This is a series of Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare system data files in worse hacked shape then ever since the COUP OF 2002. And they are still in meltdown as the hacking by the CMS contractors continues to do the 'illegal bail out of the insurance industry' and whomever else wants to cover up crimes against the USA and people.
mymedicare.gov was down all day and the phone number for the tech department. was not getting through either.. so where is that system to keep track of new claims that may be added to those which have been illegally paid as not done as a conditional payment.. as the billing people keep being lied to that "they updated the system and its all right to bill Medicare " thus entrapping the medical profession into committing Medicare fraud and fines and penalties and the patients' heirs inheriting the overpayment to them as no one is processing a simple waiver request either ..
Since the Coup of 2002 here is no one allowed from the real government to do an internal audit of a contractor nor a criminal investigation. except at the DOD and for a few years the VA.. and Homeland Security did monitor for a while to make sure the new system at Medicare was not being hacked by foreign entries. .
Once the left, the home grown thieves began the illegal hacks and now the new cyber cloud has the system in a complete meltdown. as all the fake retirement dates called in by my primary payers is trying to correct itself when NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO ALTER WHAT ONES EMPLOYER POSTS DIRECT TO THE SYSTEM BU WEEKLY AS MINE HAS DONE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. and current process put in place... Insiders say its trillions stolen in the process. IS the USA even in debt or that much, OR HAVE WE BEEN AND ARE BEING ROBBED. AS OUR PUBLICLY HELD MONEY DISAPPEARS?
Yet CMS IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO GET A SYSTEM EXPERT FROM THE PEOPLE AND REAL GOVERNMENT INSIDE TO SHUT THIS MASSIVE INSECURITY DOWN THAT CAN ACCESS ONE OF THE LARGEST PUBLIC FUNDS IN THE USA AND WRITE CHECKS FROM IT BY A CONTRACTOR. . If its not already being done.. and was done a few years ago on me. The new system does not even have the 16 phony Medicare claims numbers created on me in that massive thefts archived under my real one now and that means anything can be going on .. as on 10/25/16 the system told a doctor of mine that I had railroad Medicare and its was not even a valid number .. Just a letter with 9 digits and the letter is no valid category at SSA. that assigns the numbers based on an SSN of worker and a letter that reflects whether you are category of worker or a dependent of one.
And it may be going on now, that is completely undetectable... as it was a few years ago when it happened to about $4 million by stealing my claims and id and diverting 16 pays. The act of even creating a phone claims number is a crime in itself and breach of security of a system that has gotten less secure since the COUP of 2002 not better. IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE THEFTS TO BE DONE;
Novatis that pays most of the claims in this are, has all `17 claim numbers archived under my current real one and that should prevent this occurring again there. BUT with the ability of the new system to go off line at that level?? anything can occur and the complete bogus number that is not even based on a real SSN and category shows just how bad this is... Will we have any money left in the Medicare trust fund before Congress wakes up and allows even the current budget be spent to shut this down NOW!
The MEDICAL PROFESSION HAS PAID BILLIONS FOR ACCESS OVER THE YEARS THROUGH LYNN BLODGETT ET AL Clearing HOUSE AND He's INFO GIVER TO ALL for years and now is major in a company that has the new contractor with Emblem Health international subsidiary BCRC? AND NOW THEY ARE NOT EVEN GETTING THE REAL INFO FROM THE SYSTEM THAT THERE IS NO REASON THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS DIRECTLY ONCE THE PATIENT HAS SIGNED ITS OK TO BILL health plans and has a Medicare number. Now under the new laws as of 2010, just has an SSN or access to all.

have Medicare cards is was hacked as always to make it secondary also.
I have three Medicare judges rulings who verified the info that posts from the US Department of Labor personnel office and it is accurate.. as its the FECA law *(Federal Employees Compensation Act.) *workers comp)) now all under the same entity of Lynn Blodgett et al as contractors of most all of the USA with no accountability by the COUP OF 2002 WHEN MOST OF CONGRESS HAD NO IDEA THEY HAD VOTED TO OVERTHROW OF THE USA TO THE CONTRACTORS WHEN NO MONEY CAN BE SPENT FOR INTERNAL AUDITS LET ALONE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION BY THE LEGAL SYSTEM ... And most are still in complete 'denial' that they are not in charge of the USA when we elected them to take care of the business of the people for us. A major shirking of their oath of office as mandated by the US Constitution of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation" neither of which is able to even be done when they have given up the authority to do so and stripped the president from any budget authority either. in nearly all areas.
