Daily Recap 1/5/12: 'Fired' From Tea Party Nation: President Obama Born In Topeka Ks: Cool and Sun shone some. Local Nursery has a sale on some trees to plant and reminds us to start our seedlings by Mid January. Only mail besides those wanting us to buy something was a bill from a doctor for co pay, Last Summer, thinking Part B applications would surely get processed they had not asked for it. But for over a year Social security will not undisappear the Hearing File nor allow a request for Part B get processed as they will not address the entitlement issues as to when can file ad amount owed, etc. And the current premiums are being with held but missing as the computer software program in place is flawed and does not have? coding for Workers compensation is involved. So not one cares of breach of security in the govt contractor Affiliated Computer Services , et al at Social Security, yet Congress whines about SSA going broke and people are donating lots of money to lobby them to save it. How about securing the money and files and data on the people?
Its like their is a disconnect in the whole govt.? To me having security on data, files and money is uppermost otherwise why is any one whining about going broke if its open to be stolen? and has been in too many areas of the govt and its not been stopped. Who has the money? Where is the people's money?
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; Soon after getting on the Internet at the end of 2008, and not too much into it until later on in 2009, I joined Tea Party Nation. Judson Phillips is one of the main person that has ;ownership?' of it. There is also a semi type chat room where one ca be a friend of parties and either discuss with them privately or in the group . I have interchanged a lot about the birth of the President in Topeka Ks and have learned some things from some of those there that have seen and heard different things as an eye witness to original airings of some things, years ago. It Was Donna, on that site, that spurred me into looking more into the rumors I had heard growing up in Topeka of mental research on propaganda and crowd control, and manipulations of mass behavior, etc. and that Ann might have been involved in some kind of special group?
I have no first hand or even second hand knowledge as my a parents were saying she was sent to Fred Phelps to live to go to school while they were away on their ';govt business' and Topeka KS had good schools, etc. It was while there she ended up having to get away and met the Real Dad of the president and then there was the raciall attack on both after the gossip frenzy in the city and Topeka HS of the interracial couple that turned deadly with no real investigiation for 50+ years. That's when my parents her, great uncle were asked to take gdnshp and the motivations was mostly to get her to shut up and quit trying to search the river for the body, and beggng for investigation. After birth and she had left for Mercer island the bodies did wash up later. The cover up is horrific nad I couldn't; even get an interested reporter from the local paper to get permisision from his editor Tamara Quinn to check for the news articles on the murders. I no longer live in Ks nd have mo monies to pay for expensive search engines ot go there and check archives etc.
So I began posting.
I joined the Tea Party as I am for the constitution being obeyed and upheld. My political views are varied depending on the issue and sometimes my personal views don't match any group on some issues. Buts that the freedom we have to ofrm our own opinions.
I tried to not go so public with all this and tried to get the birthers who have lawyers and money to get the original documents , etc. out of Topeka Ks and they just were not interested in the truth and the more they lost the court cases the more they complained about the system and many were not understanding that in civil cases, one has to prove not only the case but intent.. If one is never told where they were born nor who their Dad was, how can one prove intent to defraud?. Other issues were just a creation of supposed ignorance of the system of laws of the time?
I personally am aware that the fake bio was in place by Fall of 1963, and extended famaily expected to go along with it. I never said I would and mostly ignored as a teenager. Many never knew the whole truth of Topeka or that I was involved as much as I was.
So this week Orly Taitz gets chewed out by the Judge in Califor for the irresponsible filings. Most are well aware of the real request that is needed, the subpoena request for the Topeka Ks records, but she will not even ask for it and that's when I got very suspicious of the motivations behind the whole birther movement as having little to do with a search for the trurth but playing on many's emotions that have a sincere disilke for the President and enraging it by spewing out the fake bio and not going for the truth that he is eligible, but wrong state. Character and political views are bonafid issues to debate and dcidee if he's the one to vote. for.
For six months, I've been answering the legal issues on Tea Party Nation, and several in the group of leadership apparently were with Orly Taitz this week in the courtroom or had filed affidavits?
The ones I have filed are posted online here back in 9/12/ So all knew where I stood for the truth.
