This is a series of links of my personal audit of the Medicare system when I found it in complete meltdown on 10/25/16 .in DAILY RECAPS worse than in the past when they just flipped Blues to secondary bi weekly.
I am exhausted tonight but VITAL INFO HAS COME TO LIGHT IN THE LAST HOUR. AND ITS MAJOR .. at a doctor to day they had no FECA listed but Medicare primary and Blues secondary and before I signed I put arrows to flip it. and reminded them of calling FECA first to cover themselves
For over a month many at the contractors have said there is no workers comp on my records and then gave all kinds of fake retirement dates that were called in by Lynn Blodgett's 200 or so companies which are now in control of the USA since the COUP of 2002. *terms referred to are well explained in prior daily recaps an done can do a phrase or word search at the top of this post that will direct you to when it was mentioned before .
While Homeland security was monitoring this summer for foreign cyber terrorists the corporate headquarters of BCRC did not violate their contract and alter the info on employment status and insurance including workers comp which was posted to the COMMON WORKING FILE BY ONES EMPLOYER AS THEIR CONTRACT FORBIDS THEM TO ALTER IT.. but have been doing so for 16 years since the COUP OF 2002 BY ACT OF CONGRESS WHICH HAS NOT ALLOWED ONE PENNY TO BE SPENT FOR AN INTERNAL AUDITS INCLUDING SYSTEM NOR A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATING OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS.
CMS HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON 'OFFICIALLY ' AND SYSTEMS ARE NOT DESIGNED AS THE TAXPAYER PAID FOR SO ALL SUMMER , NONE COULD SEND IN A CLAIM LEGALLY TO MEDICARE AS CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WHEN PRIMARY PAYERS WOULD NOT PAY TO GET THE MONEY RECOVERED FROM THE PRIMARY PAYERS THAT WOULD NOT PAY AS THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED TO PREVENT IF... AND HAD TO BE A PAPER CLAIMS WHILE CMS OFFICIAL S WERE SAYING IT HAD TO BE ELECTRONICALLY FILED AND NONE COULD CONVINCE CMS THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET IT TO TAKE.
When a claim is not sent in as a conditional payment where the recovery unit gets it. then its theft and the provider and medical provider are overpaid. but they are all being told by the call center people that ITS OK TO USE THE SYSTEM AS IS EVEN WHEN ITS NOT THE INFO THEY ARE GETTING FROM THE PATIENTS AND NOW KNOW ITS NOT THE REA LINGO ON THE SCREEN BUT THEY ARE LIED TO AS TO WHAT THAT MEANS. AND FOR ME THAT IS WRONG FOR THOSE ON MY FED BLUES THAT HAS THAT AS PRIMARY TO MEDICARE ETC.
All are getting over paid. and patient's heirs inherit the overpayment.
While most were getting the real info on me this summer as the Medicare judges verified was and is accurate when I got rulings. .. and judges orders ignored by Emblem health International the parent company of Benefits and Coordination and Recovery Contractor (BCRC) a unfairly 'TARGETED' PROVIDERS WERE GETTING I HAD ONLY MEDICARE. and a phony number made up that was not even an SSN and a phony letter in front labeled RAILROAD MEDICARE WHICH NEITHER I NOR DOYLE HAVE EVER WORKED FOR THE RAILROAD. that is not a system snafu but intentional skullduggery by the info given to all clearing houses by Lynn Blodgett including his own which is their competitor and now in control of the new unsafe system.
ILLEGAL OFFLINE SYSTEM IN THE NEW INSECURE SYSTEM AND CYBER CLOUD IN MELT DOWN OVER IT??
It .can split into two versions ... of what the only one set of facts can exist on my individual at one point in time.
