I do not like to get embroiled in 'copsiarcy theroies' as like to deal with facts instead as my background is in investigative work for the govt in several different ways as part of my duties since 6/68.
Ask any one who runs this world, and you usually get the same answer. the 'bankers' run it. Sometimes, they sill digress into who they are and often the name of the R0thschidls is mentioned as they have held a lot of power in this area around the world for almost 200 years or more. Some will then mention a religion, but I prefere not to do this as one can't judge all the people of a faith by what a few do. There are too many in human history who have professed to be of a faith and seem to have so little of that faith they do not live the life they are supposed to by the tenants of the faith and its why I will not mention it as I've known too many form that faith who have done a lot of good in this world and have little wealth as they try to help others.
I've been writing a lot in recant years of how one CEO of a xerox company has personallyy gone around and lied about the truth and defied judges orders and proceeded to carry out an illegal order to "let her die' given over 15 years ago accourding to high level persons at US Dept of Labor. ACS manager and Texas Blues among others who were aware of it but seemed to be unable to do anything to stop intentional deaths or harm being done to others even though they sat in positrons of power except for Arkansas Blues manager who defied them only to find out they had lost the Blue Cross Blue shield franchises for OK , TX and NM to HCA Holdings subsidiary Illinois Blues cross Blues shield with a pretty bad history of theft and unethical behavior which any one can read on line and I have linked articles form the US justice dept to here in the past as some times they have been sued by the govt to recover monies owed back to states etc. But little seems to change for the patients and the medical community having to get payment from them.
Not to say, they do not hire some nice people who then find themselves dependent on their pay check for their own survival before they find out that when its to be done some very bad things can go on. as I've written here aboutt our personal situation.
Everywhere I seem to turn where things have gone criminally wrong against self and family there is CEO Lynn Blodgett saying one thing or another that is blatantly wrong and monies are missing. he's just the 'hired hand' of 'them' and if he does what is ethical and right, he is 'replaceable?" I am naming him, as he's been named in writing by govt officials who can;' help me as he has control of all my record dand files and they can't even carry out judges orders as he has control of those as CEO of Affiliatied Computer Services a xerox company . incorported in 1988 in Dallas Tx and registered in Delaware. as ACS, but now owned by Xerox since 2009. Govt officila smust obey him, and not judges nor the law or the facts, etc. But one soons learns that ocmpanies have been set up to get govt contract sand within a few years become part of the larger one. Most of our federal govt and much of our state govts are now in their control and they are the traffic cam people and NSA monitoring or every move. Rarely a letter form them will eplain they are not the govt at all but a contractor, and the new term is 'PARTNER'
THERE IS NO OVER SITE, NO MONIES ALLOWED TO BE SPENT TO INVESTIGATE EITHER CRIMINAL OR CIVIL WRONGS THEY MIGHT DO.
They are a partner of medicare who deal directly wth the medical providers and then often are the ones who are financially interloed with billing services and file the cliams for their own companies to pay as govt claims paying contractors.
SECRET DEALS ARE MADE AND NO LAW OR GOVT CONTRACT TERM NOR EVEN JUDGES ORDERS CAN OVERRIDE THEM AS I HAVE FOUND OUT AND PROVEN WELL.. The coup d'etat of this nation and of others is almost complete.China is a target in the next trade treaty to lost e control of there govt into them. Wars can be started and stopped when the people have little to say about what their naiton does?
WITH 'THEM' NOW REGULATIONG OUR HEALTH CARE FOR ALL IN STEAD OF THE states insurance commisisoners, you may well find out what we federal employees already known since they are govt contractors over there. at Office e of PERSONNEL Mangement and billions? of our monies are missing with our names on it in many areas. and 'they' are 'persons of interests' yet the offices of Inpector generals nor FBI et al are not permitted to investigate. let alon prosecutue or rarely recoup monies owed back by their poiitcal appointes through one president after another. Pray this will change but so far it has not.
