This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered the Medicare system hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.* when Congress voted to over throw the USA unto the control of an international cabal by forbidding one dollar of agencies existing budgets to be used for internal audits of a government contractors nor allow a criminal investigation or prosecution of what has turned into massive thefts and too many dead due to illegal acts. of them.. My source is high level officials and other government documentation in writing and verbally and who name the current ruler of the USA , as Lynn Blodgett who has become the real law giver of the USA. as all do as he orders... not what Congress or President or any elected leader says to do ... and many of those in agencies. only pass on the verbal info they get from him.
ONE OF THE BIGGEST HURDLES TO GET ANY KIND OF ACTION TO SAVE THE NATION AND INDIVIDUALS FROM HARM IS THE DISBELIEF THAT WE HAVE NO LAW ENFORCERS AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL... AND THAT MEANS NONE IN ALL THE LOCAL AND STATE FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS WHICH ARE ALSO CONTRACTED OUT NOW TO THE SAME INTERLOCKED , WEB OF DECEPTION CABAL . WHAT DOES NOT GET FEDERAL FUNDS NOW..at all levels
This cabal has been allowed to say they are the government and use that letter head and that is an illegal impersonation.. as they are to say their corporate name and say what agency they are a contractor of.. FEW ARE DEALING WITH ANY REAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ANYMORE IN SYSTEMS. OR WHEN THE CALL A GOVERNMENT PHONE NUMBER
Even those who do work in agencies. often do not know if they are dealing with another government employee or an unaccountable contractors...
Congress soon put an unconstitutional gag order on themselves not to mention, contact or have a contractors testify .. so they pass bad laws that do not work based on faulty and often false data or information.. as all anyone knows is what this cabal and head tell them... And since most of the work on people's and entities files are done by a contractors.. ONES MEMBER OF CONGRESS WILL NOT HELP.. as they should and fined out where ones files or data are and what need to be done to get it processed legally and justly for one. And they become at the bottom of any popularity poll as they have shirked their constitutional duty to the nation and people and violated their oath of office to promise uphold the US Constitutional that mandates. "for the general welfare of he people and the security of the nation" WHEN WE ARE BEING ROBBED OF OUR PUBLIC MONIES AS WELL AS ROBBED OF INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OF LIVELIHOOD, AND RIGHTS TO EVEN SUSTAIN LIFE.. LET ALONE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF DUE PROCESS TO HAVE A FAIR AND REASONED ANSWER WITH RIGHT OF APPEALS ON MATTERS....
as 38 federal agency judges have and are being defied on my cases alone and appeals lay for years unprocessed even when ordered to get them done.. etc. .. And when Medicare pays for ones medical care and its not the legally primary or one to pay all.

AS THE GET SOLD A BOGUS SCREEN OF INFO FOR MEDICAL BILLING SINCE 10/7/16 AND HAD A HACKED VERSION BEFORE, , BUT NOT SO BLATANT AS BEFORE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.... BY THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY WHICH OWNS THE BILLING SYSTEM AND ALL ACCESS TO ALL OF OUR DATA AND IS NOT TO ALTER THE EMPLOYER POSTS BUT HAS RUN AN ILLEGAL BAIL OUT OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY SINCE THEM. BY HACKING THE BI WEEKLY POST FROM OUR EMPLOYERS AND OTHERS OFFICIAL POSTERS. AND THREE MEDICARE JUDGES BEING DEFIED WHO HAVE RULED THAT THE RECOVERY PROCESS IS TO GET DONE AND GO GET THE MONEY BACK EVEN IF WE HAVE TO GO TO CIVIL SIT TO DO SO .. .

AS THEY GET TALKED OUR OF THE LEGAL RIGHT TO DO A PAPER CLAIMS AND FILE AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT.. OR OTHERS NOT EVEN AWARE THERE IS AN ISSUE... AS THEY ONLY GET ONE PAYMENTS,,, BUT THE SYSTEM SHOWS OTHERWISE AND THE MONEY HAS DISAPPEARED ... FROM THE US TREASURY
WHEN THEY ARE BLOCKED FOR LABELING THE CLAIM AS A CONSTITUTIONAL PAYMENT WHICH RELIEVES THE PATIENT AND HEIRS AND THEM FROM ANY LIABILITY IN THE MATTER. AS ITS UP TO THE GOVERNMENT TO UPHOLD THE LAWS OF THE LAND WHEN SOME DECIDE NOT TO OBEY THEM.... and since the COUP of 2002 government contractors are not under the laws of the land by act of Congress.. DOD is ,, but this cabal has not gotten into ownership of the defense contractors and set up contracts to handle domestic programs and once inside they have an internal control of our nation's weaponry that has officials at the top of the nation. SCARED? and not just refusing to act for political gain... although some are in the later category . A monster sits in the murky depths of the swamp and it has control of the systems of our defense..???
