And the rains came down and its cool but not real cold. Ground is getting a good soaking.  One family member had a medical appt, so this will be another round of appeals, as the billing service. Now that Novatis has taken over for Trailblazers on Medicare will they allow the theft of Medicare or will they code the claim for a conditional payment and send a recovery action to Medicare secondary recovery unit which is now being run in this area by the Chickasaw Nation. So far , they've not done any better, for us, than when Group Health was running things. As they just accepted Mr Or Ms OPM's word for it that there is no workers comp and yet the official posting shows otherwise and there has been no change in the laws, etc. and agency Judges have affirmed its accurate at the highest levels.(They still have no access to the offiicial postings so someone in high authroity is still controlling the flow of informaton so thefts can continue.)
Doyle and I then worked on sending dispute in on a bill as they did not bill owcp, so I have no civil right of appeal if not paid. Somehow people understand that one has to 'buy a lottery ticket in order to win' but they don't understand that if no cliam is filed, it can;t get paid or; then there is no right to get things corrected and someday get in front of a judge to do so. Of course judges ruling s are ignored and 'dispapeared' over there at Affiliated Computer services that pretty much runs the govts of the world through all their interlocking companies. This cabal is bigger than any govt, and the people of the Nations have almost entirely lost their rights.
When one calls a govt call center, one is rarely ever talking to a govt employee any more. That means the person you are talking with, can't really solve or fix anything as they don''t have the legal authority to do so.in any real way.
Then had to send letter to another medical provider and say we could only pay $10 a month and sent a copy of the certified mail receipt for the request for Part B Medicare that has been pending unprocessed for over a year, and the hearing file on the original request was taken out of the Hearing office  by ACS and disappeared. And Social Security's computer system was hacked into to make it disappeared when it should show where it was transferred to.
In reviewing 2/09 remand order from OWCP appellate Judges, I realized that if Lynn Blodgett CEO had not intervended and disregarded it and not shared it or the file with the regional officials, they may not have had their contract with the US dept of Labor renewed as it exposed the on going felonies and major problems inside ACS and one thing that can get a govt contractor in trouble yet is violations of civil and constitutional rights. They have been blatant with regard to this. When appelalte judges tell an agency to ask me for the facts of a case and to accept my records, and then expose that I did return to work in 1990 and nothing like what has happened should have; yet nothing has been done as OIG still has a policy of no security allowed in thee the govt on anyoes's records. Sounds really bizarre, but Congress did tis and has let the world turn itself upside down. Theft is OK, but obeying a judge is not. So we are at an impasse and this is the federal plan and those govt contractors all will be dealing with in 2014 on our health Care plans. Private and Employer health plans are beginning to realize that they are under siege , too. Congress needs to get busy and make amendments to preserve what tax dollars and integrity of they system that is left.

