This is a linked series of Daily Recap back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare hackers inside the CMS contractors hacking the system worse than ever.. since the COUP o 2002... when the real government was last allowed to know what was really going on inside a contractor as well as spending any budget to conduct criminal investigations as the entire government began to be contracted out from local to federal levels ....with
NO OVERSIGHT ALLOWED AND WE CAME UNDER AN OVERTHROWN GOVERNMENT AT THE MERCY OF AN UNSCRUPULOUS CABAL NOW VIRTUALLY IN CONTROL OF THE USA.. All by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002 and few know what they had voted for.. and instead of putting the right of the government back to be in charge of the government they gagged themselves to not mention, contract or have a contractor testify for 15 years now as the people suffered, and too many died.. and 23 trillion dollars went missing, much of gone inside the contractors where the money never ended up where the laws said it was to be. used of , by and for us... the people and our nation. AS LAWS THEMSELVES WERE DEFIED AS WELL AS AGENCY JUDGES, THE LAST STAND FOR THE LAWS OF THE LAND FOR MOST PEOPLE. AND NO WAY TO GET THEM OBEYED BY THIS CABAL OF UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS .
Many of my own medical providers have told me,, as well as others inside the medical community what is going on being denied the right to file legally by paper when there is no way to do so by system on an illegally off line bogus screen.. THEY have been blocked from legally getting paid.. The systems are hacked and rigged to not take the claims legally as a conditional payment when the primary payers will not pay... and the law says Medicare can legally pay as along as a claims is legally filed labeled as a conditional; payment.
The coordination and recovery unity, BCRC OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC NOW UNDER Lynn Blodgett CONTROL AND IN CONTROL OF THEIR SUB CONTRACTOR which owns the billing system for the nation .. is the one doing the stealing and hacking this time since 10/7/16 with a bogus off lines system merged into the cyber cloud. BUT THE FORMER SYSTEM since 1/06; WAS RIGGED SO THAT NO MEDICAL BILLING COULD BE ELECTRONICALLY DONE AS THE SYSTEM WAS NOT WHAT THE TAXPAYER PAID FOR.. AS THEY REAL DATE OF INJURY WAS NOT USED FOR AN INJURY CLAIMS.. THYE USE THE DATE ONE GOT PART A MEDICARE..
To make it a conditional payment,, they had to do a paper claim.. AND EVEN THEN WITH THE BI WEEKLY HACKING OF THE SYSTEM TO ALTER WHO IS TO PAY FIRST. THEY CALL CENTERS WOULD TALK THEM OUT OF IT... AS THEY WERE LIED TO AND TOLD THE SYSTEM HAD BEEN CORRECTED WITH THE ACCURATE INFO when its illegally hacked and defied the law , Medicare judges , my employer and their own contract to not alter the posting and its had not been.. HACKING IS AN ILLEGAL ACT AND ITS BEEN ILLEGAL TO ALTER WHAT ONES EMPLOYER POSTS SINCE 1994... WE HAVE NO RULE OF LAW AS WE HAVE HAD NO GOVERNMENT TO ENFORCE IT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..
One GETS A RULING AS I DID and its now something anyone in a regional office can legally do either as hey have no access to the real info nor the authority to rule on this. AND VERIFIES ITS IS ACCURATE AS I HAVE DONE WITH THREE Medicare judges, including and appellate one on CASE MO9-1406 that ordered the recovery to get done by them and go to court if they do not repay .. and LYNN BLODGETT HAS THE MONEY FOR ME AND MANY OTHERS TO PAY OUR CLAIMS UNDER FECA AT A MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD IS WHAT OIG'S AND EVEN HIS OWN ACS EMPLOYEES SAID ... TO MANY SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 WHEN IT DISAPPEARED ABOUT THE TIME HE GOT ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY AND BOUGHT OUT THE PRIOR OWNER OF AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND BEGAN THE TAKE OVER OF THE USA. UNFETTERED BY ANY RIGHT OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON OR BE STOPPED BY ANY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. he needs prosecuted or cleared or TURN STATES EVIDENCE OF WHO HE IS UNDER..
