Part of this is our personal desires to have ownership of our private thoughts and have ownership of our own homes and rights of privacy within them.. Plus undisputed ownership of being part of a community and nation... even if we mess up and do not always function well within these... even if we break some rule or law and are forced to make amends in some way...
We may not lose our birthrights over driving over a speed limit, but citizenship in the community and nation is not in jeopardy along with the fine we may have to pay...
Christ lets us know, that if we accept it..WE CAN NEVER LOSE OUR CITIZENSHIP IN HIS ETERNAL KINGDOM AND BE BLESSED WITH ETERNAL LIFE AS WELL....
The 14TH Amendment to the US Constitution is clear that if you are born on US soil, the offer of US Citizenship can never be removed.....Even if you are born of parents who are not citizens of the USA.. You have a choice...And if born in another country of at least one US Citizen that right is also a choice for you to have...
This issue has come up again...and again..as to what is meant by what has been part of our governing documents..and it seemed that the intent is real YOU BELONG SOMEWHERE FROM THE MOMENT YOU TAKE A BREATH ...APART FROM THE WOMB.
And no matter what the future may hold, You are part of us.. even if you break our laws. We may put you in jail for misbehavior's and crimes...BUT you still have full rights of citizenship.... as our laws say....And if you succeed; you success is praised as being done by a US CITIZEN and GLORY IS ALL OF OURS FOR YOUR SPECIAL SUCCESS... (YOUR OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL IS ONE FOR THE USA TEAM WE CHEER FOR US AND FOR YOU FOR DOING US ALL PROUD..
In times of the most horrific sin against humanity...WAR where we turn on each other and at times one turns on and invades others and does horrible things and one acts or is destroyed and taking lives may well be forgiven..on the ETERNAL JUDGMENT DAY by the DIVINE whose 'court' is the one of eternity... IF our motives are pure for engaging in destruction of life of others of our own human family and only the DIVINE CAN JUDGE THE CONDITION OF OUR HEARTS even if humanity co

We get ourselves into real problems in this world, when we forget motives in going to wars and not long after the United Nations was born to be a place to promote discussion and mutual help to PREVENT WARS......we found ourselves with a UN ARMY made up with soldiers from many nations..over in Korea trying to settle a dispute inside a nation? (WHY WERE WE THERE? ANYONE REMEMBER WHO TRIED TO OVERTHROW WHO?)
Like many I had family and in-laws that served in Korea ...Some families lost loved ones there and we are saddened to lose ones from among our human family. We still have thousands of our military still there...and South Korea is friendly and has joined much of the world in trade and mutual agreement.
Around the world, after wars. we have divided up lands that broke traditional boundaries and it never has seemed to do much but foster more chaos and division whether in Korean peninsular or over in the Middle east..where the boundaries of ancient times was divided up after WWI that common sense well knew it was gong to create chaos and problems and really has done so and more wars. etc.
Maybe a temporary solution to stop some trying to make more war....but over time has not solved things...
And we forget the wisdom of the founders of the USA who created state and federal boundaries in one nation and rights of each level...It left more personal matters that a govt entity might need to be involved with at the more local level so that some cultural differences could be recognized and personal freedoms not be infringed on by others whose own rights would not be affected either..
We are unique individuals and form unique groups of like minded understandings and FREEDOM LETS THIS BE as long as some overall rights of all are not taken away.. And the USA did not deal with some issues back in 1789 when we adopted the US Constitution..but it was a LIVING DOCUMENT that could be amended or changed over time.as we grew better understandings..or change it back with trying to PROHIBIT ANY DRINKING/BUYING ALCOHOL and we soon learned our lessons that we each have to learn to control some personal behaviors ...and then govt now is to ensure that what is bought by those who choose to drink such...has a 'safely' made product..
CONTROVERSY ABOUT THE 14TH AMENDMENT IS NEW TO OUR TIMES. AND WAS BROUGHT TO LIGHT BY THE FAKE CONTROVERSY OVER WHERE IS PRESIDENT OBAMA'S REAL BIRTH RECORD and FAKE DETRACTORS PROMOTED A FAKE NEWS ALL OVER WHEN IT WAS BACK IN TOPEKA, KS USA and the media knew the truth and aided in promoting false info to fool the masses.. HE DID NOT HELP AND WENT ALONG WITH THE FAKE INFO THAT CAUSED MANY TO NOT SCRUTINIZE HIS POLICES AND WHAT HE SIGNED AS PRESIDENT THAT WAS NOT GOOD....FOR US TO THIS DAY.....

