                                           PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Today the Bible opened to Chapter 36. Non Christians you are welcome to ponder the wisdom of the words.
These verse had special meaning for the day. But the first thought that came to mind. was: HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF WILL WE EVER LEARN?
Verse 4. "...Assyria..."
Verse  6." Look, you are trusting in the staff of the broken reed, Egypt...."
verse 7. "..to Judah and Jerusalem... you shall worship before this altar..."
verse 11."...speak to your servants in Aramaic.." (Keep your counsel, your national secrets?)
verse  15. " The Lord ( Yahuah, Yahusha Ruah who Christians call Christ Jesus) will surely deliver us; this city will not be given into the hand fo the Assyrians."
verse 16.""Do not listen ...make peace with me..."
Verse 16. "Beware..."
Verse  21. " Do not answer..."
This is a prophecy form the past which already happened. But the warning is still the same. Why do we continue to make deals and 'peace traties' with those who have no intention of keeping them and too often our leaders must  know it, but want to be known as the 'Savior' who makes the world Peace and it doesn't last. Better we all have a charge of heart a dlove one another and respect each other and not condone any who will not share those basic tenants of respect for each's own individual rights and properties and  is willing to share them with others.
Beware the unlterior motives of any person and Nation who offers all the goodies and none of the changes of heart or the work to make it happen.