For several years, when i go for my annual 'wellness' preventative care tests under tmy Federal Blues Cross /Blues shield same as in other FEHB plans and the same kind of coverage one is to have under the new plans. You may find yousrelf with letters that you are OK after the test, NO CANCER but that your policy is a lie, as you get billed for co pays. when something is paid at 100% of the negotiated price with your insurer. There is NOTHING DUE. its great I didn't have breast cancer so why am I in collections with another of this caba's subsidiary interconnected company: CENTRAL FINANCIAL RECOVERY. ( see the links posted ahead of this)
I appeal each year and all are still pending... and get no reposnse as I am allowed to do. I ask for a copy of the real policy I get no response , And it goes on and one.Plus what did the cde for this to check for errors. No way can I get access.
Plus my other problemes with them calling Medicare Coordination of Benefits( subsidiary of Emblem Health International formerly Group Health) and deleting Blues to obstruct medicall care for entire family on my policy. after they get a secued posting they are not to alter by ther contract with them from US Dept of Labor showing my permanent medical benefts there and Active duty status and Fed blues as primarys to Medicare last.. and that Blues is primary for my family due to my status . Since 1/1/12, Blues pays the Medciare rate even though iIand taxpayer are paying the same premiums. if retired ;so that is an even greater incentive to alter it illegally. as orderd by CEO BLodgett? et al who doesn't want me to have Fed worekrs comp as the million dollars for my medical care is 'missing' and his compnay is suspect ?
We all end up with obstructed medical care as Blues is not on the system for any to know who are treating soon after 7Am every other Tues as that delting was automated 4/09 by Emblem Health. and makes it a RICCO case according to US Attorney. They can do nothing as no federal law enforcement is willing to investigate. . After a few moments every other Tues Am since 4/09 and before that each time a claim needed to be paid one component of them or another would fax or call and have the official records altered in order to make medciare pay their bills. Insiders who cna;t do anything ; says its trillions stolon from medicare this way. So HR 1063 passed last years and not yet implemented is to go after tthem' We need our health care dollars for our health care and its to be paid by the legally responsiblie party and often that is not medicare or even Medicaid as they have suscessfully dumped bills clear onto them to the tune of $25 million just in Ill alone an the state Ag and US attorney did go get it back. but other states would not cooperate and it has happened in OK.
So if illegal acts are being done to make medicare pay when its not ones primary insurer, then you may find yourelf as a patients that is a real problem to your medical providers and /or oxygen supplier who knows they will have a lot of problems getting paid that have nothing to do with medical need. as that has been met already or is not in question.
Most medical providers today have contracted out to professional billing companies and I've traced some of these back to 'them.' Gone is the day when the receptionist at your doctor also sends in the bill and got paid fairly and timely.
AND IF YOUR ARE A 'PROBLEM CASE'; CREATED BY THIS CABAL DOING ILLEGAL THINGS AS CEO LYNN BLODGETT ET AL AS HAS DONE OVER AT FEDERAL WORKERS COMP IN DEFIANCE OF JUDGES REMAND ORDERS I GOT BACK IN 2/09; and before that since they took over after 9/11/01. Your claim will get turned over to an even more expansive billing company like CFC ( CENTRAL FINANCIAL CONTROL)a interlocked subsidiary of them.' So they go in circles setting up the scenarios to make more money off of you and pay your good doctors even less than they should get as they shouldn't have to go through all this. Everything to pay the bill is on that coding sheet patients hand in to the receptionist as you leave, isn't it. Now most are putting it diretly into the system so why the needs for all this going on? ITS A SCAM against the patients and the Doctors,, et al and those paying for our health care like our employers and in my case 3/4ths of my Blues is paid by the tax payer. plus 50% of the claims. is too according to OPM official and few know that is even occurring. Plus I pay $450 a month for Blues and three on my policy also have medciare premiums which ae paid. One , by he state. .Forget the OIG health fraud line at OPM, they can't do anything with the info or documents as not permitted to. for two admisnistrations now.
In order for an appeal to be answered, they will be admitting in writing they broke the law as this is beyond a clerical error. So one gets no answer, not even from OPM;s contractor and its done in a way one can;t appeal further so I ask for reopening as legal issues not addressed at all. They dont intend to. .
Almost a year ago, I got transferred around by phone in the govt trying to get an answer to a question and talked to almost a dozen federal employees. i took advantage of the opportunity and began asking if they were getting their preventative care tests paid at 100% and all but one who was too firightened to answer, said NO. NOT just me for this. . And some doctors wre not scheduling the appt for the next year without you asking for it to be done either. Mine does. So bad, radioligists who do the mamegrams are now sending out reminder letters.I just got mine. More evidience that this a 100% paid test.( men have PSA etc also under these plans.
