 Warm and rainy all day. Its 10 PM and thermometer on the porch says 62 degrees. Tomato plant in the window isn't getting enough Sunlight. But saw a squirrel dashing up  an oak tree today and he was keeping a wary eye on our oolder Cat sleeping on the porch.
 My prayers areffor my spouse whose had blood pressure problems  and had to return for medical care yesterday.  Our medical care is basically been sabotaged by the problems with The illegal alterations of who pays, and this time the ins person came and asked my Husband if he had Medicaid for Co pays as they weren't being given the Federal Blues info.
 Federal Blues is a semi managed care and the e only semi management we have had with Illinois Blues (HCS) which took over three Southern states a decade ago is to pull every shenanigan to make Medicare primary for entire family. Th last thing one needs when their blood pressure is up is to face a frustrated hospital person who has come up against the worse crimrnal activity that has been going on for sometime and has gone along with it and now, they want paid and want to know what the treatments are that will be permitted to be paid, and they are caught in a maze. Recently, medical providers and suppliers can no longer call Medicare Coordination of Benefits and have the records altered as they used to do by saying one thing or another to make things go through. Everyone forgetting that what they were really doing is committing fraud  because the Dallas Regional office of CMS has had a policy of blatant fraud instead of forcing the primaries to pay as the law requires them to do and for giving the medical providers billing personnel the conditional payment coeds so the bill could be paid by Medicare but then, sent to recovery to send a letter to the primary.
 As I've  been told many times when Judges orders and teh Law are ignored; "We don't; care what the Law or Judges say as the illegal proprietary agreements between the insurance companies is what they go by and all with the blessing of Mr Or Ms OPM whom noone  names, but all carry out the illegal orders.
Most of the time, Fed Blues is deleted off the Medicare computer owned by Emblem Health  after the official posting form US dept of Labor bi weekly soing my active dity stuats and the primaries beore medciare for me and the fmialy, mine incldes OWCP. But Fed Blues is illegally allowed to request to delete it for my entire family. since 1/12, as they get to pay the lower retired rate for me and dump my families bills onto Medicare. Even one onto medicaid for one lab bill.  They have no sense of right or worng that this is theft of Medicare?They were asking Doyle if I was working ( not the legal quesiton to even ask), etc. and he was having to go through the whole sordid mess that I have begged this medcial provder to sign a statement that they did not receive 17 pays on ME and ignored my letters. They haven;t helped at all to aolve the problems, when I asked for their help. They just beelved the criminals?
All providers now have to hire a clearing house (affiliated computer services is interlocked with them) and they then tell the provider. But they will be in increasing trouble if they start illegal aiitons. Over a year ago a regulation was passed that any provider could be charged with fraud once they are informed of these kinds of shenaighans going on and if they did it or allowed it to happen, then they are liable for rirmial charges. Yet they are victims of this , too when CMS misleads them and some of them in Dalls Regional office are documetned as committig the fruad ,too. Head OF OIG won't' do any thing and even lied to Congress when he a had a chance to ask for some laws be passed to stop the theft of Medicare by the partners of medicare. Unlike the govt partner of Medicare who has immunity for facilitating the theft for over a decade.
And of course a lot of people have the flu all over and they have many patients all over. We got through it with antiviral supplements and the chicken soup broth plus elderberry extract and probiotics. along with onions and Ginger All those natural things to boost immune system. I kicked my oxygen up to 3 liters as doctors in the past have said to do when diastolic get to 100.
So, my prayers are that our famaily can get the right kind of medical care and blood pressure is only a symptom of another underlying problem and Fed Blues is supposed to be seeing that is found and treated. But in my case that means NO TREATMENT FOR WORK RELATED INJURIES and  symptoms are managed and secondary issues can be treated as OWCP has not been permitted to review them yet by ACS, and info shared with cardiologist and pulmonologist. I've been warning everyone what was coming on everyone with these unaccountable govt contractors in charge. Congress has got to fix this non accuantablility and its time for these to be criminal matters when intentional acts result in physcial harm or death. That crminal assault or murder of the premeditated kind. Why isn't it called terrorism?

And as Blues dumps the bills onto Medicare, we will have to file more appeals to get out from under the illegal overpayment liaiblity placed on the patients when the govt has decided to let Medicare be stolen all the time. Congress quit whining about budgets and stop the theft by getting rid of that ludicrous immunity from crimes and no internal audit controls of our public monies being given to all these govt contractors. And the fraud office has Blues helping  run it?  Congress put the fox in charge of the hen house for real!

