The lead-off to this post got changed as soon as saw the headlines just posted. of a law passed by US Senate to make lynching a hate crime...and thought it surely already was as part of our civil rights laws, but this may open the way for funding for healing the past and memorials and plaques and not forgetting those victims who often were forgotten as he kind of hurt leaves silence and no closer of even recognizing the life of the one lost to an injustice...of murder in a way...that terrorized too often in the past....and may such not arise again...but some seem to be getting led to some awful actions...and prayer and keeping good ways seems the best option to follow...and trying to help strangers. or even just acquaintances....has led some into real danger just trying to care...
And although many who did the horrible act of murder by the lynching of those never convicted by any court to be executed... those who did the deed, became the night tyrants of the USA not so long ago.
We have to have a justice system that is fair and just and seeks the truth and all equal before it..Not that some can do illegal things that cause death and be allowed to go on with no consequences for their actions and others severely punished even put to death..
To me, capital punishment is best left up to the Almighty on judgment day for the outcome of one's eternal life..And we deal with even one innocent person, that ends up convicted and dead by our justice system... The system is made up of those from among us, and since the fall of humanity, none of us are fully immune to sin. Just most of us do not murder others...but more often we ignore the injustices of our systems and do nothing to try and correct it for better fairness and justice.
My source of information for what happened on the banks of the Kaw now called Kansas River back in 3/61 is one of the intended victims, Stanley Ann Dunham the younger one, not the older one her dad Daniel Wayne Pope and wife took the names of the older family and then named their child the same name... Dan is my first cousin on my dad's side...and the whole story of a terrible injustice was suppressed by the media back in 2008 and justice suppressed also..
Personally, this is shocking that lynching is not considered a hate crime as the use of it was to keep those of one color of skin in a sub servant class in society...And the whole reason was an interracial teenage couple who after knowing each other for about a year,,, found themselves pregnant...Hell had already broken loose for them...and maligned out of continuing their high school...We lost the last two football games in the fall of 1960 due to Jim being removed from the team due to his having a white girlfriend..
Since Ann was using the name Dunham, the few times I had met her when she was sent by her mother to live with her relatives at Westboro Baptist church...had no idea she was my second cousin...and she did not know she even had family in the city...(Another, later on, took Dan's name and someone sent me his obituary..and had not known the name exchange had continued past the 1950's either.)
When I could not get past the handlers of POTUS by2012 and had chest pains one night knew that I may be one of the key witnesses to much of what happened and why etc and began to write what I knew and all hell broke loose on all sides...Too many had invested big money in the Kenya birth of those who did not like Obama, and I had grave concerns and voted for the other side in 2008, of a relative of ours, and an in-law on mom's side.
In 2012, since my going public beyond an occasional comment to try and get anyone to get the truth being suppressed as many did come forward and got shut up who knew some things and some knew and not the whole facts. Like a puzzle with none knowing all, but for me, was probably the closest to the whole..But had no contact with his mother after birth in Topeka KS and all the media has access to the published papers back to the early years of this nation that costs about a thousand dollars a year...and got the same info in the Topeka papers as was his grandmother nearly successful forgery and attempts in Hawaii...But got caught and this one birth ended with a state law passed for all blanks forms to be locked up,,, that had a legal reason to have them like hospitals....and by the time I went to work for social security, a nationwide effort to get this done nationwide..and we had a lust of alerts of where blanks may have gone missing...
And since this was on land under the jurisdiction of the Army corps of Enginers an open FBI case as 3/61 was before the civil rights laws..and a real cover-up by news....of such events rumored to happen by hooded in the night...and bodies thrown in the river to be washed on down eventually to the Gulf of Mexico... Its possible due to the altering of the channel where Soldier Creek emptied into the Kaw River (changed to Kansas soon afterward) their bodies got trapped and over a year later, my dad was called.
I understood helping the sheriff notify the families. A white ordained minister to notify those of color who had their own pastors as people of faith. And had done little to bring any to justice who did the deed...even though Ann could not ID them as they wore hoods...And he did see the bodies...a horror for sure... and then wrote an op-ed for the evening paper published Monday after mother's day in 1962..and one with access...found it in that all papers source as it named the dead,,,3 died as Ann said they intended to lynch her and Obama unborn...and Jim fought back to save them, and she ran for help and too late by the time they got back..and they ended up dead also....3 members of Rosa Parks extended family died that day, I recall my mom sending Ann our copy from the paper in a letter she wrote to her in Washington state, mercer Island. where she graduated HS in 1963 but also had taken some college courses also... And they got this wrong and someone altered info in the alumni database using the year of birth of the older Stanley Ann. and this gets more consulted...as seems Obama's half-sister who came for the event...did not know the dates were wrong either? THIS IS MORE TRUE than one can imagine when I began my search for the whole truth and learned this and why the Equal Justice Initiative is an excellent way to face the past and do what is written and stop ignoring all the victims whose own loved one never shared he truth with their own descendants yet it affects all down through history...and the past is not so long ago..either.
