Student loans: 41,000 sought forgiveness; 206 got it
This has been an issue since the law was passed nearly 35 years ago when taking jobs in certain hardship areas or for public service. began. The student Loan programs was one of the first major govt programs. that got contracted out.. And although there was oversight allowed by the federal govt and some were under state /Federal; jurisdiction. the real job of auditing was not done to make sure everyone was treated fairly and all had access to accurate and truthful instructions of who was got what.. and the guidelines for it.. 35 years and none .. so no wonder so few approved and who got the contract to make up the list???
I know of more than one that got caught in this ...and
ALL HELL BROKE LOSE. even raiding my board certified pulmonologist.; in good standing, worker comp doctors office in Jersey City.. back in 1998 when I filed for a waiver for disability for mine and it was approved after months delay inside the contractors. and run around and when it was it hit national news that asthma now qualified for wavier... (they did not specify the kind of asthma in the cover and that its the full occupational asthma from an injury that today one can not get treated for or even diagnoses with testing.. as no meds made for us now as I have shared here how even insurances and Medicare even paying for compounding at a local pharmacy to stay alive and many are not getting what is needed even thought treatment standards have not changed the SAME ONES IN CHARGE of all have had control of the Student Loan program all these decades.. and constant issues f unconstitutional practises. with little access for court reprieve.. unless one is an attorney trying to get help for his own which happened a few years ago and was on its way until Attorney General Eric Holder stepped in for the govt and little has been heard about that court case since.. which was about the promise to be able to consolidate all into one.. for one payment which would be lower then individual ones.
All because that got put on the top as covering diagnoses.. while at the same time..efforts were underway at the US Dept. of Labor to make my files and my legal precedent case disappear so that those with toxic and chemical injuries would not block the additives of various too often life threatening chemicals in to our medications and food.. and all have suffered since.. as one can be made sick from long term smaller exposure instead of one traumatic event. of huge amounts . "Let her die" was the ordered me and any of the other 6 who got approved for something major like me at FECA for the three years/ that toxins and chemicals officially could harm the body in the USA Until the first Gulf war vets came home and all their claims and lawsuits aghast Dow/DuPont/Rothschild. began and the retaliation affected every one who was harmed before and since... with a systematic criminal organized process to gradually .eliminate any recognition that toxins and chemicals con hurt anyone.. and the first thing they had to do is get rid of the legal precedent cases.. as OUR LEGAL SYSTEM IS BASED ON EQUAL RIGHTS .. I get something than everyone similar does also.
I get nothing and death and dying to me and now 20 million plus in my category including those in the wildfires who breathed toxins from burning buildings and worse..
WE ARE CUONTED IN THE TOTALS UNDER THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT ALL ARE UNDER EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO HEALTH PLAN.... Only those with allergies are listed. and we are not them .. and exclude from clinical trials and studies since 1990's also.. ^ got awarded something in the few years the NIH research was followed on toxic and chemical injuries and them we 6 (AFL-CIO SOURCE ) stood in the road TO PREVENT. denying payment to the gulf war bets and the answer was to get rid of 6 and all the makers of the chemical go free from legal consequences. and GOVT FILES WERE DISPPAREAD IN FELONES THAT HAVE NEVER STOPPED TO THIS VERY DAY.. INSDE AND SINCE 2002 OUTSIDE. BUT WITH THE GOVT N CHARGE JUDGES WERE EVENTULLAY OBEYED AND THINGS BEGAN TO BE MADE RIGHT..Massive suffering has followed. for what a few and powerful have done.. to all of us.. directly and indirectly as some sub groups end up with cancer and why not all.?? some basic studies not done to know .. and better treat early on.. as well as prevent harms and not crate more harms.. in food and meds. additions none can even find out what they are and every batch of pills can be different.. The medication may save your life, if yet made, but the pill may kill you... My first worker comp doctor told me to READ ABOUT BHOPHAL INDIA AND THAT IS EXACTLY THE INJURY YOU GOT.. and THE COVER UP by the real govt began from all kinds of DEEP STATERS.. AND LIABILITY INSURERS AND 90 dedicated federal employees ordered turn away from the hospitals as before we all got overcome the scurrying of the cover up had already begun as more and more of us got overcome with a growing toxic cloud..