So why does Central Financial Control want me to pay co pay? from last year and before that where appeals are pending and not answered as yet? One is supposed to be able to appeal to OPM, but one ends up with a govt conrtacted out unit from 'THEM" who has no access to official records and one gets no sensible reasonned answer either. and going to court over a few hundred dollars --no one wlil take the case and no legal help is willing to take on the whole of us in a class action either. as its not the same as suing a corporation on a liablity case. Yet the harrassment and damages are very real but the amount person is often only a few hundred dollars each,but over the years, look at the amount not paid or the patient is forced to do so or the bills end up on ones credit report.
Or is the money being paid by OPM and part 'pocketed' by an embezzlement ring that is bigger than just the million dollars a head for older more severely injured federal workers? as was told me by an ivestigator years ago when i was told I had the money and didn't and never got such and know of no law that woudl give it to the workers directly. Maybe monies are coming in and the claim notice we get or Blues gets doesn't show it and creates an amount not paid. Then they are covering up, too? With what we have documented over the last decade, nothiig surprises me as 'anything goes' and some have gotten by with just about 'anything'. A lot of shinaigihans have been going on with systems as we well know and have documented. But I have no badge or authority to do anything..
They will not let you have a copy of the internal copy of the claim itself to check as to how they coded it. not wil that be addressed in an appeal.often no one catches alternations after input as even at your doctor, et al the company that inputs is not the same as the ones that gets the money and info back when paid, etc.perfect set up for theft to occur if someone(s) is not honest. .
REMEMBER if medicare pays and its not their bill to pay, the patients is liable forthe theft as that is exactly what it is if the claim is not coded as conditional for recovery form the primary. One must be sure to give all info to the receptionist as HR 1063 can be used against the patients if they are not giving all the info. Under HR 1063, the patient has no more liability for the theft, if the wrong plan pays first as its the govt's responsibility again fo rthe first time since 1994, for the govt to enforce the laws. ALL parties are under it and the govt contractors need to stop the hassles and code for reocvery if there is any question of who pays first, etc. Until HR1063 is implemented; expect more of the same and worse. pray it gets done fast as its only resurrects the original 1981 law.
Its was all in the Pres Clinton Adm that much of this real skulduggery got started, but the indications were beginning to show up before that not long after 1988. That's when our policies chagned to these preventatiev care sections and only a small co pay when one goes to the doctor so people would not delay getting care as seeing the doctor would not be appied to the deductible for the year. due to a yearly deductible that keeps rising each year and if one has another health plan one isn't even geitting credit toward the catsatrophic and there are thigns Blues pays for which medcicare doesn't, so it can become very crucial for some. Things are being done, that no correspoinding law or regualaion has been passed saying they can do.

She is being joined by to other key figures from the Pres Clinton Adminsitration with years of experinece in health care management. They have thecknowledge to straighten this horror out. I pray they do good and not make things worse for all of us.

Who owns the stock in all of these companies we buy our heath care from? .They are connected to HUMANA? who competes in the health insurance industry? So whree is the choices one is to have?
Three of these high level political advisers have been given Jobs as INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS. They are in the position, not because they own stock, but dO to their expertise. I pray its not to cover up what is going as CEO LYNN BLODGETT was brought in to ACS for PR and chose to cover up what was a major part of the jack Abraff scandal and many never brought to jsutice yet in that in many agencies like hHS, SSA, OPM, and a myreiad of govt contractors inclduing ACS and US DEPT OF LABOR where one convicted gave the order to not post my file and repeated the "let her die order" and me, as crime victim got nothing as he got a slap on the wirit for a msideamoner of not reporting his being wined and dined by Jack Abramoff + sports tickets and nothng of his internal dealings as US Dept of Labor quiet'y abolished his job and now won't enforce theri contracts with MCOB ( Emblem Health) or ACS. and we taxpayers get robbed daily over it. and the millions for injured worers health care are still missing 'all 'said went through to? rather than make things right ofr all.
