see a link to a series of Daily recap since 10/26/16 when I found my Medicare info records in complete meltdown sent to all the providers by their overpaid  clearing houses which is to be the truthful info from our  employers etc. and has been altered illegally  since thee COUP OF 2002 BY THE CMS CONTRACTORS VIOLATING THEIR CONTRACTS WITH THEM NOT TO ALTER THE INFO AT ALL. ( three Medicare judges checked and affirmed its accurate).
  There is now an offline system which  is being passed on by Lynn Blodgett's'  as info giver to them already and he owns the big one.. and  HE IS A MAJOR OWNER OF THE COMPANY THAT IS NOW DESIGNING A SYSTEM THAT IS MORE PRONE TO ALLOW THEFT THAN EVER BEFORE  by his cabal he now pays most claims for also inside the liability insurers like workers comp in the USA and those costs are way down as he has convinced  the Medicare claim  payers that after 6 months of having a Medicare card MEDICARE IS THE PAYER FOR EVERYONE WORKER'S COMP NOW A D NO ONE HAS TO PAY THE MONEY BACK TO MEDICARE .except the overpaid patients and heirs ..
     A US SUPREME DECISION A OPEL OF MONTHS AGO NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT AS IT SAID A COMPANY CAN GE HELD LIABLE FOR ACTS OF THEIR CONTRACTORS FOR THOSE BILLS . ILLEGALLY DUMPED WITH ALL DUPED IN TO THE LIE. except the RECOVERY UNIT IS NO LONGER SENDING OUR RECOVERY LETTERS TO RUN THE 2 YEAR DUE PROCESS LIMIT UNDER A NEW LAW...
     That is fraud and often that has no time limits at all   .  and why no one is able to do an electronic conditional payments and all need to be doing these to protect themselves and patients in an era when anything can be going on and its worse than ever before since the COUP OF 2002. worse than even before the CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW OF 1980 WAS PASSED AND IT HAD GOTTEN BAD THEN. .
    as I have been finding out this last few weeks until congress wakes up and puts back the right of agencies to use their existing budget to get inside and find out what is going on and cancel the contracts of blatant bad contractors and  have the remaining ones obey the laws they have been deceived  into not obeying  .  If Congress does not take action, there may not be money to even buy the pump to DRAIN THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION  WHEN THE NEW ADMINISTRATION COMES INTO POWER AND HAS SAID THEY WISHED TO CLEAN UP THIS CORRUPTED MESS.  not the first to say so and then thwarted at every turn  and fell  down on getting the job done.
    Conditional payments as paper claims is about all that any one can do when they can not get accurate info of what ones health plan or liability plan is to protect themselves or the patient form any kind of liability .. See the post of 10/28/16 of my conversation with the manager of Novatis. as to how to do a paper claim. They are a major claims payer for Medicare VA Indian  Health etc. in the nation.
Until THEIR IS BUDGET AUTHORITY TO SPEND ONE PENNY FROM CONGRESS THERE NO WAY TO GET  A SYSTEMS EXPERT FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT INSIDE TO SHUT THIS MESS DOWN AND GET WHAT THE TAXPAYERS HAVE PAID FOR. AND HAVE NOT HAD SINCE THE Coup of 2002. Even Homeland Security ' missed /'all that was ready to do insides once they left and finding no China or Russia hacking the system .. THE REAL HACKING BEGAN WORSE THAN EVER. 
            Its like the 2 sets of books and more as hat one providers gets may be different that another and no one is getting the real info that came from ones employer soon after they illegally altered by contractor headquarters  at BCRC of Group Health Inc  now Emblem Health International. last week it was only about 30 minutes before the system was altered. WHEN ITS USUALLY BEEN A FEW HOURS.
  When not every one is getting the same alteration etc.  and some get real garbage  as occurred on 10/25/16 , its as if a provider not hiring his companies for things that they have to for  unnecessary regulations that are  shuffling of data that systems paid for by the taxpayer should be doing for the medical professionals for free. This is not to reduce health care costs over all?. Regulations that have little to do with good direct health care. While things that should be getting put in place to be helpful for good medical care is not being done at all.

                 yesterday got a little side tracked as I published and responded to another matter with regard to President Obama's birth in Topeka Ks. as many know the story as the lynching of his dad, Rosa Parks Nephew in law. INSTEAD OF WHO THE BABY WAS AND IS OUR 44TH PRESIDENT.

