This is a series of Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal government Medicare data files in complete meltdown worse than at any other time since the COUP of 2002.
There is no legal reason that ones medical providers, supplier, pharmacist cannot access the Medicare data base which houses who pays first, etc. after one signs to bill ones health plans... The taxpayer has paid for this already.. The only purpose for a clearing house appears to be to ;clean up the illegal hacking that is going on to entrap all to bill Medicare when ones primary payers do not wish to pay the bills.
AS ONE ENTITY NOW CONTROLS ALL AS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS. And since the COUP OF 2002 NO ONE FROM THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS THAT THIS ILLEGAL HACKING IS GOING ON WHERE ONES EMPLOYER POSTS ARE ILLEGALLY ALTERED TO 'DUMP ONTO MEDICARE" IN VIOLATION OF THEIR CONTRACT THAT SAYS NONE TO ALTER etc. Any one disputing the employer post is to contact the employer. I and three mediate judges says its accurate .. ITS THE FECA LAW that overrides on this. Not primary payers managers of this cabal as contractors of this cabal getting Medicare to illegally have pay their legally obligated bills.
Benefits Coordination and Recovery Contractor a subsidiary of the former Group Health Inc has call centers to help the public, and most of them are not aware of this as its being handled at their corporate headquarters in NY? The new system is now under the control of Lynn Blodgett et al who has been the info fiery to the clearing houses plus owns a larger one. ... and is the info giver to OPM also.. which is give fake retirement dates to one ends up with 'GOSSIP AND RUMOR RUN AMOK: and that is all the real government gets to know of either so they then pass on ;tumor and gossip as facts they have no way to verify the validity of and should never be saying thy do know.. when they do not. Since the COUP of 2002 no internal audits have been done and that means they do not officially know that we are losing the Medicare system as all this hacking and fake retirement dates, and wrong wording of insurance plans that each has a legal name is all in the cyber cloud and when they hack the system soon after the bi weekly employers posting ITS KEEPS TRYING TO CORRECT ITSELF. Hack dates are not visible. so no one knows that is just happened.. picking up old info that was illegally entered at some time.
THE NEW SYSTEM IS ABLE TO GO 'OFF LINE' AND DELETE THE INFO THAT THIS CABAL DOES NOT WISH THE BILLING PEOPLE TO SEE AND THAT INCLUDES THAT ONE MAY HAVE AN WORKERS COMP , AUTO ACCIDENT CASE OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LIABILITY INSURER.
That means that the primary payer does not pay on that or more often if an primary employer group health plan does not pay... the bills they are able to know this and send the claim legally to Medicare as a conditional payment so they can get timely payment and neither patient nor their medial professional is liable for any kind of overpayment.
IT IS UP TO THE GOVERNMENT TO ENFORCE THE LAWS OF THE LAND NOT THE PATIENT NOR DOCTORS. etc. THE SYSTEM IS HAS BEEN RIGGED FOR YEARS TO NOT DO SO ..
Its a defacto and illegal bail our of the insurance industry .. and they in turn have lots of extra money to lobby congress and state legislature and get laws passed that favor them and make it easier to get by with blatant theft of the public monies in a RICCO case collusion to do so ..
Insurers now have a 2 year statue of limitations on recovery but all of our claims are under appeal at some level or judge remand to recovery ,etc. if they are not notified and the system will not let the letters get out as it does not use the real date of injury .. so they need typists at the BCRC? and many of them anyone still know how to really type? if they were even allowed to do the job they thought they were being hired to do ??
Patients heirs inherit the overpayment against them as there is no one processing a simple waiver request similar to what ones files on a stolen credit card as it the same principle that ones official data is being messed with so that theft occurs on your name. and the medical profess has paid huge sums of money to get accurate info and is not as they can be held liable also if they do not file a paper conditional payment.. as the system is rigged to not.
ITS ALSO MISUSE OF SOCIAL SECURITY TRY NUMBER FOR THEFT BY THOSE HACKING THE SYSTEM and to make our medical profession have to pay big money to get false info to cover up their visible acts is beyond blatancy .. its evil. I'd rather my medical sources be able to get more fairly paid and be able to heir an extra nurse, or buy some kind of needed equipment etc. to better do their medical treatment of patients,.
MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO A conditional payment as once it was. EASY IS MORE OBSTACLE THEY ARE FACING SO THAT THE CRIMES AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF THE USA CONTINUE BY THE UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS AND THE HEALTH PLANS MANAGERS OF THE SAME CABAL THAT CONTROL THE WHOLE OF HEALTH CARE NOW FROM EVERY CONFLICTING END. An 'evil beast system' that is not there for good health care at all.
If the medical profession got the truth of what I am sharing daily, it would cry out for a conditional payment as its such a hodgepodges of attempts to illegal hack and alter and changes and sometime the plan listed as secondary is both primary and secondary at the same time. Its such current mess.
This is one PRIME reason to do a conditional payment so that the recovery unit can send out the due process letters and the health plan that is to pay; refunds the money or says in writing why they should not.
BUT THE MEDICAL PROFESSION IS PAYING TO BE DENIED THE WHOLE TRUTH TO KNOW THEY ARE GETTING GARBAGE INSTEAD OF THE TRUTH OF A hacked mess so that the hacking can go on. The clearing houses were passed into law to help cover up the crimes and wholes lobby got it through? The AMA has been reduced to no real power as it once did to represent the doctors. and that has left them with no strong voice. Each member of Congress should be lobbying for their own doctors. etc.?? We buy a product that is defective we ask for a refund??
IN MY CASE NO ONE AT THE US DOL EVER GOT THEM AS THE ARE THE ONES POSTING BI WEEKLY AND THEY WOULD WISH TO KNOW WHY LYNN BLODGETT DID NOT PAY THE BILLS OUT OF THE MONEY HE WAS GIVEN? grounds for contract cancellation or non renewal????!!!
Missing monies that OIG FOR OPM knows of and has wanted to investigate as IS SAID EMBEZZLED AND USED TO NOW CONTROL MOST OF THE GOVERNMENT FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL AND NOT SUBMIT TO THE LAWS OF THE LAND.. Who is his boss? Its not the real government nor us as the people of the USA as our elected official are who in turn hire a civil service to serve the people. But then contract it all out to those accountable to none of us or the nation but to themselves.

