This is a series of Daily Recaps that began back on 1025/16 when I found my Medicare data files in intentional and illegal meltdown worse than ever before since the COUP of 2002 when massive thefts and illegal alterations by the unaccountable government contractors took control of the USA and not just in Health care..

The medical profession has had to pay billions to clearing houses of and connected to partners of Lynn Blodgett since the COUP of 2002 to even get access to bill Medicare. when the taxpayer has paid for the system and once was directly accessible and legal to do so once one has signed its OK to bill ones insurance. etc.
Many have an employer who posts what their insurance and health plans and workers comp, coverage is and which is to pay first, etc. Their CMS contract is that the Benefit and Coordination and Recovery Contractor is not to alter that when an employer posts. and no one else's word is to be taken for it. not even mines. AND CERTAINLY NOT ONE WITH ULTERIOR MOTIVES TO HIDE THE INFO FOR WHAT EVER NEFARIOUS REASONS
I agree with it and so does three Medicare judges., case M09-1406 and nothing can change until ACS posts my file as ordered so a permanent disability can be processed as they have to have access and order's to use my records etc. and get the facts from me as rumors and gossip has run amok and no one has any idea what is going on.
There is a lot more to do and pay that is owed as approved already also directly to me.. as ordered by other judges. etc. Monies I would have had and more if I had not been injured and just kept on working and being in good health.
a LOT OF RIGHTS GO WITH ALL THOSE POSTINGS AND THE PATIENT DOES NOT WORK FOR BCRC to give due process rights if they are altered. And that altering ends with ones medical treaters being subject to fines and penalties if they do not bill in the right order and patients heirs. inherit the over payments as there is no one processing a simple waiver request of over payment if its dumped on to Medicare which the primary payers are and have been doing in mass amounts since the COUP OF 2O02. patients and medical community need a mass waiver. from what we have had to endure and too many have lost their lives-in this before their time also

The new illegal trick to withhold from ones doctor, etc. using an offline screen to not show there is an open liability case like workers comp from this is to crated an offline screen and not send them the real info which THEY HAVE WELL PAID TO GET.
The cloud , in the meantime, is sending various regions and other connected systems differing info periodically to try and correct the illegal alteration from my personnel office which for injured federal workers is THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR;s and not the Regional FECA office which does not have access to that info . THEY HAVE NOTHING! but what Lynn Blodgett wants the to have and for me.. that is nothing that exposes what he is really doing and ordering doe or not done. .. which would also need to write the refund check to Medicare and since they also post that FECA is to pay all of my bills, they would have evidence that Affiliated Computer Services would have had its contract cancelled with them a long time ago. .. and he would not be the virtual dictator now of the USA, would he??
FAKE NEWS CAN PUT ONE IN POWER AND KEEP ONE IN POWER... and every one else suffers for it. as the one gets a congressional immunity when they cannot be internally audited nor criminally investigated.

seems to be an offline system that gets only about one update a months, other that for new claims just paid or not paid. THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED SINCE I GOT SO THAT NOW IT DOE NOT STATE THE REASON A CLAIM IS NOT PAID MAKING ONE GET THE PAPER CLAIMS IN THE MAIL.
THIS IS FAKE NEWS AS THEY WANT YOU TO GET THEN ELECTRONICALLY AND THAT IS NOT THE REAL INFO AT ALL.
AS THE ONLINE ONE DOES NOT SHOW THE REASON.. now AND THEN IF CHARGES ARE REDUCED MORE THAN THE ACROSS THE BOARD CUTS TO PROVIDERS , THAT LEGAL CITATION IS MISSING WHICH IS GOING TO BE NEEDED TO FILE AN Appeal.

HE HAS NOT INPUT ONE OXYGEN INVOICE TO THE REAL SYSTEM SINCE 2002 AS "THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE GIG WOULD BUY UP AND HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS." and "let her die" was the order spewed out all over. as that would end his contract.. for valid reasons.

AND ITS GETTING REVEALED THAT THE CALL CENTER IS BEING DUPED BY THEIR CORPORATE IN NY WHICH IS THE ONES DOING THE ILLEGAL HACKS..
WHICH IS WHAT IT IS RICCO OR ORGANIZED CRIME WITH THEM FACILITATING THE THEFT BY THE INSUERS AND OTHERS WHO DO NOT WISH TO PAY THE BILLS THAT ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY AT THE TIME OF MEDICAL CARE WAS PROVIDED .

IT SEEMED PRETTY OBVIOUS THEY HAD THE SAME INFO AS mymedicare.gov, but could not see the workers comp screen at all. they had blues as secondary so thefts could be created and all kinds of hardship when its not know there is a workers comp case involved. AN EMERGENCY SURGERY ETC, NEEDS TO BE A PHONE CALL TO WORKERS COMP TO AT LEAST GET PROOF OF A CONFIRMATION NUMBER ETC. THAT THE CALL WAS MADE. and They will not take the info from the patient any more at all AS THEY DO NOT EVEN GET WHAT WE TURN IN .
as the whole is so disconnected with Lynn Blodgett running and managing all of it to make sure the bills do not get paid by them but get dumped onto Medicare since they are is no real government internal audit of that..
He audits the doctors etc. and that has led to a real fear tactics that has become horrific when they have no government to go to as we patients do not have them to stop abuses of power either. ITS THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND PATIENTS WHO NEED AN OVERALL AMNESTY AND THEN GET THE RECORDS STRAIGHTENED OUT AS IT AFFECTS HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR LIFE. and medical research is being skewed FOR ALL OF US to keep well and be made well also..
As the contracted out to the former Group Health also in 1999, national data base that is not under HIPPAA has become a deadly horror story of typos and co mingled patients files.
