Its impossible to avoid it and of course the road fumes add to it.
Then Doyle went to pick of medications for family from Walmart and HACKING OF THE MEDICARE SYSTEM TO STEAL FROM MEDICARE GOES ON AT THE CONTRACTOR NOT SUBJECT TO CIVIL OR CRIMINAL OVER SIGHT OF THE REAL GOVERMENT DOES NOT 'OFFICIALLY KNOW' THIS IS GOING ON AS NO BUDGET FOR INTERNAL AUDITS EITHER SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 .
So it took awhile before he got back to pick me up as they had to run it through Fed Blues separatesly for all of us and all of us and Walmart are overpaid and the system is not what the taxpayer paid for as no way to bill Medicare first and enter a check in a field for a conditional payament to trigger all the required due process letters etc to get the money back to Medicare. Ones benefits is being illegally altered without any party having any say in the matters at all. and several parties are involved in every medical bill. The provider , supplier and/ or pharmacist gets overpaid and the one against the patient never goes away even after ones estate is probated and heirs get the property they inherited, they in turn are liable and yet WE ARE HELPLESS AS THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE TO HELP OR STOP IT OR ISSUE CONSTITUTIONALLY REQUIRED LETTERS SO ALL HAVE THEIR SAY AND A FORMAL DECISION IS MADE WITH APPEAL RIGHTS, ETC. .
I GOT THREE MEDICARE JUDGES RULINGS ON THIS AND THEY GOT YHR INYRTNSL INFO FROM THE REAL US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND NOT THE ONTRACTOR , LYNN BLODGETT AND RULED THAT IR REFLECTS MY TRUE LEGAL STATUS . So the CNA insurance wishes to have this case disappear is not a legal wish and Lynn Blodgett nor any one else is to abide by it.
I HAVE PERMANENT AND TOTAL MEDICAL CONVERAGE AT FEDERAL WORKERS COMPENSATION FOR LIFE DUE TO HOME OXYGEM THEY PUT ME ON NEARLY 22 YEARS AGO. But Lynn Blodgett has not input one claim since 2002 as it would trigger their off line system to come on line with the real one at the real government and they would have to pay all of my bill.is what his manager said.. and added the order to "Let her die" on me ,

When one goes out on workers comp one is under them as the overriding employment law and thy have to determine permanent disability and I have orders from their judges to get my file posted and ask me for the facts of the case and use my records to post a 'gossip and rumor has run amok and no one knows what it going on ."
The only way to get out from under this is to be so wealthy that i would withdraw and repay everything they have paid on me since injured 1/10/89 and then pay for all my own medical care for the rest of my life. ITS THE SAME FOR EVERY ONE.
The appellate judges have access to the real system , but the local office does not as they only have what the contractor lets them have. So someone has set this up so that no one really knows anything and that allows the contractors to steal at will or work for the liability insurers as often there third party law suits gilled that the workers just file to reimburse the taxpayer .. Mine is still pending in NJ waiting for the federal worker comp to figure of the total damages and that means doing everything that 38 federal agency judges says to do and Lynn Blodgett he hired head of the USA in charge of all of us, is personally involved now and in defiance of all of them. as no one in the real government to make him obey laws, contracts terms or a federal judges.

Thus, Medicare is not a primary payer for me or for any one on my employer group health plan. My employer says so , and three Medicare judges say so and Dept of labor judges orders work done to get to that point of matters pending yet.... plus SSA HAS REMAND ORDERS, ALSO THEY HAVE IGNORED
THEFT OF MEDICARE GOES ON DAILY AND NEXT YEAR AN ELABORATE SCHEME SET UP TO CUT PAYMENTS TO OUR GOOD DOCTORS, ETC. hidden in some fancy intrigue to compete for higher bonuses, etc.? AND THE INTERNATIONAL CABAL THATIS IN CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT WANTS MORE MONEY IN THE BIG LIE THAT MEDICARE IS BROKE AGAIN.
It has never been broke. It is being robbed and CONGRESS WILL NOT PERMIT ANY MONEY TO BE SPENT TO STOP IT.

