNORED IT SINCE THEN WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS HACKED AND THEY WENT ON AND USED IT INSTEAD.. illegally paying claims. and getting every one overpaid.
IT WAS NOT A GOOD RESPONSE TO DAY AND NEVER GOT TO ANY SUPERVISOR EITHER.. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO STOP STEALING IN MY NAME IS WHAT I VERIFIED BEFORE THEY HUNG UP ON ME.. With no government to back them up .... all they can do is obey Lynn Blodgett cabal instead.??? as the nation gets robbed and patients suffer and worse.. and they ignore our appeals as they go unanswered as PATIENTS HAVE NO RIGHTS AT ALL NOW. BUT TO GO WITH OUT AND GET OVERPAYMENT AGAINST US AND OUR HEIRS.. AS OVER AT SSA LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT PROCESS ONE EASY WAIVER REQUEST.. EITHER,. (one gives no personal financial info and states "its against equity and good conscience " to hold one liable when the whole government cannot stop it..
AND THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY HAS NONE EITHER.. AS THEY NO LONGER HAVE A VIABLE LOBBY AS MOST DROPPED OUT OF THE AMA WHEN THEY 'FLUBBED' THE FIRST LAWSUIT TO FIX THIS YEARS AGO .. and left the patient out then.. if that attorney had had my documentation.. may be the outcome may have saved this nation trillions.. in all kinds of areas. They were arguing about our claims and we had no say in what went on...??? or was decided ... which was not much accomplished. as they never found out what I did as a patients from being and inside in the government with the programs for 50 years now...

ONE CAN FIND OUT BY CALLING 1-800 MEDICARE AND GOING THROUGH THE PHONE MENU.. GET YOUR CARD AND A CLAIM PAID IN THE LAST YEARS AN AGENT CAN ORDER A TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER THAT PROVES THAT THE MEDICARE SYSTEM HAS THE NUMBER. .. WHICH IS A BREACH OF SECURITY IN ITSELF AND SHOULD HAVE GOT THIS SHUT DOWN MONTHS AGO .. IF ANY ONE HAD THE RIGHT TO GET IN AND DO SO FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT BUT CONGRESS WILL NOT LET IT OCCUR
On my own social security number I have the following 4 possible suffixes. (prefixes for railroaders)A, M,T,TA but as a spouse there are a dozens possible I have B,B2.B6.D.D4.D6.E.E1.TB.TD.TE.W.W6. Its your overpayment for this to be paid in multiples according to the system and in my case even one is ... and so is your doctor. etc.

no new claims.. and the still hacked manually mess of 4 fake blues. on there and most of the recovery efforts in the past missing on the FECA.. the bi weekly post has no effect on this.
I decided to check out the Walmart claims for my diabetic strips to see if they were also paid 17 times. as before it was only the two subsidiary or SC Blues that used the 17 numbers per claims.
Cigna Government services was the only intermediary in 15 years who legally paid the claims as a conditional payment and sent my oxygen bills to recovery and letters went out and Lynn Blodgett got involved and I began to find out who was in charge.. of the USA. and had all the records destroyed on recovery efforts at BCRC<< HE IS THE BOSS OF THE USA.
My hearings were to get the federal government to set aside the suspension of enforcement of the conditional payment law that former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala had ordered back in 1994 and turned it all into recovery as a please pay back and not go to the US attorney for collection action when monies nor refunded.. .. THE JUDGES SAID TO DO THE RECOVERY AND THEN GO FALSE CLAIMS CIVIL SUIT.. AND FEW ATTORNEY WILL DO THIS FOR A FEW MILLION AS THEY ONLY GET ABOUT 1/3 FOR DOING IT AND IT CAN TAKE MILLIONS JUST TO BRING THE CASE. AND MOST individuals MEDICAL BILLS ARE NEVER THAT MUCH .. UNLESS ITS DONE AS A WHOLE Against ONE ENTITY OF ALL.. WHICH IS BILLIONS.. ?? or trillions?? There is no class action provision. for this at Medicare.. or in Obamacare either.. and that is the big issue as the attorneys in the USA would all have lined up and got the job done.. for a 1/3,...
Cigna sold out from being involved with Medicare soon after they put their attorney on this when I filed the hearing. An they are now CGI or Celerian group owned by the same parent company of Trailblazers SC Blues.

call 1. I came in and got verified on one of he fake numbers. using the WALMART DIABETIC STRIPS CLAIMS. ( I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO GO MAIL ORDER WITH THIS MESS.. ) AND JUST GET THEM THERE. This verifies that it is not just Novatis claims being paid in multiples but also the SC blues companies also ??
I got the temporary letter on the W6 number and also ordered a summary notice.. BUT ON this OLD SYSTEM being used trying to merge it into a modern cyber cloud THE SUMMARY NOTICE CAN BE SUPPRESSED. AND THAT MAY NOT ARRIVE.
all I got was that Medicare was primary and would not give me anymore info about the primary payers. etc. as she kept apologizing; .... I had given my real number also ..
call 2... THANKS FOR THE INFO and got that the FECA AND FEHB BLUES AS PAY PAYERS WERE ON THERE OPEN AND NOT TERMINATED BUT THE "D" indicator as hey are told its deleted. BUT DELETED FROM THE VISIBLE SCREEN THEY ALL SEE AND ALL SOME GET IS THE VISIBLE ONE. like the medical community has no idea that there is those real primary payers in the system at all. and that is going to get them and me all overpaid as the CYBER CLOUD KNOWS ALL.
The fake Blues of the 27 (added a letter to day ) now identified one hacked in to be a supplement so that some insurer would not get 17 co pay requests on the same claim with just differing suffixes and catch the fraud ....?? is HCSHS-BCCS of OK FEP B Only
and fake Id is the real ones for the primary Blues leaving off the last two numbers and putting three zeroes in front.

(Maybe some is up in the cyber cloud hidden by the hackers? an one has to have wisdom to know that its impossible to have thee open primary payer on one patients. Hackers have no wisdom to think they can drain the last dollar out of Medicare and all who see this do not have any wisdom when they let it happen for so long ?? )
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may the truth be revealed to all and may it be the light that drains the swamp of corruption and that light open the wisdom of our leaders to open the gate and let the light shine in and cleanse it all and let flow forth purifying waters for justice and mercy for each and all .Pray for our leaders and President Trump to deal with such awful murky evils that do exist in humanity right here as elsewhere in the whole world.. as all of the world leaders need our prayers to do what is right and good for each and all and every sovereign nation. as we each do what we can ourselves to help for the better for each and all and for us and our loved one.
