MEDICARE MELTDOWN.
Go to my Daily Recaps since 10/25/16 and read how the cyber war with the Medicare insider thieves are getting exposed.. But the horror is that no one has a clue what my health care plans even are with the illegal hacking of the Common Working File at Medicare contractor all have to use to verify insurance and get a claim paid legally , but not as a conditional payment as that is not programmed since 1/06 in the system as the crooks left it out to help the insiders steal.
Ones own doctor, etc. are then being lied to and told to use the illegally hacked system and patients and medical providers, etc. are all getting over paid from it. And Medicare IS Not identifying the claims to recover from the primary payers. as Emblem Health Int. subsidiary ; Medicare coordination and recovery unit has successfully hacked the system bi weekly for years and allowed claims to be paid illegally . and then they never get them to recovery to get the monies back to Medicare as the cloud is not 'catching the crooks' and crashing the system?
CLOUD NEVER FORGETS
Their people were all told that a red swath across a file meant that an employer was making the post to the system and no one was to touch it... They thought no ones input could change anything and that was a lie.. as the new system is as insecure as the last one with anyone who could see the info can hack in and change the information and that is illegal as its changing who pays first., and all the rights and benefits one is officially has.. '
Its why the CMS Contract they have had since 1999 clearly says DO NOT TOUCH WHEN ONES EMPLOYER IS POSTING . as mine does bi weekly .. and they have not left it alone since the COUP OF 2002 .. Use of illegal offline systems has already resulted in massive thefts a few years ago when patients claims and id were stolen and turned into multiple claims and the money diverted to ? Ask the federal reserves and maybe the cloud will some day reveal that diverted address bank account also. 500 named witnesses only know that the money was taken from Medicare's bank account and it looked as if 300 medical providers got 17 pays each ,, but 16 were diverted elsewhere per the witnesses and that info was not visible ... on the Common Working File. It happened to many as it was prevalent.. and you do not even know you are overpaid or that you inherited a lien on properties to Medicare forever
The transition to not even using ones clams number from SSA which is your or the workers SSN with identifying subscripts as what kind of family member you are is bad news for security ... as that identities one as a real person with Medicare.. with a cross check back to SSA and the initial hack done 10/18/16 successfully created a 9 digit number that is not even an SSN and used a letter that is not even a category at SSA.. and put it in front of the 9 numbers and called it a RAILROAD MEDICARE. They had used my Fed Blues claim number which is not an SSN and added one number to it to make it 9.. MAKE UP A NUMBER AND WRTE YOURSELF A CHECK IF YOU ARE ONE WITH ACCESS TO THE SYSEM IS HOW INSECURE ONE OF THE LARGEST POTS OF MONEY TO STEAL FROM EXISTS IN THE USA AND MAY BE THE WORLD. AND NO ONE IS WATCHING OUT... FROM CMS at all. in fact some are in on it. as they cannot be that ignorant. can they??
NO SECURITY ON AN OFFLINE SYSTEMS BEING SHUFFLED AROUND IN CYBER SPACE CAN STEAL THE LAST DOLLAR OUT OF MEDICARE SINCE NO ONE FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS HAD BUDGET FROM CONGRESS TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT AND TO DAY THAT IS CYBER .. AND NO BUDGET FOR ANY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS. OR CONTRACTORS WOULD HAVE BEEN told 'YOU'RE FIRED" A LONG TIME AGO IF THEY DID NOT Stop allowing insurers from getting out of paying their claims .
SLANDER AND DEFAMATION SPEWED OUT
My efforts have not led to a real defamation and slander at this Company and all are now being told the red swath if not an employer post.. but that its to stop me from changing the records I AM TRYING TO STOP THEM FROM CHANGING WHAT MY EMPLOYER POSTS AS I AND THREE MEDICARE JUDGES SAYS IS ACCURATE. and all have to send me to a supervisor and they are caught in covering up the crimes and refusing to even verify what is on my records, as it is changing hourly at times.