LAWLESSNESS WAS MADE THE LAW OF THE LAND BY THE COUP OF 2002 AND MOST IN CONGRESS DID NOT EVEN KNOW THEY VOTED FOR IT AND MOST DO NOT KNOW NOW WHO ARE NEWER MEMBERS.
Nor do they understand that the unconstitutional gag order to not mention a contractor, contact one or ask one to appear ar a HEARING IS A COVER UP to make all think the real government is still in charge nd has not been since the COUP OF 2002.
Most were not around when Congress really was able to do their job and able to help aconsituent as the person's signature gave them the right to go find the file, data and help straighten out issues that the law permitted the to do . CONGRESS IS UNPOPULAR AS MOST TIMES THEY CANNOT HELP ANYONE ANY MORE AS THE ISSUE IS AT THE CONTRACTORS AND THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO ACCESS TO FILES OR DATA UNLESS THE CONTRACTOR WANTS THEM TO HAVE IT.
Congress gets lied to about facts and data on programs to base laws on as the real government has no way to berify that what they get form the contractor is the whole truth. OF COURSE ITS NOT WHEN BLATANT THEFT IS GOING ON AND HACKING OF SYSTEMS BY THE CONTRACTORS THEMSELVES.
Hacking is not just someone from out side peeking. Its also when official datat and files are prohibited to be altered or deleted by law or contract. and the system was paid for so that when ones employer posts to the contractor owned Medicare billing system, no one can go in and change that posting as they wouold be blocked NEARLY EVERY ONE CAN AS IT UNSECURE
AND EVERY TWO WEEKS THE US Departmnt of Labor posts in the wee hours of the AM and when they arrive at work at the congractor they run an illegal soft ware program that the real GOVERNEMTN DOES NOT OFFICIALLY KNOW OF AND IF ANY ONE DID COULD BE ARRESTED IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT. FOR IT. They are still under audit control and criminal oversight for illegal acts. And colluding to steal is organized crime if proven. But without being able to investigate contractors and get some to turn states evidence, etc. even more difficult to weed out the few crooks inside the real government Most are not and most have written and testified and begged Congress to be able to do their job for the nation and people and are ignored.
The bi weekly hacking is designed to make Medicare the primary payer. And, also, the taxpayer has paid for a system that uses the real date of injury like a workers comp case, bad car accident, etc. and year after year that is request and money taken from the taxpayer and they use the date of entitlement to Part A Medicare which is going to be at least 2 1/2 year later and this means injury cases slip past and are not captured for recovery of monies to Medicare also.
Billing services are being told not to do conditional payments either and the software programs money disappeared and the system is not secure or programmed to specs either BUT NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALLY KNOWS AS CONGRESS WILL NOT LET ONE PENNY BE SPENT TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT AND THE CONTRACTORS , OF COURSE DENY THE AGENCY TO CHECK IT OUT AS THEFT WOULD BE GROUNDS FOR CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT AND SOME WOULD BE FACING ARREST AND JAIL TIME AND REPAYMENT OF WHAT INSIDERS SAY IS TRILLIIONS OF DOLLARS.
The partial audit of the federal reserve done a few years ago found 23 trillion was authorized and never arrived at the entity or party that was to have gotten it. WHERE IS OUR MONEY? The illegal off line systems or diversion of monies is gone somewhere???
Since the same international cabal with its shell companies and illegal secret deals is throughout and international , who knows where 23 trillion has disappeared to.??? IT IS ONLY A REAL GOVERNMENT WITH ALL ITS POWER AND ABILITIES TO FIND OUT TO KNOW AND GET IT BACK AND STOP THE OPEN DRAIN OF CORRUPTION
And this is just one program of the government of all that where we are being robbed and we wonder why people go with out and our nation is crumbling around us. WE ARE BEING ROBBED AND CONGRESS WILL NOT PERMIT IT TO BE STOPPED AS FIRST THEY HAVE TO WAKE UP AND ADMIT THEY GOT DUPED BY A FEW IN CHARGE AMONG THEM.
Republican Convention just erupted over the anti Trump issue. so will watch more closely.as had it on while writing this. Only 7 or 9? states had formal filings, and they needed more than that so , TRUMP IS IT AS THE VOTERS SAID AND GOT THE MINIMUM NEEDED. But now its under contention to make sure that that was all done above board. Its the issue that the delegates could vote for some one else than the one they promised the voter they would vote for. Both parties have had things occur that has exposed issues of our election processes , that need to be reviewed and made more fair.
MY OPINION:
Votes must count and one guy got the most and enough so we need to work with and pray for him to do the best job possible Same for the other major party.....We elect imperfect humans to lead us and why we have checks and balances in the US Constitution and when one of the three falls down on the job then the constitutional mandate of 'for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation" has been abandoned by those in the real government.
This is the real issue that is not being spoken of this year. COUP OF 2002 will it continue or will we MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN by putting it back under the laws of the land and the real government to do its job for , of and by us. We have never been perfect in each getting full rights, but the ideal has been there and its time for THE IDEAL TO BE MADE REAL
