Congress will not allow audits of nor criminal actions against contractors and nearly impossible to arrest the deep state involved when they are usually only the facilitators of the cabal contractors and witnesses are needed etc.
And this non oversight and not allowed to spend even existing budget happened in congress and signed by President Bush in 2002.. not even when millions have died due to illegal acts and trillions of our public treasury disappeared and he intended use not done for us. the cover up goes on as some in Congress must not wish their hidden funding known or are they blackmailed since the cabal is he snooper of all , NOT THE GOVT. WHICH IS VIRTUALLY NOT IN CONTROL OF MUCH OF ANY PART OF GOVT ANYMORE . with the keys to the bottomless pit of public money that keeps on getting printed and digitally created. now as they own that world wide system.. of digitized money .. since 1984. VOTE AND BE PART OF THE SOLUTION.