Without the support of individuals getting their own info and sharing it with those in the real government the ones who are to be in charge of the USA have no idea what is really going on or how to fight it.. THIS IS THE REAL WORLD WE LIVE IN and not some conspiracy theory.. and the loss of life and public monies is VERY REAL. I deal with facts and data and evidence and just repeat and report what I have found out... and others have also .. I still do not know for sure , who Lynn Blodgett reports to or is under etc.. as I only have what high level officials have written or told me as to whom they have to obey and listen to .. and have no control over anymore... as even trying to cancel r not renew a contract is near impossible when they have no way to get evidence of wrong doing...as to what is only going to be gotten from individuals in most government programs as each one of us have privacy rights and there is no provision for any kind of class action suits where teams of attorneys could get all the info and sue and get to keep 1/3 of the recovered amounts they get back for the nation. which is for us. BY AND FOR US.
I am very ill this evening as the effort to get the basic info from my hacked Medicare data records went into a concerted effort today not to reveal what is going on .. FIRST I HAVE 17 ACTIVE MEDICARE NUMBERS BEING USED AND MANY OTHER DO ALSO .. AS SOME HAVE SHARED WITH ME FROM INSIDERS AT THE CONTRACTORS. It took me 4 hours to get 10 minutes of info as there was an obvious? orders to the 1-800 Medicare employees NOT TO REVEAL THE HACKING THAT TOOK PLACE THIS AM. AND INSISTED THERE WAS NO WORKERS COMP EVERY ON MY RECORDS. WHEN ALL SEE IT DAILY OPEN AND NOT TERMINATED.. BUT HIDDEN FROM THE IMMEDIATE VIEW AND OT INCLUDED ON ANY ONES RECORDS BEING SOLD ... TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY SINCE 10/16 virtually ending workers comp in the USA for workers.. but all think there is such as dribbles still get paid.. but most bill for all being aid now by Medicare and system blocked the efforts to get the monies back.. by BCRC corporate..
It became obvious through out the day ... as I would point out one things after another and some let things slip out and them stop sharing etc...Is my records just tell me what you see! MY MEDICAL CARE IS BEING OBSTRUCTED.. AND I HAVE BILLS THAT N ONE CAN GET PAID. AS THE REGIONAL OFFICE FOR CMS WILL NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO A PAPER CLAIM AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT TO MEDICAL AND THAT IS ILLEGAL WHEN THE SYSTEM WILL NOT TAKE THE ONLY WAY TO LEGALLY GET PAID.. and stop the multiple also.. getting out. in our names. (there info comes from Blodgett et all also ... now an defying their own judges orders also. so there is some real ethical or other issues going on inside with a few inside the real government as our president alludes to at times. ) A government official must deal with verifiable facts and evidence and not the verbal word of a contractor who has the real data a, facts and judges orders and is withholding them from them... There are times that personal friendships must not overshadow the official duties of a government official.. or what ever is going on and that is an investigation I have no way to conduct..
You and your good doctors etc. are not able to find out what is going on in the systems unless you check.. and all of us are in trouble for this..
Since 10/7/16. all the call centers and even CMS as well as the system info sold for big money for the medical community is an off line unsecured 'ancient' system that is hacked. for many .. and multiples created from one.. for many.. REMEMBER THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL TO GET IT STOPPED BY ACT OF CONGRESS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
there does seem to be a limit of 17 pays per claim as I recall that is a limit on this old system now merged into the cyber cloud.
HOW TO FIND OUT. IF YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS
Get your Medicare card and a date of service of a claim paid in the last 12 months . and call 1-800 Medicare. if another calls for you file the proper release papers or notice on mymedicare .gov that another can get your information. they have a full right to be on an extension phone etc.
