Prayers for all those who lost someone or were injured in Boston and may those committing heinous acts be brought to justice soon, but as you know there's been no justice for many for a long time in this country if any real investigation blows open a wider ring of wrong doers who have disrupted our society and turned it into a state of lawlessness. But the love for one another has shown through in all of this and one has to realize the American people are very special. As my Dad always said, Never in the history of the world have there been such a people as the American people for helping each other especially when another is in need. IN the bleakness of the evil doings, one can only see hope as the Light ( and as a Christian ( Yahuah , Yahusha ,Ruah) I wound say Christ Jesus, since through and surrounds us all in the midst of the darkness. of evil.

Some misinformation, lies and gossip and rumors are really starting to circulate. This is nothing new as it has been going on in our life and death struggle for a long time and is well documented just how deadly and horrific gossip can be when those who do it don't have a clue what the facts are. Its so easy to start repeating something someone else has said or one has read and not annotate that its someone else's undocumented speculations.(lies?)
ON my profile on several sites, I've listed that I'm employed by Social Security and am under owcp jurisdiction. My missing personnel file shows this and also includes our signed agreement with SSA, my employer, But there are two versions of that around. One is the original with many pen and ink changes on it and not everyone agreed to everything. The other is where a party decided, up the line to redo the agreement and made grievous errors and that has been spewed out as fact. We even went to OPM and they imposed the original on the agency , but who obeys legal authorities today?General Counsel for OPM had the correct one on file, and clearly stated The law as I've repeated here. Can't retire until OWCP is settled. and that means permanent disability with them.but no one else in all of OPM seems to know ther is no such thing as inactive federal employment.. WHY?
I can't legally retire until my request for permanent disability at Federal workers compensation is processed which I filed in 1996 and has only disappeared numerous times along with numerous restructuring of the paper file , Once with the permission of Sec of Labor's dierct and it disappeared inside the govt contractor Affiliated computer services on the orders of a now convicted criminal in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal that was/is? in many agencies and the investigation can't be over due to felony murders that have resulted inside the agencies.That's felonies committed that caused deaths. But whistle blowers are badly needed and if OPM is promoting destruction of them, then there is no whistle blower protection?
SSA employees were told by Comm Astrue? that I'd gotten an OWCP settlement and retired. No such thing has occurred and can't without their full cooperation which is the law on a non controverted established claim with permanent medical benefits already. There is leave buy back to be done for one thing back to 1/10/89. So who destroyed or disappeared the personnel file? Where is it? You've been looking for 7 years for it? St Louis where retirees files go to can't find it? And if they got it would return it seeing an open owcp claim n it. But Comm Astrue also hired Affiliated comptuer services and CEO Lynn Blodgett is documented in a letter from a higher offical at US Dept of Labor that everything is done, when the judges gave him orders for a lot to do yet.And not to listen to him, but to me for the facts. So the govt has docmented he is lying and telling everyone to believe him. They said I;m the one to listen to and believe. AND to do a final reconstruction from my records and wrap this up. That was in 2/2009 and he has been able to get renewal of l ucrative govt contracts by withholding even the judges remand orders from the labor officials.
This person controls most of the flow of info and records of nations' records and all of our personal data in most agencies and too often info and certain persons just goes missing in multiple agencies. Even ones Hearing files out of the custody of Federal judges.whom I could ask for subpoenas for things like the missing personnel file and others.
So at SSA: most have been all kinds of gossips and half truths and its been spewed out so long like its facts when it isn't How many other like me are still legally employed by the Federal govt and not being counted. No wonder no one can figure out a federal budget. USA doesn't even know how many employees they have? Ask Lynn Bldogett , where the records are?
And then, help find the missing money at a million dollars a head, for the medical care of seriously injured federal employees that went through the US dept of labor and to the Federal reserve to send on to OPM and they have no records and very little of the flies, left to even know anything. No paper work, digital or paper and gossip is running the govt of the USA?
This is a mess. We did better without computers and hardworking diligent civil servants keeping track of things with pen and paper.
I have copies but, the originals in the file seemed to have gone missing soon after Com Astrue came on board at SSA and confirmed by the US Senate in 2005. A lot of things happened in 2005; monies went missing, in a suspected embezzlement ring according to OIG for OPM whom has yet to be allowed to investigate and maybe John Berry's replacement will see that its done?
US senators, please ask some hard questions of the next candidate for confirmation. Its only your own life and livelihood and everyone in the US government and many employees of contractors, whose very lives depend u on it. Time for cover up of deaths and felony murders needs tot end. Time to stop high level govt corruption which has become entrenched for decades.
I don;' know if John Berry personally decided to not not do the things needed to stop all these bad things, but my letters to him were never answered. Did he ever see them?
The prior confirmed appointee Linda Springer did start making some phone calls and then abruptly resigned back in 2008 and nothing more ever was done.
This is why in 2/09 the three party panel of appellate Judges at Labor said ask me for the facts of the case and said I did return to work in 1990 . A rifling theft felony of 4 years of my file had made it look as if I didn't and caused horrendous suffering and fight for life from this and no investigation allowed on it.