. THE REAL INFO , WHICH IS NOW PARTIALLY CORRECT ON ME AND THE OTHER SCREEN WHICH IS THE LIES THE MEDICAL PROVIDER IS PAYING TO GET WHEN SHOULD BE FREE AND LEGALLY HAS ACCESS TO THE REAL INFO WITH MY SIGNED RELEASE TO BILL MY INSURANCE AND THEIR PROVIDER NUMBER.ETC The free labor of machines being given to high paid contractors to shuffle data needlessly .. REAL WASTE AND REAL FRAUD WHEN THE CORRECT AND LEGAL INFO IS ALTERED TO TRICK THE DOCTORS, ETC. INTO BILLING MEDICARE PRIMARY WHEN ITS NOT.
The taxpayer has already paid for the system and should be free to them to get the info on us. any issue of the info not being tight, then do a conditional payment and send it to the Recovery unit which used to be in house or done inside the claims paying contractor. themselves.
I just got the answer of what going on .. BIG MYSTERY SOLVED AND REAL FRAUD REVEALED
The 1-800 medicare people were told that there is one screen of info , but that the only open info that is current is what they get when they click on 'open' and that is the lies that the doctor, etc. are paying big money for..
The first screen had my open workers comp case and the person kept saying its not open.. and I said when did it terminate. and told there was no date. finally she said that when she hit open it is not on there. I finally found out that the icon? etc. has been on there for some time after the new system under Lynn Blodgett was begun to be in place.
She was so badly trained on this that she was intentionally trained wrong and all of them have been .. NICE PEOPLE DUPED?.
But the BLUES WAS FLIPPED TO SECONDARY and that is the illegal hack yesterday.. AND IT SHOWED TONIGHT AS OF 8/1/2004... The only thing that happened on that day is some back wage loss was paid at Federal Workers Compensation Act. AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY PERMANENT MEDICAL COVERAGE THAT IS 100% FOR THE LAST 22 YEARS WHEN I WAS PUT ON HOME OXYGEN FOR LIFE.. Like most workers comp, oxygen for life givers this benefits until one dies and has no need to breathe anymore. but due to it being oxygen then all bills covered due to the home liquid oxygen for life. not a befit known by many as kept? hidden in the 1988 law until it automatically gets locked in at the personnel office at the US department of labor and one then gets it. and more recently I began to understand its every one workers comp that does that now just FECA The BCRC recovery unit does not know this and neither do they know from Lynn Blodgett that ones bills are continually paid by FECA until death... and he was given a lot of money for the bills for about 200 of us back when he took over ...so WHERE IS THE MONEY FOR OUR PERMANENT MEDICAL CARE????/ Recovery letters going to the real US Department of Labor is going to raise the same questions as that is the money to be used to repay Medicare I and others do not have it I have ever found out.. No such law has come to light by me or anyone else. .and the OIG for OPM said it was embezzled but no budget to investigate if its stolen by a contractor. .
I almost did not call 10800 Medicare as got hung up on a couple of times due to them not wishing to lie to me??? about the split screens?? back tonight.
Earlier in the evening I had finally got through to the recovery Supervisor and she looked up my file and said that the FECA was on the system , as open case for payment of medical bills .. I had called as 1-800 Medicare had just said there was nothing open on the screen. not knowing yet that the open is .. WHAT THE DOCTOR, ETC GETS AND DID GET TODAY WAS ONLY THE MEDICARE PRIMARY AND THE ILLEGAL FLIP to secondary for Blues . from Lynn Blodgett's CLEARING HOUSE? AVILITY OF BLUES.
No workers comp shown to them from the illegal second screen and they Paid for the real info . and they need to be called to cover themselves. even if its only to be told 'inactive file and a confirmation number for the call. * its inactive as its never been set up since the COUP OF 2002)
Many do go ahead and send in a claim bur it will not be paid until Congress allows budget to know and make Lynn Blodgett post my file and an internal l audits of the recovery unit is done which the real US Department of Labor getting recovery letter will expose this as there is this pool missing money for them to be repaid from and WHERE IS THE MISSING MONEY ? A person with links to the Clinton Foundation knew something about this as a few dollars are being dribbled out of it on my bills. to pay 50% of some co pays at Fed Blues from..at Lynn Blodgett's contractors for this at both OPM and at Fed Blues management company A COVER UP OF THE MISSING MONEY ??
