Since there is not budget authority form Congress since the COUP of 2002 to do an internal audit, nor criminal investigations with prosecutions of government contractors and the SEC cannot help unravel hundreds of companies that are the same entity with conflicting interests lives at risk and too often health and lives and livelihoods lost .. All I have done is shared what has occurred to me and mine and contacts with government officials had even stated what is going on n writing and verbally where the data and records of the people and nation are no longer in the control of any real government at all.. as CONGRESS WILL NOT PUT THE POWER OF THE GOVERNMENT BACK TO UPHOLD THE RIGHTS OF EACH AND PROTECTION OF THE PEOPLE AND NATION

throughout the day all kinds of dates posted from the fake retirement dates. often either FECA WAS DELETED OR NOT SHOWN AS BEING ON AN OFFLINE SYSTEM, AND THEY DO NOT EVEN SEEM TO BE AWARE OF THIS. ,,, BUT today , in trying to correct itself; IT ALSO SHOWED OPEN FECA WITH TWO POSTINGS AT ONE POINT IN TIME ONE WITH THE REAL DATE OF INJURY AND ALSO THE ONE USING THE DATE I GOT PART A.MEDICARE.
As the cyber cloud tries to correct itself, it has done this duplicate post for those to see who can seen the screen.. A pattern that seems to be creating a wider and wider cycle as it will try to post what was hacked into bi weekly and when unsuccessful in correcting itself goes deeper to get the fake info fed it from the past faxes and calls from primary payers etc. who wish to not have to pay their legally obligated bills
Only about 1/2 I spoke to today and I got hung up a lot trying to get the info as if THE PATIENT HAS NO RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT IS BEING DONE TO THEIR OWN RECORDS.
about 1/2 still have no idea what a conditional payment even is.
THE Virginia call center seems over all to the be better trained people.. and those in the SE one are not as gullible to all the misinformation being spewed out as if they are able to figure things our for themselves yet..

No one allowed to tell me what is on my records and got hung up on by some supervisors. I did get to A. B supervisor, management who has not treated me well in the past.. But he did look up my records and saw that my Fed Blues terminated by them on 2/28/10 as a retirement date.. he does not see all that the cyber could has that since the COUP OF 2002 AND BEFORE 4/09 WHEN his corporate headquarters in NY began using an illegal software program they run soon after the bi weekly post and for years would delete the primary employer group health plans of the people.. SO MEDICARE COULD BE STOLEN.. IN OUR NAMES AND CREATE OVERPAYMENTS AGAINST US OUR HEIRS INHERIT.
But finally in 2014 they did begin to repost it as secondary even though that is not legal and over payments now exists but at least it kept the bill collectors away . FOR THE MOST PART.
BEFORE 4/09:
They would delete the Blues and flip it to secondary from fax requests from Trailblazers to illegally pay it at Medicare so that it would not get paid legally as a conditional payments that would then get to recovery and the due process letters got the real Us Department of Labor to pay back the money and the proof that could then end the contract with Lynn Blodgett's company ACS where massive amounts of money to pay our medical bills has disappeared and links for that are to the CLINTON FOUNDATION AS LINKED TO THIS SITE.. ONE IS FROM FORBES MAGAZINE.