When Medicare pays when they are not to at all or not to pay as primary and its not labeled as a conditional payment then their patients and heirs are overpaid,, whether they are noticed or not.. and the medical providers can be fined and penalized for filing the claims with out being labeled as a conditional payment and get it to the recovery until and due process letters go out to get the money back from the one that is to have paid the bill.... the address given by the cabal is not the ones that legally need to get the letter. as in my case.
THE REAL US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR HAS NEVER SEEN ONE.. EVEN WHEN THEY WERE SENDING THEM OUT BEFORE LYNN BLODGETT GAVE THE ORDERS NOT TO .. as its would have been round to cancel or not renew his contract.. the one thing the real government can still do ... BUT WITHOUT EVIDENCE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE.
For over a year, AN IMPOSSIBLE SCENARIO HAS BEEN SET UP
Doctors, etc. cannot legally get paid at all.. .... As they are being lied to be regional offices of CMS (the real government ) and being told they have to file electronically .. AND THERE IS NO WAY THE SYSTEM WILL TAKE A CLAIM LEGALLY ELECTRONICALLY . The bogus screen of info they are given does not even shown the real primary payers and since 10/6/16 NO ONES WORKER COMP IS EVEN LEFT ON THE BOGUS OFF LINES SCREEN THEY ARE GIVEN TO USE TO BILL WITH..
And the system is in a MEDICARE MELTDOWN as the cyber cloud has the real bi weekly posting hidden from view but showed the primary payers as open , not terminated.. but hidden but high security as most do to day from primary industry as well as mine from a real federal personnel office.
BECAUSE OF THE ILLEGAL HACKING BY THE CONTRACTOR.. THE DOCTOR ETC CANNOT LEGALLY BE PAID AND THE REGIONAL OFFICE IS TELLING THEM THEY HAVE TO COMMIT FRAUD OR NOT GET PAID AT ALL.
And I am sick and tired of too many at 1-800 Medicare who keep telling us to go to our regional office, when they WILL NOT APPROVE A WAIVER TO O A PAPER CLAIM.. WHICH HAS BEEN ILLEGAL THROUGHOUT THE GOVERNMENT FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE US CONSTITUTION AND SINCE WE HAD ANY KIND OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS.
A famous test case was filed that went all the way through the courts. years ago .. when a protester filed his tax return on toilet paper and was uphold that he had filed a legal return.. I am not advocating such ... as there are forms that can be used. as paper. The same principle has ALWAYS APPLIED THROUGHOUT THE GOVERNMENT ONE CANNOT BE DENIED THE RIGHT TO FILE WHEN THEY HAVE TO DO SO BY PAPER.
I personally have claims pending for years.. now, that have not been processed at Medicare as a conditional; payment and it has blocked me for three years from getting 60% back as a subrogation claim at my employer group health plan for home liquid oxygen as no injured workers can get a supplier.. Oxygen has been Federal workers comp bill for life for 23 years,now, but Lynn Blodgett took over in the Coup of 2002 as they will not process one claim since then ,, even though orders to do so by the Medicare judges. who affirmed that I am approved for life with Medicare but the monies are to be recovered from FECA. . AND THE OXYGEN, UNDER A 1988 LABOR LAW. GIVES ONE NOT ONLY PERMANENT MEDICAL WHEN APPROVED FOR LIFE.. BUT 100% OF ALL MY BILLS ARE COVERED ... as without oxygen ALL MEDICAL CARE IS COVERED AS ONE HAS TO BE ALIVE TO GET MEDICAL CARE AND IF ONE IS UNABLE TO BREATHE.. THEY ARE NOT ALIVE.
I am now being told by a lab. that blood work for a asthma medication level will not go through the system either... as its the same as prior claims in the cyber cloud as paid for many times by FECA
SO NO DOCTOR, LAB, ETC CAN GET PAID FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO AN INJURY CASE.? and how many more of us will end up dead over the illegal acts of the government contractors hacking the MEDICARE SYSTEM AND STEALING FROM THE PEOPLE. AND PUBLIC TREASURY and ignoring the laws.. AS THE REAL GOVERNMENT IGNORES THE PLIGHT OF THE PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY ONE TO ENFORCE THE LAWS THEY HAVE MADE AND OR TO UPHOLD.. what member of Congress willing to introduce the one sentence bill to put the real government back in charge. of the government for us:.. .. THE RIGHT OF AN AGENCY TO USE ITS EXISTING BUDGET TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS OF THEIR CONTRACTORS AS WELL AS CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS..
