Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 12/6/16 MEDICARE MELTDOWN.. EVERYONE THINKS THEY ARE THE GIVER OF INFO AND NONE HAVE THE INFO
This is a series of Daily Recaps that tracks the meltdown of the Medicare System since 10/25/16 when I discovered major hacking from the owners to defraud the government and the cyber cloud catching the crooks. But the meltdown puts life in danger by obstructing medical treatment and the hack allows more criminal over payments against the patient and heirs and against our medical community which has paid billions for access to get accurate info from clearing houses, when none of them should have to pay for what the taxpayers have already paid for so our good doctors, can have accurate info as to whom to bill and in what order.
NO FAULT HEALTH INSURANCE
,may be the only solutions to stopping this ongoing organized crime ring from stopping the collusion or ricco case from those liable for bills from getting out of paying them by having the contractor alter the info and trick the medical billing people into having Medicare pay and never have the claims sent to the contracts recovery unit of the hacker to get the money back.
They have already made Medicare for all already for any with a Medicare care already .. and the health insurance exchange has gone down in the corruption much the same way... and massive thefts now occurring through that program plus he price gouging for premiums. all over. TO FEED THE THIEVES. WHO DO NOT WISH TO PAY THEIR BILLS might as well make Medicare the real insurers of the nation.. and then every one pay far less for auto insurance, employers much less for workers comp and other liability insurance and even our home owner polices and any other kind of insurance where one might have to pay some one's medical bills.
The amount not having to be paid in premiums would them be paid into the Medicare trust fund in some way.. WE WOULD ALL COME OUT A HEAD financially AND MEDICAL CARE WOULD NOT BE OBSTRUCTED BY THOSE LIABILITY INSURERS TRYING TO GET OUT OF PAYING., AND THE CONNECTION BETWEEN HEALTH INSURERS AND THE LIABILITY INSURERS IS OFTEN THE SAME STOCK HOLDERS. OR EVEN HOLDING COMPANIES OR SUBSIDIARIES OF THE SAME.
The various insurers would still exist for the other bills like wage loss and loss of use of body parts and other damages not related to medical care. . but our good doctors would ever be in a squeeze play against between good health care and coercion from liability issuers who try and treat the injured. . ITS THE MOST SUBTLE AND OFTEN THE WORSE WAYS AS IS GOING ON RIGHT NOW. to not give one doctor, or lab, etc., the real info when all the rest can get it.. or at least what it is even if in the wrong order to bill. This has been revealed in all of this recently as programmed in the new system to do so .. THE TAXPAYERS PAID FOR A SYSTEM THAT DISCRIMINATES? AGAINST SOME OF OUR GOOD MEDICAL PERSONNEL in real illegal actions against the, like an organized crime right extorting victims. which our good doctors, etc. have now become all over the USA
VERY ILL AND SINUSES BLEEDING
FROM THE EXERTION OF BEING HUNG UP ON REPEATEDLY TRYING TO GET THE INFO FROM MY RECORDS TODAY..
This was to be the day of the bi weekly post from my personnel office at the US Department of Labor. and soon after Midnight 2 at 1-800 Medicare Saw the open workers comp posted on my records not deleted at all on my records as its worded from them. I then had trouble getting an answer about my Blues, but later it had been flipped to secondary .
Instead of later in the day , it was almost illegally altered soon after the post. instead of a few hours later when corporate cam to work .. all not done by Lynn Blodgett, et all on the new system with is not the big facilitator of theft? , As within about an hour. FECA was deleted from the screen , but still in the system's cyber cloud as the phone verification from BCRC contractor still indicates its in the system ..
SYSTEM GOES BERSERK
AS EVERY TIME I CALLED SOME DIFFERING INFO WAS ON THERE FOR MY FED BLUES AS IT SEEMED TO TRY TO CORRECT ITSELF FROM THE DELETING.. AND ALL THE FAKE RETIREMENT DATES PHONED IN TO BCRC AT ? CORPORATE AT GROUP HEALTH NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL THAT HAS HAD THE CONTROL TO BE THE WATCH DOG TO PREVENT MEDICARE FROM PAYING BILLS NOT THEIRS, KEPT POSTING ALL KINDS OF VARIOUS DATES. WITH SOME NEW ONES I HAD NEVER KNOWN EXISTED BEFORE NOW SHOWING UP AS IF THE SYSTEM WAS TRYING TO SEE IF THAT WOULD BE THE RIGHT ONES. .
WORSE IS SOME WAYS IS THE CALL CENTERS PEOPLE SAYING. REPEATEDLY WHAT THEIR COMMON SENSE WOULD TELL THEM IS NOT TRUE.. "the system is updated so you can now bill Medicare.; WHEN THE MESS WOULD INDICATE THAT THAT COULD WELL BE OUT RIGHT THEFT IF THEY DID NOT Pay as CONDITIONAL PAYMENT SO THAT THE RECOVERY UNIT COULD GET IT AND SEND OUT ALL THE DUE PROCESS LETTERS WITH APPEAL RIGHTS FROM DETERMINATIONS OF WHAT I ALREADY HAVE THREE MEDICARE JUDGES RULINGS ON FROM THE SAME SOURCE THEY GOT THEIR INFO FROM . . THAT MEDICARE CAN NEVER BE PRIMARY UNTIL LYNN BLODGETT WHO IS NOW THE CONTROLLER OF THE ENTIRE MEDICARE SYSTEM ETC. OBEYS THE JUDGES AND POSTS MY FILES SO A REQUEST FOR PERMANENT DISABILITY FROM FECA CAN OCCUR. THAT WAS PENDING WHEN HE TOOK OVER DURING THE COUP OF 2002
By the time BCRC opened up the real cover up was major and they were not allowed to share anything with me of what the medical billers with claims not paid at all from a few months ago yet, were to do .
