Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 12/9/16 MEDICARE MELTDOWN: CONTRACTOR 'COOKS' THE BOOKS AS PATIENTS AND DOCTORS, ETC. GET THE RISKS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD
This is a series of Daily recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I discovered my personal Medicare records in total meltdown worse than any of the on going hacking since the COUP OF 2002 and one small part of what some insiders say is a trillions of dollars of theft of Medicare by primary payers making deal with unaccountable contractors to facilitate their thefts of 'illegal dumping " NO RECOVERY GOING ON AT THE RECOVERY CONTRACTOR, EITHER.. has recently being discovered.
This is not a victimless crime as it has deadly consequences when ones medical is obstructed by altering or deleting one insurers and health plans from the system that our medical providers pay huge sums to Lynn Blodgett's companies and partners who pay him for the info they pass on. to get the accurate info from the real system that he now controls . and is not sending them even the illegally altered system that shows the multiple changes so they can be aware that it has been messed with.
A system that the taxpayer has already paid for them to have and they have to pay Lynn Blodgetts' and others to get??? AND NOW GET GARBAGE THAT IF USED CAN RESULT IN FINES AND PENALTIES FOR THEM AND OVER PAYMENTS TO THE PATIENTS THAT THEIR HEIRS INHERITS AS THEY ARE NOW TOLD TO IGNORE BY LYNN BLODGETTS BILLING COMPANIES AND CALL CENTERS AND PARTNERS ALL OVER IN THIS WHO GET AL THEIR INFO FROM HIM.
That is THE HELP LINES THEY CALL FOR HELP WHO GET THEIR INFO FROM HIM.. AND NOT FROM the government agency which is often very different and is the laws and rules and policies to be obeyed and hey and Congress think it is as no one is allowed to do a real internal audit since the COUP OF 2002 TO KNOW THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON . UNLESS THEY LISTEN TO INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED LIKE ME. in the real death panels created by this cabal ,
CMS which has had little to do with health care since the Coup of 2002 when Congress defunded any budget to do their oversight job. THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE SYSTEM IS NOT DESIGNED AS PAID FOR BY US. and have no idea its in a melt down as my daily tracking has shown.. If anyone does know then they can still be investigated for possible criminal complicity... except the office In the US Justice depart was dismantled about 5 years ago by Attorney General Eric Holder that would be the ones to investigate high level corruption in the government .. NOW YOU KNOW HILLARY CANNOT BE CHARGED OR CLEARED. BY THE US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT BUT CONGRESS DID NO SEEM TO NOW THIS .
Worse is the Coordination and Recovery center customer service people have no idea that their corporate headquarters is and has been involved in this on going hacking.. to help the primary hackers who do not wish to pay their bills.
ITS LIKE A CIA BLACK OPS THAT NO ONE KNOW WHAT ANY ONE ELSE IS DOING and its designed so they not know as someone might 'blow the whistle' on what has been called as the 'biggest ricco' case in USA HISTORY and in world history? .. and its our precious health care system that has collapsed as Medicare is the gold standard for all and the same cabal of contractors is not in control of the virtual USA and our records and data at all levels of government and that is our records held in trust by the government to be kept secure and unaltered for when we need them for official matters. .. and with health care that is every ones medical records and other files. WITH NO ONE ALLOWED TO OVERSEE THE SECURITY OR SANCTITY OF THE RECORDS SINCE THE coup of 2002. now since 1999 when it all got contracted out more than ever and NEVER UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW
WORSE IS OUT AND OUT EXTORTION'S? BEING WAGED AGAINST SOME OF OUR GOOD MEDICAL PROVIDERS, LABS AND OTHER MEDICAL PERSONNEL AND EVEN HOSPITALS. Like 'protection' money of organized crimes the appearance of being squeezed in to paying his companies is becoming seemingly apparent when one looks at the over all picture.
CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING ABOUT THE BUDGET Bill today having PUT BACK a portion of it TO STOP THE THEFT OF THE USA when its not money needs but the right to use the budget agencies already have be used for internal audits and criminal investigations when crimes are 'officially' documented . THEY KNOW FROM US from all parts ALL OVER THE GOVERNMENT BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO ACT DUE TO CONGRESS NOT KNOWN AS KNOW ONE KNOWS ANYTHING BUT WHAT THE CONTRACTOR LETS THE AGENCIES KNOW. I pray its in there tonight as thy vote as if its not.. WE CANNOT "DRAIN THE SWAMP" OR FIX HEALTH CARE WHEN THE SAME CABAL IS RUNNING IT WITH NO ONE TO SEE IT DOES NOT GO THE WAY OF WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE IN PLACE FOR THE SAME REASONS.