and then on 3/1/10 it posts with different wording like a new policy and as a secondary to Medicare as "working aged." I ASKED HIM WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?.. and he began to 'see' that 'working aged', he does seem to know means I AM NOT RETIRED AND THAT BLUES WOULD BE THE PRIMARY PAYER...
As for FECA its saying that it shows that on 10/7/16 it was deleted * from the screen only ... THAT TS NOT CLOSED ON THE SYSTEM AS THAT SECURITY HAS REMAINED FROM THE POST FROM MY PERSONNEL OFFICE AT THE REAL US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR.
I said why did BCRC DELETE IT AS I AM NOT DEAD TO END THE PERMANENT MEDICAL AND I HAVE NO LETTER SAYING IT ENDED FROM FECA EITHER AS BI WEEKLY YOU ARE BEING GIVEN THE POST INFO
He SAID THE DALLAS CMS OFFICE SAID TO DELETE IT.. and I said they have no files on me and no data or records. Even the Dallas FECA office sent me a a letter from the managers stating that they have only what Lynn Blodgett verbally tells him.. HE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR SEND ME ANY LETTER AS HE HAS TO KNOW HE COULD BE IN LEGAL TROUBLE FOR HIS ACTS TO ORDER THE HACKING OF THE MEDICARE SYSTEM WITH INFO HE GOT FROM LYNN BLODGETT ET AL AS GOSSIP. when he should have been finding our how medical provides could send in paper claims to get paid legally as a conditional payment and did not do so..
As a Christian , all that is occurring follows the prophecy as revels in the Book of revelation as all follow the beast system and its little horn..that emerges from its murky 'swamp of corruption.' . I pray its not the real one, and person. for if so its going to be horrific as predicted and already is for many already.
I think AB did begin to believe the truth as they show they GOT 2 LETTERS FROM S. W. and INFORMED HIM THAT LYNN BLODGETT'S OIS WHO TOLD HIM AND HE THEN PASSED ON THE LIE TO BCRC AND THEY JUSTIFY HIS GOSSIP TO DELETE THE SCREEN? I never got such an illegal letter as he ha no authority to ever and any thing like that as how do they know its really was from him??? .
I asked if he could send me a copy of the letter they got. and he said that was not posted on the screen... Just the notation of who had sent it in.. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A FAX FROM HIM.
That needs to be turned over to the US Justice department to investigate him for causing me so much grief and potential loss of life to this day . or the stealing of the identify of a government official and criminal acts committed as him if not really him. . as medical care is being obstructive right now. And the public treasury being robbed. The innocent ha a right to be cleared as well as the guilty face the legal system
Our son just brought another 200 lb. tank of liquid oxygen so I could live another few days when I am approved for life even by Medicare but its FECA;s bills as even the judges have ordered that recovery contractors do their job they are paid to do and will not do so .
Recovery letters that were sent out previously ended in the 'trash' with Lynn Blodgett who never showed them to the real US Department of Labor.. On oxygen or any other bills that was paid prior to the COUP OF 2002 AND WOULD BE STILL IF HE WOULD NOT ORDER ;LET HER DIE ON ME AND OTHERS ALL OVER THE NATION. and those injured or all over the country are facing a real DEATH PANEL

I had gone to the judges with the only intermediary who ever did this legal conditional payment on their own and asked them to enforce the laws but they could not over come the Clinton Executive order death panel order not to enforce the laws since 1994. Only ask for the money to be repaid... and them the patient takes the recovery response and goes to court for the taxpayers refund .. but the recovery unit defies the judges on this. and now is not even notify the primary payers at all anymore
Medicare will reject the claim saying primary payer and now NO OXYGEN SUPPLIER WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THERE IS AN OPEN WORKERS COMP CASE TO EVEN FILE THE CLAIMS WITH FIRST TO THEN BE ABLE TO GO ON AND HAVE MEDICARE PAY IF ITS NOT PAID NO TIMELY ANSWERED
A.B. also admitted that their training at BCRC is that workers comp no longer pays medical bills 6 months after one gets a Medicare card That is never been true at FECA and state regulated workers comp laws number with at least over 50 versions of them.. and THEY HAVE NO ONE TRAINED IN THE LAW TO HELP THEM SORT IT OUT.. AND THEY HACK THE SYSTEMS BASED ON GOSSIP ??? Sounds like a full times job for an employment attorney.. and that is what his used to be in-house with the government before 1999. the laws and rules are all published on line from the real government web sites AND NO ONE READS HEM AS THEY CANNOT FACE WHAT THEY ARE SEATED IN THE MEDDLE OF A REAL SWAMP OF CORRUPTION ??
and never notify the patients they are doing it until we end up with no health care to stay alive??

1 800 Medicare got hyper after 12 Am and kept hanging up on me.. They seem to have the mymedicaregov screen being used. So they have hidden the bi weekly post until they can get it hacked??
just called back before I post this and the system is down for another hour as its being updated. WHAT WILL IT DO THIS TIME. WILL THEY HACK? and I physically need to rest.. as life is precious even when it being threatened for each and ever one of us with no one in authority to go to for help now. We are on our won and all we have is each other until we get a government in place that represents us and our basic human rights. AND THIS EVIL HAS CAUSED ANOTHER MASSIVE DEATHS IN GERMANY WHILE THE AMERICAN HIDDEN HOLOCAUST CONTINUES ONE BY ONE all over.