He did get is in the stimulus bill that was not there for the TARP bill and we later found out that a trillion dollars ended up in the banksters of EUROPE and not rebuilding the infrastructure of the USA instead as most of Congress believed and many others that it was going to be used for US.

BCRC had Medicare illegally primary and showed that Blues became secondary the month I turned 65 in 3/10 and was not even visible on the screen after that.. this is a 'hack.'
And the date for the change is shown as 2/28/16 based on a phone call from Blues Lynn Blodgett et al management firm.. A HACK IS NOT REFLECTED IN THE DATE ALTERED WHICH IS ACTUALLY WHICH LAST OCCURRED AFTER 12/AM 12/21/16 after the correct info had been seen from my employer and a doctor of Doyle's got it correctly on 12/20/16 when he was there. But BCRC call center has nothing on their screen after the 2/28/16 to even COORDINATE AS THEY DO NOT EVEN SHOW WHAT 1-800 MEDICARE THAT DOES SHOW THE OTHER INS THAT MAY PAY AFTER MEDICARE.. WHICH THE FLIPPED BLUES TO SECONDARY AFTER MIDNIGHT 12/21/16
The FECA is on there visible but shows a deletion from the screen on 10/7/16 and that means that the medical profession is not going to be told that one has an open workers comp case at all.SO THEY CAN AT LEAST CALL AND GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER TO PROTECT THEMSELVES. AND THE PATIENT. Just THIS LAST WEEK THE 10/716 DATE HAS BEEN MELTING DOWN ROM THE CYBER CLOUD AND NOT 10/6/16 when it was altered n the first post new system hack from this summer when the medical profession was being sent in circles trying to get paid as no one in the USA had any idea any more, not even at CMS how to do a paper conditional payment as he system is rigged to not do it electronically.
CMS HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN LIKE SINCE 1/1/06, the last 'new system " as IT WILL NOT TAKE IT WITH PROGRAMMED WITH THE WRONG INJURY DATE.as it has every one injured on the date the got Part A Medicare. and few would be injured on that day. .Homeland Security could only check for foreign hackers? if the system was designed to do the job the tax payers paid for it to do.? .
This is the first time since the COUP of 2002 that the info on an open liability case has not been given to the medical profession.. although they are not using the real date of injury as they are paid to do so by the taxpayer, but are using he date one got Part A Medicare. which blocks a conditional payment from being done electronically and the bill gets to the recovery unit to get it back from FECA. with lost of due process letters.. Past ones on me were never sent to the real US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR as this "gig" organized crime right would have been ended by at the one thing the government can still do if they have evidence is cancel or not renew a contract. The letters would have gone to the same office that makes the bi weekly post to the system and is accurate... permanent medical for 22 years, but not permanent disability yet as my claims examiner has had no access to the files since the COUP OF 2002 TO BEGIN TO APPROVE WHAT WAS PENDING WHEN IT WAS CONTRACTED OUT. This would be signed off on at the higher levels of US DOL in my case.. Those letters , if Lynn Blodgett had ever let them have them would have been sufficient grounds.

in NM had the deletion date of 10/6/16 not 10/7/16 and showed the Blues secondary as of 8/1/2004. another fake retirement date that had been called in to corporate of BCRC in NY in the past and used at times in the bi weekly hack

I then followed up on a JUDGE REMAND ROM THE APPELLATE JUDGES VIA THE ALJ WHO AFFIRMED AND REMANDED IT BACK IN 2/2011 TO DO THE DISABILITY DECISION AT SSA ON ME..
THIS IS ALL IN THIS BLOG. One thing that FECA IS ABLE TO DO IS ADOPT THE SSA ONE IF THE DIAGNOSIS MATCH.. ETC. but it does have to be reviewed etc. and there was direct illegal interfering with the state of OK SEVERAL YEARS Ago by report of former manager that the former acting Commissioner of SSA. has caused me undue harm since that occurred. .
ITS HAS CAUSED REAL HARM TO OTHERS TO SABOTAGE MY ONE CASE. AS A FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE AMA FROM PHILLY AREA HAD HELPED SET THIS FILE UP TO BE ABLE TO BE A MEDICAL PRECEDENT CASE AT SSA FOR THOSE WITH TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURIES. .
Even the consultant exam with a board certified pulmonologist who ran all the right tests, etc.and numbers seemed to be consistent with all the prior and subsequent test results etc. His report and all the test results disappeared along with my entire claims file at SSA. . Just one of many over the years.