I asked about all the missing years of claims that letters were sent to Lynn Blodgett not even on the screen now. and I have my copies and not the real US Department of Labor to repay ..
Her mistraining was astounding. She thought that some day I would get a bunch of money to repay Medicare.. I SAID FECA IS NOT LIKE OTHER WORKERS COMP .. I WILL NEVER GET ANY MONEY TO PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS MYSELF NOR TO REPAY YOU BACK .I pray no other federal employee has been tricked into doing so .....
. REPAYMENT IS TO COME FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND THE RECOVERY LETTER THAT IS SIGNED AND RETURNED SHOULD HAVE ENDED THE CONTRACT WITH LYNN BLODGETT A LONG TIME. HE GOT THEM BUT NEVER SENT THEM ON TO ANY ONE AT FECA AND NEVER SIGNED AND RETURNED THE SIGNED COPY . ADMISSION OF GUILT???? took the fifth??
AS THAT LETTER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT TO AND SIGNED AT THE PERSONNEL OFFICE, ETC. AT LABOR AND THEY KNOW I Have current coverage until death and would wish to know why are the bills not being paid??.
THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AS THE RECOVERY UNIT HAS NOT SENT THEN ANY LETTERS. AT ALL TO ANSWER.IN RECENT YEARS. She did not know they did at one time. They only sent me the letters. recently and I called as most years of bills are not there any more online or at all ..since the COUP OF 2002. yet about yearly all have been faxed to them.. WHERE ARE MY FAXES THEY GOT??
Who is going to repay them? Not me! as there is no law that says I would be given any money but wage loss and some money for loss of body parts, which is not for the medical bills. as those are to get paid as the care is received for the rest of my life. SHE DID NOT KNOW THIS AND THE WORDS FROM HER SOUNDED EXACTLY LIKE THE QUOTE FROM OTHERS WHO WERE LIED TO BY LYNN BLODGETT ALL OVER. AND WHEN I FOUND OUT HIS NAME FROM HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS TOLD THESE LIES AND NO ACCESS TO THEIR OWN AGENCY RECORDS TO REBUT HIS LIES.
Lynn Blodgett had/has been running around for years. lying to all about the laws and rules. and all have believed him.. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE GO READ THE LAWS. AND REGULATIONS .
My claims examiner in the regional office has no access to my files as Lynn Blodgett has defied judges and even a former Sec of Labor who attempted to get him to post it using my records and even ordered him to ask me for the facts of the case as no ne has a clue what is going on . as rumor and gossip has run amok.
GOSSIP IS A DEADLY SIN WHEN USED THIS WAY .. HE WILL NOT OBEY THE LAWS OF THE LAND AS CONGRESS HAS NOT GIVEN ANY BUDGET TO MAKE HIM. OR ANY OTHER CONTRACTOR OF THE US GOVERNMENT OR STATE OR LOCAL WHO HAVE FEDERAL MONIES TO SPEND.. SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. DOD has the budget right to spend. and VA does since Senator Bernie Sanders got it in their bill when he was Chairman in Congress being the only exceptions. which the atrocities there are due to much actions by this cabal of contractors also .
I do not understand why the 1-800 Medicare person could not see the real info even though Blues is flipped earlier this evening. But some call centers in the USA are told NOT TO TELL WHAT IS ON THE REAL SCREEN BUT ONLY TO TELL WHAT IS ON THE OPEN SCREEN AS IF THAT IS THE REAL INFO WHEN ITS NOT! INTENTIONALLY LIED TO BY THE ONES TRAINING THEM--there own bosses??