Later on one supervisor with a man in the back ground 'hovering?'.. said in very parsed words. that SHE COULD ONLY TELL ME WHAT IS CURRENT ON THE SCREEN. I GOT THE MESSAGE. THAT NO ONE WAS NOW GOING TO TELL ME OF ALL THE CRIMINAL HACKING FROM INSIDE THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS HAD GONE ON TODAY OR ANY TIME IN THE PAST AS THE SYSTEM WENT IN TO 'COLLAPSE' TRYING TO CORRECT THE INFO THAT HAD BEEN DELETE.D AS SHE COULD NOT SEE I HAD FECA.. AT ALL.
I THEN CONFIRMED WITH HER AND SOME OTHERS. THAT NO MEDICAL PROVIDER , SUPPLIER OR PHARMACIST WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE MY FEDERAL WORKERS COMP OR ANY ONE ELSE'S WORKERS COMP ON THEIR SCREENS EITHER. ??
INFO IS THAT SOME ARE NOT EVEN BEING ALLOWED TO KNOW I HAVE FEDERAL BLUES WHETHER PRIMARY OR SECONDARY EITHER. AS LYNN BLODGETT, ET AL IS LETTING SOME KNOW AND OTHERS NOT NOW .. and why are some being discriminated against and others. intentionally to cause them undue hardship and trouble getting paid timely and not submit to fines and penalties for not knowing for sure whom to bill legally and how??
I need to rest and recuperate as this was a major physical toil. IF THEY HIRE HIS BILLING SERVICES AND HIS CLEARING HOUSE THEN THEY WILL GET THE RIGHT INFO ???
while waiting to get in to very call centers who have long wait times as the threat to my own life and financial hardship to self and heirs. I began to look into the training info on line for them and what any of us can see.
Its obvious that not much yet as confirmed in the past since the COUP OF 2002 has been cleared through the general counsel's office at the US Department of labor to, make sure it complies with the law, even if the wording is less legalese.. for the public. etc. ITS WORSE THAN EVER AS ITS BEEN A FEW YEARS SINCE I DID THIS IN DEPTH AUDIT OF WHAT IS GOING ON with those who give out mush misinformation all over to those who need the correct info . and they have intentionally not been given it to help.
Just changing 'employed' to 'work' can generate massive thefts and misunderstandings of when Medicare pays for or at all. and if it has to pay then be recovered form the one that was to pay. To the intentional point of training to ask if one is physically gong to work to get our of paying as many employed still have primary payers even if they may not be going to work at all until they really do retire legally for all kinds of reasons that the law makes a bit distinction and the Medicare law follows and then I come along and mess up the mistraining by just having them think through things logically and them it upsets the thieves. who have duped decent intelligent people who just work for them, .
INTENT TO SUBVERT MEANING.. IS WIDELY GOING ON
AND THAT MEANS ALL THE MOSTLY NICE PEOPLE IN THE CALL CENTERS ARE BEING INTENTIONALLY MISLED AND MISTRAINED TO PASS ON ALL KINDS OF WRONG INFO TO ALLOW THE THIEVES TO STEAL EVEN MORE.
I will ADDRESS THEM IN LATER POSTS AS REST HAS TO BE DONE..AS AI ALSO HAVE ASTHMA ON EXERTION AND THE ORDEAL OF JUST TR HYING TO GET MY OWN RECORDS IN TRUSTED TO THE GOVERNMENT BUT TURNED OVER TO THOSE UNACCOUNTABLE TO EITHER OF US. JUST TO TRY AND SAVE MY OWN LIFE IS THWARTED BY THE 'ORGANIZED CRIME 'RING OPERATING TO STEAL AND DENY RIGHT TO LIFE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AS THERE REALLY IS NO GOVERNMENT TO STOP THIS.
AND WE ARE ALL AT RISK UNTIL CONGRESS ALLOWS A REAL GOVERNMENT TO AGAIN BE IN CHARGE OF ITS OWN PROGRAMS TO PROTECT THE NATION AND PEOPLE AS THEY WERE DELETED TO DO WHETHER IN HOUSE WITH AUDITS AND CRIMINAL CONTROLS OR CONTRACTORS TREATED WITH THE MANDATED OVERSIGHT AS EMPLOYEES AS THEY MUST BE. .AS THEY ARE ENTRUSTED WITH OUR RECORDS AND OUR RIGHTS TO LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD. etc.
regulations all over seem mostly nothing but written under undue influence by this cabal to get more government contracts to shuffle more data for big money that the FREE LABOR OF MACHINES SHOULD BE CAPTURING FOR ALL OF US. We have been had by the evil sneak who has tricked us into this and no one watching our as they were hired to do for each and every one of us.
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may justice prevail and the life and livelihood of each and ever one of us be uphold and the rule of law as our US Constitution also mandates be had for us and the nation. MAY EVIL BE BOUND UP OR EVER SO WE CAN HAVE A HEAVEN ON EARTH FOR ALL OF US. AMEN!
Remember Pearl Harbor and the lives lost when some at the top allowed a few before get this world into devastating wars... when most of us know that war never has winners on any side. that science is now allowing to come home for a final resting place now.. we can figure it all out as we were blessed with brains to do so ..