I agree that scams have gone on to get pregnant women into the USA to give birth...but that is an immigration issue..to be stopped; not constitutional birthright??
Yet after wars of the 20TH CENTURY we find ourselves embroiled in more issues we have to face...of peoples separated to keep peace when in the USA we fought over issues, and faced and started the process to solve them.,although true equality for all who were born here is still not fully overcome...but we are getting very close and may it be fully overcome with us...
Some nations got split up by the world community as they would not get along and we did not wish to have to go 'break up the fight' again..as its nuclear weapons available and that CAN HARM THE WHOLE WORLD .....and the parties need to show that fairness and justice for all will exist and NO MORE FIGHTING 'CHILDREN.' as your weapons are not safe for you nor any of creation.. and any other nations thinking they can go grab something from the feuding of the area ...we of the world stand firm to stop that also....NO PLUNDERING OTHERS NATIONAL 'ASSETS' JUST BECAUSE YOU PROMOTED CHAOS.....among the peoples of the area....
FREEDOM IS COMPLEX in making it be...as it involves everyone having it and respecting everyone else having it also.. and at the core..is EVERYONE HAS A HOME TO LAY THERE HEAD..NO MATTER HOW HUMBLE IT MAY BE.... I belong .....

SINCE 2002, NO GOVT IN CHARGE OF MUCH AS NO OVERSIGHT OF CONTRACTORS ACCESSING OUR PUBLIC TREASURY AND DOING THE WORK OF GOVT AND WE HAVE BEEN BOBBED,HARMED AND EVEN DEAD DO TO ILLEGAL ACTS. OF THE ONES HIRED TO DO THE WORK.....AS OUR LEADERS IN CONGRESS GAGGED THEMSELVES TO MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY..BUT FOR ISOLATED PARTS OF THE GOVT AND WE HAVE HAD IMMENSE HOLOCAUST LEVELS OF HARM DONE. AS THIS IS NO GOVT IN CHARGE NOT EVEN OF OUR OWN DATA AND RECORDS INTERESTED WITH THE GOVT NOR GOVT HAVING NO ACCESS TO ITS OWN DATA AND RECORDS.....
If anything, we have proven in the USA and most of the world and UN all with records and data in near control of one maze of an international cabal of contractors.. that as along as people can be tempted to do harm to others and their rights of person.,property and rights....SOME GOVT IS NEEDED TO STOP THE HARMS..
NO FORM OF GOVT IS GOING TO WORK WHEN NO GOVT IS IN CONTROL OF STOPPING HARMS DONE.. as along as evil tempts some to do bad and illegal things...
And we decide how much and what kind by our votes and we HAVE A REAL ISSUE WHEN OFTEN NOT EVEN 50% BOTHER TO BE THE BOSS and that HARMS ALL OF US AS EVEN A MAJORITY OF 50% IS NOT A MANDATE and we have less than 1/2 a govt..right now and that is not enough to stop the harms we all suffer as we have the third president who has no access to budget use to carry out the laws of congress which the [PRESIDENT IS MANDATED TO DO... and that ear mark to the law of 2002 took away all constitutional rights to be FREE AND OUR PRESIDENTS. GOOD OR BAD BE ACCOUNTABLE TO ENFORCE OUR LAWS SO THEY WORK FOR US.. AND FOR THE NATIONAL SECURITY......

as high school level chemistry is being used to get most unknown any doctor, pharmacist or even pharmaceutical company now of what must be neutralized using over the counter approved for ingestion..probiotics =neutralizer for alcohol and organic turmeric and nutmeg and soak crushed pill for a few days heat up til foams and the ether cellulose alcohol binder is unbound and pretty much made safe...but not fully... and FDA HAS NEVER SAID IT WAS EITHER FOR MEDICATIONS OR FOOD ADDITIVES..AS NO GOVT N CHARGE TO VERIFY ANY DATA OR FACT THEY GET...and that puts all in danger ..not just we 22 million who have damage done to our 'filtering system'..(mucous membranes)
