more talk going around of doomsayers about another 1929 type crash in 4/14. yet no one mentions that many of those in this world will not be able to use their computer systems safely as of 4/8/14 as the teasers from Microsoft that some kind of patch or update to the XP systems would be done to help us out. For many businesses strapped with extra costs, etc right now its more than being an update in software packages many of them also have internal security that has to be updated too something I had not been aware of. "ONE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BUY OR SELL" IF THEY DON'T GO PURCHASE THE NEW SOFTWARE AND/OR SYSTEMS FROM MICROSOFT.
Bill Gates has retired and turned the whole situation over to someone new to decide what might be done. or nothing. Noticed on their site they have some older Windows 7 for sell today. So maybe they they will be having some major CLEARANCE SALES TO HELP OUT.' If one has the monies to even buy that. And Then what, next year they won't work either?
US POST OFFICE INTERNET CAFES
I did suggest years ago turning US Post office lobbies into some kind of Internet cafes and raise revenue by charging a fee for time spent made more sense than al those items no one seamed to buy as they cost too much. . Not everyone is on the Internet, yet. Some of the studies are rather surprising. I was late getting on due to no high speed Internet in our area until recent years. Some have systems at work,, but its not to use for their personal lives. A real digital divide still does exist right in ones own community. Many do not realize the whole world is not yet part of the digital age yet.. When I started paying monthly bills on line, I found out I was only one of a few paying local bills online yet. in 2008. One party thought a bill was not paid, as they didn't see the credit as a paper check was expected in the mail.
Yes, been looking as to what I personal can do. And Microsoft seems to have doing some upgrades rather fast in recent years. from XP around for over a decade to Vista, then Windows 7 then * and now 8.1 But they kept on giving us upgrades on the old XP systems.
Not al upgrades were liked well and not everyone g bought them. Apparently Vista was like that and 8, too. So 8.1 is said to be much like Windows 7 when one turns on the screen. And 8/1 is said to revert back to something more like Windows 7, which I have used. when borrowing another's computer.
It take time to get used to and be fast when the format changes. Many don't seem all that happy with 8.
'THE CLOUD' 'THE ALL KNOWING EYE'
. Why are all these upgrades and changes needed? Because we are going to be linked into he 'all seeing eye of the world THE CLOUD. Where all knowledge from all systems goes into that and then we access what we wish to or allwed to from it. But he Cloud also knows everything we are personally doing on our various devices. PRIVACY is gone. The oily issue is who can access it and Congress has not jumped into the future yet and passed any laws. to say NO ACCESS WITHOUT A COURT ORDER.
Few of us have and will have any kind of system that will be able to access everything in the world. It cost our gov ts with blank checks to those unaccountable govt contractors subsidiaries of those 'losing our records' to have the mones token all about al knowledge known to humanity and probably much more as artificial intelligence can put things together faster than the smartest human is what I've read. D Almost makes one want to find an old manual typewriter and step back in to the 'dark Ages of technology. But we are dependent on the convenience of the Internet age and its nice to be able to go online and order something and like to day. my online order from less than 48 hours ago was delivered by that famous brown truck with yellow writing. What one loved one calls te UPS truck not UPS but ups vs downs.

In fact just passing more laws and raising debt ceilings to give them more of our wealth. And the services and items paid for don't seem to have 'trickled down' to most of us yet. Our bridges fall down and people are hungry and too many without work and a health care law passed filled with more ways to scam by the 'cabal' rather than provide health care and pay those actually providing the care.
TRICKLE DOWN HAS TO BE ENFORCED AS GREED IS STILL PART OF THE HUMAN EQUATION FOR WAY TOO MANY WHO AMASS WEALTH AND THEN CAN GET MORE OF IT FROM THE PUBLIC DOLE AND NOT HAVE TO OBEY THE LAW OR CONSCIENCES OF ETHICS OF CARING FOR ONE ANOTHER IN THIS WORLD.
This 'cabal' is not 'wealthy' at all. They have grabbed hold of OUR WEALTH.
I'm not writing about -any kind of socialism at all. That's where the people decide to hold things in common for a purpose for all . we have that in many programs and in public institutions like schools and roads,Medicare etc. So we live in a diversified nation where some things are 'socialized 'and others are suppose to be independent business/ But when our monies are not allowed to have 'free enterprise, then we don't have it al all. We are pretty close to seeing the end of free enterprise where each can be an entrepreneur. We can't any more as to much of our wealth is being handed over to some very wealthy and powerful in an international cabal and we have become enslaved to what they want and instead of fostering individual initiative, the opposite has occurred.
Its why we have anti-trust laws. as there's a point where a cabal gets so powerful, no one else has a chance to garner even a corner of the economy. It stifles innovation and cures for diseases etc. The undue influence on our politically system is allowed to continue as we the people have given up on being participants in it. 95% voting in each election is the first step to taking back what we want this world to be and what we want it to look like for all of us. And no one person is going to able to see the total picture until all of us participate in 'painting the picture'
The sun shown and it was 72 degrees on the porch this afternoon and did some gardening prep work. suppose to be sunny and even warmer the next few days. So will try and rest early this PM and head out to the garden tomorrow and sit down and get 'muddy.' its how I garden the 'non exertional' way.
For all of you snowed in, Spring will come, it always does. Our Creator put things in an order and we need to take care and respect that precious order provided for our lives to be sustained.