One reason many stay silent in a time of grave injustice as the family is threatened or loses their lives rather than the one with attention as a whistleblower or advocate for justice issue of some kind... the wicked world we live in trying to bring in the Kingdom of Heaven to it...

Do not forget the hurts of injustice on children when society does not seem to care to even try to have recognition for injustice and often never even lets the child know and then finds out those thy love have been made liars when were good people otherwise... And I had an attempt on my life in 5/61 when it became known my parents had guardianship of my Dad's 15 year old pregnant great nice descendent of his oldest sister...in colorado and family pictures are on FLkrs site.
A Journey for truth, that only became more clear when one from Russia attended seminary with me in the early 1990s and knew me before we had met..and began to tell how a bridge had been rebuilt as if I should know all about my own history... A key person in some religion dealing now..and how have I been a witness to well-known events in my life and know the parts of things others often have had no access to? And what to do? Personally, I thought that if Obama still had not been told, as much of my own family descendants on my dad's side did not until later on...etc..(DETAILS ON DAILY R4ECAP OVER THE LAST HALLF OF 2012....including the Sec of State of Kanas Kris Kobach who did not tell the whole t4uth in court in 9/12 and end the whole mystery... This is a secret that the whole state of Kansas has known or most know of some part of this horrible injustice.. and many wonders why Sec of State is not so popular in elections, and 'they all' know .. Not every single one.. but its part of the past never resolved by our legal systems for murder to take place and nothing done...The attempt on my life was ignored also...but am only alive due to some miracle 'force moved me a couple of inches and was not hit...it did touch my clothes..though or my life might have been death number 4 ignored..
It was not until getting into the past and then researching to fill in the parts of a whole I had no knowledge of but fairly over the years mentioning them...and one vent in 1/71 when we next met..just arrived from Indonesia with his second adoptive name of Soetoro...( The marriage to Obama Sr. and they never lived together and heard my mom coaching her what to say if they showed up and he not there...) and good people not being truthful due to real fear of they or me ending up dead as already had a close call on me.. and my Dad had it made clear to shut up and no more op-eds in newspapers as it said " "three bodies washed up on a sand bar and one had a rope around his neck.") Wonder if the new owner of the Topeka papers still has this 'censored' to be read in entirety?)
So will the FBI open this case and others and have some kind of legal closure for all...of the record the USA did its job to resolve murders unsolved now and in the past.? part of the healing of the past wrongs of a society it facing them and then overcome them with better ways learned from the past..
The Equal Justice Initiative in Alabama is doing a real effort for memorials or plaques at the sites....as in the past, the deaths were ignored and the victims never mentioned again...written out of history and in the Topeka HS yearbook for 1961: the replacement on the football team had the back up pasted over his picture for number 64. A capable player,, but not the same ability and possible potential for the future... Do not confuse Jim T Parks with another relative of his a year older James Parks and real online changes occurred on yearbooks as other online friends just seeking the truth helped and they were posted one and removing and changing and photoshopping...etc
The last time I saw Jim and only knew him from school he had shown up after being called by our choral teacher to sing with the Boys Glee club for the music festival at Washburn which was not on Topeka high property where any teasing etc WAS NOT ALLOWed...ALL the injustice was off school grounds and I had little activity other than at school and church to even know of the racial injustice going on...When we are not around it...we are not ignoring it we just do not know..
Then when we do know, we are called to some kind of action by our souls...and what is tween one and the Holy Spirit...to know.
What does this have to do with Exodus Chapter 32?
Moses came down with the tablets of the 10 commandments all laws of society should agree to the spirit of Not unlike a constitution to be the founding basis of laws made and judges ruling to agree to the principles it lays the ground work for all freedoms, rights and fairness and justice for all And one in authority is not to (covet) abuse power when they have power over others. etc
One online preacher and know its linked, think it was Perry Stone and said that they made the golden calf as they did not know what the real divine looked like...there is mention of nakedness and dancing...but not of the abomination of human sacrifice... or is that hidden or was about to happen when Moses came down and told to be the Almighty which the visible part is Yahusha, christ in the glorified body form that was not part flesh from a human mother later on in the first coming to earth...
The people DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WORSHIP, WITHOUT A STATUE AS THAT IS THE WAY OF THE WORLD THEN...AND ALL THEY KNEW...They were people of promise of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and had lost so much of their history already they couldn't even praise and thank the Almighty without falling into some bad ways...as they did not know better...
And is a plausible explanation as to why much of the early books of the Torah from Moses and the Almighty an acceptable way to the Almighty to be worshipped and practice ways of faith...and how to make things for a worship place and later the Temple
We are CAREFULLY TAUGHT or carelessly in a wicked world and much of the journey for eternal salvation is that path back to goodness....and the rules of ways and food, etc...seems to be an orderly way for a society in the desert for 40 years to be isolated and be able to enter society and not be tainted by the evil around...And also be able to take on the Giant offspring of the fallen angels that had returned to their homeland over the 400 years they had been in Egypt, having moved in after the flood of Noah...and said by many to have been the instigator of NImrod and the Tower of Babel and another attempt to have one world religion and govt led by evil itself and defy all of he good of humanity and creation and the Divine Himself...as the all-powerful all-knowing and one really in charge...but humanity then down to know to be made ready to resist evil even when its seduction is overwhelming.