So a new posting was made a few days ago about this filing and I began repsonding to some of the comments and was hoping to have a good exchange as had happened previously a couple of months ago. I mentioned that the Judge England was correct and personal from my contacts with Sec of stat';s offices, and the Justice dept ( on line) she needs to ask for the court order for the Ks Records, as that's the best proof that the Hawaii record is not the place of the birth even though anyone could get a birth recorded there back in 1961 and pretty sure his maternal grandmother directly involved in posting it.
So today I get a reply from Vern Shotwell and said I would be suspended if I posted another comment. Then I got a personal reply from one person, to be my friend, I responded on that person's site there and said I may get suspended for answering this but I am only after truth to be known. I got suspended right after that, I have copies of my postings but its the same general info that is on my personal sites. A search for truth and eye witnesses. I've picked up some new friends. on facebook.
Sometimes when one goes into a legal investigation, the turth may be bigger than a place of birth. It might not only solve three 50 year old murders, that some might not want investigated but if there really was some form of special project in Topeka Ks to raise up an amoral leadership for the new world order that was getting started, there, I do not know of it directly. I was just in College Prep classes, but I saw and heard things and it was the PSYCHIATRIC CAPITOL OF THE WORLD and it was not all about treatment for patients with metal illness. A lot of famous people came and or brought their loved ones to get help. With modern medications and their research of the era and now, most that need treatment can find it in their local areas. There are a lot of well known persons my age and younger that were in Topeka Ks , then, but do not acknowledge it in their bios on line which I've always though 'mysterious?'
I assumed someone in their familyy might have been getting treatment and they didn't want to advertise someone in thier famliy had mental health issues. Were some of these 'bright kids' going to school with us part of something else too? I have no idea for sure. But when there is secrecy and unanswered questions and gaps in time and eye wintesses that know things, its what what spawns conspiracy theories. I don't want to get involved in that, I just want to seek for truth and have Congress uphold the constitution and quit letting the rule of law in thie country and our soverignty and individual rights gets stomped on. Plus, somethng has to be done with an amoral attitude among too many in the upper echelons of our govt and society that seem to have lost their moral compass of right and wrong of jsutice and mercy. And understanding that stelaing the taxpayers; s money is upposed to be a cirme and causing people to die due to their illgal actions is also wrong and illegal. Just because Mr or Ms OPM says to break the law, is not OK.
Whatever occurred in the last 24 hours and the daily recap, yesterday, did delve into some of what I knew about the educational system in Topeka Ks was discussed as I grew up in it. Things did change when Topeka West opened in Fall of 1961, Topeka HS stayed pretty much the same with those in College Prep expected to do our work and added even extra to do and many national awards were still won for several years. But the whole system was an 'experiment in the works.' Apparently not just to make integration work.
Today C Span ran a panel of book authors about Pres Obama and David Mariness was on. Remember last Summer, after I went public, he admitted on Hard Ball that he had the Topeka ks leads and didn't follow them and wants to delve more into it. But there is so much money tied up in books and movies of the other scenarios, that they could lose money. Obama Sr was a real person, and the real tragedy is that President Obama may still not have been told and my messages to the wthitehouse and campaign were probaby never given to him. I've had little contact over the years as a more distant relative and his maternal grandmother stopped me from saying anything to him in 1/71 in Mercer Island Wa. David Mariness didn't even get tha right that he was in Mercer Island first. I have not read his book as I don't have the money to buy it and have not asked the library to get a copy yet. It would be interesting but I'm the eye witness not him. As for the lead he had from Hawaii, remember this was a fake bio put in place from day one and there was a lot of fear for safety and that's why my parents did not want me visibly seem around the situation. Don't forget there are three murdered already over this. And it could have been Ann and her unborn child, too. the President.
Social Security and Documents in the 1960's-1970's
Today one gets there social securiity number soon after birth and state and Federal reords are cross checked. even getting ones driver's license can mean a cross checking into data files, one may not be aware of.
And its rare one does not have a birth certificate all properly filed soon after birth.