How in the world would the EEOC sanctions against HHS SSA for torture and attempted murder if not well documented to get that. Donna Shalala knows, its against her personally for the orders from the highest levels Why did she not like me so? I never met her! Most think I'm a nice person if you are not stealing from me and/or physically hurting me or my family then I do start filing complaints and telling you how you are getting yourself into a lot of legal troubles as I want you to do what is right for your own salvation. Guess those that do bad things to others wouldn't understand that kind of motivation. Do good and be fair and be just and all of us will be happy with life and livelihood intact.
Health restored would be the best, but medical science cannot do that yet, and the Almighty has not done a miracle and if He did you probably say it didn't happen so the Glory of Him would not be made known and understand it. Our live son this plane of existence is for only a certain time, and then a new body of some kind is promised that doesn't know illness or injury is my Faith and its shared by most of the people of this world in one way or another.
RESPONSE TO THE AYERS ARTICLE ON Pres Obama
I linked an article earlier to date to my sites and said I would respond.
Those who have just stared reading my sites details of the bio of Pres Obama and our family history may have missed the article on all the candidates and highest levels of Pres and VP on both sides of my family tree in the last few decades.
Back in 1974 we were at my parents home In Manhattan KS and many were coming by that summer to help them build a house for them on ther pasture land in Waubaunsee county , Kansas wehre they were planning to move. and finally retire to it. I walked in on one of those conversations between other sin the family and my sister Dr Theora Fike was reporting on her visit to Bill Clinton who was engaged to Hillary Rodham who was on TV defending Pres Nixon in his impeachment trial in the House of Representatives and back in Ark he was running for Congress.
Later my mother showed me the letter she had received that prompted the visit.by them;
Bill Clinton's Dad is a Blythe and he had a legal change of name to his step father at age 18.
Mom had received a letter from his Grandmother Ayers who wanted to meet Bill before she died.
She wrote my mother to arrange it as they are related. And I've had two stories in the family just how Bill Clinton is in the family , but there is no doubt he is. Just how close is the question?
There are lots of Chicago area connections among my immediate family and their younger generations, and Theora knew Dan Pope, the president's grandfather, from Colorado growing up as she and Dan are in many of the family pictures with the others of the Popes, the real famly name of Pres Obama's grandfather and there may have been some contact with Pres Obama and knew who he was directly. I do not know this for sure. It seems He, like me, were kept in the dark about a lot of family history and who everyone was.
As I worte yesterday; WHY/ because Dan Pope , a 14 year old who got himself into the military and the war was not allowed to go home when his parents finally found out where he was after searching for months for him and how could they do that? Did many in the family got hooked into something and its been a terrible ordeal for many? I was not born until 1945 and was not to be part of something? but have been caught in the whole mess and the crimes committed against my files and person and family has been a real eye opener of just how corrupted our system has become when all I did was get born into something that was going on long before I arrived as a tiny baby girl.3/20/1945.
And Aunt Helen told me in 11/63, I had a baptismal certificate in another state and my memories are of a different place of birth, but eyewitness testimony from a baby just born is usually not acceptable in a court of law, as that from a 16 year old who witnessed the circumstances of the President's birth and the injustice of three murdered 52 years ago and one, his Dad with no justice for any one including the deceased over this 'blackmailing " and what ever other kinds of secret goings on were occurring.
Any one catch the connection of 11/63, Aunt Helen and Uncle Millard Pope are under definite duress to visit all family and convince them of the fake Hawaii bio and Aunt Helen didn't lie well and she was under duress as it had to be done. And was on the way to Liberal Ks to speak to the real Stanley Dunham to strike some deal there? Just when was the furniture store bought that the real one owned or which one owned as two men with the same ID running around?
As I recall it had to be before the JFK assassination as it didn't seem to be part of any conversation and who wouldn't have mentioned it in the USA? I recall they wanted to get home by Thanksgiving to Colorado for family to be together. Not sere when Thanksgiving was in 1963.
I have no knowledge that Dan was involved in that in any way. But things were in an uproar that year in the govt, that's for sure. with JFK's order to restructure the intelligence commentates and if something had been ongoing, it was going to blow up in someones face that had terrible power to exert on everyone. involved.
So, the Chicago connections to Ayers might be through my extended family on my Mother's side and the Clinton's
There is more to this all but it involves a living person who may not know their origins either and who wasn't even born yet, either when all of this went down. Some personal info that many in the extended family may not know just as many may not know of the birth at Topeka Ks as all they got was the Hawaii fake bio. If some documents were filed, I didn't know of that until recent times when the birther movement started. and I found out about that some time after it had started as not in the Internet as I'm now.
So Clinton is an Ayers and Clinton is related to my mother and many of my immediate fmaly have either lived or do live in the Chicago area and did they not know to tell POTUS he is the grandson of Daniel Wayne Pope? Time for truth , everyone as too much terrible wrongs and injustice has already occurred and this world and our Nation is in a mess and Truth and justice is the journey to follow for peace and harmony for all.

" between citizens of different states" US supreme court has the final legal say on these matters. ot one state of another. They set the court rules as to how one proceeds through the system for Justice to be served.