ITS ILLEGAL TO RIG THE SYSTEMS TO NOT TAKE THE CLAIMS LEGALLY AND NO ONE CAN GET PAID FOR TREATING AN INJURED WORKER. OR ANY ONE ELSE THAT HAS A PRIMARY PAYER.. WHICH WILL NOT PAY THEIR LEGALLY OBLIGATED BILLS ... unless they commit an illegal act of fraud..
AND WORSE THAN THIS IS THAT SINCE 10/7/16 ALL MY CLAIMS ARE REFLECTED AS BEING PAID 17 TIMES ON 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS THE CONTRACTORS CREATED ND MONIES ARE DIVERTED ???? FOR THOSE WHO WENT AHEAD AND LISTENED TO THE CALL CENTERS TO USE THE HACKED SYSTEM AS IS AS IF THEY WERE ACCURATE AND ARE NOT.. AS THEY GET LIED TO ALSO . :" RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAS RUN AMOK AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON " as three US Department of Labor judges said to ask me for the facts. of my cases.
All an easy waiver of over payments and fines and penalties at SSA for patient and others at CMS.. but THE SAME ENTITY IN CONTROL OF CONTRACTOR SAYS WHAT IS OR IS NOT AN OVERPAYMENT AND PERSONAL COMPANIES AND CABAL HAS ALL THE INFO FROM THOSE WHO ACCEPT MEDICARE AND SIGN THEM UP AND THEY AGREE IF THEY ARE OVERPAID HE CAN TAKE THE MONEY FROM THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS.. HE AND HIS CREATED THE SYSTEM THAT SAYS THEY GOT PAID 17 TIMES AND MONIES RECEIVED, BUT DIVERTED TO ???
And government officials are saying there is a spike in outflow of monies at Medicare of a billion dollars a day since 10/7/16 when this began this time... It had occurred a few years ago and a $4 million dollar theft on my records alone.. and insiders in a couple of regions. .. In the Dallas and Atlanta region many have liens on property they own or inherited and may not even know it.. BUT THE CYBER CLOUD. DOES. and there is no end time for those to go away..
and OVER AT SSA LYNN BLODGETT HAS NOT ALLOWED ONE EASY WAIVER OF LIABILITY TO BE Processed where one gives no personal financial info ad says. " its against equity and good conscience ' to hold the patient or heirs liable when we have had nothing to do with it, and cannot stop it when the whole government is not able to ... and this blog shows how even judges and civil rights are defied. AND IN MY CASE A FORMER SEC OF LABOR DEFIED BY LYNN BLODGETT, HER OWN CONTRACTORS\, AS WELL AS THE DIRECTOR OR FEDERAL WORKERS COMP WHO TRIED TO BY PASS THE CONTRACTOR AND HAVE THE LOCAL OFFICE PAY MY BILLS AND WAS STOPPED... as was Senator Inhofe who got some paid, and then got backed off. and will not help anymore as he and all are self gagged not to interfere with Lynn Blodgett et al now.. WHY ?? start talking all!!!
Back on 10/28/16 in Daily Recap added is what the manager of Novatis told me.. and they are the major claims payer for Medicare in our area. But she is ignoring it and all are being told to use the system as is even thought they full well know its not accurate. so they are at risk for loss of their contract for illegally paying the claims.. AND IT LOOKS AS IF THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY PAYING THEM 17 TIMES ALSO... I have no knowledge that they are in on the fraud... But no one form the real government tor OIG is allowed to investigation fraud inside a government contractors .. so NO ONE FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AND THEY GIVE OUT ILLEGAL ORDERS AND WILL NOT LET THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY DO A PAPER CLAIMS AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT SO THEY CAN GET PAID LEGALLY ..
