This is a link, to what my doctors have me taking and doing... and DO NOT TRY WITHOUT DOCTOR KNOWING. TO MONITOR YOU.. But life is precious and those of us with toxic and chemical exposures have HAD OUR HEALTH CARE ELIMINATED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CABAL NOW RUNNING THE USA.
since 2002 by an earmark that gutted a 6000 page earmark that should have had us on the way to cyber security in all areas.. including our national health insurance data bases contracted out.. BUT SINCE THAT LAW OF 2002 WAS PASSED. the real govt has had no access to the records of this nation. and its not just in health care... and since 2010 we are all in it... except for those DISCRIMINATED. and not included... which has led to 40 % of asthmatics having our diagnoses changed to COPD when we are the non allergic kind and our diagnoses were a variety of lung disease. that the doctors at Mt Sinai in New York city who approve my Federal workers comp said was a burning off of the entire mucous membrane and then minute amount of chemicals cause inflammation that only gets worse until one removes them or us form the area.
And in the lungs we call it occupational asthma, chemically induced. asthma . reactive dysfunctional syndromes as um a severe exposure as we did.. in our Federal office in jersey city...(see Daily Recap Added 9/11/16 for details and get another shock of a real deep state cover up that led. to 9/11/01 from. Summer of 1988 and 1/10/89 that has us on the path to WW III.)\ And according to Linda Tripp who knew everything that went on in the Whitehorse Bush 41 ordered a full investigation and all of us given the benefit of the doubt with workers comp AND.. MADE OUR ATTACK A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY AND HE WAS DEFIED.. and a major cover up ensured..
Them the first Gulf war vets came home with toxic and chemical injuries and about6 of us nationwide who had become legal medical precedent cases.. ..( all but me turned away from the hospitals in Jersey city... for initial testing/treatment sate law required then and cover-up had begun before even OUR HEADQUARTERS WERE INFORMED. to get our industrial hygienist out to take charge as their job would be to do so..
I and a few others around the USA had gotten some kind of formal benefit like FECA and to so this are the legal medical precedent cases which means every one like us get the same treatment we do and felony criminal stealing and messing with records disappearing insider the govt began ..TO ELIMINATE US.. or the fist Gulp vets would have been paid... THIS IS WHAT ALL GET AMONG MILLIONS NOW.. ITS WHAT I GET AND WE ALL ARE TO HAVE BETTER AND RIGHT OF LIFE...
Dow Chemical got sued on orders of the US Dept of labor for those civilian feds over in the area.. for chemicals used they were exposed to that would not be allowed to be sold in our grocery stores...etc.
That began the intentional elimination of our existence and I had been sent back to work and this ended any reasonable accommodation which was REMOVAL OF CHEMICAL BARRIERS AND NON EXERTIONAL JOB.. as they had promised FECA would be done.. and never attempted to do so ..as some facing arrest and jail time already and instead they got sent home for 290 years on administrative leave .. as the injured suffered and died.. too soon and too often NEW JERSEY COVER UP THAT ONLY GOT WORSE AFTER THE END RESULT OF 9/11/01.
but judges reinstated. and ended up with EEOC sanctions vs HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES SEC DONNA SHALALA. ( NOW NEW CONGRESSWOMAN FROM FLORIDA)and nearly every doctor in the tri states areas know me or my case as to survive.. would stop off and get a 2 hour oxygen fix to stable vitals before I drove on home from ,y last duty station in Camden NJ... as a union grievance did get me out of Jersey city with was still bad even though additional testing had been installed and done so correctly as had not been.. etc.. but Osama bin Laden had come in to pick up his HHS w-2 for his work for SSA.. (biggest ID beach in USA history ? in 7/880 and HHS OIG would not stop it..)
The medical documentation was going to die on the job and one day doctor said if you go back in "you will come out in a body bag.. and I was already wearing a gas mark and had a motorized cart as all accommodation had been stopped despite a pile of doctors notes and etc..
But finally , Philly FECA office found a pulmonologist willing to stand up for all of us and do the exam to get me out... and I went in and saw a big banner for GREEN PEACE ON THE WALL AND NO ISSUES.. BIT STILL DELAYS.. AND GAMES WITH FILES.. as hope began to dwindle as time went on...
I HAVE SHARED DETAILS SINCE THIS BLOG WAS BEGUN IN 12/08 WHEN I LEANED no govt in charge and this cabal stealing and illegal acts causing vast loss of life and health and unsafe meds and lies to FDA CDC as that 2002 bill made law. what had been going on since 1994 when laws were not enforced and much of this contracting had already begun//