mymedicare.gov has no new illegally paid claims today and the insurance info is still a
'hodge podge' of the illegal hacking. This seems to come from another system as the phone verification menu is also and all have illegal hacked info fed into it. I am merely sharing what I find out each day as real systems people may be able to figure our what needs to be done is we can ever get someone in tat re[resents the peoples' interests in this. CONGRESS WENT HOME WITH OUT THIS BEING DONE.

The system is a meltdown mess and shows the FECA deleted from the screen n 10/6/16 do that the medical profession will not know they should as least call and get a confirmation number. Lynn Blodgett has never posted my file since the COUP of 2002 and I have already had permanent and total medical coverage from them for 22 years. only MY DEATH ENDS IT AND I CHOOSE LIFE.
EVEN THOUGHT TIMES CAN BE HARD AT TIME, LIFE IS PRECIOUS AND THERE ARE MANY WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND LOVED ONES AND WONDERS OF LIFE AND CREATION ALL AROUND US.. TO BE THANKFUL FOR AND ENJOY..
The cardinal bird family is home... as they have been for the last several Christmases.. and a seed catalog came today AND WE ARE NOW IN ZONE 8 NOT 7 that shows we are in a warmer climate.. so the birds and the seed people say it. no matter what the cause it is real. but it still can get real cold.. again...
The cyber cloud has now melted down a new fake retirement date of 3/1/2007 so it shows blues primary and secondary for same periods of times . etc. and shows me working aged even though they have Blues secondary which is the term for it being primary as one is not able to retire when one is under FECA jurisdiction.. Ones workers comp has to do the retirement and that is impossible when the first step is for my claims examiner to be able to see the file and process what was pending when Lynn budget took over 15 years ago .. The judges orders said to use my records as hey affirmed the case and benefits. but even those are not shared with the regional office to see. ALL THEY HAVE IS LYNN BLODGETT;S unverifiable VERBAL WORD.
The nice man had no resistance to getting a print out of the screen and sending it to CMS.. and if all who saw this who have access to these hacked files of patients would do so .. maybe they could convince CONGRESS THAT WE ARE LOSING MEDICARE AND ITS NOT FROM TOO MANY PATIENTS WITH REAL MEDICAL BILL.. BUT THE CONTRACTORS STEALING AND 'DUMPING' AND EXTORTING THE MONIES FOR THINGS OTHER THAN DIRECT CARE. LIKE LOBBYING CONGRESS AND STATE LEGISLATURES ALSO ..
He had begun to say that mantra that is 'gossip and rumor; from the source that steals.. THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN UPDATED AND ITS ALL RIGHT TO BILL MEDICARE NOW.
WHEN ITS HACKED ONE CANNOT TELL THAT FROM THE SCREEN AS THERE'S NO UPDATE OR EFFECTIVE DATE AS THAT WAS DONE THIS WEEK AGAIN AND CORPORATE AT BCRC SEEMS TO NOT INTEND TO STOP IT UNTIL THE COUP OF 2002 IS ENDED BY CONGRESS.
AND HE HAS OVER 15 YEARS OF OXYGEN CLAIMS NOT INPUT AS THEY WOULD BE PAID as it was before AND MY FILE WOULD SET ITSELF up AUTOMATICALLY WITH OUT HIS OVERT ACT TO DO SO .
AN OFFLINE system is visible but no oxygen claims shows now from before he took over and I found that hacked few weeks ago also.. and its VITAL THAT ONE HAVE A PRINTER AND GET A HARD COPY OF ONES GOVERNMENT FILES AS THEY MAY DISAPPEAR. AS MINE HAVE.. maybe even deleting one from existing in this cyber world as occurred at the Disability determination unit Oklahoma yesterday when the last time I called they showed they had had my case at one time.. A wireless one can be set rooms away from one if one is bothered by ink as I am .
Some people like to live "off the grid: but when one has medical needs that is now possible. Plus we are social beings and human interaction is part of being human... so its peaceful to live in a rural area.. but not as a hermit is what most of us want and need.

In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus! Merry Christmas.. as HIS common wisdom of LOVE ONE ANOTHER TRANSCEND ANY HUMAN RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION. Love does make the world go round and those few who try to usurp it from us need to be bound up by our legal system so they do not interfere with this.. May thy change their ways and be a promoter of love and caring instead. but a lot of wrongs need to be made right ... and we have no system in place to stop the ongoing real crimes that is taking the peace of humanity from us at this time. My prayers are for our elected leaders to serve us and not the evil one tempt them to not stand up for us. and for LOVE! Amen!
Got to get some presents wrapped. to put under the tree! And Doyle is already in big preparations for a big dinner as he loves to cook! He was still delivering to the shut ins today etc. I married a real winner nearly 52 years ago ! .