AND US JUSTICE DEPT ETC. by act of CONGRESS THAT FEW EVEN KNOW THEY VOTED TO OVER THROW THE GOVERNMENT AND FEW EVEN NOW THEY RE NOT PASSING ANY LAWS THAT WILL BE OBEYED. AT ALL AS THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE..

If one is able to steal from the public treasury then they can underbid and get the contracts as no one in the real government will ever know they are stealing. let alone lives lost from obstructions of medical care that follows.. in health care.(if any are involved then real government officials can be investigated and prosecuted unless they are high level and that unit in the US Justice Dept. was dismantled about 4 years ago by Attorney General Eric Holder and I have no direct info its been set back up that would investigate them . (THEY REAL TRUTH OF WHY HILLARY COULD NOT BE PROSECUTED? no one on the job to do so or clear her either?)

In other agencies including another big pot of money to send out money by systems controlled by contracts of his and partners Social security with systems insecure and being hacked over there and more money that can be pilfered all to easily is no one is allowed to get in and audit the real systems being used to check things...THEY HAVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS BY LYNN BLODGETT CABAL 2 YEARS AGO AND LETTER SENT TO CONGRESS AND IGNORED TO THIS DAY.. these are two funds of money that all of us are directly affected by now and in the future. and its vital they not be stolen from us, as every penny is needed for those who are to get those benefits, us and others. ..another of Lynn Blodgett's major shareholder company is over there now in control of that.. and at Medicare no patient who ends up with over payments which are passed on to their hires can get a wavier which SSA agreed to do in 2005 and have not processed one of them by his company as I have been told they are being sent to him in Dallas by any who do file a request.. NO ONE AT CMS IS DOING THERE AND EVEN FEW APPEALS ARE BEING ANSWERED EITHER JUST TO GET THE OVERPAYMENT TO THE RECOVERY UNIT. THE LAST LAND GRAB IS THIS CABAL ABLE NOW TO COLLECT MONIES OWED THE GOVERNMENT AND NOT THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF. ..
An easy waiver just like is on a stolen credit card. where one gives no financial info and writes its against equity and good conscience as how can a patient enforce the laws if the government itself cannot..
If one would do a 'citizens arrest" there is no money to spend to investigate or prosecute a law breaker IF THEY ARE A CONTRACTORS.
I have not hears of this authority to do so is in the budget bill just passed , If so we should be getting this mess shut down fast all over the government ..?? as agencies all have much good 'unofficial' info from the public stacked up ready to go when Congress says is OK.. but first is get inside the Medicare system and those illegally manipulating it and shut this stealing 'machine' down as its an ingenious theft 'vehicle' that has been being perfected for 15 years.

mymedicare.gov has no changes from yesterday just part truth and part not as who is to pay the bills etc. and looks as if Recovery unit is doing its job but stopped sending out recovery letters to primary payers not paying by being intentionally mistrained to only send to the patient and we never get the response from the primary as  are to do so .. as they are not being sent those as in the past.. the NEW REGULATION (LAW)  OF A 2 YEAR LIMIT TO GIVE DUE PROCESS IS BEING RUN OUT SO THEY NEVER HAVE TO PAY THE MONEY CAK YET MY CLAIMS ARE STILL PENDING UN[AID AND NO TIME LIMIT RUN OUT ON THOSE.. AND DOES THAT STOP THE CLOCK AS WE  HAVE NOTIFIED THE PRIMARY PAYERS OURSELVES?
    .     But  THE PATIENT IS STILL IS LIABLE FOR THE MONEY PAID ILLEGALLY .. and even if they do not know its occurred , their heirs are still liable. as we beg for letters to be sent to the primary .. WE ARE MISLED TO BELIEVE THEY WERE SENT OUT AND HAVE NOT BEEN FOR SOME TIME. they were and have been in the past. THIS IS AN EASY WAIVER FOR PATIENTS. BUT LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT ANSWER ONE. AND HE IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO THIS ANYWAY... AS FAR AS I KNOW THE LAW HAS NOT CHANGED AS THAT NEEDS TO COME FORM A REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL. and how high the amount is how high the level of the official and how many have to also sign off on the waiver request.

