Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 4/23/17: MEDICARE MELTDOWN; DID MEDICARE HACKERS TAKE OUT THREE CITIES AS A VEILED THREAT?
This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the sub contracted out Medicare systems more hacked than ever. and its gotten worse since with discovered of even worse matters.
AN off line unsecured system is being used that is a manually hacked mess and anyone who follows it can be subjecting themselves to over payments for a patients and heirs And the other parties at legal risk is our good medical community who pays huge sums to get accurate info as to whom to bill and unaltered and accurate medical data that should be what came direct form the medical source.. and often is not as that is a deadly mess of co mingled patients records, typos and in some instances intentionally altered data and diagnosis coeds and history. but many are just what used to be clerical errors etc. now in systems .... and passed one over and over .. and compiled and more passing on until what is truth and fiction is merged into something that cannot be very reliable for many. I have had two close calls when it was used.
And the patients cannot even get a copy of what a congressional study a decade ago had caused upwards of a million deaths.. and they still will not pass any .law to have any control of a government contractors.. and we get robbed of life and livelihoods.... now that our insurers are also government contractors the patients ad the good medical community are the ones left at risk .. and with no one to go to for official help since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to remove the authority of the real government to do internal audits of a government contractors or criminal investigation and or prosecutions.
We now find the USA under the control of a linked cabal which many high level officials have written and said is under Lynn Blodgett.. and I di not know for sure who he is under in all of this as blatant thefts are occurring... we all are victims of as its the public treasury from , of by and for us. .
There is no HIPPAA (privacy and protection)law over government contractors and that is where most of the data is that all are to be using.. and are told to use as call centers and others officials have no idea they are not always accurate. ... OF THESE SYSTEMS RECORDS.. that are not like the ones at the medical source who are subject to strict laws for security ..
DO YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS IN YOUR NAME AND BEING USED TO STEAL IN YOUR NAME.. ID THEFT AS WELL AS ILLEGAL USE OF AN SSN TO STEAL AND YOU END UP WITH OVER PAYMENTS YOUR HEIRS INHERIT UNTIL SSA GIVES YOU A WAIVER... BUT OVER AT SSA WHERE THE SAME ONE IS IN CONTROL THROUGH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR HE IS RUNNING..... HE HAS NOT ALLOWED ONE EASY WAIVER TO BE GIVEN OF LIABILITY .. one that is 'against equity and good cause" where one gives no personal financial info as one is unable to stop this ruler of the USA when out own government has given up thee authority to do so by act of Congress. and will not reinstate the right of agencies to use their own existing budget to find out what is really going on inside their own programs now under the virtual control of contractors of the same linked cabal and or arrest anyone blatantly deadly from us and causing to often deadly harm This affect all areas fro local to federal as the state and local government have relied on the feds to take care of those federally funded state and local programs... AND HAVE NOT FOR 15 YEARS UNTIL THEY FINALLY REALIZED HOW BAD THINGS ARE AND HAVE NO WAY TO STOP THE HARMS AND THEFTS. and scams ... etc.
Even Congressional studies show massive deaths and other horrible harms that point right back to this cabal's dealings... and Congress has itself gagged not to be able to help as they cannot mention, contract or have a contractors testify .. and continue to pass laws based on unverifiable and unreliable data.. and we wonder why we are in the deadly mess we are..... and why Congress has a low popularity rating.. its because they usually cannot help a constituent as the issue is inside the Contractors.. who does the day to day work and controls the outcomes and results' or lost files and people get lost in the maze with no rights to resent their cases when systems are not complete or data entered and disappeared.
And to add to the horror is all that GO ALONG TO GET ALONG IN THE AGENCIES WHO ACCEPT WHAT THEY ARE VERBALLY TOLD AS FACT AND PASS IT ON THAT GETS TO CONGRESS AND often is a blatant fabrication of facts.
Even whistle blower programs are contracted out to this cabal SO THE MOST 'DANGEROUS STEP TO TAKE. IS TO OFFICIAL BECOME ONE AND FILE A COMPLAINT.??? as 'sting; conducted by us in 4/14/well proved. And reported her back then.,,,,,
HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS IN THE UNSECURED OFF LINE MEDICARE SYSTEM WHICH IS THE ONE ALL GET NOW. AND NOT THE REAL ONE THAT HAS THE OFFICIAL BI WEEKLY POSTS FROM EMPLOYERS ETC.
I even have three Medicare judges who have ruled the posts are accurate and those get tossed by Lynn Blodgett and how I eventually found out who was ruling the USA .. and its was no one we elected or had an official government, job.
They have tried a week ago to hide the off line system but how does one do that when its the one being used by all and the Medicare hackers to make multiple payments diverted to themselves from each claims.. In my case and those who have Medicare who are on my primary employer group p health family policy .. the medical billing people should be doing paper claims and given waivers as the system will not process one legally as a conditional payments since 1/06 as they will not use the real date of injury for workers comp on anyone. (everyone is injured on the date one gets Part A Medicare instead and the system rejects the request for conditional filling ) .
And if it is a conditional payment.. then it will go to recovery and we the patients and our heirs as well as our good medical community ARE NOT LIABLE ANYMORE AS WE HAVE DONE ALL WE CAN AND ITS UP TO THE GOVERNMENT TO GO AFTER THE PRIMARY WHO DOES NOT WISH TO PAY THEIR BILLS AND MAKE ILLEGAL DEALS WITH BCRC CORPORATE OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY WHO HAS HAD THE CONTRACT TO COORDINATE AND RECOVER MONIES AND HAVE DONE THE OPPOSITE UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S ORDERS AS HE IS THE BOSS OF THE USA. AS THEIR CORPORATE LEVEL 'BOWS' TO .. putting obstructions of all kinds in front of their call centers and recovery units efforts to do the job they government paid them to do ..