Pray they will straighten out this mess as medical providers suppliers and patients have need care and need our dollalrs and yours spent for all our care. with a reasonable amount of salaries to process the claims. What is going on now, is one scam after another stealing those precious limited dolalrs. Govt can't get away with such scams of more than any 'red tape' one can imagine and all well hidden from view of govt authoritiies as its a nightmarish situation for those who are tyring to take care of our medical needs and being scammed themselves one way an another by 'them.' And our care gets obstructed with our lives endangered over it.
So when a bill asking for a co pay came and year after year now and I appeal and no answer to an appeal yet,; and every letter or bill we send a letter back. Ther response this itme was just to actually sent a copy of the last response from 12/28/13 saying they were not going to address the issues and not wanting me to keep asking the same crucial and legal quesitons of them. They didn't mention they have yet to provide copies of what they actually sent in to even know if anything was coded accurately.
So I called the fraud line shown on the back of Blues EOB and got a subsidiary of Goldman -Sschs who also takse the complaints for ACS, etc and a bunch of others we are trying to get the laws obeyed by. They are now called Global Novamax as they changed it from Global Compliance (WE ARE FINDING OUT ?)and they are the 'ethical advisors for most major companies and govt entiies around the world now.That includes the fraud lines one calls. I talked to one and found out that Blues would get the fraud report right back to them. and the rest have 'disppeared and no corrective action at all.. I than called back and used a diffeernt tack and filed on CFC filing a fraudulent claim to Fed Blees which is exactly what they did. They lied about what the test was, didn't they year after year? and there is also embezzlement of co pays and deductibles I have paid when i did not have medicare and that has disappeared and so have my letters and the copies of cancelled checks shoiwng the bank account monies were deposited in for two other medical providers. who have been forced to use them. so why would I send them any money when that disappears when it was paid to them? on claims that should have all been paid at 100% by federal workers comp; but CEO Blodgett tells them there is no workers comp and he is boss of their interlocked parent company o his word is to be obeyed over anything legal or Judges orders on M09-1406 at Medicare who got all of this and ruled on it. the posting from US Dept of Labor is accurate and 'they are in defiance of laws . judgees and stealing the money from USA we need to be used for US as the law says its to be. If there was a medical need showing on the mmameogram, then this would go to workers comp to review for acceptance as connected to the orignal injury 1/10/89 which many have gotten cancer from such injuries. etc.

Ms/ De-Parle I pray you will get us all off this vicious scam circle we have all been put in trying to stay alive and get the health care we need and have paid for to susutain life. My liquid oxygen tank is held together with glue and gorilla tape and when it goes, so does my life as I and many others got medically abandoned due to (2) HHS regs in 1/08 which forced all small suppliers out of the business and ACS hdidng the claims as they would be paid if input they say . It hides the fact we are on oxygen all along approved for and paid for by workers comp before ACS took over after 9/11/01 and a real coup took place the USA of our basic rights and it has nothing to do with national security and more to do with theft of our precious tax dollars by high entities that have been allowed to get by with it.
Our son has got tanks filled at gas company as the ozone emitting concentrators are life threateing to me as can't tolerate even low amounts one sucks back into the lungs. . No one is allowed to sell us one but Rhema in this area and Lincare is the only preferred provider here and they both have been 'ordered; not to submit claims to ACS as has 14 years pending not input as all say THAY WOULD BE PAID as approved and paid before. I do appeciate Fed Blues paying 60% of the paid reciepts but I do't ; have $2500 to pay for a tank and then only get 60% back. It used to be 100% but medicare will not pay if no supplier and my hearing in Miami medicare hearing office to over turn that DEATH PANEL regulalion and now being amended to implement HR 1063 has 'disappeared inside ACS for 5+ years as most of my files have in mulitple agencies over and over.after the first case got heard.and have ended with corrective actions or orders for them to be done. Before ACS took over for the rest of the 25 years before that since injured 1/10/89;, when files disappeaed inside agencies, eventually they could get reconstructed and processing and payments again resumed unil another 'felony' disappearance occurred and another round of appeals back to start over. The whole system has been flawed for decades and contractieng out makes it worse. as now none insdie an agency can see even judges orders now. The demise of the civil seirvice is demise of our rights and any semblance of accountablility by those in charge. Our system is such, we ar dependent on laws and rules be upheld as if not done our very lives are put in jeopardy and we have no way of bringing issues forward for policy changes or corrective actions to be made when the system fails us.