Late in Day it was annouced that Hilda Solis, Secretary of Labor is resigning. She should never have renewed the contract with Affiliated compter services-Xerox with their illegal and unconstitutional behavior on my case and the 2/09 remand from the three appellate judges should have blocked it as it pretty well laid out the illegal activity. But Lynn Blodgett CEO was able to convince the local new regional manager to believe him and ignore the judges, if  he ever let her see the orders. "Ask me for the facts of the case and use my records. as the on going disapperances of files, etc  I wish her well, but she had not helped me at all.. There should have been a referral for crirmial investigation but none was ever done,that I am aware of although I filed my fraud reports each time an illegal act is committed just a the many US attys and asst US atty's have advised me to do over the years as they can do nothing until a federal law enforcement agency refers the case in for prosecution. For almost 25 years, Mr Or Ms OPM says to break the law and 'everyone' at the highest levels does it with out any written documentation and usually in defiance of Judges and hearing officers and the law itself as well as violating terms of govt contracts which are not legal unless its an agreement to uphold the laws of the land and civil rights. None of which has occurred in my case. for long time and then only rarely until the file would disappear again. over an over a patten of on going felonies and all pleas from me ignored. And I hear I've not been the only one and too many have died in this corrupted mess that has and is the federal plan that all will learn about first hand next year as their lives are in the hands of these international cabal that is bigger than gov ts.  SURELY DOYLE WAS NOT GIVEN FULL TREATMENT RECENTLY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW HE HAD FED BLUES AS PRIMARY PAYER!!!
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; Also late in the day was posted that Orly Taitz will be getting a chance to present her petition to the US Supreme Court on President; Obama's eligibility. She is now focusing on the possible renunciation of citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia by his step father.
 I do not have any direct knowledge of this, other than in 1/71 he was introduced to me as Barry Soetoro and it was in the context that he doesn't know any thing else abut this name, etc. I've written about this extensively.
 My work at Social secuirty and analysis of documents and laws, etc. raises a question. All Nations have laws, and for an adoption to take place legally in just about any country, one has to present a birth certificate, etc. and the natural Father has to sign to  give up parental rights. Supposedly there was a divorce from Obama Sr ( marriage of convenience and he's not the father) and don't know what was stipulated about him in that.
But, if the Kansas birth certificate was NOT used and names changed to Soetoro, than the adoption itself would be invalid as it was based on fraud even though in another country. I did ask the State of KS to check under Barry Soetoro back on 9/14/12 after I filed the affidavit. I have no standing in KS and could not be told and Orly Taitz, as far as I know, never asked for the court order for the records. But, it was after they checked and they had checked Forbes Air Force Base under the real father's name which I provided and its never been published in the media, so stop the speculation; and go ask those who were in Topeka then who the boy friend was that ended in a gossip frenzy turned deadly and his murder.along with two others  in the Kansas river with no Justice for 50+ years.--  the comment was a gasp and WE DON'T THINK HE KNOWS!.
What many don't seem to understand that one can be adopted but citizenship not renounced as he would then have dual citizenship from mother and adopted step father. Don't people remember every year, some news media telling about children going to the US Courthouses and their parents making them US citizens?. That is a Federal action whereas state's are over adoptions.  I am not a lawyer and don't have manuals available as I dd when going to work every day in paper or on line in a Web site' but we did have experts we could contact with a legal question like this.  Experts that are still here, but many don't even know they exist as it would be rare that social security workers would have to make such a determination any more with all the Homeland secuirty, etc. in place. Those on duty now, have no ideaa what all we had to investigate to get one signed up for benefits.
But my motivation is for truth to be known and justice for the real Dad whose look of lplea for help that fateful day has been seared in my concious for 50+ years, as I walked away and did nothing as I didn't know what to do to handle an angry turning vicious mob at age 15. Nor did I realize it was going to escalate to more than taunts and gossip. The govt doesn't want justice for theft of our monies and violations of constitutional rights and me being under a multiple witnesses " let her die" order that has not been rescinded for over a decade, the people will now be the murder investigators as well as investigate other federal crimes and civil violations as well. This is absolute anarchy for people are trained and paid by us to take care of these tihngs and the law and constitution says they are to be doing it.  Congress has slacked their duty a long time ago. The president is threatening to start signing executive orders because  Congress is not passing the laws they want. They may just let him do it and then blame him because they have shirked their costitutional duty to us and the nation.
Both sides are unhappy with me as I don't follow the 'party line', but my conscience. I did sign the petition to today for filibuster reform. Congress can't do things they need to start voting for oar aaginst each item and amendments and get busy. We will learn what each stands for and those that have 'paid the way' for some of them may just have to be unhappy they didn't get their money's worth. A lot of money is involved that should not be involved over how one votes in  Congress.
 I pray that we get all this resolved over the birth records, but no one from Ms Taitz's has contacted me back, but I don't think they need to : get the real records and start from there. Secretaries of States , I think, have had access to the Topeka KS records all along and just 'went along' as the eligibility is not an issue. But if that is not true then all of them have shirked their duty. They should have raised an inquiry and let him get the real records by signature and signed an affidavit that he was never told, and I don't kow if he still knows the truth. If those around him can lie about where he was born and whose his Dad was, then what else are they lying about that affects foreign decisions and where we send our soldiers and all those other things that affect the general welfare of the people and nation.
I hope the US supreme court asks her to get the real records, and maybe they will give her a subpoena, but I don't think they can do that?  They may tell her to go get it! The Kansas case is still in Shawnee county waiting>>> Sorry about not addressing Agenda 21 and the soil bank law of 1954; others have picked up on it as a beginning. Will try to get back to it.

Patents and copy right laws are to be. The govt will not own the rights to people;s private properties from their own work.And times must be limited. We have discoveries in many areas that have been bought by private companies ad squelched and they only have a certain time before that may be out in the public domain But other laws get massed and everything has gotten kind of murky over access to new and inventive ideas and medicines, etc.  Note "useful "for Arts. What does that mean? Is there a intimation that there can be some restrictions on blatant blasphemy that is offensive to many or the most flagrant examples of pornography that goes beyond just the natural beauty of the human body? Lots of legal cases over the years over that have occurred.  But one has right to credit for what they have invented or created.  Even on the Internet, where everything is free to pass around , websites are set up to link and give the credit for what one has created.  We do have great sharing of info on going. I learned of  Orly Taitz getting to the US Supreme Court from J C Campbell at 'We The People' but then checked her web site and more info to double check it. Pray for health for my husband and others who are sick and need to find the right treatments  Please pray  for jsutice  and truth to be out wherever it leads. even if it means our President gets to kow some of an extended family he has never known, or there is some closure to three dead in the Kansas river so many years ago, and all the others that were rumored to have disappeared there also.Innocent until proven guilty is our way.   TOMORROW AGENDA 21 and the SOIL BANK LAWS: Linda Joy Adams 1/9/13..