Only because of a mix up of who my employer was having the AFL CIO INSURANCE FROM AFGE CARD IN MY PURSE someone pulled out.. I GOT SEPRATED FROM MY CO WORKERS AND LISTED AS PORT AUTHOITY EMPLOYEE INSTEAD. AND while I was getting all the test un and being prepared for admission waiting, even with a bed near a sunny window... for the test results to say it was a toxic exposure and when it was more forms to be completed for the NJ health dept to report a toxic incident in NJ. they could out who I worked for and was sent home to die.. AS ALL WERE. THAT FATEFUL DAY.. and proving an expose case is hard to do days after worse when lungs swell up and then one knows they are in real trouble and seek help. CNA knew that! and insurers now managed by the cabal too. so they know it and do not care about human life. and that in the long run its cheaper to treat at once in a chemical free room (hospitals are the worse for that now) but the medical community has to be manage d by this cabal also now.. so our doctors get crushed on the bottom even under us... the patient and NO GOVT TO TURN TO FOR HELP BY ANYONE FOR JUSTICE AND SAVING OUR OWN LIVES AND HEALTH..
The last thing we need is a congress that does not know this and pass more laws to help with lots of money spent.. and then have it scammed and stolen by this cabal of contractors still in charge with no oversight allowed by any govt.. If the govt is to do it, and they do not, then there is recourse to be brought against the political heads first..
. .To get rid of my case meant at that time to go into govt offices and make official records DISAPPEAR AND THEY DID . AND some involved in criminal activity of disappearing part of records to make filings disappear and long waits for a judge to remand back to make things constitutionally right again and this is the GATES OF HELL TO 9/11/01 THAT GOT OPENED WIDER THAN EVER AND WHAT THE 9/11 COMMISSION REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE TO CORRECT LAWS AND ABUSES OF POWER THAT GOT US TO THEN AND WW III.. For back in 1988, and then when injured 1/10/89 the biggest breaches of domestic security was breached and well covered up to this day.. that got the 'enemy of the people
inside by a few who allowed it and no trials for decades occurred or it would be known.. and I was facing death daily over it.. .... (DAILY RECAP ADDED 9/11/16 for details of what happened in Jersey city at SSA HHS office. and who got hired who should never have been as not a citizen is what two US Attorneys offices said.. when trying to find some of my blood and skin tests that were to have ended up at the NJ health dept. and into the 503 indictment instead.. and me then told I might be called to testify if ever a trial. AND THERE MAY STILL BE AS former Sec Rumsfeld said that they created doubles of Bib laden back in 1975 when they formed Al Queda to be an adjunct CIA operation and loyalties got turned against the USA and not for it..
This is still part of the major secrets that could be revealed by maters still redacted in pending matters. and major matters that should have been covered in the 9/11/Commission which spent 40 million dollars and never got to the issues of why the OIG for HHS would not intervene when called.. by those on duty in 7/88 when those new hires with no fingerprinting yet and no basic criminal background reports done were hired and handed access to real personal info of the public.. to use and then logged on to the system without supervision when they did not yet have their security clearances nor individual pin numbers to be tracked for what they accessed or did..

I am not dissing Sec of Education DeVos per se but you are not the one that needs to be asked these questions. Other than why and BE ALLOWED TO ANSWER WITH NO CONGRESSIONAL GAG ORDER RULE IN PLACE, AS ITS ALL ABOUT THE CONTRACTORS. ISN'T IT??. and ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL THAT CONGRESS TOOK AWAY YOUR RIGHT TO AUDIT THIS CABAL OF CONTRACTORS who have first and foremost violated due process and not put out clear. instructions and info as to who qualified for what forgiveness if its not ALL BUT only sub groups of the all who qualify...
A promise was made a few years ago that a full list of what jobs one took would forgive student loan debt and its assumed by the public is and too many in bank loan offices and others who work with the program pass on the false info that everything is OK and all you need to do is work somewhere in some needed area etc. and your student loans or part of will be forgiven...AND THIS INDICATES THAT ANOTHER PROMISE WAS BROKEN AND CONGRESS DID NOTHING TO ENSURE IT WAS DONE..
Congress put a gag order rule on itself not to mention, contract or have a contractors testify and any officials who talks as if the real govt employees are in charge of anything and doing or not doing the work and decisions and processing.. SO WE HAVE FAKE HEARING AND FAKE INFO AND FAKE NEWS BASED ON GOVT FAKE INFO ..??
And this has been official since the law of 2002 that removed the right of the govt to spend existing budget to audit, or investigation a contractors that was not DOD Michael Horowitz told me in 2014 that it was done as an earmark to the 6000 page E Governing bill that was to help protect the govts cyber records and instead one ear mark gutted the entire bill.. so that we have been robbed of our public trillions and worse of livelihoods and rights and even the right of life in health care as that is virtually all under this one cabal now. and has spread to 100+ nations and the UN so that the world is now nearly and totally under a BEAST SYSTEM not any kind of WORLD GOVERNMENT. of rights of individual and nation states. as our US Constitution would be a good model for if that is what was wanted..