is not in today and even the phone menus was down . Its always indicated that FECA (federal workers  comp ) was in there and its been vague as to where the Blues was there at all as they used to delete it altogether and in later years flipped   illegally to secondary .

I called back and they had one of a number of  fake retirement dates called in by Lynn Blodgett over at Blues of effective 8/1/2004 and showed that on 10/21/11 they updated the FECA to show the date that Lynn Blodgett has run all over the government to heads of agencies ,etc. and said that on that date I had been giving a workers comp settlement  and retired.    False info passed out as he withheld from all of them that the US Depart of Labor  Judges orders that said just the opposite. affirming my benefits approved   and that includes my permanent medical for 22 years that continues  until death .\
     He keeps telling all his new rewrite of the law  that at FECA one gets a sum of money at some time for future  medical and there IS NO SUCH N THE FECA LAW.. THEY JUST PAY YOUR BILLS.. Loss of body part is a sum, but its paid with monthly checks over an extended period of time as a portion of added to ones monthly checks but with a leave buy out if one decided to take it in a lump sum check as a buy out.. BUT THAT STILL WOULD LEAVE THE MEDICAL WITH HIM TO PAY.. There was a sum given at the time his company took over total control of FECA but its the sum 'HE"  was to use to pay our claims.
HE HAS BEEN AN EXPERT ALL OVER TAKING THE LAW AS WRITTEN AND APPROVED AS ACCURATE BY COURTS ETC AND REWRITING ALL TO MEET HIS NEEDS OR HIS SUPERIORS TO EFFECT THEFTS. AND CONVINCE ALL WORK IN THE SYSTEM THAT HE IS ACCURATE AS NONE BOTHERS TO GO READ THE LAWS THEMSELVES TO KNOW??
The other plan proposed but then never was implemented but the money went into his company as his company call center showed it n each of our system files there , but mine was never really set up to let anyone in the real government see, so 200? OF US HAVE NOT HAD OUR FECA SYSTEM FILES SET UP YET??? under each of our names as if we personally had been sent it.. to money given his company Affiliated Computer Series to use at OPM' CONTRACTOR WHO HE IS THEM AND IS THE INFO GIVER TO ALL OF THEM .
yet a few dribbles paid by Blues as co pays is being paid from that as if we all had a little bit of bills for FECA but not the true amount?? NO AUDIT; NO WAY TO VERIFY AND HE HAS AUDITING COMPANIES TO AUDIT HIS OTHER COMPANIES AND PARTNERS DISAPPEARED AS ABOUT 200 FEDS BOT DUMPED ILLEGALLY ONTO MEDICARE IN 2002??? for me and as early as 1999 for others.. we had Arkansas Blues here and thy paid their bills....but did miss a few and I sent them to recovery later on .. ETC  My source of info is OPM OIG and others caught without medical care in this SWAMP OF CORRUPTION THAT OUR 200, MILLION DOLLARS MUST BE THE BED THE 'CORRUPTERS'  LAY ON IN THE DEPTHS OF IT.??
    In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus. I pray for our present and future leaders as there is a corrupted evil mess allows to grab control that cannot be allowed to continue .. and few have been willing to stand up to it.
  I am exhausted but its imperative that this info get our as the only source for any in the real government and others to know is those patients who audit their individual records and willing to  share the info.  THIS IS A SYSTEM MELTDOWN  and it affects not only our finance personally but as a nation and it directly affects OUR ACCESS TO BEST MEDICAL CARE AS OUR OWN GOOD DOCTORS, ETC ARE BEING CRUSHED UNDER THIS TRYING TO DO THEIR BEST FOR US.
