Baylor Scott and White in Waxahachie Has a New President: Will Turner is the new president of Baylor Scott & White – Waxahachie as of December of last year, according to the hospital's website. Turner has been with Baylor since 2012, most recently serving as the interim leader of operations for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Carrollton.