But nations now have turned their systems and records over to them as contractors and NO BUDGET ALLOWED TO BE SPENT TO AUDIT, GET ACCESS OR CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED BLATANT ILLEGAL ACTS
I would not be allowed to get or even file for civil service pension back then as getting FECA. and the only provision to do so is a temporary pay while FECA being filed for or pending for reinstatement which has gone on for years.. now since DOW wanted me ELIMINATED.? THIS IS SO BAD of not in control that HHS CMS for Medicare wanted 150 million to catch anomalies of what they are given for a report... when CONSTITUTIONALLY THEY SHOULD BE CONDUCTING REAL AUDITS AND THAT IS SYSTEMS BEING LEGALLY COMPLIANT WITH LAWS as do not include 20 million , of us and change our diagnoses. and we are not the only group I have heard... and NO MEDS MADE FOR US. AS WE DO NOT EXIST AND THAT DATA IS USED EVEN FOR RESEARCH which is then messed up for all of our detriment and best health..
In 1998, Dow Chemical etc. come up with chemical binders to put in our meds and substances to f gel and gums. an cellulose... and I HAD TO BE ELIMINATED FROM THE LEGAL RECORD ALONG WITH ANY ONE ELSE OF OUR ORIGINAL GROUP THAT WERE PRECEDENT CASES so that NO WARNING LABELS be needed and FDA BE LIED TO for full approval...
Most have had little initial reaction, but over time.. who knows.?

With out as now those odorless new products are worse than ever..that medical facilities are using and worse than ever.and I am in a constant state of inflammation as this is the entire lymphatic system that is an 'asthma' attack or pneumonitis fluid build up _ and is not an allergic reactions at all.. and blood tests reveal this..
There has not been a safe form of theophylline made since 2014 over work site issues and this not only fights inflammation jn to the DNA level but synthesizes oxygen and even though I was put on oxygen not long after being sent home by FECA (NOW TOLD IT WAS TO BEEN DONE FROM DAY ONE NOW KNOWN BUT MAKES AN INVISIBLE DISABILITY VISIBLE IN A WORK SITE.) that does not get into the cellular level with out it.. A miracle drug for over 100 years and approved by the FDA for 70 years and only TEVA out of Jerusalem made a safe one without these binders... AND PRAY GET BACK INTO PRODUCTION SOON AND FDA NOT BLOCK ..AS HAS DONE FOR OVER 4 YEARS NOW.

My doctor knows what to do .. and yet this cabal blocks if for me and all those I am a medical precedent case for.. as this could be changed. for having a binder...
But Dow etc will lose much money .. and has just sold off its ethanol cellulose plant in Iowa as this is getting to be so massive with no many millions losing life expectancy without safe. meds. that its only time before millions die before they should to they change and repent of their ways..
This is a progressive disease from day one even if a more minor exposure. but with what used to be available since 3/09 in inhalers is not to save the environment and now some are paid for and propelled with water vapor.. by a compounding and insurers pay for it as an off label use.. and this cabal is making it harder for them also... as these are local ones who do this..

SUPPLIES.
1 Prescribed medication.. usually 90 days is given at a time.I take 300 mg twice daily.
2. DISTILLED WATER
3. JARS TO PUT ONE PILL EACH IN.. I use the 8 oz wide mouth canning jars from Kerr or Ball etc.some times called jelly or jam jars.. and they could be used. but you need a lid.. and I have to replace those every so often ..
4 PH strips. and these are fairly cheap as each batch can be different combo and at least you can check Ph levels.. for safety.
5. Microwave.. where one can see the jar..as it heats, until foams.
6. ACIDOLPHILUS.. and I use the powder from the capsules I order from Puritans's Pride..
7. FULL SPECTRUM PROPBIOTEC WITH SALIVAROUS. and I have used Probiotic 10 for years. anyway and now use it in the process.. from Puritan's pride and watch out as these same offending ingredients are being added to a lot of good companies as they merge and sell and founders retire.. etc. Some have been 'duped' by the FDA...not regulating at all and letting this go on in all we eat and ingest.. and drink. salivarious pro biotic is for the mouth and upper respiratory and that is crucial for me.and you will notice. as I had been opening the capsule into my mouth as that is where it needs to get after another probiotic added the inflaming cellulose to theirs. they had in a lozenge..
8 refrigerator to hold about 6 day supply of jars and
9. container to hold the small jars.. and I use some plastic shoe boxes with lids that hold 6 each..and store the mixture in the bottom shelf. and get one out 2 times a day..
10 ORGANIC NUTMEG an old alcohol remedy and one might try the raising tree powder as I did for awhile.. and tomato juice another hand over remedy as this is like alcohol poisoning for me.. any way..and I never got drunk in my life and rarely drank anyway before injured. and then wine.. and never liked beer. Now, that is deadly inflamer..