The same situation went on at the Health Insurance Exchange as the info illegally altered did not computer with the accurate and official info , etc. TAXPAYER COSTS WAS A BILLION DOLLARS, AND THEY SET UP AN OFFLINE SYSTEM WITH NO SECURITY AND NOW ANYONE ? CAN GO SIGN UP AND GETTING INSURANCE AND SUBSIDIES PREMIUMS AND HEALTH CARE. AND ONE DOES NOT HAVE TO EVEN BE IN THE USA ETC. OR BE HERE LEGALLY AS NOTHING IS BEING CHECKED WITH OTHER GOVERNMENT RECORDS TO KNOW ANYTHING AND NO SECURITY MEANS ANOTHER BILLIONS IS BEING STOLEN BY THOSE WITH NO RIGHT TO SIGN UP AS THOSE NOT HERE LEGALLY or not even in the USA at all Sign up , and get here and get your health care... and monies stolen from the taxpayers ARE SOME OF THESE PEOPLE EVEN REAL ??/no WAY TO EVEN KNOW?? See the recent GAO report that exposed this but not stopped??
Its easier to get health care than to vote... as no security is checked and to vote most of us has to show some kind of ID now You can not 'fix' health care until this 'swamp is drained' . as no plan will be secure if crooks are allowed to steal it from the inside
As I made calls today and accessed phone verification systems and talked to those at Coordination /recovery as well as at 1-800 Medicare through some who switched me over. as that line is still blocked since 4/09 when I found out from the Deputy sec of HHS that not one of tens of thousands of fraud reports filed on this years ago when a massive theft occurred them . all documented by 500 insiders there had ever been docketed in at HHS.
CROOKS IN A CONTRACTOR LIED TO THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND CONGRESS GOT LIED TO AND WE GOT A COLLAPSED HEALTH CARE SYSTEM THAT HAS COST US MORE AND DELIVERED LESS HEALTH CARE THAN IF WE HAD JUST GIVEN MONEY FOR FREE CLINICS AT EVERY TEACHING HOSPITAL Those who I used to get excellent care from until some came under Lynn Blodgett's management as most of them are now.
AND ALL ARE ADVERSELY AFFECTED PATIENTS AND MEDICAL PERSONNEL NOT ABLE TO DO WHAT THEY ARE WELL TRAINED TO DO AND OFTER CHEAPER,
Thanks to those aiding the effort for me. and the only way the real government is going to know unless one audits their won records and lets the real government know and I am in contact with Senator Lankford's office on this as they are trying to figure out what is going on also.

yesterday the bi weekly post came from my employer showing my two primaries ..Federal workers comp (FECA( and Federal blues and they tried to take off the FECA and a post went on along with the real one that is not terminated as its permanent from my employer and someone tried to make up a termination date with the same info. AND THE CLOUD WENT INTO MELTDOWN AS NEARLY EVERY HOUR OR SO SINCE THE INFO CHANGES. TRYING TO POST WHAT IS IN THE CLOUD FROM MY EMPLOYER AND THE OFFICIAL INFO TRYING TO POST AND THIS OFFLINE HACKING SYSTEM LETS SOME INFO THROUGH AND THEN HACKS IT OUT. AND ITS
A DEADLY MELTDOWN THAT OBSTRUCTS MEDICAL CARE
I do not think any clams can get paid even illegally in this mess. So paper claims for all billers until the CROOKS ARE EXPOSED BY THE CLOUD THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION DRAINED.
And out precious health care dollars go for direct care and not skims and scams by this international cabal running our country with no real government allowed to evade the laws and steal our monies. HOW MANY BILLIONS OR TRILLIONS WILL BE STOLEN BEFORE CONGRESS WAKES UP . and all I am trying to do is get life sustaining medical care and that belongs to FECA and will not go through other plans without kicked back as primary payer for home liquid oxygen. for earthly life.
AND CANNOT BE CHANGED UNTIL I PASS ON TO HEAVEN AND NO HEALTH CARE WILL BE NEEDED AS NO SICKNESS NOR INJURY IF IN THAT PLACE.

Leave a legacy behind in your last months and fix this mess. WE MAY HAVE NO DOLLARS LEFT BY 1/20/17 FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP TO USE.. FOR ANYTHING let alone draining a swamp that was there before you took office nearly 8 years ago and had been getting worse through the last few decades as the government lost ownership of its records and data which is our own personal government files left in trust with the government to be protected. AND MINE HAVE NOT BEEN AT ALL AND MU LIFE ENDANGERED OVER IT
Do I have to straighten out the whole government just to get a tank of oxygen delivered to stay alive?? if so , I am trying... Family and friends are still hauling 200 lb. tanks to the gas company and I am still live to maybe see that some day no evil will exist in this world..

Providers. it only takes a couple extra weeks to file a paper claim and get paid legally as a conditional payment from Medicare and than all of us are in the clear legally of any financial risk.. If the real government and Congress do not wish to get trillions recovered to Medicare than the voters need to keep watch and not reelect the ones who will do their job for us in a few years. My prayers that all will...Our lives depend on it...
