Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP ADDED 10/28/16 EVEN THE GOVERNMENT DID NOT KNOW: WHEN THE PRIMARY PAYERS DO NOT PAY This is the link to the info I got from the manager at Novatis of how to legally bill a claim to Medicare as a conditional payment under the 1980 CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW WHICH HAS BEEN IGNORED BY THE CONTRACTORS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. and massive amounts of taxpayer dollars owed back to Medicare by those who got out of paying with illegal secret deals among the contractors to let them so the primary payers will not pay.. as they have not had to ... For those with new injury cases. when Medicare needs to keep track of bills to be reimbursed for later on when its decided who is to pay, etc. and attorneys and injured parties need to be aware that Medicare gets its money back first. when deciding what is fair settlement amounts for those kinds of cases...
This illegal bail out is not just of health insurers but other liability insurers also who often have ownership in the health insurers also.. as companies are stock companies or holding companies and why the SEC is vital to be allowed to help all of us sort it all out.. and they were defunded in the COUP of 2002 so they can not help government agencies giving our contracts and all of us from mot been adversely and illegally affected with horrific conflicts of interest that has occurred and gone on since the COUP OF 2002.
PS/ on workers comp cases do not forget that if ones employer group health plan pays better than the workers comp as medical provider is due the higher rate... its in the coordination manual at Medicare. but not always shared publicly as it should be... as it affects all.