12. PILL CRUSHER. WORKS BETTER THAN CUTTER AS THIS IS A DISSOLVING PROCESS AND NEEDS A FEW DAYS TO SOAK. ( Its that time release binder I am neutralizing and so this is important as your doctor might wish you to take lower dose more often but I have taken this med for nearly 30 years not.. and lots f blood test. and one has to get way over to overdose.. but I am not your doctor. .. at all... YOUR DOCTOR IS NOT ALLOWED TO SHARE THIS BUT CAN MONITOR YOU AND THAT IS THE MOST CRUCIAL PART AS WITHOUT THE MED I DO NOT LIVE.. AND ..... TOO MANY HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THIS NO GOVT IN CHARGE AND THAT MEANS OUR GOOD DOCTORS HAVE NO GOVT TO PLEAD TO FOR HELP FOR THEIR PATIENTS AND THESE OUT OF CONTROL CONTRACTORS AND THEIR MANAGERMENT COMPANIES THAT THE GOVT THINKS THEY NEED.. AS WELL AS THE INSURERS AND HEALTH INSURES ALSO MANAGEMENT BY THE SAME ENTITY...
Total domination in the most basic part of our lives for our own survival is health care. and my own case is living proof one does not have to die in a couple of years of less.. but the reverse has occurred and we are back nearly 70 years now. for an era when we live in a world of chemicals and sometimes they get in the wrong mix and we get injured to some degree and a progressive disease begins but ban be slowed down or stabilized..... or a house burns or THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO GETS TOXIC AIR FROM WILD FIRES. We patients are the next rung as we have the courts to sue and lots of hungry lawyers.. and that is NOT THE ANSWER AS OUR DOCTORS CANNOT DO MUCH AND EVEN LESS POWER THAN US IN MANY WAYS NOW. We and our heirs still have legal access to the courts to raise the issues if we can get their and that has been blocked often by this cabal cotrolling the data of EEO and civil rights intakes which the reports need to be filed.. on those and every one given a chance to make things better. Called 'due process.'. Trust between patients and doctor is crucial as this is an experiment for right to live. and do not turn on them for this. . THEY HAVE LESS RIGHTS THAN THE PATIENT DOES NOW..AND THE REAL GOVT HAS VITURALLY NONE..THANKS TO CONGRESSES PAST AND PRESENT... AND MEDICARE FOR ALL IS NOT THE ANSWER AS any plan will NOT WORK if the same cabal is allowed to run it without consequences of their actions and to the detriment of good health and best outcomes if the doctors and all they know can be allowed to be used.. for us.. and the amount of data compiled that this cabal shuffles around and our doctors spend time gathering that gets illegally manipulated after it leaves their control is a scam we all suffer from.. And reports all over about doctors being harmed and worse for advocating the natural solutions first which common sense says for all us if the best if it works.....More and more published research links so much wrong that is from inflammation and need to avoid what does that.. and tests for such are not really wanted by this cabal and with no govt in charge go appeal to... do not get done.. as real coercion can occur against our good doctors. and their livelihood. WHISTLE BLOWER PROTECTION FOR THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS NEEDED BADLY and its not much for the rest of us when the complaints go to the offenders' cabal company first. and illegally impersonate they are the govt and are not and the govt not allowed to know or seem only but what the cabal wishes..
PROCESS
1. Sterilize the jars and lids.. each time and that can be cannier with boiling water or just hot running water. .. DISHWASHER NOT ALWAYS BEST AS SOAP SCUM, MIGHT REMAIN.. I do not use soap as heat is used and running water as hot as can tolerate.. first.
2. Dash (I do two shakes of Simply Organic one.. and do use ORGANIC ONE. of nutmeg in each .. and I do 12 at a time..
3. 1 acidophilus capsule opened into each jar..
4. 1 probiotic full spectrum ( I use Probiotic 10) make sure none of these bad things for you are added. as they can change with each others also..
5. SMALL dash of Braintree powder if you choose but have not used it for awhile..(organic) TRY A SMALL AMOUNT FIRST ALONE TO MAKE SURE ITS OK FOR YOU... ANYTHING THAT IS NOT FOR ME IS GOING TO START SWELLING AND INFLAMMATION IN MY MOUTH.. SOON.IF HELD.
6. CRUSH THE PILL AND TAP INTO THE JAR.. * THE ORDER OF ALL OF THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO MATTER AS ITS ALL DRY POWDERS
7. distilled water filled to about 2/3rd/ full IN EACH JAR.as there is going to be some foaming fast.. when heated..AND ITS THE SOAKING PROCESS THAT IS NEXT FOR A FEW DAYS AND TWO PLASTIC BOXES ALLOW FOR DOING ONE AS SOON AS USED. ETC. WHICH IS 6 AT A TIME OR THREE DAYS..WORTH.
DO NOT HEAT UNTIL READY TO USE.
STORE IN REFRIGERATOR IN LOWER LEVELS DO NOT FREEZE.
TIME TO TAKE THEOPHYLLINE PILL
1. Remove jar with soaking mixture and put in microwave high heat for 2 minutes BUT WATCH IT.. FOR AS SOON AS IT FOAMS UP , OPEN THE DOOR AND PLACE LID ON TOP AND REMOVE IT USING HOT PAD.. Got to watch./ or will be all over the microwave.
2. USE PH STRIP TO CHECK IF TOO ACID OR BASIC AND THERE ARE CHARTS ON LINE FOR THAT.. IF TOO ACIDIC.. THEN ADD BAKING SODA UNTIL ANOTHER FOAMING..A LITTLE AT A TIME. I HAVE USED A GARDEN SOIL TESTER FOR AWHILE BUT THE STRIPS ARE CHEAPER AT WALMART OR ON LINE.AND FOUND THAT THE HEAT NOT SO GOOD FOR THE GARDEN ONE..