With ones Medicare card and a date of service for a bill in the last year one can call 1-800 Medicare and go through the phone verification for claims and on to an agent and order a temporary letters on any claim number in your name I have these as proof they exist I this illegal off lines system .. and being used ... etc. and a summary notice under that after verifying that it was paid under that name and received at the bank.. but where did not then go to ??? Doctor, etc. sign up with him to accept assignment of monies from Medicare so THIS CABAL KNOWS ALL
This 30 year old system is one we used decades ago and as I recall one can only put 17 records on one screen or web site and then its like they have to set up another sight. .. We have never found more than 17 numbers on me.. and one is current and two others used to be my active one and are not now officially . But at SSA , even those are not cross referred and those official have been denied access to the hacked mess here for over three years and wrote to Congress to get permission as denied access by Lynn Blodgett et all. I have appeals that disappeared off the system ,never yet processed and that is illegal hacking..
This cabal has 'mastered ; using an old unsecured system into the modern systems but the cyber cloud is in a meltdown over it as ITS 'KNOWS ALL' AND ITS ILLOGICAL TO HAVE 3 PRIMARY PAYERS AT A TIME AND MEDICARE BOTH PRIMARY AND SECOND AND TWO BLUES ONE REAL AND PRIMARY AND THE OTHERS A FAKE SUPPLEMENT MADE UP ETC.. And the very secure post from my employer in there, open but hidden bi weekly soon after the post.. and the unsecured post that the cyber cloud keeps trying to correct and trying to post the real Blues and keeps running rough now 26 identified fake ones ( words and id numbers just made up to look similar but are mixing up federal contract terms with state regulated ones and no such policies even exist. ) as someone keeps trying to alter what goes in spaces to do so and the real one is primary ... along with FECA.. which is permanent for me for 23 years and total coverage.. but FECA WENT UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S COMPANY AFTER THE COUP OF 2002 AND NO ONE AT ANY AGENCY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON OFFICIALLY .
Its been illegal since 1994 to alter an employee post as all kinds of rights and many parties are affected with all kinds of due processes that have to be followed etc. when one just goes in and hacks those... A HACK LEAVES NO TRACE OR DATE OF ALTERATION... SO THOSE WHO SEE THE BOGUS SCREEN HAVE NO IDEA THAT ITS HACKED BI WEEKLY SOON AFTER THE EMPLOYER POSTING ... unless someone is gathering all the info and sharing it with one entity to complete and do a real internal audits. And that is what I have been trying to do and the only things each one can do and share with CMS and pray they will convince Congress to SAVE MEDICARE.
On my own SSN I have the following of the 4 possible suffixes: A,M,T,TA but as a spouse there are dozens that can be used and its has no relevance to entitlement factors being met.. etc. as its not cross checking with SSA ... or is it in some way but cards suppressed to not be used or not to show it... ?? we do not officially know at all....
The summary notices can be suppressed on this old system and seem to be done.. but its been verified by witnesses as paid and one gets that also..
As a spouse on husband's SSN I have the following suffixes: B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6....
I have sets of these and am turning them in to medical providers along with the info I got from the manager at Novatis who pays most of the Medicare claims in our area and the supervisors at 1-800 Medicare who spent a lot of time going through all back to 11/12 when the last time this occurred in a couple of regions.. but now nationwide.??? this is the billion dollars a day being stolen from Medicare as a spike in outflow of monies could be this as more claims being filed? The budget hearing for HHS said its THEFT AND CONGRESS HAS DONE NOTHING YET TO STOP IT. OIG's (federal police for agencies) have gone to congress from all agencies OVER TWO MONTHS AGO AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY CONGRESS TO STOP IT AND ITS NOT MORE MONEY BEING SPENT.. JUST USING THE EXISTING BUDGET.. to do the job they are supposed to be doing under the US Constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation) but CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. READ MY BLOG AND YOU WILL HAVE A LOT OF WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE DONE ALREADY . . as an insider since 1968 when I graduated from College and went to work for the old HEW. back when we ha to know things or where to look them up as WE HAD TO DO IT AND DO IT LEGALLY AND MAKE SURE OTHERS DID ALSO.. TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE PROGRAMS AND THE PEOPLES' MONIES. and that every one's rights were being uphold and things were fair and just or how to make them better so.. Congress used to fund out also if we were doing our jobs in that way also and what laws needed to be passed to make it better.
BUT THEY NEED INFO FROM THE PEOPLE'S PERSONAL RECORDS TO KNOW AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE and only each one can retrieve this one, by one. . A billion dollars a day does not seem to be any outflow legitimately from that many more sick and injured patients at one payment per service.
GOVERNMENT USED TO WORK FOR US BECAUSE GOVERNMENT WAS DOING THE WORK OR SEEING TO IT THAT IT WAS BEING DONE. LEGALLY AND FAIRLY FOR ALL they best we could do so .. and that is we tried..... and that was the expected 'norm' of civil 'service'. once upon a time. in the USA. . the people can be like that again..... is my belief in humanity .....

MYMEDICARE.GOV IS BACK UP BUT NO CHANGES. ITS STILL THE SAME MANUALLY HACKED MESS. about the only thing its good for is new claims just illegally paid .. as soon as they are.. last ones paid a few weeks ago were the 17 times. as verified so far....
BCRC PHONE VERIFICATION IS DOWN YET AND CALL CENTERS THERE NOT IN ON THE WEEK END
Phone lines are still blocked to 1-800 Medicare and I did not get to use another source today...