Michael Horowitz got dissed recently for non actions.. but all the OIG directors have had their rights to do their jobs removed under Obama and CONGRESS HAS DONE NOTHING TO RESTORE TO THEM THE RIGHTS TO DO THEIR JOBS AS THE POLICE CHIEFS OF THEIR AGENCIES. Even after the 2/17 congressional hearing that ended with the resignation of the head of govt reform from congress One of the most crucial hearings held in twenty years. .that e-mails and all the rest are only outcomes and symptoms of NO GOVT IN CHARGE..
Yes, some of them who have and are abusing powers of authority .. had a part in getting these removal of rights to govern to keep things fair and just for all. and they are getting found out too late for some but maybe stopped from doing more harm in the future.
Why the Internet needs to be allowed to be open... and all participating.. be respectful as you disagree.. And stop the reputation smearing .. I have a lot of articles kept in drafts of info that have not posted as along with some info that may well be truth is some awful smears when no convictions of crimes exist...
Only the ones in control for wealth and power to be stolen from all of us. is now and the struggle is to free ourselves from it. But in the mix are those causing chaos and violence for those who are trying to keep that BEAST POWER. and I mean this Biblically as its descried in the Bible for the end times and is the model that caused Rome to fall when the govt stopped governing to make sure all were treated fairly and went off to their perversions and pretending to be the govt. as they let corrupted contractors take over and gouge the people for all they could steal instead and those official in the rank and file had no TOP GOVT TO TURN TO and when the most Innocent was brought before them by the cabal they became as Pontious Pilate did and washed his hands of their authority and did nothing to help as they were hired to do .. and make things rights and legal and just..
THIS IS THE PROMISE OF TRUMP TO DRAIN THE SWAMP and every attempt to do so seems to be met with the worse back lash of this cabal and the people trying to know what is truth and what is not..
President Trump is another imperfect human as all of us are. and yet he has promised and trying to make a right turn to get us back on track of what our governing document says is right and good. as amended and we wish it also... We are hindered now because we now have younger voters who were never taught history in school nor govt as mention the word god and the whole gets thrown out when without the actions people take due to their beliefs is what makes history good or bad.. and its possible to teach history without forcing faith on anyone.. (the debate is a teaching tool of history not yet known of.)
I do not know of any religion that has not done some horrific things or had bad leadership over human history and we cannot learn to overcome and not repeat it if we do not know and study how and why such occurred and often goes back to a push for power and wealth and control of even human personal thoughts.
THIS IS NOT FAITH as that is personal and one cannot be forced to believe, even if they are forced to practice. a religion.. Yahusha, whom Christians call Christ Jesus.. taught a common wisdom of this that even those of other faiths can understand and accept even if they do not believe in the Christian concept of his Divineness. in their own traditions..
As a Christian I know by faith that somehow in some way HE is the way to eternal life. of my soul.. but Jon says in his gospel that GOD IS LOVE. and mountains of books written and sermons preached over the last 2000 years and back to Moses who came down from the mountain with much the same teachings that got turned into human biased meanings over time and Christ was trying to get us all back to the beginning and original understandings that all had.
LOVE DOES "MAKE THE WORLD GO ROUND' and that is the love of respect for each other and freedoms and fairness and justice for each one. or all of us suffer for it in one way or another when it is denied..
Christ said to GO THE EXTRA MILE WHEN ONE HELPS OTHERS. and when Congress passes lows and does not follow thought to make sure they are being carried out fairly and justice for each and all... then we have human suffering and civil unrest and wars erupt as we fall into following worse then what we had.. of apathy..
We have a new congress and pray for them that they begin to address so much left undone.. and first an foremost is to get rid of that unconstitutional gag order rule.. and speak out as some are already doing even if we fact check some of what is said. DO NOT STOP expressing yourself as its time to voice your concerns and then put the needed rule back in that the oversight language be in every bill that contractors can be audited and if illegal matters going on then the legal system must address these and be able to use the EXISTING BUDGET. which considering the massive amounts stolen. and lives and livelihoods lost. is a good investment...And from our wealth we will have so much to help our neighbors around the world help themselves. so that PEACE REPLACES THE ANGUISH OF WARS. and the rich will have to be content with what they have and can maintain in a legal/humane manner and not be tempted into something far worse...
Congresswoman OCASIO-CORTEZ.. keep on speaking out. and even if we debate and fact check you Take credit for a process that needs to happen and should occur and the media loves it as they banter back and forth.. and further the good debate of the issues you are bringing to the forefront from one side of the spectrum which Pres. Trump has been trying to do from his perspective..
YOU ARE OPENING UP DEBATES THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SUPPRESSED... And all those joining in the discussion, be nice.. But tell her why she is right or wrong and the specific points also.. Maybe some of the rest in congress will open up and speak out and we get some real work done from some honest discussion of ideas. from all sides..
and then next election , 95% vote as we still only had 50% and that is 1/2 a govt with the big money interests that are not always good for all. being 1/2 the power yet..