OTHER ACCESS FOR THE SAME INFO DIFFERS
The phone menu at BCRC indicates there is the FECA on there but not clear about Blues. and mymedicare .gov is the same as yesterday as open w/c over on the Medicare secondary page but Blues flipped to Blues. and the open screen is their in one place and them the workers com p on a separate page There are three separate wording form three persons over the years for the same Fed Blues policy listed as three differing dates and becoming secondary on those dates. and some overlap when primary and secondary at the same time it is so messed up .. so
THE WHOLE MESS , BY LAW MEANS THAT SOMETHING IS AMISS AND MUST DO A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE MESS. which is only a mess as their corporate office keeps illegally hacking the system as the primaries under Lynn Blodgett keep asking them to do so . by BCRC whose corporate offices did the dirty deed themselves and MELTING DOWN THE MEDICARE SYSTEM AS THE CYBER CLOUD NOW HAS ALL THE REAL PLUS THE DIRTY DEEDS AND ILLEGAL ALTERING.
Medical care being denied and another obstruction came to light to day as I had to walk a long way to get into the office today and the vitals indicated that I should have asked for the people down stairs to get a wheel chair and push me up. I had not known they had that service there.
I have been on motorized wheels since 1992, but it has gone defunct and a doctor signed for me to get it replaced a decade ago But Lynn Blodgett does not cooperate on that either. \
BUT NO SUPPLIER WOULD/WILL WORK WITH ME OVER THIS ILLEGAL MESSING WITH MY RECORDS.
THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IS NOT JUST FINANCIAL BUT LIFE THREATENING. MY TEMPERATURE WAS WAY DOWN AND SINUSES BLEEDING ALREADY FROM THE EXERTION OF THE CALLING ETC of not being able to get the whole truth of what is going on at the three health plans under Lynn Blodgett et al. .
There are many places I could go that do not have much inflaming chemicals , but cannot not. as the exertion is to much as that is what happens with pulmonary hypertension and exertional asthma etc. . AND HERE I was no motorized wheels and no oxygen supplier and family keeping me alive with no oxygen supplier for any injured workers and concentrators inflame lungs in minutes and are life threatening for me and many like me as some studies say 11 million like me. etc. Due to not being able to tolerate the low levels of ozone plus its not the therapeutic dose. needed. .
I think the lady at Recovery did take the info that the recover letters of all my clams paid by Medicare need to go direct to THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, AND NOT ONES EMPLOYING AGENCY AND CERTAINLY NOT TO LYNN BLOD3TT WHO HAS NEVER SHOWN ANY OF MINE TO US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WHICH IS WHERE THE MEDICARE JUDGES VERIFIED THE INFO AS THEY ARE MY OFFICIAL PERSONNEL OFFICE FOR LIFE .
ONES EMPLOYING AGENCY WHO WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN ITS TIME TO DO THE SCHEDULE AWARE TO SIGN OF ON AND THEN THE PERMANENT DISABILITY AND I DO NOT THINK ANY ONE HERE EVEN KNOWS THE LAWS EITHER. OR IF THEY DO ARE NOT SHAKING THEM .?? .until then the law does not permit any retirement even if I wanted to retire. Injured workers are really trapped by giants. and unlike David I have no 5 stones and a sling shot to fight back for my very life with . if I even knew how to sling one. and that would not work in the current world as I would be the one in trouble and not this cabal as its why we are to have those in charge to stop this kind of illegal behaviors. I wish he would get saved and behave and do what is right and good and legal.. and let thee legal system take care of his actions and others in this matter.

Our monies are being stolen we hold in common for us to use when we need or are to get the benefits. and the Right to life and livelihood for every one is at risk on this. AND TOO MANY HAVE LOST BOTH. DURING THE COUP OF 2002. Amen !
Many well known people are now going to be in charge of a lot in the Government next year I pray and hope for the best, but have one eye open and watching. .. I wonder if the new Head of Small Business could wrestle some obedience to this cabal of contractors causing so much harm for all of us. THE FORMER HEAD OF WWE! Linda McMahon- WOW!