PATIENTS AND OUR GOOD MEDICAL COMMUNITY AT THE ONLY ONES AT RISK and here we are 7 months and running and the massive thefts of MEDICARE ON GOING.. AND I EITHER GO WITH OUT MEDICAL and be murdered by computer Medicare hackers causing this ... .. OR TRY TO GET THIS STOPPED AND I CANNOT DO IT ALONE.. AS MY BILLS ARE ONLY A SMALL DROP OF A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY.. Even insurers are now government contractors. and have CONGRESSIONAL IMMUNITY
DO YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS CREATED ON YOU ??? or your loved one you may inherit and overpayment from. ?( this is an ancient system being used and I am very familiar with operating it for years at HHS with no security but it will only take 17 per screen and then its like setting up a new web site for more. We have never found more than 17 per patient for me or what I have been told from inside for others).
ON my own SSN, are the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A, M, T TA.. but as a spouse dozens of possible .. the criteria for a category do not have to be met as ether is no security cross checking for anything. on these. I have on my husband; B,B2.B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6..
One can get their Medicare card and a date of a paid clams in the last 12 months and call 1-800 Medicare and get in the claims menu and verify for a phony money and claims paid on that.. ( there are several call centers and not all have the same phone menu on this..) AN AGENT CAN THEN ORDER A TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER AS PROOF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU AS WELL AS A summary notice for a claim... Its good proof for all our doctors , labs etc. to have a copy to help them convince the regional office to do a paper claim as long as the hackers are allows to continue.. stealing. ... THESE SUMMARY NOTICES APPEAR TO BEING SUPPRESSED. .. BEFORE WHEN IT OCCURRED.. I WOULD GET 17 ON THE REAL NUMBER for a claims. when ordered hem. ITS NOW MORE HIDDEN .. BUT NOW NOTHING IS GETTING SENT OUT BUT THE ONE ON THE REAL NUMBER. This old system allows one to suppress a notice.. going out.. But supervisors there spent several hours going through the claims back to 12/12 and all showed payments went out on all 17 numbers and were received I do not know of any one who has gotten the multiples in their bank accounts ... and its possible that the 16 additional pays is only being used to collect the money directly from the Medicare trust fund.. and stolen before its sent on to the bank and diverted there.
THIS IS WHY WE HAVE TO MAKE CONGRESS DO SOMETHING AND GET A SYSTEM PERSON IN FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT THAT REPRESENTS US.. AND THE NATION.. AND NOT THIS CABAL... . which ever way its happening.. the monies are being taken from the public treasury in our names in multiples. and being better hidden then it was back from 8/08 which he initial went back to 1/06 and did not end until 11/12 when HIGHMARK took over the contract.. and cross referred all the multiples under the one number. and a YEAR AGO THEY STILL WERE TO BLOCK BEING USED IN MULTIPLES but have not been since 10/16 when I got back into DAILY TRACKING.
This website was stared back kn 12/08 when three OIG'S at FTC,SSA,HHS and FBI CYBER CRIMES AS WELL AS the US Department of Justice all found out WHAT CONGRESS DID BACK IN THE COUP OF 2002 TOOK AWAY THE RIGHT TO GO IN AND SHUT IT DOWN.. The year after the contractor was given to another the Medicare payments went down a trillion dollars and CONGRESS THOUGH THIS WAS SOMETHING THEY DID... It was the efforts of 1-800 Medicare who fully cooperated and got screens of patients to CMS and their efforts and under the Acing director Berwick that got is stopped by a long drawn out process of appeals and not renewing a control .. but this is bigger.. as its the entire nation??? and GENERAL DYNAMICS IS NOT COOPERATING NOW AND VIOLATING THEIR CONTRACT TO FILE ANY REPORTS OF CRIMES AND BREACHES OF SECURITY DIRECTLY TO CMS..
I have the written letters form the system I have 17 active Medicare numbers and order one daily on the number I come in on... and if not one penny was being stolen that alone is cause to cancel the whole mess. months ago .. But the info is what is the power here and its needed from more than just me. and that means others sharing what they can find out on their own records... and its an information war as the agents at 1-800 Medicare have been given training via the Medicare Hackers that is as bogus as he first screen they are shown..
