But as secondary, but OWCP not on it and I corrected it an d got a copy before turing it in to the lab person; and added in the OWCP claims number as the new law puts the onerous on the patient even more to make all aware. so those conditional payment letters go out to the primary payers. This raises a new question as what may have been going on on the off line thefts Every one should check to see if the spouse is getting claims also paid on our ssn with a spousal suffix. NOT THEFT BY THE DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL OR LAB, BUT THE PARTNER OF MEDICARE :Remember this has nothing to do with social security it was the offline system that may or may not be shut down yet as not all under under the same claims processor, I've written online in many places who to check if the partner of Medicare has stolen your id and claims and paid themselves by diverting the money debited form the Medicare trust fund away form the medical provider..
Medicare Coordination of Benefits is now requiring all the medilca providers and suppliers to  hire a clearing hosse to do the checking of the medicare  computer owned by Emblem Health, but the bizarre info they are getting is horrendous. And all are intelrlocked financially with Affiliated Computer Service whch is contolliing much the world info now.) Hopefully, HHS will get some regulations published in the Federal register soon, as its only getting worse out in computer clams professing land due to all the corruption entrenched in the system for almost 16 years since Sec of HHS Donna Shalala collapsed the health care system back in 1994, by ruling that all the health plans and ins comapnies would be on their Honor and all would play by the rules. and "what planet was she living on?" when hugh money could be made with no one to stop the illegal activity?
Then on to the bank to apply for a new card, and supposedly others had already received their new card in the fruad that swept through a couple of months ago, but my card had not been affected. Couldn't; get any info if all were form Dubai. The charge was for a business expense as if I was conducting a business in another country with  a huge phone bill or other business expenses. I wish I was healthy to do such, but Dubai would not be a choice of location. I like trees and grass too well. For all I know OWCP will be told I'm working in Dubai, Arab Emirates Sorry , I'm in the USA living in poverty and typing propped up on pillows in bed. And not making any money, just trying to keep what little temporary payments. I am receiving.
                                              TESTIMONY OF A STRANGER
While waifing for my blood and urine tests to be taken, I was in a conversation with another woman, about my age that was waiting , too. She spike about a forewarning she had received. I said I believe that in times when historical events can change things, many are forewarned in some way. It say sin Isaiah? that we have a 'veil over our eyes' and we are not permitted to see all .. to paraphrase because due to our fallen state of being able to be tempted to do wrong we cant be trusted to see all as Adams and Eve did before they sinned. and disobeyed Yahuah YHWH, as many call God. and Christians call Yahusha or Christ Jesus.
 She was driving down a street ad she had 'vison' of two children riding bikes being killed by a car. Soon after she say the youth, and was able to avoid hitting them when their bicycles slipped.. In our scientific world, not every one is accepting of these forewarnings. Why her, why that time? Who did those children turn out to be? How did it change her life to not have the horror of killing two children on her souls for life? Of course it changed history, but we may never know in this world, just how much. Maybe it is the grandchildren of these youth that will do something good for the world?.
We can believe in micro and radio waves and wi fi and all those scientific means of communication even though one can't see them Yet we can talk to someone on the other side of the world in seconds, now. Why can't our own brains know what is going on somewhere else and what may happen to someone else who has taken a path headed right towards us and  another someone  knows there is an oil slick on the road, etc.that can cause a bicycle to slide under a car? We have abilities that were stopped' thousands of years ago,because  we could not be trusted to use these abilities for good. What knowledge we do have has us on the verge of destroying the world and all of humanity. Some day , we may reach the point that evil and death and dtestruction and inhumanity to others will no longer tempt us, but it has not arrived. But once in awhile, some are given a glimpse into what those abilities are. I am thankful to  have met  the woman today. and pray for her good health and happiness.
                                                 MEDICARE MISINFORMATION
I also spoke to another person that had just gotten approved for Social security disability and was asking another party about what would happen when she got medicare two years from now. Currently she was covered on a husband's employer group health plan,and and she was already being told that when she went on medicaire she would no longer have that and Medicare would be her only insurance. I didn't get a chance to explain to her very clearly that medicaire was going to be her supplemental insurance to that employer group health plan as long as her husband was working and had it. So she is already being misled;  so we do need those regulations fast and some real enforcement on this to stop the shenanighans going on that affect life, liberty and pursuit of happiness in thi scountry.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS L My Dad was another person that could often understand what the future was going to hold. Many times it was because of his back ground and knowing that govts would step in and intervene and it would not always be a good thing for that to happen. He worked campus security at Washburn University in Topeka, KS. and was also in  charge of the Golf Course, and he'd shakeh is head after talking with some of the law students that they neither knew the Ten commandments and what they meant  nor the Constitution of the United States, but they were learning court procedures, and how to make a deal and could quote precedent Casees and he worried about this group becoming the leadership of the nest generations.  When they didn't understand the basic of human rights documents.. At that time Washburn University Law school usually rated among the top four in the Nation right up her with Harvard and Yale, etc.
 It was the same way with farming methods., Farmers would take out a loan to buy a farm and then farm the land to depletion to pay off the loan and then not have the resources of the land to continue into the future. Most did not take advantage of some new Federal programs that came  in the 1950s where the govt would make terraces and do other things on ones property to save the soil and stop erosion and preserve the resources to grow the food we all need to survide. Dad had to pay 50%o f the charges so it was not free. The Army Corps of Engineers came snd bulldozed terraces to stop soil erosion on the farm in Dover and then Dad planted brome grass on the terraces and they were farmed around. One did not go out and farm in a straight row any more, but in a circular path to preserve the top soil.
 One day a plane was flying back and forth over the farm and he found out later its was taking pictures, which I have ,of the farm and he was notified of a soil conservation award he was being givien in the first group given in the USA. I  would sometimes, take visitors on a tour and explain all  to those who were curious.
 But Dad said, as he looked across the road at land that needed terracing and some intervention like this to save the top soil, and nothing was done, that someday, the govt would require it to be done on ones own property as people would need food and farmers that did not preserve what was needed to grow food would find their soverign property rights infringed on when they did not take care of what they had. He was sad about that happening, but he had seem the Dust Bowl happen over the same lack of stewardship of the land. The govt can be of assistance with the big equipment that is sometimes needed. The vision of the future preservation of the land to keep on producing and making money with corps was not understood by all landowners that were only seeing the need to make loan payments and couldn't see that if the land was depleted of its top soil, there would be no crops to sell.
Agenda 21 was the beginning of that intervention and according to my Dad, much of the blame came right back to irresponsibility of stewardship of ones own land in an era where we, in USA; had lots of of grain, but in parts of the world people were starving and the govt and a system to get the corps to the starving people was all tied up with some taking advantage to control in the middle of all the chaos and confusion and individuals not taking personal responsiblity for what they had.

This is not under the two year budget rule nor only in time of war, but its to be done all the time. Protecting the seas which is a large portion of the boundaries of the USA.  Being in the US Navy , is one job that is not to go away at all.