In 1968, when I went to work for Social Secuirty, there were a lot of people filing for benefits that had no birth certificate filed shortly after birth. We had extensive research as well as training in to accuracy of documents and how to spot phony ones, etc. Also if a pad of blank birth records disappeared from a county courthousese or from a hospital, we got alerts to insert in our manuals after a teletype alert to watch for a birth from there. In some waays we may have been better and sooner informed than today.
Hawaii problems were well known. Many don't realize that when one files for social security a determination is made on citizenship as well as age. ( Now, that is done when one files for their social securirty number and its on recors from early on)
Then, to get a number, it was merely mail in a form to any office or go to an office and fill out a form ad no evidence was generally asked fo if under 18, or if over 18 and one had a number it was located in Baltimore for a duplicate card., A lot of thorugh cross checking was done in the local office and nationally headquarters to make sure one didn't;get someone;else's number . And a lot of other checks were in place. One was issued a new number based on the office that took the request. Residency or ones address had nothing to do with it. Tha;s why some oft he stuff out their is so ludicrous to even be raised in a legal filing.
I seem to recall about Hawaii, and that info should be avaiable from the historical library at social secrirty headquarters in Baltimore. But, it still may not be public info as we had what we called the 'yellow pages' that were not public for fraud investigations which we did our own then as there was no Office of Inspector generals.It was not uncommon for someone to go to a hospital and steal a blank form and, fill it out and send on in to the state. The utter laxity in some facilities was astounding. like on the shelf behind the receptionist area or on a clip board in a hall way, are some speciifcs that had occurred over the early years.
During the Cabbage Patch Doll era, hospitals were using their official forms to give dolls birth records and we finally got that stopped. We may have some of those cabbaga patch dolls working and applying for social security benefits by now. over it.
No one has really ever checked the penmanship? on the Hawaii record, but it really isn't pertinent as it would have been done by those deceased now and the statute of limitations on fraud charges passed. So the birther movement trying to get him ineligible is a false one.
Character issues, and politics are valid issues to debate, but the people spoke and if the birthers , in my opinion, had spent more time supporting a candidate that reflected the wishes of the public more, then he might not have been reelected. Better to ask our congressonal delagations to vote the way we want and vote down or defund those things in bills passed or executive orders we don't like. Its called following thee Constitution which is a living document and has served us well for over 200 years so far.
If some project was being implemented for the current times back in Topeka Ks, its working, unfortunately. In civil cases the plaintiff has to prove the case and the original is what is needed and none has even asked for a subpoena or court order for it. I am not an attorney, but I'm not in a state that has any pending action. I have filed my affidavit like an informal friendly brief. which, I pesronally believe, has allowed the various Sec of States and the US Justice dept to access the national interlocked data base and find the real records themselves, but not allowed to say anything about it. I don't know what law got that through, but am pretty positive it is in effect. So when various secretary's of states ofsay put him on the ballot, they may be doing it based on their personal research which, as a responsibility of thier office ,could do. And the masses are being misled into hateful antagonism against their govt and individuals that may have been perfected as to how to achieve this is in experiment on crowd manipulation run in Topeka Ks 50+ years ago. I don't;like what is happening usurping of our personal rights and freedoms either. But has any one noticed that THOSE OF BOTH SIDES ARE VOTINGG TO TAKE THEM AWAY?
So I say good bye to some Friends I began to cherish at Tea Party Nation, but am open to new friends and I cherish the ones I have on facebook and here and on twitter. They represent all points of view and most are persons that share their faith and tis wonderful to read and share with.
I pray we do have some kind of Congressional Investigation, but if its leading to some kind of govt research, done 50 years ago; there is usually a lot of obstruction to those kinds of things being made public as one knows from recent history.

Two 'odd things' to put in the same phrase?
Equality for all is the 'prime directive,' although in the matter of slavery it got shoved aside and cost us dearly later. One can't' bribe' their way to citizenship or get it trough special privilege by knowing someone. All have to play by the same rules for all.
And if one can't pay their debts, there was a mechanism put in place to get out from under those through bankruptcy. The USA was not going to have any debtors prisosn. A uniform method of addressing what one has and what one can discharge and what as to be paid was going to replace what was all to common throughout the world that ended up with those owed money getting nothing and those owing money worse off than before. The Biblical concept of the 7 years and 50 years of forgiveness of debts was underlying principle of this.