MYMEDICAE.GOV HAS NOT CHANGED TO DAY .. its shows the altered info of Fed Blues flipped to secondary as of 8/1/2004 based on one of the fake retirement dates called in by Lynn Blodgetts' management company at Blues who is told by Lynn Blodgett's as the misinformation giver to OPM contractors of his cabal.
Change of addresses, and any kind of change that has nothing to do with who pays first or the permanent medical at FECA for 22 years. has been used to justify this including the month I turned 65 which has not changed who is primary for over 40 years when employer group health plans used to become became secondary at age 65. if any company even offered them as most did not as they were not even offered by the insurers then .
Medicare: "Benefits and Coordination Recovery Contractors (BCRC) a subsidiary of the former Group Health of NY. now Emblem Health International gets a biweekly posting from my federal personnel office and shows me active duty and my Federal Employees Compensation Act (FECA) we feds' workers comp as permanent until death due to them putting me on home compressed or liquid oxygen 22 years ago .. that anything that occurs with FECA with regard to any other matter like wage loss has no impact on the medical benefits. and no one cares to know about this in 15 years. and few feds really have little understanding of their personnel rights unitl they are injured or other life event finds them trying to find out or impending retirement .. less than we even were decades ago .. few seem to now and no one at Medicare or contractors do either that when one s under workers comp its only them who can retire you when they put you on permanent disability and few even with insurance company carriers seem to even know that. .
The government web sites are an atrocity of PDF files, one cannot do a word search etc. to easily find what one wishes to know about. and it makes finding any kind of info impossible in an era when one should be able to do a 'Google' search and find most of why is backed up for 50 years of FOIA requests... all over the government. most should be able to locate in a few moments and only the more sensitive info require written request at all
We cannot learn to use the FREE LABOR OF MACHINES AND MODERN SYSTEMS TO GET US OUT OF THIS CORRUPT MORASS THAT THIS CABAL OF CONTRACTORS UNDER LYNN BLODGETT ER AL AS THE ONE NAMED AS THE 'BOSS; OF THE USA. BY HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS AND CONTRACTORS' HEADS ? WHO HAVE TO TAKE HIS WORD FOR THINGS A THEY HAVE NO WAY TO VERIFY ANYTHING AS NO ACCESS TO ANY RECORDS OF THE USA OR US ANYMORE .
CONGRESS THEN PASSES LAWS THAT DO NOT WORK IN THE REAL WORLD AND MORE CONTRACTORS GET LET TO HIS CABAL TO MAKE MORE MONEY FOR HIS CABAL AND WE GET ROBBED AND THINGS ARE GONE DOWN TO A REAL HELL FOR MANY AND MOST ARE DOING LESS WELL Than our potential could be..
The Phone menu TODAY at BCRC indicates the FECA is on the system and its has never been able to be removed in the very secure bi weekly post from my personnel office which for all injured feds is the US Department of labor one. No one has access to my actual FECA file as even the former Sec of Labor was defied by Lynn Blodgett to get it posted to be worked on an established case of a non controverted case of 1/10/89 when all the medical should still be getting paid by them until death and he dumped about 200? of us onto Medicare as soon as he took over and all were told a big pool of money for us from the taxpayers disappeared in what the OIG for OPM said was a suspected embezzlement ring.. but due to no budget from Congress nothing could be investigated to find it... and a similar amount was reported by a major news magazine that laundered through a Shell company in connected to the Clinton Foundation and he bought out his boss. whom a linked article to this blog was reported was got drunk on his yacht ahd he ended up owning the company in a buy out.. I just reported that my medical providers and oxygen supplier were being told I HAD BEEN GIVEN A MILLION DOLLARS for my medical care AND that is not the Lea and I never got any such for medical care nor any such sum ever in my life. and neither has any one else I knows of as the FECA is not that way by law. .
Yet one date he keeps spewing out to all is the date he says ' SHE GOT A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND THERE IS NOTHING TO DO ON HER CASE NOTHING HAS OCCURRED AND ILL NOT ON ANY OTHER PART OF FECA for loss of body part use. and when I do retire the paper work was ready for the leave buy back at my employing agency and that would be paid as a lump sum when FECA does approve the permanent disability and that can not occur until Lynn Blodgett posts my files as the Judges. have ordered ham to do using my records when they affirmed my accepted conditioned and ordered all processed paid etc. as then my claims examines would have access to my file to approve it etc. as it was ready and in file when he took over also.
4 parties sign off on this and he is NOT one of them The Sec of Labor would be handling such at their level .. .
and that same mantra has been repeated over and over from him as if its fact and nothing of the sort has occurred and certainly nothing that would affect FECA paying my medical bills, which is what Medicare would be concerned about .. as three Medicare judges verified the accuracy of the posting with them and its accurate and what the FECA laws says is legally correct.
INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
If he is not implicated in the missing money etc. then he needs to know what is being spewed out about him... and stop repeating lies if they came from others. and stop all those his ;gossip has caused to occur all over. .
I got hung up at BCRC this AM as they are no longer allowed to give me any info on my records. one said.. Later in the day I called back as there is another call center and I got the info that Medicare was primary to blues and no FECA on the screen as they are now only seeing the second screen that is offline from the real one and all that is being given to our medical providers..
The recovery unit of theirs has the open workers Comp case but no recovery letters are being sent our for some time to primary payers at all on any cases. THAT' S THEIR BASIC JOB TO GET THE CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LETTERS DONE WHEN THE PRIMARY PAYERS DID NOT PAY AND SEND OUT THE DUE PROCESS LETTERS FOR THEM TO ANSWER and or pay the refund. AND HAVE THEIR INPUT ETC. AND NONE OF THAT IS GOING ON TO LET THE 2 YEAR LIMIT PASS WHEN THEY WILL NEVER HAVE TO PAY THE MONEY BACK?.. BY A NEW RULE.
. But the patients ' heirs will inherit the over payments and no one is processing any waiver requests either which is an easy one for any one to get.. with no financial info needed to provide and just say 'against equity and good conscience" IF THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT STOP THEFT OF ONES DATA AND STEAL IN THEIR NAME THEN HOW IS A PATIENT GOING TO STOP MAJOR CRIMES. I cannot arrest anyone? and neither can the government ! thanks to Congress when they are a contractors. READ THIS BLOG OF ALL WE HAVE TRIED TO DO AND MORE One person is not able to at all...
EARLIER in the day , I got transferred to a supervisors and got harassed. badly ... I said tell your corporate offices that the cyber cloud is ' melting down' exposing all the illegal hacks over the years and they are not going to be able to hack the system any more soon after the bi weekly posting as the system us not deleting anything.
Its just setting up a second screen to lie to all who need the real info for getting claims paid correctly and knowing what medical care one is able to have and get paid for.. as not Knowing that obstructs even life sustaining medical care and some have nor survived this cabal corruption . but is would not matter as Lynn Blodgett et al is now in control of the system and has already been the info giver to the clearing houses and his own major clearing house many have now. and he has just merged all of this into
HE IS THE DICTATORIAL DECIDER OF FACT FOR THE USA .
At 1-800 Medicare I talked to a few today in various parts of the USA. Kentucky call center was still on the real system and could seen the many hackings of the system and attempts to delete the FECA .. SHE HAD BEEN TOLD IT MEANT THE FECA WAS TERMINATED AND SEVERAL DELETION DATES SHOWN . but no date for that being termination and or closed.
This is the date they deleted the post from the screen that most seek and what our medical providers get the fake screen of lies that the info giver Blodgett et al wishes all to have. . THEY ARE NOT BEING TOLD NOW. AS THEY ALWAYS WERE FROM THE SYSTEM THAT I HAVE IT AS A PRIMARY ALONG WITH MY BLUES WHICH IS THOSE ON MY PLAN WITH MEDICARE CARDS IS THEIR PRIMARY
THE REAL SCREEN IN A BLATANT RED FLAG TO DO A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WHICH THE RECOVERY UNIT IS NOT EVEN DOING WHAT THEY ARE CONTRACTED TO DO ANY MORE WITH REGARD TO THEM .. AND GET THE MONEY REFUNDED.. (THE PROCESS EXPOSES THEIR OWN CORPORATE ILLEGAL HACKING. for the primary payers to get out of paying .
Lynn Blodgetts' companies pay nearly all the workers comp in the USA now and its way down since he took over .. MEDICARE IS PAYING NEARLY ALL OF WORKERS COMP MEDICAL BILLS and he has convinced the clams payers that 6 months after one gets a Medicare card that there is no medical paid on any ones workers comp now..
YET EMPLOYERS ARE PAYING HIGHER PREMIUMS AND THEY NEED A REFUND ALSO.?
.ONE MORE THING TO FIX SO THEY RETURN TO THE USA? If they want NO FAULT HEALTH CARE THEN CONGRESS NEEDS TO PASS IT AND THEN LOWER EVERY ONE PREMIUMS ALL OVER INCLUDING ON OUR AUTO INSURANCE ETC NOW
No billing person . do an electronic payment legally a the system is 'rigged' to make a conditional payment nearly impossible as its got to be a paper claim and get permission to do so from Lynn Blodgett et al
THEY ARE BEING COERCED AND LIED TO AND TOLD THAT THE SYTEM IS UPDATED NOW SO ITS ALL RIGHT TO BILL MEDICARE AND THE LIE IS THEY ARE BEING TOLD TO STEAL BY CONVINING THEM NOT TO DO A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WHICH GETS BOTH THE MEDICAL PROVIDER AND THE PATIENT RELIEF FROM ANY OVER PAYMENTS.