AND YOU HAVE FULL RIGHT TO ALL THE INFO AS YOU ARE LIABLE FOR WHAT IS GOING ON AND HAVE A RIGHT TO TRY TO STOP IT WITH ANY LEGAL MEANS POSSIBLE.
most of the 1-800 Medicare call centers have a claims menu and what I do is get in on one and given them one of he phony Medicare claims numbers and get verified and claims paid on that number.. and then an agent can order a temporary entitlement letter that proves the phony number exists in this illegal off line record... . Summary notices on claims can be suppressed.. on these old systems . but they can verify the date paid on each number and when it shows it was received at the bank account of the medical provider.. THE FACT THAT THE SYSTEM CAN ISSUE A NOTICE ON A PHONY NUMBER THAT WAS NOT CREATED BY ANY OFFICIAL AT SSA., IS PROOF ENOUGH IN FORMER YEARS WHEN WE HAD A REAL GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE.. TO SHUT THIS CROOKED MESS DOWN.. MONTHS AGO WHEN IT WAS DISCOVERED... .
If any kind of security breach occurred on our own doctors records etc. the whole government would be down on them and fines and penalties and very one notified that doctor ever saw.. etc. read online what has occurred when a lap top has at times went missing..... yet far worse has gone on for months and no one cares and the whole is being covered up .. AND CONGRESS STILL WILL NOT ACT. to unlock the gate to the swamp to cleans it of real corruption that is robbing the nation and putting every one's lives and livelihoods at risk as well as the security of the nation is jeopardized.
ON MY OWN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER I HAVE THE 4 POSSIBLE SUFFIXES. A,M,T,TA but as a spouse there are dozens of possibilities and theses have nothing to do with ones age or status of the workers. etc. Its just to make it look real?? On my husband's number I have the following: B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6 .

still the manually hacked mess.. but its useful to find out when a claims is paid right away . and to give permission to another to get info.. the bi weekly posting from employers does not seem to affect this at all it has four fake blues policy info and not the real one at all.. but it does indicates there is a FECA claim valid.

I was not up to get the info when the bi weekly post came in post midnight.. and by the time I called it had been hacked as it usually is. AND I FOUND A CONCERTED EFFORT TO DENY THE EXISTENCE OF FECA.. employees under duress to not say what happened. I already have permanent and total medical coverage from 23 years and its all under Lynn Blodgett and the real US Department of Labor of 'thinks' he is paying all of my bills from a fund that was put together back in 2002 for about 200 of us.. when the money disappeared and we all got illegally dumped onto Medicare. !-800 Medicare should not get involved in covering up for him or his.. but one manager would not deny that one of his management companies is now in charge there . Phone lines to my home are blocked since 4.09 and ITS TOP SECRET HOW I AM GETTING IN DAILY.. I have not done or said anything illegal at all to warrant this.. THE ONLY THEREAT IS THAT THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS GOING ON SHOULD HAVE GOT SOME OF HIS CONTRACTS CANCELLED YEARS AGO AND MIGHT STILL OCCUR...
His complaints IS WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WHOSE SYSTEM IS TO BE OBLITERATED BY HIS EFFORTS BUT HANGS ON FOR THE LIVES OF EACH AND ALL OF US TO HAVE OUR RIGHTS . ONE SYSTEM THAT IS STILL FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT AS MOST ARE UNDER HIM AND HIS NOW. So I am up against not only illegal systems hacking going on but a real premeditated attempt to obliterate the facts and truth .. and the cyber cloud sill knows all and eventually the illogic of what they are seeing.. results in the info .
call 1.. came in on one of the phony numbers and system verified me and claims and the agent ordered a temporary letter on that one.. I get about one a day in the mail from this as proof of ongoing illegal activity on the system. and I am sharing all with the real officials.. but they cannot do anything with it by act of Congress. AS SOON AS SHE ORDERED THE LETTER ON THE E1 SUFFIX SHE COULD NOT HEAR ME AT ALL. BUT I COULD HEAR HER AND SHE HUNG UP SAYING TO CALL BACK
call 2.. came in on my real number and when I asked about my FECA and FEHB Blue cross .blue shield she said that the blues was active as of 3/1/10 and I asked bout the FECA id number and she said it was active as of the date of the working aged for the primary Blues... then she began to withdraw what she said first she saw... ad its went down hill from there.. she gave me the real id umber for the Blues and said it said I had it a of 8/1/2004 but I know and those who read this daily know that is one of the common date for the fake Blues supplement of which we have identified about 26 now in variations added in why bother??