My kidney doctors has my on 10 glasses of purified water a day in all of this.. and milk intake is down to about 2 to three glasses a day and eat other dairy also...
and if you know a chemist willing to analyze the pills to know for sure exactly what is in them as labels are not clear and some companies really hide things like one med I reacted to listed the ingredients for Vodka but what was gotten was ethanol. the ingredients got turned into THIS IS AN FDA NOT EVEN TRYING TO KEEP US SAFE.. AND THAT INGREDIENTS WAS after I nearly lost my kidneys from the reaction as NOTHING ON THE LABEL TO INDICATE..
most of our pills and even eye drips etc. and that is also over the counter... is laced with all these substances. and disclaimers that even the producer has not idea.l and there is suppose to be some regulation of inactive ingredients.. BUT NONE SEEMS TO BE THE NORM. AND NO NEED SINCE WE 20 MILLION DO NOT EXIST. and THAT IS NOT THE ONLY GROUP THAT CAN HAVE INFLAMMATIONS...
Formaldehyde IN FLU SHOTS CAN CAUSE Inflammation AND INTERNAL BLEEDING for me and then infections that can lead to sepsis.. AND WHAT IS THAT EVEN NEEDED FOR... They act as if our vaccines and meds and processed foods were being made in the worse sanitary conditions on earth.. . and the worse recalls have been unprocessed meats and fresh produce that is differently to wash even coming in from our own gardens.. and less likely to have germs others than what we live with in our own home and community...and have some immunity to its said..

( my first lung doctor in 1989 would not let my take Tylenol with the codeine for the first year.. as IT IMPEDED HEALING. so when oxycontin is prescribed. where is the healing benefit... Why have doctors known so much years ago and seem to know less now?/ They do known BUT OUR DOCTORS ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE.. .. THOSE WHO DID NOT GO TO MEDICAL SCHOOL ARE..
The few times I have had oxycontin , it never got to the real pain of inflammation.. at all ... just dulled enough to get some sleep and what bottle of excess never used. which is being stopped now.. if ones pain is that severe to not sleep more than a few nights. then more medical attention is needed as to why . not less.. I have better results for pain with ORGANIC Cayenne PEPPER IN A TEA. TO BREATHE AND THEN DRINK WHEN COOLED ENOUGH..
And those reaching for the cannabis now.. DID YOU KNOW THAT THE ANTI INFLAMMATORY IN CAYENNE PEPPER IS ALSO IN CANNIBUS AND ITS NOT THE ONE THAT CAUSES LEGAL ISSUES EITHER?? ASK YOUR DOCTOR...
Sorry for this caps and some issues of typing etc. as I am having issues with my eyes and will be seeing the eye doctor soon... after all that has gone on since 1/10/89 never has there been a time that the medications to sustain life not been there to buy. and sustain life itself..