HISTORY OF SSA DISABILITY
Since 1956, when SSA took over some state rights on matters. THE STATE MAKE THEIR INDEPENDENT INITIAL AND RECONSIDERATION DECISIONS FOR SSA AND THEY ARE TO NOT ALLOW ANYONE FROM THE FEDS TO INTERFERE WITH THE PROCESS. Its under the state rights for education as part of the review of the files is to determine if the claimant is able to be retrained for another kind of work. and be referred to began that as soon as they are able to do so . With budget curs over the years, this have been a failure of the system for too many and has not been done , even one recuperating at home can begin some kind of study .. and should be getting prepared for a new kind of work if they are not terminal or have a progressive disease. etc. .
We, as society have lost our way on what Christ meant as going the second mile.. We do not just have someone a monthly check but help prepare them for the day they are well enough to not able to get that check and can begin a new kind of occupation they should have gone to the attorney general of the state. for help.. but did not do so ..
BACK TO MY CASE
It has taken years to get it up to appellate level and back down and files disappearing along the way in Lynn Blodgett's company that prepare the files for the Administrative law judges. etc.
now that Lynn Blodgett is digitizing all at SSA and controls that too know I have not been able to get the files over to the State to have them also what is needed to be done.. at FECA to get this moving
Periodically I have called the DDS at OK to check to see if they yet have the file . the Local SSA office says they have boxes of my files in their office. and that must be a major mountain to work around in itself. but why the delay is beyond me.. but when a contractor is in control its not going to get done even years after one turns 65.. yet benefits for before 65 are still pending to be decided yet.
I called the DDS in OKC today and got through to management/ THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY SSN etc. THE DATA BASE GOES BACK TO 1988 . and has every file they ever had a case to make a decision on whether SSA or SSI.
They had even paid for me to go 200 miles to OKC for the consultant pulmonologist and paid him and paid me for the mileage. and yet I had been DELETED from their system of nearly 30 years of verified real social security numbers had been hacked.
I understood this is a State of OK data base just to keep track of the files they get and when they had them and when they sent them back to SSA.
Like most states, Lynn Blodgett et al has contractors all over and has control of most state and federal and even local and country federally funded matters and other state matters also with over 200 companies etc. and as many partnerships that are illegal by our trust laws etc.
NEW EPA DIRECTOR ALREADY DRAINING THE SWAMP OF DC FROM OKC?
I was trying to figure out whom to call. as I am so used to no one doing anything when there are security breaches. THERE WOULD BE NO REASON OR ANY ONE IN OK TO GO IN AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GO IN AND DELETE A CASE THEY ONCE HAD TO WORK ON FROM HE SYSTEM. AND IT IS MINE AND WHO ELSE'S IS MISSING. The fact that mine is deleted. means that a major data back of good SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS has been accessed illegally by someone
I called the Sate of OK Attorney General ;s office as it was already late in the day for all to go home.. And when I did they were 'hyper?"
I finally got to a security person. and he said THEY ARE ALREADY ON IT AND BEING INVESTIGATED,. Apparently the manager at DDS had taken things very seriously and had called ahead of me?. The' hyperness?' at first may have been as maybe they thought I was the hacker as they would not know who I was?
I AM A VICTIM OF THE HACKING OF A MAJOR SECURITY BREACH from my perspective it may just be targeted cases and not a massive id theft. for numbers and one should look to the systems contractor first which could be another company of GUESS WHO? even then why DELETE". AND NOT JUST LOOK AND STEAL NUMBERS. Its just that the system was messed with at all is a grievous security matter. . and if some had to stay overtime. at Christmas, please do not blame me.
As the USA IS UNDER SIEGE FROM ITS OWN INTERNAL CORRUPTERS. IN A FEW SHORT WEEKS ATTORNEY GENERAL SCOTT PRUITT IS GOING TO BE GOING TO DC TO DRAIN THE BIGGER SWAMP OF CORRUPTION THERE AS HEAD OF EPA. ITS A TOXIC MESS IN THIS NATION AND HE WILL HAVE THE AWESOME JOB TO MAKE SURE IT DOES NOT GET EVEN MORE TOXIC. AND HELP DRAIN IT BACK TO PRISTINE INTEGRITY TO MAKE THE USA EVEN GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US.
He is now beginning to "drain the tip of the swamp from OKC" and I pray to YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS FOR HIS SUCCESS BEFORE HE GOES AND HIS SUCCESS IN THE FUTURE IN DC.. AS HE WADES INTO THE SWAMP OF TOXIC CORRUPTION THAT EXISTS IN DC THAT HAS FLOWED OUT TO THE WHOLE USA OVER THE YEARS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. not that it was not a swamp of corruption before that.. but at least we did have a real government in place that could act when needed to do so .for the people and nation. AMEN!