6 WEEKS GOVT SHUT DOWN?
When I went to work for the govt in 6/1968, I was mentored by a woman who was nearing her retirement and there was a threat of a shut down then.. And she said they had had one that lasted 6 weeks back in the 1950's and kept on going to work anyway.. I learned a lot of history of how our federal govt worked from her as she would share..
One more reason all who do not have a faith reason for not doing so , to vote in all elections.. We each have such unique perspectives about things. and in those parts from one or others of us. may be the answers we need how to get things done that govt must do as the US Constitution says." FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION.."
Its the how we do it, that has us elect some to represent us in the actions needed to be taken.. and then GO THE EXTRA MILE to make sure they are carried out and if some or all the parts of a law are found to be lacking in fairness in some way.. amend the law, or alter the agency policy and or regulations.. Its not about how many we have but DO THE WORK CONSTITUTIONALLY in a manner that keeps us with our basic rights of freedom ...
Time for a NATIONAL DEBATE and President Trump has tweeted us into a beginning and now he may have got a 'DEBATE PARTNER.. that is now drawing us into serious underlying issues. .. even if some are suing is to dis one or the other..
The latest headline was Congresswoman is a concern when one who is to be a judge is a catholic.. and you say it like some do .. I am on the right on this one as pro life. and not quite sure how far left you might be. on this . but there are many pro choice Democratic Catholic which makes me pause of how 'faithful are they to a religion' but faith is individual isn't it apart from the name on the door. ore is it other matters that concern you of the Vatican now being a nation state under the UN and a great political power in itself apart from those of sincere faith...another human institution that can make mistakes and those who belong must exercise their free will to make things right in any organization or religion when things go too far wrong in some way....
Many of the first century followers of Christ were the very ones who before the resurrection HE CALLED VIPERS AND SNAKES A FOR IGNORING THEIR FAITH AND THE HUMAN SUFFERING THEY WOULD WALK BY WITH THEIR SELF RIGHTEOUS NOSES IN THE AIR
(no homeless or hungry beggars under the Law of Moses. and the empire in Rome forgetting to address it from their secular perspective either.. as armies and uprisings became the tax burden and ignorance of a system that had been in place for hundreds of years from those in Israel who had solved it for the people a long time ago..under the leadership of Moses who listened to the Divine.. But common sense and pure logic teaches the same also.. HELP OTHERS HELP THEMSELVES. so they can pass on the caring ....
Let's not just make America. great but be a good example to the whole world of better ways to do things that promote love and freedoms and rights. and those who wish to take advantage and steal and harm others. we have a legal system that needs to fairly and justly with mercy for each and all those few need to be made to understand we cannot let you continue this and deal with you... The new Justice bill may be better able to allow this to occur.. and a long time for changes.. BUT THOSE GOVT CONTRACTORS STILL NOT UNDER ANY LAWS. NEED TO BE AND ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE.. TO MAKE THINGS. RIGHT FOR THOSE WHO WERE AFFECTED TO THE POINT OF EVEN DEATH...for too many they robbed.
Praise the good ones who need to be able to have a govt to turn to for help in dealing with this cabal of bad actors. who should never been allowed to become so powerful and crated total conflicts of interest o in one programs after another and US DEPT OF EDUCATION AND STUDENT LOANS IS JUST ONE OF MANY . and my prayers for Sec DeVos as she attempts to get congress to put the oversight back and get some clearer criteria of who qualifies for what. as this has been an issue for 35 years now in that programs and its not the only part of the govt that not much has occurred either since this cabal began to take over one contract at a time... as NO GOVT IN CHARGE OF MUCH SINCE LAW OF 2002 AND OVERSIGHT HAD BEEN STEADILY REDUCED BACK A COUPLE OF DECADES BEFORE..
The overthrow of the USA by congress into their control did not just happen in 2002... It was already in place to make it legal and was done and may our 21st century PONTIOUS PILATES INSIDE THE GOVT GOING ALONG TO GET ALONG.. HELP ME AND SO MANY OTHERS WHO ARE BEING DENIED OUR RIGHTS. AND IN MY CASE IGNORING THE ORDERS OF 39 FEDERAL AGENCIES JUDGES. FOR YEARS..NOW AS THE CONTRACTOR RULES NOT THEM WHO ARE TO BE THE BOSS OF THE CONTRACTORS AND RELIVE THEM OF THOSE CONTRACTS FOR ILLEGAL BEHAVIORS LIKE THIS..
Its not about big govt or small.. but NO GOVT. and without some govt we have anarchy and the ones holding the records of the USA controlling all and that is not the real govt, of, by and for the people now.. Imagine a busy intersection with no street lights and no traffic cop either and we are in real trouble as someone is not going to play fair and take turns. will they? and human suffering as they crash..
Justice denied one denies it to all of us.. and the results are worse than just a few suffering