THEY MUST NOT WISH ANY TO GET TO THE RECOVERY UNIT WHICH DOES NOT RECOVER FOR BILLS TO BE CURRENTLY PAID. AND LESS FOR OTHERS IN 'MINI= COURTS AFTER THE FIRST ONE SOME HAVE TO GO TO GET THE BENEFITS IN THE FIRST PLACE IN FRONT OF A REAL JUDGE OR HEARING OFFICER.
SINCE 1/1/06 THEY USE THE DATE OF ENTITLEMENT TO PART A MEDICARE AND NOT THE REAL INJURY DATE AND IT WILL REJECT WHEN THEY TRY. TO DO AN ELECTRONIC CONDITIONAL PAYMENT.
CMS DOES NOT KNOW THIS .AT ALL they think its designed as the taxpayer paid for.. AND WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY ONE WHO IS CAUGHT IN THE Deadly 'SWAMP OF CORRUPTION; WITH MEDICARE BEING BLATANTLY STOLEN.. by the ones contracted to see its not stolen..
The fox was put in the hen house by SEC OF HHS DONNA SHALALA OF THE CLINTON FOUNDATION IN 1999 AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO STOP IT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
I asked the nice lady in Kentucky to get a print out of all the attempts to delete the FECA and other illegal alterations she saw and of course this cabal would not wish every medical providers in the nation to see all that is really going on if they got what they pay for, the real system and them start filing all the conditional payments to protect their clients. and patients. would they ?? and she saw all the dates that Blues was made secondary and some overlap when it was both primary and secondary ..

I HAVE HAD THE SAME POLICY AND NUMBER SINCE 1991 and three of us on my employer group health plan have Medicare cards and we are all having medical care obstructed and overpaid with heirs to inherit the over payments .. and none of us can get a Civil right case answered nor wavier request answered either and every claims has to be appealed to try and get an answer which is not happening for several years either and send all to recovery unit is ignored as they DO NOT WANT THE PATIENTS TO FILE ANYTHING WITH THEM AT ALL IS THE INSTRUCTION ON LINE YET WE HAVE PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL RISK AGAINST US AND THAT IS AN ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION THAT CMS SHOULD NEVER ALLOW THE CONTRACTORS TO SEND OUT AS IF IT CAME FROM CMS IS THERE A 'SWAMP' INSIDE HHS AND CMS????
WE PATIENTS HAVE LOST MORE HUMAN RIGHTS THAN EVEN OUR MEDICAL PROVIDERS IN THIS.. AS WE ARE THE VERY ONES WHO CANNOT BE COERCED AS OUR BILLING PEOPLE CAN. and Lynn Blodgett's company that prepares the cases for agency judges will not let us have another hearing to done for several years against him as he is already in defiance of 38 of them who have ordered things done by him over the years.
NONE IN THE AGENCIES EVEN ALLOWED TO SEE ANYTHING OFFICIALLY AS HE CONTROLS WHAT THEY CAN HAVE AND IN TURN HE CONTROLS THE CONGRESS AND PRESIDENT AND CABINET. since the COUP OF 2002/
We are going to have some very powerful and well known leaders put in leadership positions in this nation. and IF THEY CANNOT OVER COME THIS INTERNATIONAL Cabal , then we are not going to survive as a nation..and humanity itself may be at the end.... as there is no choice but to get things changed for the better. and all need to help on this. even if we do not fully agree how we go what we mostly agree needs to be fixed we should do .. first and foremost is stop those harming us financially and physically .. the theft of the monies we hold in common for health care. cannot be stolen from being used for direct care any more. while we may well be getting back to use of fossil fuels in the short term , we must not lose sight of the future and push ahead for cleaner energy sources for the future and keeping our air and water clean is a given if we wish to loser health care costs. as being healthy is part of basic human rights . in our ear. and we need to push for the day when all disease is no more. our leaders take an oath of office to uphold the US Constructional that says in its mandate. 'FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION. " turning this nations assets and putting the people under an unaccountable cabal of international contractors is not uphold their oath of office. AND WE NEED TO BE INVOLVED IN WHAT EVER WAY WE ARE LED TO AS CITIZENS OF THE USA. FIRST TO BE VOTING AND THEN GIVE INPUT WHEN WE HAVE SPECIAL INSIGHT INTO WHAT IS WRONG AND IDEAS OF HOW IT MIGHT BE CORRECTED.
I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that they will become servants of humanity and give back to humanity from what the power and wealth they have been blessed to be able to obtain... I pray for the best and hope for the better, with one eye open.. Its going to take all of us sharing and having our constructive input to get us on the right ad better path we have strayed so far from.. Amen!