AND WE GOT WHAT GOES ON BEFORE IS SETTLES DOWN FOR Awhile?? whatever was going on it seems to unnerve the agent.. she never said the Blues was inactive at all but kept saying is was the supplement as she was seeing the bogus screen f info also of Medicare primary AND FINALLY SHE SAID THE FAKE BLUES WAS TODAY AS SUPPLEMENT ON THAT AS: HCSC-BCBS OF OK FEP B ONLY

and she then kept insisting that there was no workers comp ever on there..
finally she said that the FED Blues primary payer post had been deleted as of 10/6/16 but maybe we were seeing the hacking in motion.. when I called this AM ??/ and began denying she ever said anything about FECA. and I had given the real number to her for that.. at the very beginning of the call WAS SOMEONE STANDING BESIDE HER???
THIS IS UNCONSCIONABLE TO TREATY AN EMPLOYER IN A JOB TO SERVE THE PUBLIC LIKE THEIRS AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CRIMINALLY HACKED RECORDS WHICH IS OBSTRUCTING MEDICAL CARE AND CAUSING OVERPAYMENT TO ME AND MINE AND MY GOOD MEDICAL COMMUNITY . SOURCES.
Most have no idea how restrictive this cabal has been to the medical community taking care of their patients.
I then had here pull up a former real number. on my own ssn, before my husband filed for SSA. and call got disconnected.
call 3.. came in on real number and against insistence that no FECA ever existed when yesterday it was seen as open , not terminated but deleted from the screen all are to see and use.. and give out bogus info from. i was put on hold twice for 1/2 hour, etc. and waited and waited. and twice she came back and asked if a supervisor had picked up and said no.. finally a supervisor go on there. and asked her what happened to the FECA this AM.. and she verified that it too had a D indicator which all of them have been told "D" means its deleted as of 10/6/16 and no longer active but the system shows no termination date and open.. TO SAY DUPLICATE BOGUS SCREEN CREATED TO SELL AND USE AND ALLOW THE CABAL IN CHARGE TO KEEP STEALING FROM THE USA
I have asthma on exertion and fluid build up in lungs and under respiratory which is the sinuses over this and slept and am still not feeling well.. BUT DIAGNOSIS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE ACCEPTED CONDITIONS ARE NOT BEING ALLOWED TO BE TREATED.. AND THERE IS A POINT WHEN IT HAS TO BE.. DIRECTLY AND SPECIFIC NOT JUST BE GENERAL SYMPTOMS . The claims are not going through for anything that FECA has paid for in the past.. and that may be more coming in from the Cyber cloud that verifies the coverage at FECA.
call 3 was to the Billing people and not claims.. and I asked how a doctor etc.. could get paid when they have to do a paper claim.. WHAT DO THEY DO WHEN THE PRIMARY DOES NOT PAY.. and she said bill the secondary payer.. and when that is Medicare how do they do it.. SHE HAD NO INFO TO GIVE OUT.. and that is something they should know.... or have available and do not. .
The system kept crashing yesterday .. and is this the merging of the cyber cloud for FECA into the Medicare one.??/and THEY ARE TRYING TO OBLITERATE THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WHEN THE CLOUD VERIFIED ALL THE BILLS PAID FOR IN THE PAST. and since approved for life.. should still be ... is this why there has been major hacking over at the off line and incomplete ACS PORTAL IN THE LAST YEAR TO DELETE even OXYGEN PAID FOR IN THE PAST. BY THEM AND THE 16+ YEARS OF CLAIMS NEVER PROCESSED SINCE ACS TOOK OVER?? THE CYBER CLOUD KNOWS ALL AND HAS THE HISTORY AND EVIDENCE AGAINST YOU MEDICARE HACKERS.. SO FAR.. OF THE SAME ONE IN CHARGE. WHICH IS NOT THE REAL GOVERNMENT AT ALL. SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
Why is this one 72 year old disabled women being such a nuisance to this cabal when I just wish to live and have the same rights all of us are to have under the U S Constitution.. except no one is under that right now since the COUP OF 2002.