And back to the current world,. With the law-making lynching a hate crime will the federal govt take the lead to go back to the unsolved lynchings and have some investigations of why and who and closer of some kind as probably none is alive to be prosecuted for 3/61 murder. and pray none resorts to such now.
Surely we all know better than to not commit murder...Yet it's being done in massive ways, when those who rule, let others oversee what happened in health and other safety ways...and ignore real harms that kill and then say they are safe and know they are not...How is that any different than murder by other illegal ways...We just have made it more high-tech...and overthrown govts...to make all think we choose the real rulers by our votes... Only to have them...pass a law like in 12/02 to have no oversight of govt contractors who are given the money and work is not done...legally but wore is used to loot the public treasury...
And it came to light in another area of govt today, that some systems that were paid for are not in place for years to be ready for this all of our data cross checked etc...and no wonder some slip through and get this or that right to have this or that ok...and all the systems checked to know hat this or that group is not to have something by law...AND the paid for work is missinG...and govt is not allowed to know or find out...and if a federal law...with no shared finding the states cannot find out...and if it is shared funding...the states do not have the money to take on an international beast system that is not a govt entity at all....but in control of much of the records and data of all of us and world...and an illegal bast of harms even into massive deaths....and wars to annihilate all sides.
In the name of Yahusha, save us from what we have allowed happening to all of us...and I hit a key by accident and part of the first part of this post is not under some kind of scroll...and that is the way of high tech...and we not know all about all things...and pray my fingers to remember what they hit and reverse it...
prayers for all those in need now...and it seems to only be getting worse and many more desperate to commit illegal acts...who have been law-abiding but desperate times and threats and may all find YOu and know You are still in charge....and an event two in my family witnessed today,,, seems a group was put in one place to take care of something that in a short time...might leave them stranded if all systems go down...and no way to get updated as he time to do so...had been over a year or two....and will not get into more personal details but even those in that office...were amazed at so many in one time being in situations to get what did not have to be for up to a year done got it done today...
You are in charge...and the one who shared this is of faith in You and know it's You protecting many who did not know each other but events got them there...
Are You warning all to get all Your papers and documents and certifications etc taken care of to be prepared for anything that might happen and not be able to at a later date...when one may have to carry a whole bag of papers to prove anything...as will not be available in cyber space for all to look up...warning been out for a long time....and we are in wars...even if not directly as too many been led to this by actions of those not named in the fight...but we are involved or maybe some of or leaders helped get us to this place over decades of actions that were secret and maybe even illegal and ew all suffer when such goes on and never gets stopped and some kind od justice is tendered...
Prayers for healing for me and so many others going without access to what is medically needed by those in control who decide who is to have and who have not...and injustice to many goes on,,, even me....but thanks to You am still alive...and my family and loved ones helping when can do very little and then make typos. May all come to know how to worship You in ways that honor and glorify You...as the people with Moses had lost their history and did not know and left without You to tell them...they got into trouble...Some among them did know better but let. some lead others astray who knew some but not all...And Your leading and them first coming to overcome death for all of us on the day...maybe soon....will be a time of goodness when You removed evil from bothering us for a while...and we learn TRUTH of YOU BEING THE WAY, TRUTH, AND LIFE ETERNAL by and in You and we will fully understand what we only know in our souls is real and never be led to doubt You ever again. Yes, somehow the Holy Spirit of You is making sure...many are ready for what they are going to need in the days ahead...In Your Holy Name Yahusha, Amen
I hope the first part posts that can scroll to read and edit..as spell check still working since windows 11 updates done. seemed to correct a year without it. Details of family and my history of learning details not spoken of for 100 years by those who fled with help of President Wilson..and in hindsight...might have been a set up that did not end one family...who lived and became many leaders in the USA..and most for good...But hurts and injustices of the past...can come into a real clash and when some are in high leadership or influence....we could end up in WWIII and few even are aware of what is unique for one to know as a witness to parts of history over nearly 77 years and first-hand accounts of far earlier...to know and pray that hose with hurts of the past and childhood...can find the whole truth and let it set them free to do what is needed and best for one and all and the survival of humanity right now. ONly evil wins in wars and winning is the annihilation of all of humanity and creation itself and we were c4eated to be the new overseers...and not let this happen..
We are products of our environment...and why some have hurts and injustices early on and rise above it...to turn to better ways....and some get high places of power and then lead into more injustice...seems to be how one is raised...and for me....injustices of the past...lead to striving ain't them for one and all....and owe it to being raised by one of faith and in a faith that allowed the freedom to learn and study...and just check back with the source. We have to check to see if on the good path to the truth...Our Bibles. nd helps back to the original language to overcome changes of meaning that do occur in all languages...