Glad the truth is starting to get out and pray that the birthers will redirect their focus on getting some of  these laws amended that should have had more hearings and input. We are split philosophically, but we always have been in this Nation.
Posted today in Federal Times is a calss action law suit against my Employer Social Security where black males were discirmiented against and case was started in 1998 and settled in 2002, and then EEOC orders  were  ignored. My EEOC sanctions agianstt hem were ignored too and this was not just on promotions and  salaries, mine was intentional bodily harm to the point of losng life. More than once and intentionally down , usually gettiing worse after another co worker died of their injures from 1/89 at 2 Journal Square 9TH floor Social Security Teleiseivce Center Jersey  City NJ.
In 2008 finally they got out of a work site that never met federal law for human  habitation. The lease was renewed every 10 years, and my Congressma'sn had said that in 1998, I had to be gotten rid of so that the lease could be renewed as my case proved the deaths of the others were related to conditions in the building and if they got me off of owcp, then Hartz Mountian and ADP, etc. could say the building was safe and no one was badly injured. He was honest about the on going abuses of power and  his staff was instrumental in  documenting crimes,then, getitng a cirminal investigaiton going on the disappearances of  many injured workers' files in the Dallas regional office. of US dept of Labor, but it ended up with "so many felonies" the govt gave up and contracted out to Affiliated Computer Services  who could not be investigated as Congress gave them immunity from crimes and no internal audit controls any more.
So EEOC just came down with sanctions for this class of people, and said now there is millions in back pay due.WATCH OUT! Knowing past behavior, they may just contract out the rest of Soicial Security to ACS, and they may get their back pay, but future may be unemployment checks.And returneing vets, who used to get a govt job when they came home, will get those 'temp' jobs at ACS.
Abuses of power are rampant and , too many discrimination is hatred. Sometimes, I think the ones doing it, hate themseles and take it out on any group they can abuse power over. Then there is corruption already occurring with money missing at the higher levels of the agencies and  that ends up being taken out on one group or another, also.Don;' hold ones breath on anything ordered carried out as judges orders even EEOC sanctions are not done so. They do have the numbers and hopefully they will  have justice. But there are a lot of us waiting for justice that belong to all kinds of minority groups that get our rights stomped on. Christ said when you do it to the least of these it is done to Him. One doesn't have to be a Christian to understand that the majority hast o look out for the weaker among us that humans can gang up on and deprive them of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness Its why we have a constittuion wher the rural areas have some extra power granted through the US Senate.
The struggle between good and evil goes on. And we still have no Justice for the three dead in te Kansas River 50+ years ago, which has had a profound affect on many in the generation that has high leadership in this Nation. The message one can discriminate and show hatred to the point of murder and get by with it. Not a 100 years ago, but within the lifetimes of those still in positions of leadership in this nation. As they are in the age gorup to have been aware in their formative years.
If one does a Google search,etc. for something happening 50+ years ago in Topeka Ks, you will not find it. The last racial incident listed is way back in 1922. Yet the local papers did run the stories, briefly and named the names. But a lot of info from the last 50 years before the Internet got stated is not available to everyone. There is a search engine one can purchase for newspaper archives, but even main media no longer have the research staff to locate something like this and I don't have the money. Trying to keep a doctor at $10 a month because I have to pay for much of my own medical expenses when there are three insurances ';m supposed to have. But the abuses learned over the last 50+Years and perfected have led us to a time of great immorality. of anarchy and groups hating each other over non issues that have been raised to incite others.  Its not  only not knowing right from worng; but its not understnading why one is supposed toobey the law, when the law is put there to keep us from harming one another. Like theft, murder, etc. Its called divide and conquer ann the 'big guys' have done a great job of it.We are about  to lose all the rights outlined in those precious Bill of Rights, the fist ten amendments to our constitution, no matter the interpretation of each! Because  we cant seem to fully participate in the legal process and get representatives elected that represent  preserving those issues precious to all of us. We know it when we lose them!
My motivation IS A SINCERE DESIRE TO OVERCOME OUR PAST AND WE HAVE TO GO BACK AND FACE SOME TERRIBLE INJUSTICES THAT HAVE OCCURRED. Those that don't like the way the president was raised, need to understand that the system failed his, mother and the rest of us; He should have Had a chance to know his real Dad and not be faced with an immediate family in such fear and other issues to never tell him,if he never was after I got stopped in 1/71. His Dad did not abandon him, others who had no business getting riled up should have left them alone to  plan their future
  One person from Topeka , who seems to know something, but isn't talking, said, The parents did it. I couldn't get any more than that. Parents committed murder? So in order to get my bills paid and the monies awarded me, the law says I';m supposed to have and have no choice and no one else does when they get injured at work in order to get medical care in the current system; I have to solve a 50+ year old murder? Living hundreds of miles from KS? I choose to live!

Often, legal help is of no benefits, as we are dealing with crimes and  most can't arrest any one, either.

OK Congress , you want to close all those post offices, but the Constittution says the lines of comunication are to remain open. and you are to see they are on Federally taken care of roads. Of course the Internet and telephones weren't around. But as any one that lives in a small town, knows, the local post office is more than for mail Its where commuinity affairs are posted.  Most never get into the local papers, as those are now owned by some conglomerate long ways afar.I have advocated for years , that instead of the post office trying to sell items no one wants  and too expensive; why not open Internet access and some computer termianls to rent for 1/2 hours, etc. Not every one has Internet access at all times It seems as if everyone has a cell phone,but, a lot have all those pre paid minutes run out and don't have those nice exclusive contracts for unlimited time. Its a major expense. Others might have ideas in more urban areas, but don;t assume everyone is connected, yet.  Services need to be expanded so the post offices can remain the local  hub of the Federal  govt. Some studies say that half of us still live in or near those small town areas. Its time to think creatively. And its not going to be the same answer for every community as to what need could be fulfilled and raise some extra revenue. TOMORROW: MINE! Linda Joy Adams 1/8/13