One does not have to be in a situation of having primary payers to Medicare. at all for this to occur on and have multiples created. BUT A SPOUSE IS MORE VULNERABLE as more can be created on them.. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO THIS INFORMATION AS YOU ARE BEING OVERPAID AND SO ARE YOUR HEIRS. If you are checking for others. get their written permission and one can sign a form or go on mymedicare.gov and they can designate that another can find out the info ... The waiver form is SSA 632 and we file our certified mail and put on the green card what is inside.. so that they sign what they got. if this goes on one may have to file periodically as we have for years with no response.. I am even paying more than I am supposed to on Part B over this.. waiting for appeals to be answered and never are... also AS SSA HAS BEEN HACKED FOR YEARS AND OFFICIALS WROTE TO CONGRESS IN A PUBLISHED LETTER OVER THERE 3 YEARS AGO WANTING TO GET INSIDE AND WERE DENIED BY THE SAME ONE. AND CABAL ... CONTRACTORS.. its not right over heir at all. and monies may be getting stolen as one getting benefits on their own number can call and find out if there are fake people drawing benefits on their SSN.. This has occurred in the past at SSA, but audits caught it... when done and offenders prosecuted. And the three real claim numbers I have had there in the past and life events changed to the current one... RE NOT CROSS REFERRED EITHER AND SHOULD BE AS I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE SYSTEM ALSO ... THE PHONY NUMBERS THAT NEVER EXISTED THEIR ARE NOT COMING US INVOLVED AT ALL. EITHER.. so something is badly wrong inside.. and my records have been hacked as appeals disappear from the system and other pending matters not even posted for years. and judges remand orders there not obeyed for years. also .. as they are not posted ..and the state agency that does the disability claims has been hacked as there is no record of my disability claim ever going through there. either. and there records go back decades....
AND WE ARE TELLING OUR GOOD DOCTORS AND OTHER MEDICAL PROVIDERS THEY CANNOT FILE A PAPER CLAIM WHEN ITS ILLEGAL TO DENY THEM THE RIGHT TO DO SO WHEN THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO FILE IT LEGALLY ????
Wake up Congress and get this mess stopped now. !!

call 1. came in on a phony number and system verified me as active on that impossible one as do not meet the criteria to even have it.. I got the temporary entitlement letter ordered and claims on that one and only got that Medicare is primary on the bogus screen and no more info .
call 2. came in on my real number.. and got that Medicare primary on the bogus screen and that the fake supplement )of now 26 variations of wording and fake id numbers) created to it was BCBS OF OK and no more info
call 3. Thanks for getting me the info to share with all and CMS. FECA AND FEHB BLUE CROSS BLUES SHIELD ARE ON THERE AS OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT SHOWING A DELETED AS of 10/6/16.. as the illegal . bi weekly HACKING LEAVES NO DATE.
this is why the medical community is being denied the right to file a legal calms on me and others as this is an illegal hacking that has gone on at BCRC corporate for 15 years with illegal deals with insurers and others who are to pay primary to allow them to not have to pay their bills. AND IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE OR CALL CENTERS AND RECOVERY UNIT TRYING TO DO THE CONTRACTED JOB AND UNABLE TO EVEN GET RECOVERY LETTERS OUT SINCE 10/6/16 WHEN THEY HIDE THE REAL INFO . They have tubs of my claims. to recover and their own company is blocking them.
The bogus screen has the bogus supplement of BCBS of OK FEP A only and the bogus ID by taking the real one and adding three zeroes at the beginning and removing the last two digits to make 10 spaces.
I did not get a chance to call BCRC call center by time I got home from a medical visit and took a nap .. CMS THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND PATIENTS ARE BEING PUT THROUGH AN ORDEAL THAT NONE OF US SHOULD BE PUT THROUGH AND ITS PAST TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT ROGUE CONTRACTORS RUNNING THE WHOLE ... AT LEAST LET THE REGIONAL OFFICES APPROVE THE PAPER CLAIMS TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS,. THE REAL GOVERNMENT STILL HAS AUTHORITY OVER its real employees yet?? and CMS national needs to wake up and help them get some kind of directive info out to help all caught in this mess. until Congress allows it to get stopped.
